Waiters super friendly and warm! Homemade food tastes great, the atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. I can only recommend it. We'll be back! 🌺🩷

My roast veal was half pure fat - you couldn't choose the food in peace - you were pushed around, I went home hungry - what was the cook thinking? Nothing.

Reservations are required for iftar. The waiter who served us was very professional, as was the food. I will be happy to come again and really all the recommendations for Una Restoran 🙂👍

A very poorly organized store. Waiter extremely unfriendly. We made reservations and were pushed into a basement. Paid €220 and didn't even get a thank you and a goodbye. No recommendation from me.

This type of restaurant offers the best and is characterized by a pleasant ambience, excellent service and outstanding specialties. However, the terrace could be designed a little better - it would make sense to think about a heating solution and create a more varied atmosphere so that the overall picture does not always remain the same and monotonous. Small changes could allow guests more freedom and enjoyment in everything on offer.

We were charged for the one person platter times four and the amount for the grill platter was 98 euros, which in my opinion is very exaggerated instead of the man eating the 2 person platter twice, for example, worth a total of 90 euros, which is still a bit more too much You have to pay close attention to the prices yourself at DEH, otherwise you can quickly pay too much for four people, 200 euros, since we only ate chicken and cevapcici, a bit of rice and fries...

So the meat platter for 3 people was a maximum rip-off and impudence… more than half was just bread, fries and rice. The little meat that was visible was dry, tasted very monotonous and overall just didn't taste good. Never again!

Expected nothing and still disappointed. Over €100 spent for 4 people. 4/4 people agreed. Overpriced / taste lacking in everything. It's a shame I won't visit this restaurant again in the future.

I ordered food from Una restaurant for our party and it's an understatement how delicious everything was, you have to try it. I ordered 7 plates, 2 kilos of veal, potatoes and salad. Everything was beautifully packed and absolutely delicious. The waiter Mujo, with whom I arranged everything over the phone, was up to the task. I said how many people I needed food for and he made us a menu, and formed a price, we even got a few buns for free😃. Congratulations to the whole team. For the next party, we will order from you again.

We asked if the lamb was fresh, and the waiter said that it had been removed a little while ago, and it was a pure fraud, as if we were morons, so we don't know what fresh lamb is, shame...

I ordered pljeskavica, and the meat was not so good. Its to expensive for that kind of meat.

We have been in this restaurant 2 times. Atmosphere is lovely, food is ok, could be way better. Portions are to small for the price you pay. We ordered French fries, it came cold and not possible to eat (too old). Waiters are great, friendly and professional. 👌👌👌 However, the owner of the restaurant who assists them is very unprofessional, rude and has no hospitality manners. Happened during both of visits. Shame. 😑

From food to service 0 points! A waiter who is angry and hates himself, even half-baked kebabs. Visit other restaurants in Munich once in a while and see how it goes, it wouldn't be bad! Good luck in your future work.

The food was delicious, except for the dessert. We ordered baklava. It did not look or taste like baklava. It is a shame for Bosnian cuisine that something like that is served in such a restaurant. A huge piece cut into a triangle, noodles too thick, some walnuts and nowhere else. Of course we paid properly, even though I had a complaint about the baklava. It's a real shame.

Tonight we had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent, but the service and staff were a disaster, the waiter was rude, the staff hit, smashed bottles, in the kitchen as well, the atmosphere was terrible that we couldn't speak because of the noise, we are sorry for that, but I don't think that's right.

Recommendations for this restaurant. I was at Una restaurant last year and I was disappointed, both with the food in general and the service. Two days ago I was there again and a fantastic improvement is noticeable. The food is very tasty, plentiful, the prices are affordable, the staff is very friendly.

Una Restaurant offers an excellent dining experience. The food is of the highest quality, with carefully selected ingredients and perfectly prepared dishes. Particularly noteworthy is the chocolate bombe, a dessert specialty that is an absolute highlight not only visually but also in terms of taste. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a wonderful place for connoisseurs that I can fully recommend!

We didn't have any food but we just went for a coffee. Sorry but service was questionable. When I got my double espresso there was a lipstick stain on the edge. It's ok, it can happen to anyone, but the waiter with the little hair on his head, who is a bit older, pointed to my lips and said "She drank out of it." If I had drunk out of there, you would have seen it from the inside of the glass . Nope never again. Accuse? Ain't no way

Kebabs are excellent, as is the bun.

If you love Balkan food like I do, this is the right place for you. We had a mix platter for two which was great. Food was top. Service top. Ambience top what more could you want. Definitely worth a visit!

Very unprofessional, I feel ripped off, first of all the price is high, but that's not such a problem, the problem is that I only get a couple of beans in the beans and the rest...secondly, if I paid for something, then it would be your turn to pack it when you pack it, and not that when I get home, I see that what I paid for is not in my pocket... and now I have to go back 40 minutes or what? It's like I don't know what to do with myself, so I have so much time..terrible. Obviously, quantity is important here, not quality.

We celebrated our civil wedding here and I would advise everyone against it! The boss took a deposit in advance & created a "contract" in which she didn't even enter the amount of the deposit, a few weeks later when I contacted her she didn't get in touch for 2 weeks, when she did get in touch, she said She wouldn't have received a deposit despite having a contract and a picture of the contract. When I asked her again it took a week for her to answer & it was like that the whole time, I think even in a fast food joint they would have taken better care of us!!! A week before our celebration I told her the number of guests and there was no answer! When we brought the cake the day before, the waiters had no idea that we would be celebrating our wedding there the next day!!! The boss was on vacation and didn't tell her employees anything!! I have absolutely no words for it!!! A waiter then said to me “why didn’t you take care of it yourself!!” The employees then commented unpleasantly on my cake several times and were asked three times whether I had really made a deposit. In the evening I was even called three more times to ask me again whether we had made a deposit. On the day of the wedding there was only 1 waiter, the waiter Leo saved our day!! We were over 40 people and he mastered everything on his own, he ran and was still super nice!!!! a big thank you to him!!!!!! When we praised him, another waiter noticed and shouted loudly at our waiter so that we could hear it all the way to the terrace! The boss is also unfriendly and totally unprofessional!! She didn't even ask if everything was okay, she doesn't care about anything except the money! I just feel sorry for your employees!! Absolutely unprofessional and impossible!!!!

The food was extremely fatty (see pictures), the meat, which was supposed to be veal (but was beef) was extremely hard, undercooked and unappetizing in appearance. The server rude and cold, brought the plates with his thumb in them. He could barely keep his snot in his nose, it almost spilled onto the table.

I ordered a kilo and a half of lamb on a skewer to take away and to be honest. It was just bones 80% just bones and unfortunately it smelled like that. There was no way. A young lamb is not recommended. I ordered twice and got the same thing. I will never order again.

I was here recently, a confirmation was being celebrated. We had reserved a table and since it was a confirmation, we wanted it to look special. We asked for a beige themed table, but only got a pink tablecloth and nothing more. We had to pay €150 for this. Not only that, but the deposit was also really overpriced. We then received no confirmation at all after payment. However, at the end of the day we had to pay again. As for the food, it was relatively good. As for the boss, just plain rude.

I was at a celebration on Saturday. In short, the food was perfect and the kindness of the waiter who served us, the manager rude and unprofessional, complete disorganization and non-respect of the agreement with the guests.

The service has improved a bit since a year ago (I waited for 1.5 hours, but I didn't get my coffee and tea), got up, paid and left. Tasty food. The prices are acceptable. You should definitely come and try all the food. My recommendation is to try beg's corba, lamb on a spit and baked potatoes, and for sweets, I recommend tufahija... it's delicious.

Basically a pleasant restaurant with Balkan culinary specialties. There were 9 of us in total and we decided on the grill plate for 5 people, well there was plenty of everything with different types of meat and fries. The sad thing is that Ajvar is being skimped on here, it seems like you don't want to put it out there - it's really a joke. Flatbread was also served which was very tasty but not everyone would like it as it is fried in oil and is therefore a bit greasy. The service was quite quick, at least at the late hour around 8:30 p.m. it was rather quiet so the food came quite quickly. Despite closing soon at around 10 p.m., the waiter was quick and very friendly; any request you expressed was quickly brought to you Conclusion: You can spend a nice evening here, but I still didn't get full, the prices speak for themselves, we left a total of €195 there, but the grill plate didn't really blow me away and I ate much better.

Ate there twice, picked up once. The Djuvec rice never really tasted good. They charge an outrageous 4.50 for beer to take away. Staff generally quite unfriendly.

Was here recently and ordered a chicken steak for around 18.90. Quite hefty price and when you pay this much you should expect it to be done well... The Chicken was not done at all, it was still raw inside, I did not say anything until the very end because I was afraid to say anything. At the end they offered me a new piece which I accepted, was a good service but... sadly it was heavily overcooked. The music was too loud and we got a table in the middle of the room, even though some tables were free around the edge. But we were not allowed to sit where we wanted. Not a big thing but still, a bit uncomfortable. Generally the prices are a bit high which is fine I guess. But at least have the dish the same level as the price, double check, I know chicken is difficult to cook but why else would I spend 20 euros. The second dish was ordered by a friend of mine, Pretty heavy price for what you get. Check out the picture.

I have been many times for different occasions. The food is delicious, the servings are big, the place is beautifully decorated, it has a great ambient. A place to enjoy a dinner with friends or as a date. I will come back soon and keep recommending it.

A very nice restaurant, the first stop when I visit Munich from Münster is Una Restaurant. The food is extremely delicious. The ambience is beautiful, a very pleasant atmosphere, the owner is very friendly and open and a very warm hostess😊 I can only recommend it!!

I was there last week with my family (9 people). Even though there were so many of us and we had additional requests, the food arrived very quickly. The staff was very friendly and kept asking whether we were happy with everything. I absolutely cannot confirm that the food is too fatty. It is a traditional Bosnian cuisine. Here people simply like to cook with oil. You just have to be able to get involved with it. I thought the food was delicious and I'm a very picky person when it comes to that. I also noticed that a lot of emphasis was placed on the ambience (decoration, music, etc.). You can tell that a lot of passion has been put into the restaurant and that guest satisfaction is the top priority. I will definitely come back again and can only recommend it!

Great dissatisfaction. The waitress to whom we complained about the cold and old "lamb" went to take it out on the waiter instead of apologizing and saving the situation. I will never go there again. The food is bad, but the attitude towards the workers is a forever closed door for me!

I was there for the second time now, the first time the food wasn't good, after that I just thought I would never eat there again. The second time I was persuaded and thought to myself ok everyone deserves a second chance, unfortunately it was a disaster . The chef should definitely be changed! Photos say it all!

I can't recommend this restaurant because the boss and the staff are very rude. We were there with 15 people, even though it was an Iftar reservation, we ended up having to wait 2 hours for the food.

The restaurant was recommended to us, but unfortunately we cannot recommend it further. Everything was super greasy and the fish was hard and fried really greasy. And pay such a hefty price for it... The restaurant wasn't really clean either. The waiting time until you were served was also very long. And my friend comes from the restaurant industry, his parents had Croatian restaurants for years.

The worst restaurant I have visited so far. The boss, so unprofessional, argues so loudly with his employees, disrespectfully with the guests, has no idea how to work in the catering industry. Asked about wine menu, they only have two types of white wine. I asked her what the wines were like, she didn't know either and told us one is good quality for rich people and the other is for poor people 😂🤷‍♀️ 0 stars. Poor waiters who work there. If I was as discriminatory as all the waiters there I would never work there. Cheap and chaos.

The food is excellent..we often eat in the restaurant as a family. Every time everything is excellent..There is no need to comment on the staff..always a smile..the waiters are unobtrusive but friendly..The landlady also..always takes a few minutes to examine each other a little ..All good..

Ordered veal under 1kg, unfortunately a pure disappointment today, felt like it had more fat than meat content, I didn't even want to have it wrapped up and take it with me. I ordered the same thing 10 days ago and it was a straight 10. Today it's just a waste of money and a shame for ingredients that weren't used for something else. I think the quality has to be consistent so that you don't lose guests. If you have any complaints, the waiter apologizes and we move on 🙃

NEVER AGAIN I can absolutely agree with the previous speakers. The food was very bad, you can say every snack is better than what was served to us. Lamb was very old/cold and smelled and had to give the food back The waiters and the boss or whoever is completely overwhelmed and rude to the guests. The hygiene in the restaurant is unbelievably dingy upon closer inspection. Mice ran into us outside where we were sitting on the terrace. HEALTH OFFICE IS ALERT I can't understand all the new 5 star reviews, they can only be friends. It's a shame that people are trying to use force to get a good rating even though that's not the truth.

I can say only the best for this restaurant. Food delicious and halal. Staff is friendly, I will visit it again and I recommend it.
