A very, very rude lady at the counter this evening threw my friend and I out just because we overheard that she didn't want any walk-in customers and we mentioned it. SHE replied that there were groups of 71 pax and that she needed the seat, even though the nice waiter had shown us the seat, she apparently didn't like the fact that I had replied that it wasn't nice to talk to customers like that, she was so rude and said to leave My restaurant straight away........all you can say is RUDE HIGH 10. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Very good Thuringian and Bavarian German cuisine, high-quality food is processed here and the portions of the dishes are large, so if you want to enjoy a dessert you will have a hard time finishing your plate. The service is professional and you are completely satisfied with your wishes. The ambience is, in my opinion, simply wonderful to look at. One of the most beautiful places in Eisenach.

The food was delicious and plentiful, the service was very friendly and motivated, but a bit overwhelmed when operating outside. Boss quaint. Dark Radler is way better than the Eisenacher Pils and the Eisenacher Eselsbier! Unfortunately, outdoor dining on the busy street.

It was very crowded. Nevertheless, we still got a place. The waiting time for the food was fine for us. It was relatively tasty and the selection is very large. The service was very friendly and accommodating And it got nice after dinner. Without asking, we were given four shot glasses on the table. Our advice that we hadn't ordered these was ignored, so we assumed that they were on the house. That wasn't the case, it was a mistake, that wouldn't be a big deal, but then we asked if we wanted to pay it, and of course we said no. As we then found out, I have to pay the waitress even for the mistake. We found that very unfair of the landlord. We get dirty looks from him when we leave the restaurant. Unfortunately we can only agree with other reviews that the service, ambience and food are okay. Unfortunately the innkeeper doesn't work at all.

Hello girls, It was a pleasure for us to experience your warm atmosphere and hospitality during our visit to the Hofbräuhaus. And also for being so kind to dogs and allowing them to come along. The food was, as expected (mostly Bavarian cuisine), very good and the portion was completely okay. We felt treated very well and attentively. I can't say anything about the food etc., we didn't get that far. At the restaurant itself you will find various opening times, e.g. E.g. Monday to Sunday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on another it says Sunday and Monday are closed and on the Internet then Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are closed. Surprisingly, the restaurant is usually open and you get the impression that you would be welcome, but when we entered we were told very rudely that it was a closed society. You can also show your ID at the door. We didn't visit the restaurant anymore.

If you want to spend a nice evening then you should go to this restaurant. I haven't had such a nice evening. The food (pork knuckle and meatloaf with cabbage) was a delight. The service is simply TOP. And the ambience is just lovely. My wife and I are very satisfied all around and we are always happy to come back.

Delicious food, very nice female service! However, the tapper was rarely funny and was more interested in making sales and forced us to drink beer at his supposed regulars' table. Unfortunately, that left a bitter aftertaste and that's why this store is only recommended to a limited extent. Visit it when the guy isn't there!

Hello everyone, We had a fun evening. After we (a group of 5) were seated at a table that was too small and we wanted to move around, we were seated at THE regular table. A very nice table in the middle of the restaurant, but you MUST drink Maas there. So we got 3 wheat and a shandy in liter format. The service from Lara (waitress) was very good and was very friendly. The food was also very good! However, the pressure of the glass vulture because of the Maas format was very strenuous and we felt pretty fooled. Bottom line, great service (Lara), good food and a grumpy host. Cheers

We ate there twice during our vacation. The landlord and the waitress are very friendly. The food was great and served quickly. Personally, I found the Kaiserschmarrn incredibly tasty. I can only recommend everyone to stop by there. We will definitely stop by again on our next visit. Kind regards to the host and his team. Please keep it up.

Very inviting restaurant with a well-known Bavarian style. The menu is typically Bavarian (and really authentic!), and is supplemented with local specialties. The service is extremely friendly and very on point. The food came very quickly (but we were there shortly after 5 p.m.). The Wiener Schnitzel (veal of course) was as it should be - with the best breading and simply incredibly tasty. The beer is of course also very tasty. If you eat in Eisenach, you shouldn't miss this restaurant!

We were there with a larger group. Despite almost 25 people and an otherwise full restaurant, the service was super fast and friendly. We also enjoyed the food. The only thing missing was a little background music. But otherwise it was a nice stay. By the way, Kaiserschmarren is a must-have for all lovers!

A rustic cozy atmosphere. We made a reservation and were immediately assigned a table. The dining room was very full and there was only one waitress and the innkeeper there. Nevertheless, we always had a glass full. The food is really amazing. We all had different dishes at the table, everything came at the same time. We'll definitely be back.

Today we arrived in Eisenach and the Hotel Kaiserhof for the first time. The hofbräuhaus am Nikolaitor was recommended to us. Access directly from the hotel to the cozy living room. We were greeted very nicely and were able to choose our own seat. The service and the food were great. We felt very comfortable from the first minute and will definitely come back. When visiting the Kaiserhof in Eisenach, we can only highly recommend the Hofbräuhaus am Nikolaitor. The service is super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. Whether from starters to dessert, everything is very tasty and recommended. In terms of price, it's absolutely within the range. We left our hotel room very full and happy and already know that we will be eating here for the next few days. Thank you very much and keep it up. The food is still very good. Only the portion size should be reconsidered. It's a shame that the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. on weekends.

A great place to eat traditional German food and drink beer. The knuckle was unique! My husband had a schnitzel and was also very impressed. The service was noticeably good. Thanks to Ingo, Lara and Julia! See you next time. We're looking forward to it.

Unfortunately I couldn't finish my meal. I got the rest packaged and brought to the table. I had to pay €2.50 for the packaging. When I asked, I was told that it was required by law. I have never witnessed anything like this. - Rip off -

Eine absolute Katastrophe! Eine festgelegte Karte und man kann nichts variieren. Fürs Weihnachtsessen absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Geht lieber woanders Essen! Auch mit Nachfrage keine Anpassung möglich. Einfach nur unerhört und die Preise viel zu hoch!!!

Finde es gerade jetzt über die Weihnachtstage sehr schön, dass es eine speziell angefertigte Speisenkarte gibt. Als 3-Gang Menü wurde es sehr schön angerichtet und man hatte auch viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen und das Personal ist ebenso freundlich, wie gut gelaunt und stets sehr aufmerksam. Alles in allem, ein Lokal, welches man unbedingt mal besuchen sollte. 😉

Sehr sehr leckers Essen, kann ich nur empfehlen. Service super gerne wieder unsere beiden Hunde wurden auch freundlich empfangen.

Schade, dass man hier ohne Reservierung (2 Pers.) nicht einkehren kann und vom Personal mit dem Hinweis auf mangelnde Küchenkapazitäten abgewiesen wird. Erstaunlich, dass eine Stunde später gegen 18.30 immer noch oder schon wieder mindestens 5 Tische frei waren.

Sehr gute typische bayrische Küche gut zubereitet und 20 Portionen gleichzeitig auf den Tisch gebracht. Für eine Familienfeier ist der Nebenraum - schönes Ambiente- sehr gut geeignet, vor allem mit Kindern. Bedienung war den ganzen Abend immer da und sehr aufmerksam. Danke.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe hier und können es gern weiterempfehlen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, nur der Hofbräuburger hätte etwas mehr Käse vertragen. Der Service war super freundlich und gut drauf. Das Ambiente so wie man es erwartet. Hier lässt es sich wirklich gut essen und trinken.

Wir waren zu sechst, zwei Personen hatten "nur" eine Vorspeise bestellt worauf die Bedienung genervt die Augen verdreht hat. Ich hatte mich auf ein halbes Grillhänchen mit Pommes gefreut. Dieses war sehr faserig und die Haut verbrannt.

Zwar etwas teurer aber dafür wirklich gut. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Ach Herr Jonas, ich war gestern (Samstag) selbst im Hofbräu gewesen. Sie haben (ca . 10 Kinder) nicht im Griff gehabt. Gäste haben sich beschwert und zum Teil gegangen. Die Kinder haben im ganzen Lokal fangen gespielt.habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Das Personl hatte es schwer gehabt durchzukommen ( Gaststätte war ausgebucht) Als der Gastronom was sagte wurden SIE pampig. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit hier eine negative Bewertung abzugeben! Zum Glück sind sie dann gegangen. Da war für alle Ruhe . Das beste was sie machen konnten 👍🏻 Danke an das tolle Personal und das leckere essen!

Also essen war okay aber so wie mit den Kindern umgegangen wurde ist eine absolute Frechheit das geht mal gar nicht 😑

Wir waren am Samstag mit unserem Verein essen. Die Bedienung war sehr sehr nett und richtig gut drauf. Das Essen und das Ambiente auch richtig toll. macht weiter so wir kommen wieder ;o)

Ich war Sonntags mit meiner Mutter und meinen beiden Kindern dort und es war wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, der Wirt und die Bedienung waren zünftig angezogen und absolut zuvorkommend & freundlich. Wir sind jährlich in München und dieses Hofbräuhaus steht dem „Original“ wirklich in nichts nach. Wir hatten Obatzda, Schweinshaxn, Schweinebraten und für die Kinder Knödel mit Soße - alles 10/10! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

In gemütlicher Atmosphäre habe ich einen leckeren Hofbräu Burger und Kaiserschmarrn gegessen - einfach super, vor allem die karamellisierten Kleinigkeiten im Dessert. Dazu noch ein lockerer Schnack mit dem Chef und Service Personal. Herzhaft und herzlich. Klare Empfehlung. Bis zum nächsten Schmaus. :)

Einen herzlichen Dank an die Wirtsleute vom Hofbräu im Hotel Kaiserhof in Eisenach für den stimmungsvollen Abend und das gute Essen. Haben die Gastlichkeit sehr genossen und können das Lokal nur weiterempfehlen.

Es war so gut, dass wir am nächsten Tag wieder dort gegessen haben und auch wieder sehr zufrieden mit allem waren. Würden wir vor Ort wohnen wären wir mit Sicherheit Stammgäste.
