The food wasn't good. (the pork knuckle was very toe...), the rest is good! This is a good place to meet for a beer in a friendly atmosphere. Please reserve in advance.

Ambience is ok. Unfortunately the food was very bad. We had 2 1/2 gold broilers with fries, the 1/2 broilers were very small and tasteless, the fries were very greasy (clearly fried at too low a temperature) and tasted fried twice. Then fried potatoes with fried eggs, the fried potatoes were clearly bought ready-made, tasteless and steamed rather than fried. The eggs were ok. Calfskin with puree was tasteless, the puree tasted like prepackaged. Unfortunately, it was a total culinary failure. What was very positive was that the service didn't charge for the two broiler dishes, which was more than fair. I would also give more stars for this, but unfortunately that's not possible since the overall rating would then be increased. In the catering industry, the rating is decisive for the food.

For me the best brewery on the Baltic Sea so far. Food was very tasty and plenty. Beer was very good. Unfortunately there was no Hefeweizen. The prices are quite high. Staff was nice. But we called 7 times and no one picked up. Reservation impossible. We were lucky on site. The toilets in the basement weren't that fresh anymore...

Should be our Usedom final evening. Were dressed throughout the evening by extremely grumpy waiter robots who didn't bat an eyelid. That's just not how cool gastronomy works. The food was ok and came very quickly. Beer was very very good.

The food is rather mediocre, no quality. The staff is on the ball and very friendly. The beer is delicious! There are no real vegetarian dishes, it's absolutely outdated.

The location has the typical charm of a rustic brewery. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck with the food. The knuckle was more like pork knuckle than knuckle :( The pulled pork burger was good. So maybe we'll stop by again, but for us there are better recommendations in Bansin.

Zwei Essen waren gut. Eins leider nicht. Habe ich zurück gegeben. Kellnerin hat sehr gut reagiert und es auch von der Rechnung gestrichen, dass fanden wir sehr gut.Ansonsten gab es bei unserem Besuch nicht zu beanstanden.

Wir waren gestern hier, das Ambiente ist toll, die Bedienung war sehr höflich und freundlich. Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Nur vom Essen selbst waren wir enttäuscht. Mein Mann hatte die haxe mit Kartoffel und Sauerkraut.... und ich ein schnitzel mit einer besonderen panade, Salat und Bratkartoffeln dazu... Gerade die haxe war nicht wirklich der Hit... Aber vielleicht sind wir auch zu verwöhnt...

1/5 stars is already a compliment for them. Service was terribly bad from start to finish. We were told our food would be ready after half an hour. After an hour we had neither food nor drink!! Our order could no longer be found in their system. We asked several times during this hour whether we would at least get our drinks and both times we were told: “One moment”. The kitchen was already closed when they realized we had ordered. Couldn't find an open kitchen at 9pm and returned to the hotel hungry.

You have to wait at the entrance until you are seated, which took a good 10 minutes even though we were the only ones in line. One waitress ran off to see where a table was free and forgot about us. When we finally sat down, someone came quickly and we ordered beer, pretzels and food. After half an hour nothing had happened and we asked for the first time what was going on with the drinks. After an hour there was still nothing and our order had obviously been forgotten, despite repeated requests. We left, hungry and thirsty.

Had reserved a table for the evening. The reception was very unfriendly and unpleasant. We (two people) were seated in the last dark corner where cables hung on the table. After telling the staff/reception that we could get another seat, we were turned away coldly and unfriendly. We left the brewery. You could tell that they don't have much interest in guests. We can definitely recommend this store!

You should be greeted in a friendly manner at reception. That is not the case here. Were there at 4 p.m. and wanted to eat. The tables were all reserved for later. The gentleman neither greeted nor spoke and wanted to place us in the farthest corner. Since almost everything was free and only reserved for 2 hours later, we didn't see that. But the employee didn't say a word and ignored us. Then we left again. We will definitely find alternatives for our 2 week vacation. Never here again.

Super delicious food and beer!! Price-performance fits perfectly! At first you might be a bit put off by the prices, but it's definitely worth it! The portions are well-intentioned and you'll be more than full, so you can skip the starter (unless you're a very good eater). The service is friendly and always has a quick saying. The atmosphere is inviting and rustic (brewery). A little tip: to be on the safe side, reserve a table even in the off-season, as it suddenly gets full after 6 p.m.

I read other reviews here about the great, attentive service. We enjoyed it on our last visit last year, had great memories of the place, the service and the food, so we went back today. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed, especially with the service. When we arrived there were three young gentlemen on duty, with a fourth joining us shortly afterwards. After a reasonable wait, our order was taken and the drinks and food arrived in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, we had to observe that the four gentlemen were basically just busying themselves with each other; the one who was apparently just starting his shift had an enormous need to talk and not exactly quietly, in the middle of the counter, which is circular in the middle of the restaurant. It was almost a show of pomposity. Guests had to actively draw attention to themselves, for example by going to the counter to order. While we were eating, no one came to ask if it was tasty or if we wanted to drink something else. The food was served very casually over the railing, so we didn't feel like coming up to the table. In between we were able to experience a chef getting two beers, different types - intended for cooking, but he also came back 10 minutes later with the empty glasses. Somehow that didn't make a good impression, can't the service bring the cooking beer to the back when four men are bored there, all talking on their private cell phones and showing each other pictures and being really funny? An unpleasant situation for guests, so simply a minor matter. It's a shame, things were better, the last time for us. Oh yes, this time the food was unfortunately only mediocre, the currywurst, sauce and onions were great, the fried potatoes were soggy, unevenly chopped, not cut, very unevenly fried, the onions were burnt. One of the Brauhausschnitzel was quite good, the other probably just came from a long vacation in Africa and was literally fried to death. The salad would have liked to have had a quick bath in the dressing, which is actually quite delicious, rather than ending up dry on the plate and getting a few drops of dressing in a few places. We definitely wouldn't have been so strict with the food and we would have enjoyed it better if the atmosphere had been hospitable. Too bad about the money. Beer was great again.

Great, rustic brewery atmosphere. The service was very friendly and attentive. The beer was ok but unfortunately not entirely satisfactory. For one thing, it was a bit under-carbonized. On the other hand, it was quite dry and unaromatic. All in all, a clear recommendation.

The Usedomer Brauhaus has hospitable opening times and is usually open all day long. We got a table around lunchtime without a reservation. The food was actually what you would expect here: solid, home-style fare, be it the knuckle, the panfish or the rump steak. All dishes tasted good without being particularly convincing. In terms of quality, we were even impressed by the rump steak, which we hadn't expected at all. Overall, the food and drinks came quite quickly. Finally, a few comments about the service. Unfortunately he was pretty listless, didn't know his stuff particularly well and was limited to the bare essentials. I also don't think it's okay in front of the guest if only Polish is spoken to the other service staff during service breaks. As the owner, I wouldn't allow that because you don't understand what it's about. Overall, the Usedomer Brauhaus can be recommended for the food, but not the service at the moment.

There were two of us for dinner in the early evening. From 6 p.m. onwards almost everything is reserved. Rustic atmosphere, a bit dark but good. Fast, friendly service and the food was served quickly. Price/performance completely ok. You should always reserve a table from 6 p.m., especially if there are several people.

As soon as we sat down, drinks were requested immediately - it was also the only time during the stay that drinks were requested. The food was ready remarkably quickly, and it was only after the drinks were ordered that we were informed that any beef dishes were “not possible”. There is a ban on dogs on the homepage, and several dogs were seen in the restaurant - we stupidly left ours at home, as you would be a previously informed guest. When asked, this was probably due to the website not being up to date. It's a nice idea to give the children pencils and coloring paper, but with mostly unsharpened pencils it's no more than a nice experiment. All in all, it's no longer a comfortable stay, but a pass-through of money-makers - but it's nice to look at, unchanged from years ago.

Kaum gesessen wurden sofort Getränke abgefragt. Es war auch das einzige Mal während des Aufenthaltes, dass Getränke abgefragt wurden. Essen war auffällig schnell fertig, zu dem wurde erst nach Getränkebestellung mitgeteilt, dass jegliche Rindergerichte „nicht möglich“ seien. Auf der Homepage steht ein Hundeverbot, im Restaurant dann sind mehrere Hunde gesehen worden - unseren haben wir treudoof, wie man als vorher informierter Gast ist, daheim gelassen. Auf Rückfrage sei dies wohl der fehlenden Aktualität der Internetseite geschuldet. Alles in allem ist es kein gemütlicher Aufenthalt mehr, sondern ein durchreichen von Geldbringern.

Der Service war unvorstellbar schlecht, kein Augenkontakt zum Gast und null Aufmerksamkeit, als dem Kellner eine Tüte Senf vom Teller viel etc. Die Schweinshaxe war auch schon einmal besser gewesen, diese war leider viel zu lange im Ofen oder warm gehalten, sowas trockenes an Fleisch hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr und die Bratkartoffeln lagen lieblos triefend im Öl. Bäh.

Update 2024: This time I was there for dinner too. My rating remains. Everything great! Always in here! 😁 We "just" went to the brewery in the early afternoon for a quick snack - and of course to try the Usedom beer. And I don't want to waste words: it's great! Even small dishes such as pretzels are freshly baked and served warm. The brewery's own beer is actually something special. Slightly tart and spicy, but without being too bitter, which is often the case with Nordic beers. The staff is young, funky, friendly and attentive. The rooms and sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean. There is a beer garden sheltered from the wind and you can pay with cash or card.

Unfortunately it was a disappointment. Food is simply too expensive for this quality. By 4 p.m. there were already reserved signs on the tables everywhere. There were more staff than guests and the staff was also very loud. Were there a few years ago and were very satisfied at the time.

We're on a short vacation again in the Dreikaiserbäders and really wanted to visit the brewery in Heringsdorf - as always. Maybe we wanted to eat something and drink the delicious beer with it. The food is really scary. Killed half the chicken again, extremely dry! Fried potatoes very greasy. The schnitzel was edible but there was no salt and it wasn't crispy either. And if there is an award for the worst currywurst it goes here. Only the beer was delicious! And to top it all off, the waiter gave us a hard time because we criticized the food.

Ambiance is what you can expect from a brewery. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. At first, depending on where you sit, you will be forgotten and if you make your presence known you will hear “that’s what my colleague is doing”. We received the second red wine in a champagne glass. When asked to pour the red wine into a red wine glass, the first waitress replied with a sparing look that it was a red wine glass. When we further inquired about the waitress in charge, we were told, along with another disparaging look, that it was a brewery that didn't stock enough red wine glasses. The bill was simply thrown onto the table without comment. Our tip was accordingly, for which we received another third frugal look.

People, people - what happened to you??? We were with you at Easter 2022 as always, but we haven't experienced anything like that in all these many years! No more motivation among the employees, no smiles and no fun, not even music in the background like that e.g. in the pub in Bansin - less on the plate despite the price increase - not everything can be excused with Corona and Ukraine!!! Entrepreneurial spirit is needed right now after relaxations in the catering industry have taken place. Regular live music should take place again and otherwise it should be like this a GEMA contribution location will not be a hurdle!!! In the meantime, time has passed and we now wanted to give the catering facility a chance at the beginning of October 2023. The staff was completely replaced, not unfriendly! Since a total of men were in charge on our evening, of different nationalities, there was a scandal - Colleagues shouted at each other and fought out their differences in front of all the guests. It's probably not possible!!! I don't want to just complain all the time, but the beer is now just for the drain!!! It just tastes sour!! Trotz Reservierung mussten wir ca 15min warten im Empfang bis ein Kellner Zeit hatte uns einen Tisch zuzuweisen. Dann ging das Durcheinander weiter Getränke wurden nicht aufgenommen fachlich richtig falsch ( meine Frau als Restaurantleiterin, ich selbst bin ich Koch ) . Nach dem ein Kellner Zeit hat mussten wir Getränke und Essen Essen zeitgleich bestellen , bestellt wurden zwei Gerichte in Normal Größe und eins für den kleinen Hunger. Die Kalbsleder mit Kartoffelbrei von der Portion einfach lächerlich da war die Ofenkartoffel mit Quark als Portion für den kleinen Hunger doppelt so groß . Bei der Leber null Deko .. das war für mich eine Vorspeise und kein Hauptgang. Getränke und Dessert nachbestellen war extrem schwer . Das schlimmste war das wir einen Kellner bescheid gesagt haben das wir zahlen wollen nach 30 min ca. War immer noch keiner da . Wir mussten unser Essen selber zusammen rechnen und haben dann das Geld an der Theke hin gegeben. Da merkt man echt das es nicht gut ist wenn man an Personal spart . Ich hoffe das vom Betreiber eine Stellungnahme dazu gibt .

Drinks were not taken, which was technically wrong (my wife as the restaurant manager, I am a chef). After a waiter had time, we had to order drinks and food at the same time. Two normal-sized dishes were ordered and one for a small hunger. The portion of veal skin with mashed potatoes was simply ridiculous because the portion of baked potatoes with quark was twice as big for a small hunger. With the liver there was no decoration... that was a starter for me and not a main course. Reordering drinks and dessert was extremely difficult. The worst thing was that we told a waiter that we wanted to pay after about 30 minutes. There was still no one there. We had to calculate our food ourselves and then gave the money at the counter. You really notice that it's not a good idea to save on staff. I hope that the operator will give a statement on this.

Wir hatten reserviert und einen tollen Tisch erhalten. Die Bedienung war sofort da. Das Essen (Schnitzel in Treber-Panade) kam unerwartet schnell und war heiß und lecker. Sehr stimmungsvoll war auch die kleine Band mit Livegesang, es wurde sogar spontan getanzt. Insgesamt das beste Restaurant um den zentralen Platz in Heringsdorf.

Ein tolles Lokal mit sehr netter Belegschaft, leckeres Essen und manchmal sogar Lifemusik. Wir waren von 4 Tagen 3x dort, das sagt ja wohl schon alles👍

Were there on 9/28/24 Only got one of two reserved tables. Efforts on the part of the staff negative. We got a table for 6 with 8 people. The waitress (female Polish) only wanted to serve 6 people. After a long wait we were given a drink, but after that we were deliberately ignored. She was extremely unfriendly and since there were more than 6 of us, the lady refused to serve us and basically threw us out of the restaurant. The error was clearly the operator's fault and not ours. There will not be another visit with such incompetent and unfriendly staff. This behavior is and was unfriendly to customers and damaging to business because people keep telling people about it. From our situation there is no recommendation but only negative experiences.
