Very nice, shady spot at the market. We were there for almost three hours. The ice cream was delicious. The pizza was great, as were the drinks and the bread with the dip. Only the salad wasn't so tasty.

Unfortunately, our visit to this ice cream parlor was disappointing. The waitress was inattentive, seemed unmotivated, and didn't make eye contact or even smile – hospitality isn't what it looks like. Even when it's raining, you should be able to expect a certain level of basic friendliness from customer service – I speak from my own experience in the restaurant industry. What was particularly negative was that we had to wait forever before anyone even came to pay. The lady who served us was unfortunately no better-tempered or helpful. During our entire visit, no one came to our table to ask if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else. The ice cream may have been okay, but the service unfortunately left a very poor impression – there's definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Ice quality great. Unfortunately, everything else didn't convince us. Inattentive waiters who walk around slightly annoyed - hardly a tired smile or kind word. Too bad. Ambience right on the market is really nice. Maybe we caught the team on a bad day? That would only be human.

It's ice cream sundaes and where has the staff gone? Clearly too expensive, people live from tourism here, but sales are not wanted. Ordering takes a long time, it takes a long time to get something and it also takes a long time to be able to pay Too bad

Be careful, bad reviews will be deleted! We waited a very long time (45 minutes) for our ice cream even though it was averagely busy. You also have to read carefully what you order. Each cup (e.g. chocolate, fruit or Raffaelo) says it contains mixed milk ice cream plus sauce. Translated, this means that all 3 of us got the same 3 balls of ice cream with just a different sauce each. This is as described on the map but still not what you expect. When paying, the waiter had to browse through the menu for ages and calculate how much we had to pay. Overall we were very dissatisfied.

The food (mussels) was delicious, and the second meal, pork fillet with Gorgonzola sauce, was also good. Service was quick and friendly. I think €18.90 for mussels is quite a bargain.

We were out pretty much in the evening and our girls wanted to have some ice cream. VALENTINO was already closed but there were some people (certainly the owner) cleaning up/class crashing etc. that needed to be done. We asked and lo and behold, we got it!!! Super friendly! It tasted so great!!! Sat outside, wonderful!!!!

On the way from Neutor to the train station we stopped here to have a drink. Service was prompt (despite a lot of people sitting here in great weather) and friendly. The bill also came quite quickly (after we realized that we had to hurry up so as not to miss the train). All good 👍

Actually a nice coffee, delicious waffles, nice ice cream sundaes but... service a bit of a hangover... 25 minutes after ordering, not everything is there... a capochino is missing here, there is strawberry ice cream on it instead of vanilla ice cream. No matter how good a place is… if the service isn’t good, the experience isn’t good

Pure disappointment!!! Ordered two icebreakers and one waffle. The waffle simply wasn't included and the icebreaker variants only came with a spoon. There was no corresponding apology, but rather they were ignored and the full price was simply summed up for the rest. Valentino won't see us again

Waited forever for the order. The ice cream was an imposition. Too cold with lumps of ice (frozen water) in it and an absolutely artificial taste! The worst ice cream in a long time! Cappuccino is so thin!

An einem sonnigen Wochentag habe ich mich für Valentino in Linz am Marktplatz entschieden. Pizza Chef ist die große Empfehlung: eine Überraschung, denn die Mitte der Pizza ist aufgeklappt zum Rand, so dass in der Mitte eine Runde Öffnung entsteht. Diese wird mit leckerem Salat gefüllt. Eine sehr nette Idee und zudem schmeckt die Steinofenpizza wirklich super. Der Service sei freundlich und schnell. Was will man mehr!

Who thinks it's great: -being greeted unfriendly - being sent to another table when the terrace was almost empty because you had chosen a "dining table" (which was not at all recognizable as such). - having to wait 15 minutes after ordering a drink and seeing that the corresponding waiter prefers to sort cutlery instead of serving his guests -Then place the same order with another colleague -Wait another 15 minutes -Then being slapped down with two not really chilled, almost non-carbonated lemonades ...this is exactly the right place!

We ate there a few weeks ago and were particularly impressed by the service. The employee was very friendly. I was brought the wrong food (which can happen from time to time), for which I was immediately apologized and we got dessert (ice cream while leaving) and my drink on the house. The children's needs were also taken into account very well. The food was delicious and we were also thrilled with the starter. We would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend 😊

On July 26th We were here with a larger group to eat ice cream. Unfortunately it was difficult to even get a table for 8 people outside. Most of the sundaes were okay, but both strawberry sundaes had whipped cream and were gritty. When we complained about this, it was met quite snippily and the waiter took one of the ice cream sundaes in without saying a word. In the background we could hear the cream machine being cleaned. In the meantime the second ice cream sundae had also been returned. Both then came back with superficially exchanged cream. However, the cream in the cup itself (at the bottom under the ice cream) was not replaced and was inedible. Plus, most of the ice had melted by now. There was no apology until I complained again during payment. The final apology only came after we had complained about the lack of it and was clearly not meant seriously. Mistakes can happen, but the waiter's reaction was inappropriate!

Food took forever to arrive and didn't taste good at all. Very rude.

The four of us had dinner together and can highly recommend the restaurant. The waiters are very accommodating and pour the drinks. The pizzas and pasta we ordered were freshly prepared and delicious. The wine was served chilled. Unfortunately, the toilets are in the basement including steep stairs. However, a disabled toilet is easy to reach. The ice cream was more like a 3/5 [already too frozen; but tasty]

The first and last time there!!! Service comes last here. After waiting 20 minutes until we were served, the cellar came and asked if we had already ordered? When asked, No, we haven't yet, he said: Why haven't you contacted me? I passed by your table several times. Ok, I didn't know that in the restaurant you have to report to the waiter yourself if you want to order something. Several employees looked dusty on the floor so as not to take action! We've really never seen anything like this before.

My pizza had 10 real stoned black olives. Not so colored things that taste super gross. The ice cream for dessert was delicious. I sat outside and enjoyed the ambience of the market square. Staff was very friendly. Conclusion: I would love to come back

We went there on a recommendation. The service was very friendly and helpful. The prices are designed for tourists. To be fair, it should be noted that the pizzas have a diameter of 32cm. The pizzas are definitely recommended. We'd love to come back.

The menu says the kitchen is open until 5pm, but we still weren't turned away when we arrived at a quarter past five. We had an excellent meal and the serving staff were very friendly.

We were there for the first time. We ate pizza and pasta, both dishes tasted delicious. Staff is attentive and very nice. We will eat there again when we visit this city again.

In the evening we were looking for a restaurant with outside tables (warm temperature in March) and vegetarian options and found Valentino. It was a successful stay in Linz on the picturesque market square with the ringing of bells, fast service and good food (I had crespelle).

Sehr nette Bedienung und sehr leckeres Essen. Waren erst um 20.40 Uhr am Sonntag Abend im Restaurant und konnten noch Essen bestellen obwohl schon nicht mehr viel los war.

15 Bedienungen und dennoch absolutes Chaos durch unkoordniertes Arbeiten. Eis lecker, Kaffee auch und wartezeit fürs Kopfrechnen, ja, sie sagte, Moment ich muss rechnen....mehrer Minuten (Registrierkassen gibt es in Linz wohl gar nicht), na klar nur Barzahlung. Ein sonniger Sonntag führt zu, Überraschung, Kundschaft, da rechnet doch keiner mit.

Wir hatten eine Pizza und einen Flammkuchen bestellt. Als das Essen kam, war er kalt, war ekelig und hat bei uns gegen Nachmittag Durchfall und Bauchschmerzen verursacht. keine gute Erfahrung und somit keine Sterne!

Ambiente und italienische Musik super. Service und Essen solide. Toll, dass die Küche verhältnismäßig lange geöffnet hat für Linzer Verhältnisse. Schöner Außenbereich mit Blick auf den Linzer Marktplatz.

Meerdere keren gegeten. Er was genoeg keuze, was erg lekker en werd mooi opgediend . De bediening was ook attent. De tafels op het terras ogen wat minder dan het eten verdiend

Pizza waren sehr groß und sehr schmackhaft. Auch das Eis als Nachtisch - super. Nur zu empfehlen. Räumlichkeiten sehr gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich.

Wir waren zufällig in dem Lokal. Die Pizzen waren sehr gut. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, obwohl viel Betrieb war. Besonders die Kinder wurden geduldig und besonders freundlich bedient Absolut zu empfehlen.

Super lecker, super freundlich!

Wer überrascht werden möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir saßen hier 45min und es ist in dieser Zeit mindestens 5 mal das falsche an die Tische geliefert worden. Im weitern Verlauf war das Vanilleeis aus, dann entschloss die Eisfee, welche die Becher zauberte, spontan andere Sorten zu verwenden. Also immer für eine Überraschung gut dieses Eiskaffee.

Überraschend gute Küche, aber auch Eis-Spezialitäten, ansprechend und zuvorkommend serviert - sogar mit zusätzlichem Gruß aus der Küche!

Frische Speisen, sehr nettes Personal, gemütliches Ambiente

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert. Das Ambiente ist abgestimmt. Leider wurde das Essen für meinen Sohn nicht zu 100% umgesetzt. Daher blieb es nur bei einer Pommes als Beilage. Das Schnitzel hat er nicht gegessen. Ich bat darum nur das Wienerschnitzel und die Pommes zu servieren. Ohne Salat und ohne jegliche Beilagen und Saucen wie Ketchup oder Mayo. Ich habe dies mehrmals erwähnt. Leider wurde das Schnitzel mit einer Scheibe Zitrone serviert. Für meinen Sohn ein NO-GO. Er hat es nicht gegessen - nur die Pommes. Da er noch Hunger hatte, habe ich eine Portion Pommes bestellen müssen. Sehr schade. Vielleicht achtet man beim nächsten Mal darauf? Ansonsten ist das Lokal sehr empfehlenswert. Zum Schnitzel: Der Hund hat sich über das Schnitzel gefreut.

Wie sind zufrieden. Lage ist top, Flammkuchen, Waffeln und der Wein waren sehr gut. Die Bedienung war freundlich, man musste sie allerdings immer an den Tisch rufen. War aber ok. Hab ja ne Stimme ;-)

Ich bin zufällig hier herein gekommen und habe es nicht bereut. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Die Pizza Chef auf dem Bild war sehr schön angerichtet mit außergewöhnlicher Form (der Teig aus der Mitte heraus über die Pizza gelegt) und im entstandenen Loch war Salat in der Mitte (auch sehr lecker). Der Teig war richtig fluffig und großzügig belegt. Schade, dass ich zu weit weg wohne, sonst könnte es sich zu meiner Lieblingspizza entwickeln. 😋👍🏻

Leckeres Essen, freundliche Bedienung

Wir sind am 1. Advent mittags spontan eingekehrt. Drinnen war es sehr gemütlich und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und hat phantastisch geschmeckt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Essen war soweit ok. Aber auch keine Topqualität. Die absolute Frechheit war die Bestellung von 2 Gläsern Lambrusco. Gereicht wurde süßer Rotwein. Das wäre ähnlich und so zu Akzeptieren. Die Nachfrage ergab, das eine neue Flasche Lambrusco aufgemacht werden müsste. So tat es der angebrochene liebliche Rotwein auch, weinte man. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts. Mich sieht der Laden nicht mehr. Im übrigen arbeitet dort kein Italiener, was nicht erklärt, das sowas passieren darf. Einfach Unverschämt ❗️

Das Lokal hat mir gut gefallen.Obwohl es voll war,hat der Service gut geklappt u das Essen kam zügig.Es hat gut geschmeckt u unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.Super,dass es durchgängig warme Küche hat.

Das war mal meine Lieblingspizza. Insgesamt kleiner geworden, unwürzig und das bestellte Chilli- und Knobiöl fehlten.Die Pizza war labberig und ich musste Zuhause kräftig nachwürzen:(Die 12,50 sind dafür eine Frechheit.
