Very rustic, super tasty Italian. We each had a pizza that came out hot and tasty super quickly. Service was very attentive and courteous despite the store being full. I can only recommend it

Four of us ate there today and it was a lovely experience. The staff is absolutely friendly and the service is quick. We didn't wait 15 minutes for our dishes (pasta and pizza). Tastes very good. Price/performance highly recommended. Thank you!

Genuine Italian with a wonderfully lively atmosphere.

We got the takeaway pizza, obviously it's not the Neapolitan pizza but it was edible, the only thing I hate is the oregano on the Margherita! Very good hospitality

Awful services, do not go to this restaurant. There's obvious discrimination against people. I just wanted to enjoy my evening and waiters and waitresses in this restaurant straight up ruined my evening with their awful attitudes. Your job is to serve people. Do it right. And the food wasn't even that good. It's average to below average. With these kind of food, I'm baffled by their services. Unbelievable.

we had a great lunch here from the lunch menu. There was homemade pasta with truffles.

Food OK. Service very warm as a regular guest. Ambiance: all tables are very close together! Therefore also very loud. I didn't like it that much because of that. Map: good & diverse. My pizza was okay. Had salami with extra onions. After the time in the oven, the onions were simply placed on top. A matter of taste. Not a great taste experience for me. Espresso very good. Price/performance very fair.

This restaurant don't even deserve a star. Extremely rude and unprofessional service from both the waiters and waitresses. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, they blatantly ignored us when we tried to order, even after making direct eye contact multiple times and calling out to get their attention. It was clear they had no intention of doing the bare minimum required in their job. Their dismissive behavior reeked of discrimination and racism. The staff clearly lacked professionalism, and decency. Absolutely disgusting behavior. This place doesn’t deserve your time, or money. Shameful.

My mother wanted some Italian so we found Vincenzo since, it was 5 minutes away. We came in with hungry bellies. Opened the door came in, waitress just stares at us for 10 seconds after I said hello. She was talking to a man sitting down and kept on ignoring us for another 10 seconds. Mind you the restaurant wasn’t even crowded (3 groups maximum). After she was done talking to the man, which took more than about 30 seconds. She asks us to sit at the table in-front of the door which is meant for a large group about (10 seats) Which was weird.(there were multiple 4 seater tables across the restaurant) My mom got suspicious of this rude activity thinking it was racism. I calmed her down and shrugged it off. Waitress asks for drinks we ordered. When we wanted to order or main courses, I held up my hand. Nobody seemed to even look at our direction. There was a waitress at the bar section of the restaurant just starring at us doing nothing ever since we entered. The two waitresses were talking to each other ignoring us while I was raising my hand to order. (made several eye contacts) And then a family of 3 comes in with a dog and every single waitress and waiter comes out and starts greeting them. They were giving each other air kisses, taking the coats off for the kid and the waitresses are petting the dog. We were just watching all the waitresses and waiters that ignored us for minutes greeting this one family. After they settled, the waiter straight up ignored me by walking past not even acknowledging my existence and went to the table behind us to get their order. I attempted one last time to order by saying hello to the waiter. He runs past us not even giving a look and that was it. We packed our stuff and stormed off. As we were leaving the waitress just smiled at my mother in a mocking manner. Never in Germany I have had an unpleasant meal or service. Never have I been ignored no matter if the restaurant was full or empty. I was always greeted with smiles and welcoming employees. This is the worst restaurant I have been in my entire life. Every person in this restaurant was straight up racist. (I read that the restaurant is fully ran by Italian employees)

Maybe we should have booked somewhere else for our lunch?! A clear no. We are absolutely right here. Volume and flavor levels are exactly where they should be. We come in and are immediately served attentively. Even though the store is completely full. Everyone here is still very relaxed. This is due to the good gastro spirit at the location and the great team. The menu is round, the wine selection (for me more for the evening) is fun. The non-alcoholic Peroni was a consensus choice. Yummy. The pasta with truffles could be convincing. The sauce was creamy but not sloppy, the truffle slices were very thick :-). Likewise the classic lasagna. I would have been annoyed not to have visited this great restaurant. A new experience. We'll definitely be back. “Little Italy” in Hamburg Neustadt Süd. Gracie mille. And yes, your espresso macchiato is in my top 3. The only thing missing is the sun.

Very cozy restaurant on Deichstrasse...good food and nice service

Excellent food and for city prices quite affordable. We went during the week so there wasn't much noise but there is little space between the tables so depending on the day there may be noise. Advisable!

I had a very upsetting experience at Ristorante Vincenzo. When I arrived, there were clearly many free tables, and people were sitting inside eating. Despite this, I was refused entry and treated in a discriminatory and unwelcoming manner by the owner or manager. Other guests were allowed in after me, which made it clear this was not about the restaurant being closed. This kind of treatment makes you feel like we are going back to a dark past where such behavior was more common. It was deeply hurtful and unacceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values respect, fairness, and equality.

A small, lovingly designed pizzeria. Staff nice and attentive. Food is delicious.

What a lucky find. My wife is gluten intolerant and got hungry while exploring Hamburg. We nearly missed this small side street but saw that there are some restaurants half way down and thought we try our luck. The staff at Vincenzo were super nice and confirmed that they have gluten free pasta. My wife had GF pasta with Bolognese sauce and I had "normal" pasta with Gorgonzola sauce. Both dishes were really good. The pizzas on the table beside us looked great as well. They have a Englisch menu as well. Can definitely recommend.

Well located and warm Italian restaurant. The staff makes you feel like you are in a traditional atmosphere and can enjoy solid food!

We ate there with a slightly larger group. The table assigned to us was at the entrance to the toilet and would have been enough for six people in other restaurants. There were almost twice as many people. Accordingly, we also sat at the front sides. I was constantly being brushed against or jostled, including by the staff. There wasn't even a word of apology. When the drinks were served, the glasses were passed rather carelessly across the entire table. The bottle of water I ordered was simply left somewhere without a word. The food was good, that definitely has to be highlighted as a positive. But two dishes were incorrectly assigned to our table and should have actually belonged somewhere else. There were no questions about whether it tasted good or anything like that. Overall, it was also very loud and cramped in the restaurant. Conversing with the people sitting next to you is difficult and tiring. The restaurant is on the ground floor and is therefore generally barrier-free, but if you are a wheelchair user you should save yourself a visit: there are no toilets and certainly not the way there. If at all, you can only expect to be able to get a seat in a wheelchair in the entrance area. The range of dishes is aimed at all target groups and is typically Italian. In addition to meat dishes, vegetarians and vegans will definitely get their money's worth. Overall, the staff is friendly, but not accommodating, despite the obvious overload. There is simply no time for that here. Overall, you simply have to say: In Deichstrasse, a tourist hotspot in the middle of Hamburg, the commercial idea is dominant, and this is also the case in Ristorante Vincenzo.

We didn't have a reservation but we were lucky that evening: we all had a very tasty pizza as a family. A very cozy location with good staff!

The food was good, but not great either. The atmosphere is very Italian - hectic, narrow, loud. 😄 It was a nice evening, but also tiring. I was happy when I could get some fresh air and silence again.

We spent a great evening here with delicious food and good wine. Service staff was friendly, attentive and professional. I filled up like I was with friends.

We just wanted to eat some pasta quickly for lunch. And were pleasantly surprised. I haven't had such delicious spaghetti alglio e oglio in a long time. The shrimp that came with it were cooked to perfection. Attentive and friendly service. Delicious bread with olive oil as a greeting from the kitchen. Everything as it should be.

Fast service, nice staff, delicious pizza!

Based on a recommendation, we finally ate at this Italian restaurant. Very nice service, delicious pizza and a nice weekly menu. My husband liked the pasta with fish and shrimp so much when he tried it on my plate that we ate there again the next day. And because of the rain that started, we had to drink a delicious white wine - very good recommendation! It's a shame that our visit to Hamburg didn't last longer. Gladly again next time.

The noodles were oversalted and undercooked. Some of the wrong food was brought. No parmesan was brought with the pasta. The staff were friendly. The price-performance ratio was not okay.

Very tasty food and fast, nice service.

Of 2 pizzas, one was outstanding (Pizza Buffala) and the other was just mediocre (Pizza Margherita). Salad was good. Ambience is ok there. Due to the slope of the outside area, it is sometimes a bit uncomfortable to sit. Service was a bit cold but nice.

Delicious Italian food (we had lasagna, tortellini, spaghetti carbonara) 😋. If the service had found a nice word despite the full house and stress (e.g. the request, did it taste good or can I bring something else?) it would also be 5 stars

Watered down drinks, pizza had a cake dough like texture with thick crust. Not very tasty besides the very salty ham (which was expected).

Really lovely staff, good food, friendly people. Best service I've received in a long time. I'm not from Hamburg myself, but I would voluntarily drive 8 hours every weekend for this restaurant. The food was brilliantly good and there was even a student discount. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Good food in a beautiful location. A small downer: I ordered chicken breast fillet with tagliatelle and fresh porcini mushrooms... There were only mushrooms... it was tasty... but not what I was looking forward to.

Nice modern decor and very friendly service. The food is very authentic Italian and homemade. The price is around €13-16 per pizza, which has a lot of flavor and is a decent size. Crispy dough, balanced topping and fresh from the oven. A 1A Italian, only recommended. I'd love to come back because the pasta from the other guests also looked great.

Food was described as very high quality, but it didn't taste great. Salad was still full of sand. Unfortunately I had to leave over half of it left. Unfortunately there was no space for 5 people. 1 out of 5 stars ☆

On June 15, 2024, I went to dinner at Vincenzo with my girlfriend, who was now fiancée at the time. It should be a unique day. I had a very good feeling when we made the reservation (we came from Aachen). When we got there the impression was confirmed. Super nicely decorated restaurant, very friendly staff, very familiar atmosphere, absolutely top service and great food and drinks. The price-performance ratio is really unbeatable. I proposed to my now fiancée there, and I would do it there again. The boss came up with a surprise for the engagement that went beyond what was agreed upon to make this moment unforgettable. Thank you dear Vincenzo team for your support.

Stopped here for a rest and refreshment whilst wandering around Hamburg Warehouse district. Very nice Italian Restaurant situated on a picturesque street just off the canals. We only had a Pizza and some drinks but it was a very good Pizza and according to my other half, the Wine was excellent. saw othe items on the menu coming out and they look really good. If we were back in Hamburg again I would def come here. recommended.

I haven't eaten something so tasty in a long time. Whether it was lunch or dinner, the service was always nice and courteous. All dishes were cooked to perfection. Ingredients always fresh. More kitchen is no longer possible.

Very tasty pizza! Food came quickly and service was very friendly. We didn't make a reservation and still got a table for two - but it was relatively full. You pay between €14-16 per pizza. But highly recommended! There are products in the toilets that everyone might need, such as deodorant, hair gel, etc. To recommend! Proximity to the harbor is also very nice. (:

Tight should be comfortable. Not always. For example, if a dog is lying next to you.

The food was great. The starters were rich and tasted great, as were the starters and the main courses. Unfortunately, as a group of 14 people, we had to wait an hour and twenty minutes for the starters, despite having ordered in advance.

From the arrival to the meal to the farewell, it's simply wonderful, a visit is always worth it. The food is simply fantastic, the staff at the Ristorante are absolutely warm and friendly, there is simply nothing missing throughout. The first visit was a coincidence, while strolling through the streets of Hafencity, and the next visit didn't take long to arrive when I was back in the city.

Small but fine restaurant. It was well attended and yet the waiters were very friendly and accommodating and didn't let their stress show. The food was very tasty, sufficient and came relatively quickly. Price-performance was top. When we are in Hamburg again, we would like to come back here.

Disappointing, we made a reservation and they brought the dishes at different times, the Pizza looked like it came from the freezer with mushrooms from the can and was made without any taste. Completely with a liquid sauce…. We had to return it and in the end we all ate separately….

Celebrated my birthday here...it was fantastic...food was great...ambience was fantastic .service unique

We ate there with two children last night without a reservation and felt really comfortable. The welcome was very warm, the service at the table was prompt and very friendly, the food was delicious (salad, pasta, pizza, tiramisu), there were no long waiting times. An all-round successful evening! We will happily eat here again next time we visit Hamburg.

The first place where they care so much about their guests. Here you will find mouthwash, deodorant, hand cream, micellar water and attention women! Panty shop! I am absolutely thrilled!!! Very attentive staff, they helped us charge our phone which was very helpful as we still had a train ride to another city. Very tasty, the portions are quite large. The spaghetti with king prawns and tomato sauce is divine. I highly recommend you try the wine and dishes here. I'm sure everything is delicious.

Very tasty meal as a starter vitello tonnato. The main course was salmon with caper and olive sauce. And a nice variation as a dessert. Among other things, tiramisu and panna cotta. Despite being busy, very nice and attentive waiters

Very nice little Italian. All dishes perfect. No matter whether pizza, pasta, starters. The chefs there definitely know what they're doing. Simply delicious. No 5 stars for the ambience because the ventilation apparently didn't work. It was so warm. And since the tables were still very close, it was a bit uncomfortable. But the food and the service, TOP!!

There is a lunch menu here every weekday, which is highly recommended. These include classics such as the highly recommended homemade lasagne and changing dishes. Because it is always very crowded here (at least at lunchtime), it is always quite loud. The bottom line is that I can really recommend Vincenzo.
