Original and very good Italian Delicious.

We didn't make a reservation so we could only eat inside. It was very warm there on this warm summer day. The waiters also 'walk' through the corridor all the time. The service was not exactly friendly. But what disappointed us most was the food. Vitello tonato for €15.9, tuna spread from a tube was spread over the entire plate, about half a centimeter thick. Below that are a few wafer-thin skins of veal, absolutely out of proportion to the nasty tuna spread. Son had penne carbonara which was bland in taste, you couldn't taste the parmesan cheese. Husband had penne with spicy sausage, it was mediocre. Mozzarella tasted bland and in our opinion not from buffalo as stated on the menu. Daughter had ravioli with truffle, these were tasty but the sauce had a bland thick cream sauce. Husband had opted for a more expensive glass of primitivo wine and simply received his poured glass, without showing the bottle. In short, it was disappointing for us and definitely not worth the money.

This Italian restaurant can be found directly on Karlsplatz in Eisenach. There is a nice indoor area, a few seats right in front of the restaurant and a kind of beer garden across the street. Extensive menu with pizza, pasta, fish, meat and salads. We had pizza, pasta and salad, all really tasty. Service was very attentive and friendly, requests were addressed without any problems. Prices ok.

Delicious meal at Valentino. The staff is friendly. Many tables were already reserved. Still, we were allowed to sit at a table for a while to enjoy a delicious pizza. (You may wonder why I'm sharing a photo of half a pizza, but my pizza salami special was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo earlier).

Absolutely great, small and inconspicuous from the outside but cozy and homely from the inside, the service is nice and friendly, four of us spontaneously stopped by and got a table. The food was simply delicious, worth the money (the prices don't quite match the pictures), but it's still okay because the service and quality are simply top.

We were visiting Vienna and got a pizza there in the evening. Waiting time -15 minutes, absolutely great, the shop was busy and the pizza was ready on time. The taste is good and the price is fair.

I ordered a pasta that cost over €15 and the taste was okay. But the whole dish was definitely not a main course in terms of quantity and was eaten after 5 to 6 bites. When I initially asked the waiter about the portion size, they only shrugged their shoulders. Unfortunately very disappointing for the price 😞.

Fast service, pleasant atmosphere, good pizza, clean toilet and cheap. We would be happy to visit you again.

Lachs für 23 Euro bestellt. Beilagen musste man suchen auf dem Teller. Das Größte waren die Zitronen. 3 Scheiben von 1 Kartoffel, 3 Streifen von 1 Möhre und 1 Zucchini. Ich war sehr enttäuscht.

Saw the store by chance from the outside. Much better than expected. Fish and side dishes were very tasty, as was my companion's pizza. Plus they really are Italians.

Incredible treatment, impressive food, very nice staff, very cozy place, without a doubt the best Italian I have tried in Germany. I recommend the Tartufo dish and the homemade tiramisu, spectacular!

Unfortunately the food was inedible. Insalata Mista is just iceberg lettuce and the pasta was totally overcooked and unsalted. But service was quite nice.

Unfortunately I can't comment on the food or ambience because we sat outside and unfortunately weren't served. 3 of us wanted to eat today. The waiter probably likes to walk countless km every day for free because he came back without dirty dishes or without wiping the empty tables. He was also stressed and unable to serve drinks at two tables at the same time. When, after he had walked past us countless times and ignored us, we got up without consuming and my husband and son complained, he simply laughed at them. Something like that doesn't work at all. If you can't stand the stress of being in the restaurant business, you should look for another job.

Were not served, guests who came after us were served! The complaint was ignored. Food cannot be judged because we were not served. After the complaint you were laughed at, which is not possible!!!! I'll do some advertising, but definitely not a good one!

Underground shop, you sit for half an hour while the waiter runs past you about 20 times without having the idea of ​​doing his job and then you get soggy. Well I have a lot of local ones while he only has one guest. Of course I will always mention this behavior to friends and visitors!

Great Italian restaurant with fair prices, attentive and fast service, easy to get a table even without a reservation. Everything looked VERY good and my pasta dish with beef and truffle was very tasty. First there were black olives with garlic, which were delicious - I normally hate black olives, but these were mild and to my surprise I liked them and ate almost all of them. The red house wine was also completely ok, there are much worse ones. By the way, it was very well attended, and that on a Tuesday. .. reservation would certainly be better. If I'm in the area again I'd love to come back. Thank you for a great meal!

Were in Eisenach for 2 days and went to Valentino because of the close proximity to the hotel. We didn't make a reservation and luckily got a small table. The pizzas were very well topped and the dough was very, very tasty. Because we enjoyed it so much, we made a reservation for the next day. This time we both had pasta with salmon and lasagne. We really enjoyed it again and can recommend the Valentino without reservation (except Bitburger as a Pilsner is a flaw 😁). Please make sure to reserve in advance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first pizza in Eisenach. The Pizzeria Valentino was our first stop at our big reunion of two childhood friends in Eisenach. We entered a very cozy atmosphere and were warmly welcomed as guests. However, there was a small mix-up when ordering and my friend, who is a vegetarian, was mistakenly served a salami pizza instead of a 4 formaggio. Although this error was corrected, we were of course no longer able to enjoy the meal together due to the time difference. In terms of taste, the pizza was very good, but it didn't have the quality to be anywhere near my personal best list and it wasn't the best we ate in Eisenach either.

Such a great restaurant and very nice waiters who took us there based on the hotel's recommendation. The food is simply perfect and very sufficient. We were there for the second time now and were again surprised by the very good service and friendliness of the waiters. A very nice little shop that is inconspicuous and inconspicuous in the city. I became aware of it when I visited Eisenach and ate there every day. The food is very good. The service is great. Even without a reservation, I always got a table. The food is prepared quickly and the price/performance ratio is consistent. I paid €8.50 for my salami pizza (on December 26th, 2023). I can only recommend a visit to everyone!

Zu einer kleinen Weihnachtsfeier mit meinen alten Kollegen und Kolleginnen (ca. 12 Personen) dort gegessen und getrunken. Alle bekamen ihr Essen zur gleichen Zeit. Super! Es gab für mich Bruschetta, Pizza und Hefe-Weizen. Entweder hatte ich zuviel Weizen oder ich habe mir die wirklich super leckere Pizza zu reichlich belegen lassen. Die Bruschetta als Vorspeise und die Pizza waren frisch zubereitet. Zum Essen wurden Pizzabrötchen gereicht. Der Service war über mehrere Stunden sehr zuvorkommend, immer schnell und umsichtig. Ich war bereits mehrmals hier und komme gerne wieder.

Es war sehr lecker und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Eine Reservierung wird empfohlen.

Wir warn zum Mittagessen mit 6 Personen spontan hier und haben auch direkt einen Platz bekommen. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen sowie Getränke kamen recht zügig nach der Bestellung. Unsere Speisen waren allesamt sehr lecker und von der Portion her ausreichend. Preis / Leistung stimmte auch. Nur für's Ambiente gibt es einen Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten: Gerne wieder!

Sehr leckere italienische Gerichte bekamen wir serviert, nur der Platz unter der Speisekarte war unpraktisch. Ständig stand jemand am Tisch und wollte auf die Speisekarte schauen!

Essen war ok für den Preis aber der Service war an jenem Wochenende nur auf einem Minimum. Es ist extrem schade, dass man kein Leitungswasser (auch mit einer eventuellen Servicepauschale) bestellen kann.
