Good Italian restaurant. Excellent service and good quality.

I had penne salsiccia here sometime last year and the duck breast today. Both dishes were from the "daily specials" menu, which I believe was the same last year. Both were really delicious, and the house wine was also good. The service and atmosphere are good, and the prices are reasonable, which should be taken into account in the review.

Unplanned things usually turn out well... That's the best way to describe yesterday's visit to the pizzeria. We glanced through the windows, thought it looked good, and went in. We waited a short while and were shown to a table. Our order was taken in under three minutes. Our drinks arrived five minutes later. The pizza arrived no more than 15 minutes after we entered. And then came the surprise. A pizza where the kitchen surprised the guest... and... Surprise successful! If anyone in Eisenach is looking for a pizza de la casa (I didn't see a stone oven, but the bottom of the dough looked like it was baked in one), I can highly recommend this restaurant. We were delighted to be their guests yesterday!

We ate here last week and were very satisfied. The appetizer with warmed olives and pizza bread was absolutely fantastic. Delicious! But the tomato soup and my pizza were also wonderful. The waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive, so all in all: excellent and highly recommended!

The service was very friendly without seeming forced. You never had to wait for service, but they weren't constantly annoying either. The food was of very good quality; for the price, you'd almost say excellent. It definitely has the potential to become my new favorite restaurant in Eisenach. Update 6 years later: Valentino is definitely still my Nomero Uno place for delicious pasta. Some items on the menu have changed over time, but nothing for the worse. The friendliness and quality of service continue to inspire enthusiasm. ❤️

I had the 49, salami, mushrooms, and peppers. The salami had a nice, slightly spicy flavor, and the crust was crispy. I'm sitting here on the terrace, and the staff is quick and attentive. I highly recommend it. Best regards, Christian Bee

A typical Italian restaurant with solid food, reasonable prices, and an unassuming ambiance. The outdoor seating isn't particularly comfortable. The restaurant isn't bad, but it doesn't leave a lasting impression either. The fact that the waiter wasn't particularly good at math and the bill should have been checked is just a side note.

I was there 5 years ago. It was perfect. I went recently there and it has nothing to do with before. We ordered 2 Pizzas. Salami and 4 Cheese . They were tasteless. Very bad. You can see on photos. If someone finds 4 different cheeses on the pizza let me know.

We got a place this week without a reservation. Reservations are recommended everywhere. I had tagliatelle with salmon and spinach, which was definitely worth looking for for the price.

Been here for the first time today. First impression, rustic and cozy. Despite not having a reservation, we were greeted in a very friendly manner and were given a table. But I would definitely recommend making a reservation. Food came just as quickly, including a greeting from the kitchen, olives and small ciabatta, very tasty. The pizza was great, super fresh, crispy, high quality ingredients. To be recommended without reservation. 🤌 Molto Bene 😉

To be fair, I was hungry and cold from rain outside when I visited this place. I should've ordered something more acceptable but I just had to have seafood in the middle of Germany. The look of it was good enough. The tastes though was overwhelmed with white wine and the muscles and shrimp were OLD to the point they were falling apart when I touched it. Maybe it was frozen before? Couldn't tell. I couldn't finish the meal...

The service is quick and competent and very clean. The food is, as always, very tasty. We go to Valentino more often

Was eating with 4 people. My meal was served to a woman who had ordered something else. My companions had already finished eating when my food finally arrived. Only stupid excuses came from the waiter. Thanks for the dirty evening.

We stayed in the neighboring hotel for 3 days and ate at Valentino's every evening. We have never experienced such friendly and prompt staff and such great food. The food was so delicious and it was decorated like in a 3 star restaurant. The waitress runs tens of kilometers a day, up and down the stairs, every wish is fulfilled immediately. Conclusion: best food, best service, best cuisine, no wish is left unfulfilled here.

Super nice little restaurant. The food was great. From the starter (tomato mozzarella) to the main course (spaghetti with beef strips) to dessert (chocolate cake with a liquid center). The atmosphere is very cozy, the food came quickly and the staff was on their toes.

Great place. Today a wonderful autumn day, 19 degrees, blue sky, sunshine... Outdoor spaces are advertised. In reality there is none - there is no service outside... next door in the Hotel ViennaHouse, Thüringer Hof there is. It was wonderful there, best ambience, great food, great service.

We didn't make a reservation so we could only eat inside. It was very warm there on this warm summer day. The waiters also 'walk' through the corridor all the time. The service was not exactly friendly. But what disappointed us most was the food. Vitello tonato for €15.9, tuna spread from a tube was spread over the entire plate, about half a centimeter thick. Below that are a few wafer-thin skins of veal, absolutely out of proportion to the nasty tuna spread. Son had penne carbonara which was bland in taste, you couldn't taste the parmesan cheese. Husband had penne with spicy sausage, it was mediocre. Mozzarella tasted bland and in our opinion not from buffalo as stated on the menu. Daughter had ravioli with truffle, these were tasty but the sauce had a bland thick cream sauce. Husband had opted for a more expensive glass of primitivo wine and simply received his poured glass, without showing the bottle. In short, it was disappointing for us and definitely not worth the money.

This Italian restaurant can be found directly on Karlsplatz in Eisenach. There is a nice indoor area, a few seats right in front of the restaurant and a kind of beer garden across the street. Extensive menu with pizza, pasta, fish, meat and salads. We had pizza, pasta and salad, all really tasty. Service was very attentive and friendly, requests were addressed without any problems. Prices ok.

Delicious meal at Valentino. The staff is friendly. Many tables were already reserved. Still, we were allowed to sit at a table for a while to enjoy a delicious pizza. (You may wonder why I'm sharing a photo of half a pizza, but my pizza salami special was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo earlier).

Absolutely great, small and inconspicuous from the outside but cozy and homely from the inside, the service is nice and friendly, four of us spontaneously stopped by and got a table. The food was simply delicious, worth the money (the prices don't quite match the pictures), but it's still okay because the service and quality are simply top.

We were visiting Vienna and got a pizza there in the evening. Waiting time -15 minutes, absolutely great, the shop was busy and the pizza was ready on time. The taste is good and the price is fair.

I ordered a pasta that cost over €15 and the taste was okay. But the whole dish was definitely not a main course in terms of quantity and was eaten after 5 to 6 bites. When I initially asked the waiter about the portion size, they only shrugged their shoulders. Unfortunately very disappointing for the price 😞.

The waiter probably likes to walk countless km every day for free because he came back without dirty dishes or without wiping the empty tables. He was also stressed and unable to serve drinks at two tables at the same time. When, after he had walked past us countless times and ignored us, we got up without consuming and my husband and son complained, he simply laughed at them. Something like that doesn't work at all. If you can't stand the stress of being in the restaurant business, you should look for another job.

Everything looked VERY good and my pasta dish with beef and truffle was very tasty. First there were black olives with garlic, which were delicious - I normally hate black olives, but these were mild and to my surprise I liked them and ate almost all of them. The red house wine was also completely ok, there are much worse ones. By the way, it was very well attended, and that on a Tuesday. .. reservation would certainly be better. If I'm in the area again I'd love to come back. Thank you for a great meal!

Were in Eisenach for 2 days and went to Valentino because of the close proximity to the hotel. We didn't make a reservation and luckily got a small table. The pizzas were very well topped and the dough was very, very tasty. Because we enjoyed it so much, we made a reservation for the next day. This time we both had pasta with salmon and lasagne. We really enjoyed it again and can recommend the Valentino without reservation (except Bitburger as a Pilsner is a flaw 😁). Please make sure to reserve in advance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
