Excellent service and excellent restaurant

I actually wanted to order something delicious for dinner. I approached the waiter who was standing behind the counter with the menu. However, he completely ignored me and first waited for one of his compatriots to run in and then he could take the order from him, continuing with a conversation. I'm still standing and waiting to be served, well after a few minutes I just went back and eat somewhere else. Therefore I cannot recommend this store. Customer service is out of place here.

2021 back when the restaurant first opened

+ Got my food very quickly Fries were freshly fried which I thought was good Meat was grilled well - The bread, which is very important at Shawerma, was very old or tasted old, the bag was definitely open for a long time. I wanted to go to the toilet but it was very dirty...

The food is top and you get the feeling that it was made with love. Well seasoned, tastes really delicious. The staff are all absolutely brilliant, generous and kind. I would only recommend.

Conditions around the restaurant are now bad, the food is great, but if you threaten refugees on the street with a machete in the back room and attack them like an ax in the forest, you have no business in the Federal Republic of Germany. I will never eat here again! Addendum: It was said here that it was “damage to reputation”. Here we have him, the most German of all Germans!😂 There are enough witnesses to the spectacle.

Very bad, only vinegar instead of pomegranate seeds in the limp salad.

This is probably the hottest shop in Eisenach! I can no longer see kebabs myself, but their shawarma is something completely different. Extremely tasty, especially served with the hummus. The portions are huge and beautifully served and the price is absolutely fair! The quality of the meat is simply top and the service is great too. I come there almost every week, I can absolutely recommend it!!!

Simply great, the food was delicious.

Old meat from a can was mixed with the fresh meat on a skewer and served to us. I stood outside and waited for the food, after waiting for almost an hour. Too bad, never again.

صراحة معاملة ممتازة واستقبال حلو للزبون والاكل طيب والاسعار ممتازة جداً وحتى ماكان معي بار الا بالكرت صاحب المطعم قال ادفع بعدين، وموقعو ممتاز جداً للمسافرين جنب البانهوف ✅ ياريت باقي المطاعم يعاملونا هيك مابدي اسعار رخيصة بدي نفس المعاملة الطيبة الي حصلتها بهذا المطعم وشكراً 💙

Wir sind als große Gruppe unangemeldet gekommen und sofort wurden für uns Tische zusammengerückt, dass wir gemeinsam sitzen konnten. Wir haben lange für die Bestellung gebraucht und auf mehreren Sprachen immer wieder herum diskutiert. Das war bestimmt nervig, aber die Bedienung hat sich nichts anmerken lassen, uns respektvoll und professionell behandelt und uns jeden unserer Extrawünsche erfüllt. Das Essen und der Tee waren absolut köstlich. Die Portionen waren viel zu groß also habe ich mir den Rest einpacken lassen und zuhause festgestellt, dass er die Sauce und das empfindliche Gemüse herausgenommen hat, damit es bis morgen nicht schlecht wird. Bin gerührt von so viel Umsicht und ich schäme mich, nur 2€ Trinkgeld gegeben zu haben.

Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet ... nur eine Empfehlung...

Super leckeres Essen. Sehr lecker gewürzt. Die Portionen ein Traum für mich als guter Esser. Preise absolut fair. Bei jedem Besuch in Eisenach ein muss für uns dort zu Essen. Bei der Qualität kommen nicht viele Restaurants mit

Wir waren zufällig und zum ersten Mal heute zu Gast im "Damas House" .... es ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet .... der junge Mann, der uns bedient hat war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich .... das Essen hat uns optisch schon echt begeistert und so lecker, wie es aussah, hat es auch geschmeckt .... Wenn wir wieder in Eisenach sind, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort essen ....

Bester Schawarma in Eisenach und Umgebung! Sehr freundliche Bedienung einfach alles Top.

Super leckere Schawarma, Falafel und auch der Salat ist lecker. Der Service ist super und wir gehen immer sehr gerne dorthin.

Zentral gelegen. Leckeres orientalisches Essen. Wir haben uns durch die Karte probiert. Sehr zu empfehlen.
