A delicate and fancy restaurant, had fun and a good dinner.

Delicious, down-to-earth food in an appealing ambience. The service was friendly, but seemed a bit hectic at times. Overall a good experience, therefore deserving of 4 stars.

The food here is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend, who’s from Bavaria, said it’s the best schnitzel he’s ever had. The service was excellent, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering the upscale ambiance. Conveniently located across from Central Station, it offers a truly high-end dining experience!

Ate well. The price is absolutely right in Munich. Directly opposite the main station. I would recommend it.

This is my seventh day at the hotel for breakfast at this restaurant, and once again, I am deeply disappointed by the racist behaviour of the breakfast staffs. It was clear that they saw me at the entrance but deliberately ignored me until I waved my hand (same treatment for the past few days except for the first day, an Asian guy served me). After I was seated, they rushed to serve white guests immediately. If you are staying at Eden Hotel Wolff, I strongly advise against opting for their breakfast, as it is provided by this restaurant. The main perpetrator of this discriminatory behaviour were all of the short guy wearing a black vest, even the Asian staffs - such a shame of them. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you want to avoid being mistreated of your different skin color as an Asian. Also, DO NOT stay with Eden Hotel Wolff as they tagged with this racism cafe for breakfast.

Very nice cafe/Restaurant. It's high end, so prices are a bit up. But the decor and service is also top. We went there for schnitzel. The schnitzel was SUPER good. Perfectly cooked and very tasteful. It was served with either pan fried potatoes or fried and small glass of "dip". It seemed a little bit baked to only have a plate with schnitzel, and no garniture. After we had warm appel pie with ice cream and whipped cream. Also very nice.

The charm of the facility and the staff makes you feel like you've been transported back in time. The menu is manageable and has a traditional, local focus, and all the dishes tasted very good. I experienced very attentive service. The price-performance ratio for my 3-course meal and various drinks was good.

Inconspicuous from the outside, beautifully decorated inside. The breakfast buffet for 27 euros is very good.

We spent the transfer time in this restaurant today. At first we thought that we were probably not dressed appropriately for the rather posh atmosphere. However, that didn't matter at all and we were served very nicely. For food we had white sausage and cheese spaetzle. Both were really tasty and the price-performance ratio was also good. We would always come back.

The ambience is very nice. I like the food and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I always enjoy coming back for dinner or coffee and cake.

Good atmosphere but my English isn't that good and they don't have the patience for translators unfortunately there are tourists in the world

The problem with restaurants in and at train stations is that they are almost never average...and I don't mean that in a positive way!!! Normally I always try to approach something relaxed and objectively, but here it's difficult! It looks normal and really nice from the entrance, but unfortunately this is everything... from the waiter who doesn't know exactly whether there is gluten in the food and generalizes everything and also doesn't really know what's on the menu to “not understanding” the criticism. I've been to Munich several times and I love Bavarian cuisine, but unfortunately this restaurant is the negative exception. I hope that not so many tourists “get lost” here, otherwise they would reinterpret the really good Bavarian cuisine... and in a negative sense!!!!

A classy-looking restaurant with corresponding prices. However, the friendliness left a lot to be desired. In such an upscale restaurant I expect the appropriate service. Everything happened quickly, food was served quickly, but the "waiter" gave the impression that he had to force himself to serve us at all. Only the cleaning lady at the toilets was really nice and friendly. The exact opposite of those "above".

good morning! So that's what I call a resurante. I've really never experienced anything like that. brilliant ambience.....I was completely amazed. the toilet, incredibly cool. The service is above average, extremely courteous. I've never really experienced anything like that. Unfortunately, since I paid with Kate, I forgot to tip the incredible waiter. But I'll definitely do this again when I visit next night. alex to Harz.

8.90 euros for a large water! And when it comes to soft drinks, there are only 0.2 liter hipster bottles. That alone deducts three stars

Great restaurant, right next to the main train station

The service was terrible, plus one waiter refused to give me disposable utensils with my food that was to-go, made up a dumb excuse and then told me to take it from another restaurant in the train station. One particular waiter was so rude. We were in a hurry to catch a train in 45 minutes. The waiter seated us and then ignored us for 20 minutes chatting with others and standing around. We had to order from another waiter walking by, who thought our deadline was realistic if we got it to go. The original waiter came over to our table about 20 mins after seating us and said he finally had time. (The food was actually ready by the time he checked on us). Then he brought the food to go in a bag, but didn’t give me any disposable utensils. I asked for some, and he said that Germany banned plastic forks so he couldn’t give me any. I said okay, but Germany also uses disposable wood forks, and how was I supposed to eat my food? His solution was to go take some from a food stand inside the train station. What kind of restaurant sells food to go but doesn’t give you anything to eat it with and makes us dumb excuses? To be fair the food was really good, and the other waiters were fine. But i don’t recommend this place. How absurd.

We had a relaxing dinner for the last night in Munich

Never again! Unfortunately the food is not of good quality! The fries taste rancid, the roast pork tastes dry and rubbery. A watery sauce and the apple juice in the spritzer was unfortunately already over and no longer fresh. This had nothing in common with naturally cloudy juice. The management was neither willing to remove the spritzer from the bill nor to apologize. In Munich there are a lot of great restaurants near the train station, so please don't make the mistake of stopping by the restaurant.

In order to bridge the waiting time between my filming and the departure with the ICE towards Berlin, the taxi driver dropped me off in front of this restaurant and said that I could eat well here and that I would definitely not be disappointed. He's right, when I entered the restaurant I was shocked at first because I was the only customer, but after I entered the entire restaurant filled up relatively quickly. I was served very friendly and had the feeling of being a welcome guest the whole time The restaurant is very tastefully decorated The food was excellent and the selection of drinks was very fine. Price performance is right, I would love to come back

A cozy place next to the central stations. I was there not during the rush hour, so the service was friendly and quick. Traditional Bavarian food, tasty sausages and beer. And espresso was also nice which is not very often the case in a German restaurant. The prices are medium and I consider it a good price/quality ratio.

We came to the “cafe” with a lot of luggage for coffee and cake. When we said we didn't want food, we were sat at the cat table at the entrance to the almost empty restaurant and ignored. If we hadn't had luggage we would have left after 10 minutes. When I started googling for alternatives after 15 minutes, someone came to sit with us. It was around 4:30 p.m. but there was almost no cake left. The leftover cake and coffee were good, but the treatment by the staff was a disgrace. Fish was also served at the next table and it smelled intense. Fresh fish doesn't smell,

I struggle to articulate it, but the lamb preparation left me astonished. I returned the nearly untouched plate without mentioning it since they didn't inquire. Regrettably, my experience was quite disappointing. Service and atmosphere were quite ok. Price on average for Munich standards. I am sorry but never again.

The ambiance is really nice and charming. The Service staff is also very friendly and attentive. It is a little fancy looking place. But the food really disappointed us. If the burger is over 20$, I expect the buns to be home-baked but instead the whole meal was very subpar supermarket quality. It is a really over priced restaurant for they serve. My review also applies on other dishes that I have tried here. Sorry.

It creates a romantic atmosphere, making it perfect for family gatherings or a meal with wine! The dessert looked delicious (I didn't try it), and I was satisfied with the schnitzel and pasta (it looks like pork cutlet, but not...? Delicious!). I asked if I had to make a reservation, but I went the evening after Christmas and sat down without a reservation!

The pork roast was delicious! The fat is crispy and it's so delicious! The dark beer sauce also had a good taste. Lasagna was a little salty. Since I was staying at the Eden hotel, I also tried the restaurant, and the staff was very helpful. Coffee comes with Dallmayr coffee bean chocolate. It's a high-end restaurant, but it's not too expensive or formal, but the food and service were good.

We were here for dinner on New Year's Eve. The vegetarian food options could be better. No one was really excited about their meal.

Very nice restaurant, we were there because we had a lot of time at the train station in Munich. Easy to reach on foot, almost right on the doorstep of the train station. Very nice staff and the food came directly after 10 minutes and was also very tasty and very generous portions!!

Tolles und für München untypisches Kaffeehaus. Grandiose Weißwurscht und frische Brezn! Service war authentisch, liebevoll.

It’s excellent. Perhaps due to us coming at an odd time. Neither lunch nor dinner. More like linner or afternoon tea hours ? However we were starving having eaten nothing all day. We had the avocado, fennel, celery and romaine lettuce salad. Divine! I had the beef goulash and salad - beef a bit too salty for my taste other so yum! Husband had pork with dumpling with some sort of salad. Very yummy! Mineral water and lemonade just under €61. Service ladies were attentive and smiley. English spoken. Compliments to all. Would definitely come again if in the area.

Das Restaurant ist schick eingerichtet, mit Kronleuchter, die von der Decke hängen. Jedoch bestand kein gemütliche Athmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist in dem Lokal als Buffet vorbereitet. Der Preis dafür sind 26 €. Um ca. 10:15 ist das Frühstück beendet. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit Essen a la carte zu bestellen. Ab dann wird für die Mittagsschicht gesaugt, geputzt, gewischt, obwohl noch einige Gäste sitzen. Es wird zum Aufstehen aufgefordert. Die Preise für Getränke liegen im oberen Bereich - leider auch für Münchner Verhältnisse zu überteuert, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt.

I’d definitely recommend trying out shrimp and pasta, it’s the best here. Thanks to the Chef for his passion!

Ein guter Bekannter und ich entdeckten gestern dieses wunderbare Restaurant Central Café in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof : Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in den gediegen eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten Der zuständige Kellner hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir wurden schnell und sehr zuvorkommend bedient Die Speisen waren absolut lecker - Wir möchten uns bedanken : den Besuch bei Euch haben wir sehr genossen !!!

EIN ANGENEHMER ORT +++ Gute Qualität, und sehr höflicher Service. Und Bier vom Tegernsee , sehr gut !

In ansparend nostalgischer Umgebung habe ich wunderbar gespeist. Sehr fürsorglicher Service der sich um all meine Belange gekümmert hat. Eine wunderbare Sauce verfeinerte meinen Zwiebelrostbraten den ich mit Salat und Gemüse gegessen habe. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Ate the Wiener schnitzel, quality was good. It was a very bare bones experience though. Plate with only the schnitzel. No veggies, no mini salad , nothing. And a bowl of fries. I considered a wine but the house wine was 9,50 per glass. That is in my experience really outlandish in Europe. I guess they want to emulate a really high end school experience. It was all white table linnen. Note: the service was super attentive and friendly .

Klassisches deutsches Restaurant mit uniformierten Kellnern. Mein leckerer Schweinebraten kam sehr schnell und war zart und knusprig. Der Knödel war wie er sein soll, das Kraut unaufdringlich zubereitet. Schnelle freundliche Bedienung. Sehr saubere Toilette.

Ein Restaurant bzw Cafe das an die 50er erinnert. Nettes Personal.
