Very tasty food, great pizza, friendly service. Pleasant atmosphere also in the outdoor area.

First time there. Food was very good. Interesting menu, also a daily or weekly menu. A bit too expensive in terms of price. Especially the drinks. Wheat for 6.50 euros, small water (0.25) an impressive 4.00 euros.

I wish I could say something better about the “Italian around the corner”, but after several visits over several years, unfortunately not my recommendation. Today the pizza was very greasy, but the base was dry. The tagliolini from the truffle body is more of a show than a taste. We had other dishes in previous years that were okay, some were more basic, nothing special. Better go somewhere else 😊

Four of us ate here on the evening of the Türkiye-Netherlands football game. The restaurant was well filled and a group of about 10 men loudly entertained the entire restaurant. Other guests' complaints about this were not addressed. Our table was not completely set when we arrived and this was only corrected after the second request. Unfortunately, the poor service was a recurring theme throughout the rest of the evening. We had to place our drinks and food orders twice. Nevertheless, an aperitif was forgotten and we were served the wrong bottle of red wine. Questions about the wrong bottle were not answered. At a later date we ordered 3 glasses of red wine from the menu. Instead of 3 glasses, only 1 glass was served and again the wrong wine. When we spoke, the glass was taken away again, taken to the counter with the glass and then served to someone else at our table without comment. The two missing glasses of the wrong red wine were then served. The dishes were all very tasty, but unfortunately not everything went smoothly there either. At one point our table ordered gnocchi with gorgonzola and carbonara was served instead. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he took the dish back and a short time later brought spaghetti with Gorgonzola. For this price level you can definitely ask for a quieter atmosphere and better service.

On May 3rd I was really craving Italian food and pizza. On the recommendation of a good friend, I tried the Trattoria Zucchero - a real insider tip! The restaurant has a charming vibe: not too fancy, but still with an upscale ambience reminiscent of a 90s Italian film. There were five of us, all dressed appropriately, and we got a table straight away. As a truffle lover, I ordered the truffle pasta with cheese and a truffle pizza. The truffle pasta was prepared directly at the table, which was not only entertaining but also earned extra points. The quality of the truffle was excellent and the portion was generous, which really filled me up as an 80kg man. The pizza was also excellent – ​​typically Italian and very tasty. Contrary to some reviews I read, I found the sauce on the pasta not watery at all, but almost perfect. In other upscale restaurants here in Düsseldorf I have often only tasted butter or light cheese flavor with truffle oil aroma, which was definitely not the case here. If you're looking for a place a little away from the city where you pay not only for the look of the food but also for the taste, this is the place for you. The price-performance ratio is great. We were all very satisfied and will definitely visit this restaurant again.

Showed the finger - disrespectful treatment in the restaurant - we will definitely not be coming back Saturday night. Football match Türkiye - Netherlands. We wanted to have a leisurely meal. Despite it. In a restaurant far away from the old town, this shouldn't be a problem despite football. We thought. And, as so often, we went to the Italian restaurant in the city district. Unfortunately, a group of about 10 men had “hijacked” the restaurant. The group commented loudly on the game. Old town level! Normal conversation was not possible. Communication was only possible when my husband and I shouted at each other. Who wants that! At a dinner with which we actually wanted to end the evening of a beautiful day in a pleasant atmosphere. The requests from other guests for the group to be a little quieter went unheard. We spoke to a member of staff and asked that the group be quieter out of consideration for other guests in the restaurant. “It’s difficult,” was the answer. Nothing has happened. When we immediately asked for the bill, the boss who was present also noticed that we were upset and tried to save what could no longer be saved. We paid and left. And not just us, by the way. The restaurant emptied itself quite quickly beforehand. As a farewell, a member of the loud group gave us the finger!! With all understanding of football emotions: In a restaurant in the higher priced category, as a guest I expect treatment that lives up to the standards set by the prices on the menu. Since we were clearly not shown the same respect as the loud group and were apparently neither able nor willing to ask the group to be considerate of other guests in the restaurant, we will draw the consequences and definitely not come back. We no longer visit restaurants whose guests are at the level of a 'stink finger'!

Unfortunately we won't be coming back. Price/performance is quite good. The prices for the food are very fair. The atmosphere is quite nice because the store was full. Many guests, including me, chose the truffle pasta. Unfortunately the wrong choice. The pasta is really not good. Far too light and far too little cream and very little truffle. An older lady at the next table, however, had received an extremely large amount of truffles. That was pretty cheeky. Well the pizza as a starter was delicious. So not a recommendation.

Very tasty and very nice staff. On Whatsapp you can also get an answer very quickly about the occupancy on site. Truffle pasta is one of the best in Düsseldorf. Feel free to come again and again :)

They were quick to seat us. But did not come to take order for fifteen minutes after giving us the menu card. And then to have no response for another fifteen minutes - till I raised my hand. And by then the waiter who took the order had forgotten what we had ordered. Felt that they were racist as they served people around us fast. Avoidable if you are an Asian / Indian

We ended up at this restaurant looking for pamesan pasta and were guided by the reviews here. As far as the selection of drinks and the quality are concerned, they have to be described as consistently good, regardless of whether they are an aperitif or a main course. Let's get to the food, which unfortunately wasn't as expected. The beef carpaccio was almost neutral in taste, unfortunately very neutral even with the parmesan and rocket. Unfortunately, the truffle pasta made from parmesan was not the highlight we had hoped for. It was prepared directly at the table, which is certainly a highlight, but in the end you could taste the pasta and the truffle but hardly the cheese note. The sauce, which I would normally describe as a Parmesan cream, was rather watery and the Parmesan was only partially dissolved in it. Certainly also a problem with the temperature, here we probably work with oil from the dispenser - I know it like that, which is flambéed and then the pasta is tossed in it and not with any oil. Of course, taste is also lost. (In my opinion, I'm not a trained cook) In the end it was “ok” for us, we expected more. In my opinion, the service was rather reserved; this typical hospitality was missing here. We had the feeling that it was OK for guests to be present. Difficult to describe. Reserved is probably the best way to say it. Unfortunately for us it's not a recommendation overall, but a restaurant with potential. Unfortunately, it currently doesn't live up to our expectations.

Italian foodgasm is the adjective I would like to use here. Excellent service. Just a small tip. Please reserve your table. I visited 4 times without reserving a table and it was always full. 5th time I went with reservation and realized why they are usually full.

We spontaneously had dinner here in the evening. At the beginning it took longer until they even brought us the card; we had to point it out ourselves and also ask for napkins. For dinner I chose the pasta made from a Parmesan wheel with truffles, because who has a Parmesan wheel at home? The pasta was great, even if the portion of pasta could have been larger - there were enough freshly grated truffle slices. You also had to alert the waiters to order more drinks, which works a little better.

Zucchero is one of my favorite restaurants. If I get a table reserved for the busy Prowein after a hard day at the trade fair, I'll be happy. Great wine list, mixed antipasti and the best parmesan pasta with truffles, dolce vita! Despite the hut being full, a friendly team, they are true hosts! Grazie mille, alla prossima!

Even a month after I ate here, my impression remains negative. The pasta with truffles appealed to me. Also because there was a lot of advertising for it on Instagram. Turns out it's not much more than show. The taste couldn't keep up with the advertising. The noodles weren't worth the money. The sauce is watery (see picture). You can hardly taste the parmesan. Added to this was the service: first they forgot about us, then they only brought one meal, then no more drinks were brought. Bottom line: If you're used to really good Italian food, you won't be happy here. A pity!

Das war die leckerste Pizza seit langer Zeit!

Bei Zucchero gibt es eine gute Auswahl leckerer Gerichte und Speisen. Der Service ist sehr gut und man kommt sehr gerne wieder nach Zucchero.

Die Pfifferling Spaghetti waren nur Maggi und Brühe, die Pizza war sehr enttäuschend

Eine Stammadresse für mich in düsseldorf. Die Pasta aus dem Käserad mit Trüffel ist spektakulär. Der Wirt und die Keller sind megafreundlich. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Seit gefühlt 20 Jahren kommen wir immer wieder her. Das Personal und das Essen ist konstant und ohne Ausnahmen immer eine 10/10.

Also kochen können die!! Und die Tagliolini aus dem Parmesan Laib mit Trüffel sind fantastisch. Und bei den Trüffeln wird nicht gespart. Leider ist alles sehr eng.

Un endroit idéal pour déguster une bonne cuisine italienne. Les tarifs sont ok, le vin abordable ,les serveurs sont aimables et font même quelques blagues! Les plats sont variés savoureux et vraiment italiens. Le seul bémol c'est que l'endroit est vraiment bruyant.

Bester Italiener in der Umgebung. Komme immer gern hier her. Preise sind angemessen, Bedienung ist schnell und unkompliziert. Die Karte ist nicht zu groß und das Essen sehr lecker.

Ich habe leider keinen guten Eindruck vom Restaurant erhalten. Ich war mit meiner Frau dort und wir haben jeweils ein Fleischgericht bestellt. Auf die Nachfrage hin, ob diese mit einer Beilage versehen wären, wurde uns dies bestätigt. Dann mussten wir über 1 Stunde warten, bis dann das Essen kam. Leider war die Enttäuschung sofort groß. Für den Preis war die Portion ein Witz. Es gab lediglich ein kleineres Stückchen Fleisch mit etwas Sauce. Als Beilage gab es lediglich 3 kleinere Kartoffelstücken, ein Ministück Broccoli und etwas Kohlrabi. Das ist für einen Preis von über 35,- € pro Portion einfach nicht in Ordnung. Was man jedoch sagen muss, dass das Fleisch sehr gut schmeckte. In meinem Fall gab es jedoch auch ein größeres Knorpelstück, welches nicht essbar war. Was natürlich bei der kleinen Portion, nochmal besonders ernüchternd war. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass ich gerne bereit bin für gute Qualität entsprechend zu zahlen, aber hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht und die Wartezeit dafür war ebenfalls nicht in Ordnung. Man muss dazu sagen, dass das Restaurant zwar gut besucht, jedoch nicht Randvoll war.

War übers Wochenende in Düsseldorf und war hier essen es alles sehr lecker. Es ist zwar sehr klein dort aber Preis/Leistung stimmt hier, wenn wir noch nach Düsseldorf fahren kommen wir bestimmt noch ein mal

Sehr nettes und überschaubares Restaurant. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe dort. Positiv: bis auf eine Bestellung kam das Essen nur um wenige Momente versetzt, so dass wir gleichzeitig essen konnten. (Der Fehler wurde zügig behoben) Die Pasta mit Trüffeln aus dem Parmesanlaib waren ausgezeichnet. Der Wein hat auch geschmeckt und das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die anderen aus der Gruppe waren ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Abend. Gerne wieder.

Had een reservering voor drie personen gemaakt. Bij aankomst was er 1 tafel gereserveerd voor drie personen. Echter werden wij aan een tafel direct bij de ingang gezet (veel tocht van de deur die telkens open ging). De gereserveerde tafel werd later aan twee personen gegeven, mindere ervaring dus. Zag ook dat de tafels niet echt werden schoongemaakt, Met de placemat werd een beetje over de tafels gewreven ipv even grondig met natte doek schoongemaakt. Personeel was soms kortaf en soms aardig. Bij het voorgerecht was de meloen gewoon hard, dat kun je niet maken. Hun specialiteit, spaghetti met truffel zou worden bereidt aan de tafel, zoals ik ook zag bij andere tafels. Echter wij kregen het direct uit de keuken..... eten verder was redelijk tot goed. Of ik hier nog een keer mijn gasten mee naartoe neem? Er zijn een heleboel Italiaanse restaurants in Dusseldorf die beter zijn,

Seit vielen Jahren Stammlokal, immer wieder gut,es empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fsll zu reservieren

Am Sonntag Abend dort gegessen. Das Lokal war voll und es lohnt sich zu reservieren. Ich habe ein Steak mit Pfeffer Cognac Sauce gegessen. Das Essen war sehr, das Steak fand ich perfekt. Perfekt zubereitet, perfekte Größe! Auch die Beilagen Kartoffeln und Gemüse war gut. Getränke Preise....5.5 € für ein Weißbier (im EK weniger als 1,5€). In Summe aber eine klare Empfehlung

Frechheit!! Wir hatten telefonisch kurzfristig einen Tisch zugesagt bekommen und beim Eintreffen wurden wir von oben nach unten angeschaut und es wurde gesagt, dass es doch keinen Tisch gibt. Das kann selbstverständlich passieren - jedoch kann man freundlich sich entschuldigen für die Fehlplanung. Eine derartige Arroganz, die der Kellner uns entgegengebracht hat, war jedoch kaum zu ertragen - es wurde nur auf unsere Nachfrage mit uns gesprochen. Die abwertenden Blicke haben wir auf die Hautfarbe bezogen. Wie Mensch 2. Klasse behandelt zu werden darf man im Jahr 2023 nicht tolerieren! Ganz bestimmt wird das Restaurant äußern(wenn sie überhaupt kommentieren), dass ihr Team international aufgestellt sei. Die Haltung hatte der Kellner jedoch nicht. Das ist nicht tragbar!

Wir haben bereits öfter hier gegessen und verschiedene Pizzen und Pasta probiert. Es schmeckt alles sensationell bis ins kleinste Detail. Das beste italienische Essen in Düsseldorf.

Hatte mir mehrmals den Lieferdienst gegönnt. Essen ist wirklich gut. Dann mit Freunden das Lokal besucht. Ambiente könnte etwas moderner sein. Der Service ist einwandfrei.

Leckeres Essen Freundlicher Service

Gerade in die Nähe des Hansaplatzes gezogen, wünschte ich mir ein nettes italienisches Restaurant zu finden - so wie ich es vom Staufenplatz kannte (Gigante z.B) Der Besuch gestern im Zucchero war jedoch eine einzige Enttäuschung: Als ich eintrat, wurde ich sofort gefragt, ob ich allein sei, was ich bejahte. Daraufhin sagte mir die weibliche Bedienung, dass ich mich mit dem Essen beeilen sollte, da so viel reserviert sei..(stimmte nicht, als ich das Restaurant gegen 21.00 verließ, war es halb leer) Die Pasta mit Gambas und Zucchini war zu ölig und fad. Last not least war meine Rechnung mit 5€ mehr belastet als ich verzehrt hatte….. Tja, wirklich ein kulinarischer Ausflug, den ich mir hätte sparen können/sollen.. Glücklicherweise hatte ich nette amerikanische Tischnachbarn, mit denen ich angenehm plaudern konnte….Wenigstens angenehme, freundliche Gäste hier, dachte ich. Schade, ich hätte so gern ein neues italienisches Stammlokal entdeckt …..

In dit restaurant snuif je nog de Italiaanse sfeer. De chef en zijn personeel zijn ook echte Italianen. Mooie keuze op de kaart. De lasagne was super. Ook lekkere wijnen en de tiramisu was heerlijk. Echte aanrader en je ziet hier dat heel wat bezoekers hier gekend zijn, dit wil zeggen er dus regelmatig terugkeren, wat een goed teken is. Wij gingen er tweemaal en telkens liep het restaurant gezellig vol.

Service war sehr nett, das essen kam schnell und es gab Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter als Aperitif. Die Preise könnten kundenfreundlicher sein.

Ganz viel italianità in Düsseldorf! Wir sind zu viert unter der Woche vorbeigegangen, und jeder von uns ist von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert vollständig zufrieden gewesen. Die einen hatten als Hauptspeise Pizza die anderen Pasta, beides Geschmacklich einen kulinarischen Gaumenschmaus. Sehr zu empfehlen die Pasta mit dem Wildschweinragout und Steinpilze und natürlich auch die Tagliolini mit Trüffel im Käse-Laib👌🏼 Vielen Dank nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft und die Weinempfehlung Natale, wir kommen wieder.

Das Zucchero gehört bei uns zum Stamm-Repertoire für Business Lunch. Die Speisen (Pizza, Nudelgerichte & Fleisch) sind top, der Service ist schnell und aufmerksam. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt. Klare Empfehlung Vitello Tonnato & Filet Steak al Pepe!

Das beste an dem Essen war das Bier die Pizza Diavolo war alles andere nur nicht scharf ist aber nur so im Öl geschwommen mein Kollege hatte eine Pizza mit Spinat Artischocken usw und den nächsten Tag ist er die Apotheke musste sich was gegen Übelkeit holen. Bei der Rechnung die nächste Überraschung auf einmal stehen noch Warsteiner und nur ein Wein drauf was wir gar nicht hatten wir waren das erste und letzte Mal da

Waren heute zum ersten und bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal da. Die Pizza ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Super schnell und super lecker. Beide Daumen hoch!
