Great Italian restaurant with confident prices. There are pasta in a parmesan loaf 😋

Italian restaurant the way you want it today: comfortable and varied interior and friendly but not intrusive service. The food is well above average, although there is no clear labeling for vegetarian and vegan options. The wine list is extensive and coordinated with the food. A regional division would be desirable. The waiter knows how to taste and was entertaining. A positive highlight is the children's area, which is visible but still offers space. The prices are reasonable.

Favorite Italian. Great service, great food, great decor. A special highlight with children is the playroom. I love the pizza. The dough is so crispy... You can also order pizza kits and then make your own pizza at home. Was very well received in my company.

The Versilia surprised us a lot; you have your own expectations, but you live up to them consistently and convincingly. The food is of the best quality, the pizza is very large and tasty and comes from a charcoal oven. The salmon was still glassy on the inside, the salmon tart was well seasoned, and the cauliflower soup, nice and creamy, was also convincing. The service is experienced and has its charm, the employees are all friendly and polite. The Versilia was a great pleasure for us, we sat there for 3 hours, which is a sign that the Hamburg boys felt incredibly comfortable! Dear Versilia team, we will definitely see each other again! We ate there with a larger group, the dishes were served quickly and the food was super tasty! The service was quick, friendly and nice. There is nothing to complain about, I can only recommend the store!

Crazy place, excellent pizza and delicious appetizers! Very friendly and attentive Italian staff, creating a very pleasant and fun environment. Price definitely in the high range, you spend at least €20 each. The only criticism I have is that they don't sell tap water. From the perspective of a student trying to save money, while still going out to eat good pizza every now and then it seems a bit of a trap to have to pay for a bottle of mineral water imported from Italy (therefore even more expensive than non-imported bottles) . The European Food Services Council strongly urges restaurants to give customers the option to ask for tap water free of charge. In my opinion it would be smart to take note of this.

There were two of us and we didn't book a table in advance. The Italian is typical, has 3 entrances, but only one entrance is open. The atmosphere is very nice, large wine racks with labels and descriptions of the individual types of wine. Which I personally find very nice. Fast Italian service, the FOOD tastes great and the waiters are all focused on the guest's well-being. The toilets are clean. Highly recommended if you are in Weimar. 5 stars and would like more. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to post any pictures of the interior.

Food top. Ambiance: a bit too loud Service: could be improved...one meal came much late...three were already finished eating. An apology came but we would have at least hoped for a free espesso or limoncello.

We ate here 3 of the four evenings we where in Weimar. Fresh produce excellent cooking friendly service. I cannot recommend it enough.

We had pizza and pasta. Pizza was delicious but unfortunately some of it was very burnt. I cut it away but the bottom of the pizza still came through a lot. Pasta tossed in a cheese wheel, also very tasty but the portion was too small. Tiramisu tasty but a bit flat.

We came here spontaneously and were not disappointed. The atmosphere is very nice, inviting and clean.

For me - absolutely full marks! The prices are very good for the quality! Compared to other Italian restaurants in Weimar, the price is the same - but the quality is much higher! So far I have eaten 2x Pulpo, 4x pasta, 3x pizza and appetizers etc. on several visits - the Pulpo is absolutely amazing! Properly grilled, inexpensive and extremely tasty. Pasta was always al dente and, in our opinion, homemade! And the pizzas simply have the quality you want - great in taste (no standard salami or anything like that) and the dough is excellent in terms of thickness and consistency. For me one of my two favorite restaurants in Weimar! And the employees have always been great - Italian is great :-)

The restaurant and the food are simply fantastic. I often eat at your place with my boyfriend and we are always blown away by how good it tastes. We particularly recommend the carbonara or the truffle pasta. We no longer go to any other Italian restaurant! The Versilia in Weimar is and remains our first port of call when we want to eat Italian! :)

If you pay an average of 20 euros for a pasta dish, it should taste particularly good and use high-quality ingredients, but neither one nor the other is the case A children's pizza Magherita 11,- Although it was baked in a stone oven and was tasty, it also had (too) many black, i.e. burnt, spots. We spontaneously took a lunch break here and had homemade pasta with pistachios and pizza with ham from the stone oven. Both were very good and generous – great quality and really tasty. Not exactly cheap, but appropriate in our opinion.

This restaurant is one of my favorites in Weimar! The service and food are fabulous. The service staff is on point and very friendly, which unfortunately isn't often found these days. I really liked the ambience right on Frauenplan with a view of Goethe's home. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, our visit to the restaurant yesterday didn't leave such a good impression. The taste of the food was okay, but the pizza had a black charred edge. Our request for a bowl of water for our dog was commented on humorously (with sparkling water or without?), but unfortunately ignored. We would have expected that our Italian woman (Lagotto Romagnolo) would of course get some water in an Italian restaurant in the heat. None! We sat in the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant, where I had to pick up a few pieces of glass for the safety of our dog. We were a little disappointed.

First of all, my wife's pizza was first class and absolutely delicious and large. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my lasagne, it came to the table visually hot, but in the middle it wasn't ice cold, but it was noticeably COLDER, and therefore firmer (first micro then salamander for gratinating?). The portion size was laughable, so that I was grateful to be able to eat some of my wife's pizza... I've never gotten up as hungry as I did there. Sorry... we won't see each other again.

Ok’ish Italian food for upmarket prices. I had a pizza quattro formaggio. The pizza was not baked completely and I could not, though I did try, find four types of cheese. Such a pity, as Italian food is wonderful as it is properly done.

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal hier und können dieses Restaurant nach wie vor herzlich empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Gerichte heiß und lecker und die Spielecke für die Kinder eine Wohltat. Wir kommen auch gerne ein viertes mal wieder

In diesem Restaurant das sich Italiener nennt ist das einzige Gericht was nicht komplett überölt/verbrannt ist der Salat. Von den Wucherpreisen rede ich garnicht erst. Location gut, Personal okay

Probably the worst pizza I have ever tasted. It's our second visit to this restaurant. The first one wasn't great and we decided to give it another chance. On arrival no one spoke to us or showed us to a table. We found our own. Waiting staff were very slow to take the order and weren't friendly. We ordered 1 Diavalo pizza between 2 people and drinks. The pizza came very quickly. It was so salty that it was inedible. No one asked us if we liked the food. No offer to get more drinks. We left the pizza and asked for the bill. The waiter didn't ask if we wanted to put the pizza in a box to go.... They simply didn't care. We paid and left. Poor food, unfriendly staff. We won't be going back. We don't recommend this place to anyone.

Wir waren früher sehr gerne in dem Restaurant, leider mussten wir feststellen, dass wir dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen werden. Es ist sehr teuer geworden und die Qualität leider nicht mehr so toll. Zweimal wurde uns was gebracht was wir nicht bestellt hatten und zum Schluss dreimal gefragt ob wir es wirklich nicht bestellt haben. Die Pasta die im Käselaib geschwenkt werden,sind wohl an diesem nur vorbei gegangen und das für stolze 25 Euro und die Portionen sind wesentlich kleiner geworden, sehr schade. Die halbe Stunde fahrt nach Weimar zum Versilia lohnen sich also für uns nicht mehr.

Die Gerichte für anderen Tisch, der acht Personen gibt, die später als wir kamen, wurden alle serviert, aber unsere Hauptgerichte waren noch nicht serviert. . After the guests who arrived later th an us got their main dishes, our starters finally arrived. We waited for one hour and ten minutes in total. The dishes for other table which are eight people who arrived later than us were all served, but our main course were not served yet. In the end, I really lost interest and decided to check out directly . I said the waiting time was too long and the waiter told me that cooking the risotto would take about 20 minutes. After waiting for more than one hour, I was speechless. There can't be only one pan in your kitchen, can there ? Even if you only have one pan and one risotto costs 20 minutes, three main dishes count as one hour, how can you wait more than one hour and get nothing??? Especially then he was even more angry with me after I waited for more than one hour and still nothing came? How dare you??? He told me not to come again and eat at McDonald's in the future. Long wait, very poor service attitude, very expensive!

There were eight of us! With some free tables in front of the door, two waiters just watched us as we put two tables together. Nobody came, offered us a seat or helped us at the tables. After we sat down we waited 10 minutes for the first employee who brought three menus for us. For eight people. It took another eternity for someone to come to take the order. The food arrived almost 15 minutes apart. The first one had finished eating and the last one had nothing to do yet. I ordered a pizza with burrata and salmon from the daily menu for €20! What was missing was the burrata, just a shimmering white sauce spread across the pizza. This was probably supposed to be burrata sauce, I was told when I asked. The salmon was the cheapest smoked salmon from the supermarket. We ordered two pasta dishes. Both were tiny! Really disproportionate given the high prices. The wrong pasta was accidentally brought to our table and given to a lady. Since it wasn't what was ordered, a complaint was made. The waiter reacted very rudely. The price-performance ratio cannot be compared with other Italians in Weimar. Absolutely NO recommendation!

Restaurant and pizzeria aimed at tourists which however has a good choice and quality. Satisfied on the first evening we decided to return again the next day. Unfortunately, and here is the reason for the one star, we ordered a pistachio and mortadella pizza as a main course and my wife found a hair in her mouth while she was eating it. We pointed this out, very discreetly, to the waiter and after speaking to the owner he told us: "we're sorry, if you want we'll offer you a coffee". We paid and left. It should never happen, it would have been the least not to put it on the bill, also because we no longer ate anything. Only for tourists who do not want to know what the typical hospitality of real Italians means. Unprofessional and rude

The price is a little shocking at first, but it's worth it! It's always a good portion, with fresh products. Starters top, pasta and pizza a smooth grade 1! If you take your pizza with you and heat it up at home the next day, it is still better than some of the fresh ones in Weimar. Nice atmosphere, we sat in the wine shop surrounded by wine. Attentive, quick service. And then the carbonara! It couldn't be better, such crispy guanciale! The pizzas were also well received, really good prosciutto. Not cheap, but worth the money. Brought another bottle of Barbera, fair price. Recommendation!!!

I recently placed an order via phone with high hopes, only to be met with disappointment. Despite being promised a mere 10-minute wait, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes without any updates or explanations. To make matters worse, the wait staff seemed to be actively avoiding eye contact, adding to the sense of frustration. While the ambiance of the place is decent and my pre-order was efficiently processed ( but never put in), I never got the chance to taste the food due to the prolonged delay. Overall, my experience warrants a 5/10 rating. The potential of the establishment is overshadowed by the lackluster service and the failure to deliver on time.

Leckere Pizza guter Wein,nettes Personal

Essen ist wirklich lecker aber auch nicht preiswert. Daher Preis-/Genussverhältnis eher ungünstig. Hatten Weihnachtsfeier und Personal ist freundlich aber bei großen Gruppen manchmal etwas überfordert. Daher bei Service nur 4 Sterne.

Der vordere Teil war gemütlicher . Scheinbar wurde im hinteren Trakt versucht soviel Personen wie möglich hinein zu bekommen. So dann auch die Lautstärke. 🤔

Die Qualität des Essens ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Aufgrund der - zumindest jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit - sehr hohen Preise ist das Verhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung jedoch beinhart an der Grenze und z.T. darüber.

Ich war das erste Mal im sehr schönen Restaurant Versilia. Und ich werde wiederkommen. Alles war frisch und gut zubereitet. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ganz kleiner Hinweis: Pizza war lecker, aber ein bisschen zu kalt. Vielleicht lässt sich da was machen.

Waren zu zweit an einem Samstag hier. Service war sehr freundlich, das Essen kam schon nach wenigen Minuten, sehr schnell. Die Pizza Parmigiana war sehr lecker und gut belegt, der Aperol Spritz gut gemischt. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und versprüht italienischen Charme. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Netter bemühten Kellner, aber in einemvöllig überfüllten Restaurant!!! Wir saßen am Eingang der Toilette.! Die Pizza aus dem Steinofen war unterirdisch und der Pulpo schmeckte nach verbrannter Kohle!

Muy buena comida. Excelente pizza con lonjas de queso, carbonara con pedacitos de cerdo frito, tiramisú en frasco cerrado y Crème brûlée de un tamaño perfecto. Lamentablemente, nos atendió el jefe de los mesoneros una persona desagradable al trato, me corrigió en italiano cuando le dije gracias en español, me hizo ir a pagar a la caja cuando a otros les cobró en la mesa. Los mesoneros más jóvenes todo lo contrario. Al final, la comida fue muy buena.

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente in toller Lage in der Altstadt von Weimar. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Pizzen waren hervorragend, sehr fluffiger Boden und trotzdem knuspriger Rand, perfekt belegt. Gehe jederzeit wieder dort hin.

Der Service war bis zur Bestellung freundlich, danach naja. Zum Abschluss wurdenunsere Teller abgeräumt und im gleichen Moment fragt der Kellner der unsere Teller abräumt am Nachbartisch nach ob es denen geschmeckt hat. Kannte ich so noch nicht. Das Essen war gut und reichlich.
