Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen trotz fehlender Reservierung. Wir hatten zur Vorspeise die Scampi und zum Hauptgang Pizza Rustica und Rigatoni al primitivo. Essen war hervorragend und die Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert!

Leider von der deutschen Bedienung unprofessionell, frech und unbeirrbar in Empfang genommen, nur weil ich bevor ich mich setzte mir wie immer die Hände waschen wollte. Das Restaurant hatte seit 1 Minute geöffnet und Frage mich, ob das notwendig war....schade, hätte ein schöner Abend werden können. So habe ich sehr gut, bedeutend nüchterner 30 Meter weiter italienisch gegessen

Wir kamen, Wochenendurlaubsbedingt am Freitag ohne Reservierung ins Lokal. Man hat uns dann sehr freundlich noch einen Tisch gegeben, das war sicherlich nicht einfach noch ein Zeitfenster zu finden aber der Restaurantchef hat es möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank noch einmal! Das Lokal liegt sehr zentral in Eisenach und hat neben einem normalen Gastraum mit viel Holzverkleidung einen wunderschönen Aussenbereich mit halb überdachter Terrasse. Es ist alles sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es gibt sehr viel Deko, die Toiletten haben eine Schiebetür und es werden sogar Hygieneartikel angeboten. Das Personal sind echte Italiener. Im Service wurde italienisch gesprochen. Wir haben einen schönen Tisch bekommen und es war sogar live Musik. Die war sehr schön und auch nicht zu laut. Das Bier ist verhältnismässig teuer. Gut, ein Pilsener Urquell bekommt man nicht überall aber beim Italiener trinkt man ja auch eher einen Wein. Es gibt aber auch die üblichen Verdächtigen wie Frizzantino, Limoncello Spitz oder eine selbst gemachte Lime Limo mit roten Früchten drinnen. Die Pizza Capricciosa ist sehr gut belegt und schmeckt lecker. Der Preis ist völlig okay. Die Nudel, wie die langen Tagliolini, sind selbst gemacht, auch die Gnocchi. Die Tagliolini don Alfredo mit Kaninchen (wo kriegt man mal so was?), Tomaten, Kernen und einem hervorragenden Trüffelöl kann man gut empfehlen. Die Portion ist nicht gross aber ausreichend, der Preis wird durch die Qualität gerechtfertigt. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Eisenach kommen, dann gehen wir hier wieder essen. Beim nächsten mal dann aber mit Reservierung.

I am fascinated! Very nice restaurant! Clean and cozy. We ordered pizzas. They were very tasty! I recommend! There is also food for vegetarians. And outside, along the fence, planted tomatoes and peppers. There are also vines. And it all paid off. A piece of southern and sunny Italy in Thuringia.

We wanted to have a drink there, the menu wasn't ours. We were then actually asked to leave because we didn't order any food. Ambience good but service poor

Bei schönem Wetter war die Terrasse vollbesetzt, im Innenraum waren sämtliche Tische frei. Leider wurden wir recht rigiros wieder weg geschickt.

The food was surprisingly bad: the salad first came with the wrong sauce, on the second attempt all the tomatoes were green, there was the stalk of an iceberg lettuce in it and, contrary to what was stated on the menu, there was neither corn nor bread. Without exaggerating, this was by far the worst salad I've ever seen, every kebab shop does it better. The noodles were anything but tasty and didn't look particularly appetizing. Maybe we were unlucky, but the way we responded to our complaint about the defective salad was neither friendly nor appropriate. Nothing was offered or less was charged. You were more likely to feel like you had done something wrong by daring to even bring it up. Maybe an isolated case, the shop seems to be doing very well. If you want to be on the safe side, you should get a pizza, it looked good from what I could see. If you are here with several people, you should be prepared for the fact that the food sometimes takes very different amounts of time. At several tables it was observed that first the pizza was already there and then it took another 10 minutes until the others received their food, for example pasta. Not dramatic, but at a table with three people, one of them was two-thirds of the way through his pizza by the time the other two got their pasta.

Different dishes were served than ordered. The waiter didn't understand the numbers on the menu or the names correctly When paying, there were other dishes on the bill.

Real Italian cuisine, run by Neapolitans, have a great time but very busy, the service does what it can

Great atmosphere and nice service. Unfortunately, the pasta doesn't eat through and for dessert we have a chocolate tart with no liquid core and a rotten decoration. Therefore unfortunately too expensive for 0 star cuisine.

Full marks for this restaurant. The service was nice, friendly and attentive. Pizza topping requests were addressed and implemented. The pizza was a dream, great dough and plenty of toppings. If you are looking for a delicious pizza in Eisenach, you should stop by here!

The restaurant is well located and the large outdoor area in summer is attractively designed. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the performance of the service staff are not convincing. My starter “Scampi Amalfi” contained no scampi but only 4! small shrimp tails drowned in a mushroom-cream sauce. The price of EUR 10.90 is not justified. The fish soup tasted ok, but didn't contain any fish, only seafood. After all, real scampi were used here, although they were so small that they could hardly be opened. The main course consisted of “narrow tagliatelle with truffle” from the daily menu. However, spaghetti came, not tagliatelle. The pasta in cream sauce was okay in terms of taste and portion size, the amount of truffles was very manageable and just over-sized. The sauce itself had no truffle flavor. Of course it wasn't a fresh summer truffle either, which you can't necessarily expect for the price of just under twenty euros, but it would have been possible. Unfortunately, the Fettuccine La Grappa was very watery and not a highlight in terms of taste. Overall, none of the dishes were really convincing. The service wasn't particularly friendly but ok. With the exception that I was brought a beer with noticeable suspended particles. The glass apparently wasn't washed properly. When I complained, I was brought a new, clean beer without saying a word. A quick “sorry.” would have been appropriate. In summary, the restaurant has a nice ambience, average staff and food at upscale prices. It is not a recommendation. Therefore 3 stars are appropriate.

Disappointing. I ordered a pizza with spinach and gorgonzola. The service didn't notice that I was the only one at the table who didn't get my food. After 10 minutes I asked if my pizza had been forgotten - they would ask in the kitchen. Another 10 minutes later I was served a pizza without any further words - only topped with cheese. Then I noticed that the spinach was still missing. "Oh, yes, we don't have any spinach at the moment." It's a mystery to me that the staff wasn't embarrassed by this - first they forgot the order, then they served the wrong pizza and then they only noticed when asked (!) that the ingredients for it were missing The pizza we ordered wasn't even available. And not even an apology or a drink on the house. By the way, the pizza didn't taste particularly good either.

We have been here a few times and are always very happy with the food and service. This evening it was hardly possible to get a place without a reservation and yet they still found a "corner" for us.

You have to wait an eternity for your food to come, the food is below average, the waiters brought us the wrong order and took it away while generally being rude and unapologetic. the ambience is good but the kitchen and service leaves much to be desired. Would not recommend.

There were six of us in the restaurant this evening. A dish didn't arrive and otherwise the staff was overwhelmed and unfriendly. We arrived at the same time as another table of 6 and when the other table left we still had no food. This was after almost an hour. At least the drinks came quite quickly. The food itself was okay but nothing special. A smile and a friendly greeting should be a given.

After a walk in Eisenach, arriving in the pouring rain (coincidentally also around dinner time), we walked into this restaurant wet to ask if they had a table for us. We were warmly welcomed in this cozy and beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious and the service hospitable: highly recommended!

Na een wandeling in Eisenach aangekomen in de stromende regen (toevallig ook rond etenstijd) liepen we nat dit restaurant in om te vragen of ze een tafel voor ons hadden. We werden vriendelijk onthaald in dit gezellige en mooie restaurant. Het eten was heerlijk en de bediening gastvrij: aanrader!

I had the Fettucine la Grappa. Very tasty and big enough. Service was overall very nice. The outside area is cozy. However, only cash payment possible. Unfortunately not so great in a tourist town like Eisenach and with a very central location. This is no longer up to date.

Well. Unfortunately, clearly. I would like this trattoria and staff to move please. Close to where I live. I would be a regular. Food great, service impeccable, prices affordable and reasonable. Rarely good mix, molto gustoso e brava!

The restaurant is really great. The pizzas in particular are highly recommended. Definitely one of the best pizzas we have eaten so far. That says something...with around 8 million pizzas so far 😅

Beautiful spot with very good food

The food itself was tasty, but far too little. Anywhere else you can get the same food and get more and fill you up than here and for the same price. Once and never again. I go home hungry. The great thing is that you can't pay by card, only cash and that's a no go in today's times, really sad.

Second time there and again very good food. Pasta, bread and pizza dough were homemade and very tasty. Service friendly and careful.

Very cozy and lovingly furnished restaurant. Although there were a lot of guests there at our time, in the evening, we got our food quickly (approx. 20 minutes). This also tasted delicious and any extra requests were taken into account. Well deserved 5 stars!

For dinner we had pizza and the taste and appearance were bad for us. Pizza was oversalted and looked like confinement pizza. Even though the store was full, the food was with us within 5 minutes. But the top hammer was the beer. The glasses have just come out of the dishwasher and are very warm and how do you cool down the beer in warm glasses? You just throw ice cubes in. It doesn't work at all!!

Unfortunately, Pizza Diavola is more of a Pizza Salame. Otherwise very good pizzas, delicious dough and high quality products. It's rare to spontaneously find space here. A reservation is recommended.

My meal (lasagna) wasn't good, way too much cheese, you could hardly eat it.

I used to enjoy going there, but the restaurant has declined significantly. Despite strong inflation, it seemed to me that prices had not been increased. The taste was no longer what we remembered. In terms of quantity, OK. But I don't go to a restaurant for something like that. It would be better to increase the prices a little and put more love into the dishes. But the wine was much worse. We ordered a bottle of wine for around €30! A wine from a certain winery was advertised on the menu - but we didn't get it. The wine bottle itself was placed in a disposable cooling pad. We had never seen anything like this in a restaurant, nor could it be sustainable in any way. We then removed the part because we weren't particularly impressed by the taste of the wine and we wanted to know what kind of wine it was that reminded us more of Aldi than Italy... It was the same type, but a completely different winery. We then asked the waiter and his answer was that it depends on what the boss brings with him... Incomprehensible. Well, the waiter can't do anything about that, but with a statement like that you feel like you've been ripped off. It would have been okay if you had simply said when ordering that the wine wasn't there and that you had another one instead. Unfortunately this will be the last time we will be in this house. Very unfortunate.

The place is not bad, I really liked the interior. But the service is disgusting. We visited on Saturday at lunchtime, the place was not even 50% full. We ordered two pastas and a pizza. We waited for the order for over an hour! To all questions about how soon it would be, the waiters said “a couple of minutes.” We didn’t leave only because it was raining outside and we didn’t want to go look for another place. The pastas were good, the pizza was delicious. But don’t set foot there again!

Zur Stärkung vor dem Besuch der Wartburg sind wir in der Trattoria la Grappa gewesen. Unsere sehr verschiedenen Gerichte waren alle hervorragend zubereitet, kamen pünktlich zusammen und wir wurden von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin betreut. Große Empfehlung!

It was simply fantastic! We went into the restaurant without making a reservation and got a table straight away! The service was super friendly and the waiting time for 4 people was 10-15 minutes! The pizza was fresh from the stone oven and the crust was super crispy. The pasta was perfect and the cheese was incredibly delicious. For dessert there was crème brûlée 🍮🤤. Just wow! Taste explosion, my jaw fell off after just the first spoonful. Mega!!! Perfect restaurant. 😆👍❤️

Die Pizza und der Nachtisch waren gut! Das Restaurant ist sehr speziell dekoriert, was das Ambiente besonders macht.

An einem Samstag Abend zur Kernzeit waren wir zu dritt in diesem wunderschönen Restaurant essen. Man wurde herzlich empfangen und an den Tisch begleitet (Reservierung). Die Bedienung erfolgte in wenigen Minuten und obwohl das Restaurant sehr voll war, haben wir in 1 1/2 Stunden ein 3 Gänge Menü gegessen. Eine super Bedienung 👍🏻 Das Essen war sehr lecker, egal ob Vor-, Haupt- oder Nachspeise. Nur zu empfehlen. Auch das preisleistungs Verhältnis ist genau passend. Jeder der die italienische Küche liebt und nicht unmengen an Geld ausgeben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Trattoria La Grappa

Wir hatten kürzlich das Vergnügen, dieses charmante italienische Restaurant zu besuchen. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und unglaublich nett, was unseren Abend wirklich besonders machte. Die Pizzas waren geschmacklich einfach top und ein absoluter Genuss für die Sinne. Ich würde auf jeden Fall empfehlen, im Voraus zu reservieren, da dieser Ort sehr beliebt ist. Die Location strahlte eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus, obwohl es etwas eng war. Insgesamt war es ein wundervolles kulinarisches Erlebnis, das wir gerne wiederholen würde.

Waren erst skeptisch. Wegen der Fehrnsehserie.Waren super überrascht. Sowas habe ich in Berlin noch nicht gefunden. Bleibt so wir freuen uns auf Eisenach.

Es ging ein erneutes Mal mit meinem Geschäftspartner auf in die kulinarischen Überraschungen der Italienischen Küche. Wir ließen es uns gut gehen und bestellten diesmal eine Vorspeise dazu. Zu Beginn gab es also Vitello tonnato und Pizzabrot ,welche sehr ansprechend zubereitet und angerichtet wurde. Unsere Bäuche füllten sich und unsere Geschmacksknospen waren sehr zufrieden. Serviert wurden diese Feinheiten von dem außerordentlich nettem Personal Vorort. Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und angenehm eingerichtet nur hat mir wie auch oft in italienischen Restaurants ,die Italienische Darbietung gefehlt. Ich gebe diesem Lokal 4 von 5 Sternen ,da ich sehr zufrieden war und das Gesamtpaket mich überzeugt hat, zudem kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen und würde sicherlich gerne diesem Restaurant einen weiteren Besuch widmen.

Wir hatten nicht reserviert und trotzdem war das Personal sehr bemüht uns einen Tisch zurecht zu machen. Alle extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und entsprechend lecker. Das Restaurant hat eine äußerst angenehme Atmosphäre. Würden wir nicht über zwei Stunden entfernt wohnen, wären wir sicherlich Stammgäste.

Als Wohnmobil -Reisende sind wir in die Altstadt haben die Location von Außen gesehen und sofort gesagt dort müssen wir hin ,dieses traten wir auch und waren mehr als überrascht der Service ist echt super nett Lustig und Aufmerksam Essen hat echt super geschmeckt. dieser Italiener ist ein Kleinod in Eisenach. Wer nicht hier gewesen ist, hat etwas verpasst. Die Außen-Terrasse sucht ihresgleichen und genießt Alleinstellungsmerkmal - Platz 1 dessen, was ich jemals in einem Restaurant im Außenbereich gesehen habe! Fantastische Weine super Service weiter Empfehlung ohne Einschränkung. Eine Wucht. sehr guter Primitivo - Urgemütlich.

Bedienung war nett, essen hat nach nichts geschmeckt und die Pasta aus dem Parmesanleib ist keine Pasta aus dem Parmesanleib, sondern Butter und Sahne. Nudeln mit irgendeinen Pesto schmecken tausendmal besser!

Sehr gute italinische Küche in tollem Ambiente. Die Gnocchi mit frischen Pilzen in Tomatensoße waren super und die Pizza meines Mannes auch toll. Super frisch belegt mit verschiedenen Sorten Schinken und tollem Pizzaboden. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein toller erster Abend in Eisenach.

La Grappa ist eine typische“ Touristenkneipe“ nicht wirklich gut aber auch nicht schlecht, man wird satt und das zu einem moderaten Preis. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und bemüht aber auch von einem halbgefüllten Restaurant leicht überfordert. Alles in Allem kein Highlight aber nach einem Tag mit Wartburg und Drachenschlucht der erwartbare Abendausklang, La Grappa gibt es so in jeder anderen deutschen Touristenhochburg.

Reservieren ist vielleicht von Vorteil. Wir haben aber spontan einen Platz für drei Personen bekommen. Die Karte ist sehr ansprechend mit außergewöhnlichen italienischen Köstlichkeiten. Wunderbare Pasta in tollen Kombination, sensationelle Pizza und vor allem das Tiramisu. Besser kann man es nicht zubereiten. Es war einfach Weltklasse und hat alles gestimmt. Man schmeckt auch wirklich die hochwertigen Zutaten von der Pasta über die Sauce, das Trüffelöl. Alles nur hochwertig, denn sonst würde so ein toller Geschmack nicht zustande kommen. Hatten Glück an einem verregneten Freitag Abend noch einen Tisch ohne Reservierung zu bekommen, sehr leckere Pizza, die Bedienung war leider unaufmerksam nachdem wir nicht schnell genug unsere Speisen ausgewählt hatten.. man sollte wissen das es hier nicht die Standard Pizzen gibt 😉 Sehr ansprechendes Ambiente - vor allem auf der Terrasse, Kann es für einen Terrassenplatz weiterempfehlen 😊

Absolut schlechter Service von dem jüngerem Kellner. Wollte dort alleine essen und man hat mir direkt ein Zeitlimit gesetzt, danach gab man mir den schlechtesten Platz obwohl alle Zweiertische frei und nicht reserviert waren. Ich fragte danach höflich die jüngere Kellnerin die mir die Karte brachte ob ich mich nich dorthin setzten könnte, sie sagte ja klar. Als der andere Kellner das mit bekam bestand er darauf das ich mich wieder dort hinsetze. Daraufhin bin ich gegangen. Anscheinend hatte man Angst das ich alleine nicht genug Geld da lasse.

Wir hatten für 4 Personen einen Tisch online bestellt, bekamen aber kein Feedback zurück. So sind wir also gegen 18 Uhr im "La Grappa" aufgeschlagen und die Bedienung meinte, sie hätten mit der Online Reservierung Probleme. Wir haben aber netterweise einen Tisch bekommen, welcher erst für 19.30 Uhr reserviert war. Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön und die Trattoria scheint sehr beliebt zu sein. Von der Pizza waren wir enttäuscht, der Boden war leider matschig, nicht durchgebacken, er sollte schon knusprig sein. Die Gnocchi waren lecker, aber leider fand ich nicht das auf dem Teller wie gewünscht, irgendwie hat bei mir die Steinpilzsoße gefehlt, hätte mir die Speisekarte doch noch einmal geben lassen sollen. Zu erwähnen wäre noch das "Bruschetta Toscana" als Vorspeise. Leider sehr simpel, kein Hauch von Knoblauch zu spüren, das haben wir in Italien schon besser gegessen. Sorry, aber es war trotzdem ein gemütlicher Abend.

Very bad, refused to take card. Better options elsewhere

Unfreundliche Bedienung. Sie wusste nicht was der Unterschied zwischen Nudelgerichten ist und ich musste es dann ernsthaft alleine googeln. Dann kam der bestellte Salat nie an und war trotzdem auf der Rechung. Außerdem kann man nur Bargeld bezahlen, was uns nicht gesagt wurde. Glutenfreie Pizza war sehr gut. Nudelgerichte allerdings nicht.

Food was ok,they do have gluten free pizza only if you call in advance. The service was terrible, tried to charge us for a salad when it didn’t come, the person bringing the food was very rude and didn’t know what the dishes contained when asking. It was not clear that they only take cash not card payments. And they will not give you back your change once paid!! There are better restaurants in Eisenach but I recommend to steer clear if you want to enjoy your stay.

Avoid. Service was rude and unhelpful. I ordered a salad which never arrived and they then attempted to charge me for it. The spaghetti carbonara was lumpy rather than creamy, the ham in the dish was the incorrect type for it and it was burned. It is a cash only establishment, but we were not told this until the bill arrived. Not worth your time or money.

Super nett, sehr aufmerksam, unfassbar schnell, gemütlich.

Sehr uriges Ambiente. Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung und super leckere Pizzen und Nudelgerichte. Wir hatte Glück ohne Reservierung noch einen Tisch zu bekommen...also besser reservieren. Wenn wir wieder in Eisenach sind kommen wir in jedem Fall wieder vorbei. Vielen Dank und alles Gute!
