My first question when I arrived at the restaurant was whether card payment was possible?"But of course," replied the unfriendly waitress. The food came quite quickly but was completely unseasoned. The tortellini and the sauce didn't see any salt or pepper. For €15.50 a unique deal. Starter was ok, but neither was the child's meal. The highlight came when paying. The card reader didn't work! The waitress shrugged her shoulders, along the lines of: "Let's think of something to pay for now." An impudence. Then I had to walk to a foreign bank and pay €6.95 in fees to be able to pay cash in the restaurant. Once and never again. All in all, the staff were all very unfriendly. You won't find a smile there

The food was okay to good: the pizza was good, the spaghetti was mediocre (very, very much sauce, little taste). The portions were large. The service was friendly and the ambience inside and outside was nice. Unfortunately the toilets were a disaster.

Absolutely great real Italian cuisine and served by real Italians! The prices are more than reasonable considering the craftsmanship and portions! We were only there by chance but we'll stop by again on the motorbike, it's worth the trip... so gracie Mille e a presto ✌️

Super tasty pizzas at reasonable prices. The only thing that needs to be done is the ambience. revisit in July 2024: We visited this restaurant again in July. Once again the pizza was sensational, but the pasta dishes were relatively tasty. and unimaginative. For the estimated price you can definitely expect more here. You can also expect more from the outside area. In my opinion this is not very well maintained and in need of renovation. Among other things, the parasols, which now have holes in the fabric and are more than just dirty, urgently need to be replaced.

Despite a promise, you won't get a call back. We had to look for another hotel. Really bad shop. Of course you can alienate guests this way.

Very nice staff, delicious food, but you won't find vegan or vegetarian pasta dishes. Maybe this is an unusual request and the people of Eisenach are real meat eaters? The staff were very nice and were able to convert a meat dish into a vegetarian one, but it would be nice to have a few options here and see them clearly marked on the menu. Plus points again for gluten-free food.

My best friend and I treated ourselves to a night in the hotel right next to the Pizzeria Michelangelo in Eisenach. After we frantically looked for a cocktail bar in the city center in the evening and couldn't find one, we followed my brother's recommendation to go to Michelangelo. Since the temperatures were quite mild in the evening, we took a seat outside on the spacious terrace. Great ambience with small table lamps. Cocktails were really well prepared and very tasty. No excessive prices. Service was very nice and above all chatty. No kicking out at 10 o'clock in the evening, but until late at night. We will definitely visit the Michelangelo again next time we are in Eisenach.

We love their fish soup here. It is very filling even if it is only an appetizer. Otherwise, they have a wonderful selection of Italian food and almost all tyat we've ordered are really delicious. The food is cooked and prepared after you order it. So expect a few minutes of waiting. But believe me, it is worth the wait.

Absolutely delicious. The burrata appetizer was great and the mushroom tagliatelle was amazing. Some of the best pasta I’ve had outside of Italy.

We ordered online today, unfortunately there was no comparison to eating there. Pasta without taste, chicken in the salad dry and cold. Sorry, but not recommended outside of home.

We chose the restaurant because the selection of dishes combined with the prices at the entrance appealed to us. Unfortunately, this menu was out of date and the actual menu had much higher prices. The staff didn't really treat us kindly. For example, the menus were simply thrown on the table as we passed. The cards themselves were torn and partly consisted of loose sheets of paper. Furthermore, orders that were delivered incorrectly were not apologized for, but rather responded with a roll of the eyes. Two of the dishes we ordered were very tasty. In the third one, the mushrooms were still very cold inside, so we assumed they were frozen goods. All in all, we didn't feel welcome here as guests.

Der Mozzarello Buffalo auf der Pinsa war nicht geniessbar. Die Tischdecke und das Interieur waren schmuddelig und brauchen dringend eine Reinigung. Der Chianti auf der Karte war nicht mehr vorhanden. Die Bedienung war ok.

Honestly good food, baba pizza and pasta were perfect. Very nice to sit outside, would recommend making a reservation in advance. Even without a reservation and a stressful schedule, we were warmly welcomed and a place was found for us.

Super nice staff and also very fond of children. The pizzas were really good, although we liked a little bit of tomato sauce on them. Therefore one star less. If you eat there, you should definitely try the panacotta *great*.

After a few years I was a guest here in the restaurant again. Unfortunately I have to say that I remembered it better than it was now. The food was, like back then, super delicious. I've never had a pulled pork pizza. It was also super sweet that a few “bunny ears” were thrown into the dough for our son! However: At the counter you couldn't really keep up with clearing away the dirty dishes (since you can watch the pizza maker from here, it's noticeable); the table runner had holes in it, the paper on the toilet was also empty; the glass roof is super dirty.

The bruschetta was very good and very plentiful, with arugula and parmesan shavings. For pizza I had the 48, which also contains onions; But I didn't expect the pizza to be completely covered in onions. There are deductions for this. The taste was okay, but not that I would have to go there again. Service OK.

A fantastic evening here. We spontaneously decided to visit. Even though it was fully booked, they did everything they could to clear a table for at least 4 adults with 2 small children and a dog. Even a piece of furniture was pushed aside for our large stroller. The food selection ranges from a varied selection of starters to pizza, pasta, fish and various meat dishes, etc. Usually the meat dishes at the Italian restaurant are small or you save on quality, here both taste and quantity score points. Gluten-free pizza and pasta are offered, which are absolutely convincing. Special pizzas with stuffed spinach crust were the highlight. The service was very friendly, responded to our requests and kept up with us despite the high volume. We would like to thank you again especially for being child-friendly.

weekday visit; business; Ordered 3 meals - The lasagne was an indefinable burnt mass - Salmon with risotto = fish has no taste, risotto is much too hard, Garnish with a burnt cheese cracker - Agnolotti were good The wine we ordered was stale and the service probably didn't really feel like working.

We were there with seven people. Had reserved in advance. My meal was very tasty (starter carpaccio, main course risotto and tiramisu for dessert). However, the service was really not good, drinks were forgotten and with every course someone always had to wait for their food (it was obviously also forgotten). No one asked for more drinks and the card reader stopped working when paying (of course the staff couldn't do anything about that).

Today we ate at Michelangelo with our family (8 adults and 2 children). Mega tasty, visually beautifully presented. Very nice, attentive service. We had various dishes, appetizers, pizzas and pasta, everyone was very enthusiastic. Absolutely recommended, we will be back. Price/performance top.

We were here with friends on New Year's Eve and I have to say it was a very successful turn of the year. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and accommodating (and special requests are also fulfilled). The food was really excellent (we had parmesan pasta with porcini mushrooms and truffles as a starter, a pizza and a pinsa as a main course, both with unusual toppings - something special), but unfortunately there was no room for dessert, because it are not small portions. The price-performance ratio is also okay for this quality (only the prices for a bottle of wine would be a small point of criticism - there is no "starting price" here, under €30 - but you can also use the house wine). It was definitely A successful evening and we can only warmly recommend this restaurant!

It's our favorite Italian. The pizza 🍕 is baked in a stone oven and is always delicious 😋. My children love it.

Waren am Freitag mit Tischvorbestellung im Restaurant. Bei Ankunft war weder Name noch Telefonnummer bekannt, so kam das Bekannte von uns schon etwas länger an einem anderen Tisch auf uns warteten und nur nach Anruf wo sie bleiben haben wir uns gefunden. Essen und Getränke durchnittlich und dem Preis nicht angemessen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bedienung eine junge Frau außerordentlich nett und höflich.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen. Gehört zu den Top 10 in Eisenach.

Wir haben zu fünft im Restaurant gegessen. Die Pizzen ließen sich nur mit brachialer Gewalt schneiden, was zum einen an den stumpfen Messern und zum anderen am sehr harten Pizzaboden lag. Die Zwiebeln waren nicht mitgebacken worden- sie lagen roh auf dem Käse. Die anderen Gerichte waren ganz ok aber kamen über Imbissqualität nicht hinaus. Unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Was gar nicht geht,ist ,dass Teller abgeräumt werden während andere Personen am Tisch noch essen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist leider auch nicht besonders ansprechend. Dann doch lieber im Sommer den Außenbereich nutzen, denn dieser ist wirklich immer sehr schön gestaltet.

War mal toll, hat stark nachgelassen, leider, Service ist desinteressiert und unaufmerksam, Essen deutlich schlechter als früher. Sehr schade, wir gehen nicht mehr hin.

Vorsicht bei der Zahlung mit EC-Karte!!! Ohne, dass ich je dem zugestimmt habe, wurde Trinkgeld in gleicher Höhe wie der Rechnungsbetrag abgebucht. Das wurde erst bei der Durchsicht der Kontoumsätze ersichtlich, auf dem Display des Kartenlesers stand nichts von Trinkgeld, nur der Preis für die Speisen und Getränke. Sehr übles Gebahren!!!

Trotz viel Personal etwas Wartezeit. Dennoch leckeres Essen und guter Wein.

Wir waren auf der Wartburg und hatten Hunger. Da das Restaurant im Wartburghof geschlossen war, suchten wir eine Gaststätte in Eisenach. Nach längerem Suchen würden wir fündig. Ambiente des Lokals ist durchaus ansprechend. Allerdings ist die verkehrssituation in Eisenach zur Zeit sehr anstrengend durch die vielen Baustellen. Wir mussten mehrmals ums karree fahren bis wir vor der Pizzeria einen Stellplatz bekommen haben. Das Essen war sehr lecker und würde auch frisch zubereitet. Aber Vorsicht. Die Kindergerichte sind wie eine große Portion. Preise sind okay. Personal ist freundlich und flink. Kann mann weiterempfehlen.

Service nicht viel bei uns gewesen, musste selber 3x zum Service. 3 Ameisen im Getränk , essen so lala. Sonst gehen wir eigentlich immer gern hin, aber die letzten zwei mal hat es stark nachgelassen .

Essen leider komplett ungesalzen, wollten eigentlich in der ☀️ sitzen wurden dann aber auf den schattigsten Platz gesetzt obwohl woanders etwas frei war. Bedienung war kaum zu sehen.

Essen war ok, der Service eine Zumutung. Mit jeder Bestellung die aus der Küche kam von Tisch zu Tisch gelaufen bis der richtige Adressat gefunden war. Entsprechend war mein Essen kalt bis das meiner Begleitung kam. Meine Spaghetti Carbonara waren nix besonderes. Portionsgrösse auch eher klein. Also nee hier komm ich nicht mehr her.

Die Pizza war okay....lange Wartezeiten, erst die falsche Pizza, Getränke vergessen. Eine Angestellte war sehr bemüht die absolute Nullleistung des Chefs wett zu machen. Warum dieser sowohl mit einem Zebra-Scanner als auch mit seinem IPhone Bestellungen aufnimmt, bleibt auch ein Rätsel. Dann diskutiert der Chef lautstark mit einer Kundin die nicht/falsch gebrachte Speisen nicht Zahlen wollte. Mein Tipp: Für die nette Frau die uns bedient hat: suchen Sie sich ein Lokal wo Ihre Leistung vom Chef gewürdigt wird. Für den Rest der Mannschaft: Machen Sie besser einen Bahnhofsimbiss auf, da passt der Service.

Schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, das Essen war sehr lecker die Tortellini mit Parmesan sowie Tagliatelle mit Lachs sind sehr zu empfehlen!

Einer der schlechtesten Restaurants, die ich seid langem besucht habe, Falsche Gerichte, Haare auf der Pizza sowie schlechte Bedienung waren nur einige der Auffälligkeiten. Nachdem wir auf dir falsche Pizza aufmerksam gemacht haben, wurden lieblos 3 kalte Salami Scheiben drauf gelegt. Außerdem wurde behauptet, dass keine Kartenzahlung möglich wäre sondern nur per Bar, was sich als Lüge herausstellte. Der Höhepunkt war das Verschüttet von Weißwein über die komplette Kleidung. Also der Schein trügt!

Leider wurde der bestellte Nachtisch nicht gebracht, aber berechnet. Ebenfalls wurde ein Orangensaft berechnet, den wir nicht bestellt hatten. Service war nett, aber leider an dem Tag überlastet. Essen war gut.

Naja - also das Essen war durchaus okay. Hatte schon besseres aber auch schon deutlich schlechteres italienisches Essen. Problematisch war die lange Wartezeit und das unorganisierte Chaos aus welchem diese resultierte. Es ist genügend Personal da, welches bei guter Organisation,ordentlich abliefern könnte. Tipp an das Personal bzw. an den Chef: geht mal nach Italien, die zeigen euch wie's geht... Dafür gab's einen Stern Abzug. Den zweiten gab's für die Art und Weise, wie mit Reklamationen umgegangen wurde. Prinzipiell war alles kein Problem - es wurde sofort ausgetauscht, nachgereicht oder richtig gestellt. Das Problem waren zum einen die Häufigkeit der Missstände, die eigentlich gar nicht erst passieren sollen - zumindest nicht so viel und zum anderen, dass die Schuldzuweisungen an die Kollegen an unserem Tisch ausgetragen und breitgetreten wurden. Das geht gar nicht. Hier scheint ein großes internes Problem zu existieren. Und das spiegelt sich leider im Service wieder. Die Bedienung war hoffnungslos überfordert. Zwar nett und hübsch - aber naja... Also für eine Empfehlung reicht es leider nicht. Da gibt es unweit von dieser Lokalität einen deutlich besseren Italiener, der seinen Laden deutlich besser im Griff hat. Werbung sollte ich an dieser Stelle wohl eher vermeiden...

Habe Lachs gegessen einfach lecker gemacht ..also Leute auf und lasst es euch schmecken Daumen hoch …👍😋

Samstag Abend: Massenabfertigung. Lieblos und grob belegte Pizza, die mit den Messern kaum zu schneiden ist, 0815-angerichtete Pasta, Toiletten in saumäßigem Zustand. Service pflichterfüllend, aber nicht herzlich/zuvorkommend. Schade für den eigentlich schönen Platz unter den Bäumen.

Heute war ich zum wiederholten Mal im Michelangelo. Es war, wie immer, alles sehr sehr lecker. Ich wurde hier noch nie enttäuscht. Auch ist der Service immer extrem nett und freundlich. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unser Essen hat uns allen geschmeckt, wir saßen draußen in einem sehr schön gestaltetem Aussenbereich, auch die Lage war sehr schön .

Leider mussten wir sehr lange auf unser Essen warten , fast eine Stunde. Es lag wahrscheinlich daran dass die Service Kraft uns vergessen hat. Gäste, die nach uns kamen, bekamen ihr Essen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten, sind eher semi...nur mit Ticket, halbe Stunde, 1 Euro. Das Ambiente ist super, Personal schien mir leicht überfordert. Kulanz fürs lange Warten, 10% Rabatt. Essen hat geschmeckt, allerdings war meine Lasagne innen noch kalt. Ich gehe mal nicht von Tk Speisen aus . Der Besuch war einmalig, keine Wiederholung geplant .

Früher war es mal ein super Italiener mit top personal. Jetzt wird man vom personal ignoriert und man hat das Gefühl das nur die „Stammgäste“ bedient werden. Wir waren auf jedem Fall das letzte mal dort. Über 15 min warten bis man überhaupt mal wahrgenommen wird ist schon kritisch. Wenn man dann auch noch ewig auf die Rechnung warten muss mit quengligen kids ist es nur noch nervig. Haben dann das Geld einfach auf den Tisch gelegt und sind gegangen.

Sehr leckeres Eis auch zu später Stund noch, finde ich echt gut wir kommen wieder 🙏

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Aber zu wenig und überfordertes Personal. Haben 30 Minuten mit einem kleinkind auf die Rechnung gewartet, natürlich war das Kindertheater groß.

Leider sollte man den positiven Bewertungen nicht trauen. Wir trauten den Bewertungen und waren leider extrem enttäuscht. Meine Frau, Ich und mein kleines Kind besuchten dieses Restaurant vor einigen Tagen um die Mittagszeit. Die Kellner waren extrem unfreundlich. Ihre gesamte Art war abweisend, kalt und unpersönlich. Von Kunden (und Kinder!) Freundlichkeit leider keine Spur. Mit der Frage nach einem „Kinderstuhl“ überforderten wir die Herren direkt - sie brachten zwar einen Stuhl welcher aber mit heraussehenden Schrauben an der Sitzfläche bestenfalls noch als mittelalterliches Folterinstrument der Wartburg funktionieren könnte - sicher aber nicht als Stuhl für Kleinkinder. Leider ging es auch nicht viel besser weiter, mit grimmiger Mine wurden die Bestellungen aufgenommen und anschließend serviert. Essen war „Ok“ aber auch nicht besonders schmackhaft. Die angeschlagenen Teller, die Gläser mit Wasserflecken und die dreckige Tischdecke konnten wir trotz erst garnicht angezündeter Kerze gut sehen. Top fanden wir übrigens auch wie es keine Kindergerichte gibt und nach Aufforderung bitte für das Kind nur eine kleine Pizza zu bringen das Kind eine minimal kleinere, jedoch nach wie vor viel zu große Pizza serviert bekommt. Netterweise wurde auf diese dann ein „Seniorenrabatt“ von 1 Euro auf der Rechnung abgezogen. Am ende haben wir bezahlt (dummerweise noch Trinkgeld gegeben) und den Laden sehr sehr unzufrieden verlassen. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen aber die gesamte Situation hat mich sowas von frustriert das ich zumindest andere Kunden (mit und ohne Kinder) warnen möchte. Das Restaurant ist bis 11 Uhr geöffnet, aber um 10.20 Uhr durften wir noch nicht einmal ein Glas Bier trinken. Den Abend verdorben.

Entgegen der Internetseite werden KEINE glutenfreien Pizzen angeboten. Dieses war aber der Grund für unseren Besuch, da ich kein Gluten vertrage. Schade, so blieb mir nur Salat oder das von mir gewählte Risotto mit Thunfisch und Scampis. Fleisch war mir einfach zu teuer. Das der Thunfisch auf dem Risotto ROH war hätte ich bei Sushi erwartet, aber nicht hier. War nicht nach meinem Geschmack und die Portion machte nicht wirklich satt. Der Service war auch nicht wirklich freundlich und eine Rechnung gab es auch nicht bei Barzahlung. Aber: Meine Familie fand die normalen Pizzen sehr lecker.
