Die Pizza hätte mehr Geschmack haben können, aber die Spaghetti waren fantastisch! Daher würde ich empfehlen, hier Nudelgerichte zu holen, statt pizza.

Wir gehen seit 40 Jahren regelmäßig dort eine Pizza essen. Die Qualität ist unverändert sehr gut. Die Bedienung kenne ich von Anfang an.

Pizzeria Pinocchio ist ein schönes Restaurant. Die Speisen sind sehr gut das Personal ist freundlich aufmerksam drei Sterne fürs Ambiente, weil wir haben draußen gesessen und der Verkehr der Fahrzeuge an dem Tisch beträgt 50 cm Abstand.

Ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Das Geschirr war schmutzig, und auf dem Glas klebten Lippenstiftreste vom vorherigen Gast. Seltsam, dass der Kellner es nicht bemerkt hat … vielleicht war es dem Personal egal. Die Pizza war wie jede andere, hauchdünn und unmöglich zu schneiden.

Nicht empfehlbar. Die Preise sind viel zu hoch für das was geboten wird und generell auch einfach unverschämt. 7€ für eine 0,4l cola! Geschmacklich ist es auch nicht wirklich gut. Ich hatte eine Salami Pizza. Die Pizza selbst war naja. Nicht wirklich vergleichbar mit einem guten Italienern. Die Salami auf der Pizza sah aus als wäre die von einer günstigen Salamipackung aus einem Supermarkt. Eine weiteres Gericht dass wir bestellt hatten war eine fischsuppe. Ich weiß leider nicht mehr wie sie hieß. Jedenfalls hatte der fisch mehrere Gräten und nach dem wir das dem Personal gesagt haben kam nur ein "Das ist fisch, was erwartet Ihr?". Ich stimme dem zwar teilweise zu aber ein "tut uns leid" oder ähnliches hätte ich schon erwartet. Toiletten waren naja sauber. Auf dem Frauenklo gab es 2 Kabinen, allerdings konnte man nur eine abschließen.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren hierher, wenn wir auf dem Jahrmarkt sind. Die Besitzer müssen es mittlerweile satt haben, denn sie brachten uns die Teller und das Essen, als würden sie sie uns an den Kopf werfen. Das war extrem respektlos. Außer den Pizzen gibt es nichts Leckeres zu essen. Der Laden ist total beengt. Ich werde nie wieder hingehen. Stellt euch mal ein italienisches Restaurant ohne Carpaccio vor… :))

Komme seit über 20 Jahren hierher, beste Pizza Düsseldorfs!

Ich bin sonst gern hier und habe bislang auch keinerlei schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, aber heute lief einiges schief. Die Getränke kamen zügig, die beiden Pastagerichte auch. Auf die Pizzen durften wir dann leider noch geschlagene 30-40 Minuten warten. Die Pasta war schon verzehrt. Ich weiß, dass das Restaurant immer gut besucht ist, aber gerade die Pizzen kommen sonst noch vor den Getränken. Einen Limoncello als Entschuldigung anzubieten finde ich schwer. Sorry, aber heute habt Ihr es leider so richtig versammelt.

Pizza mit Gorgonzola bestellt statt Mozzarella, aber Mozzarella bekommen und es wurde fest behauptet das es Gorgonzola ist, dadurch kommt man sich verarscht vor. Dadurch werden wir unsere Besuche beenden.

Beste Pizza auf der Welt für mich. Komme seit 42 Jahren her. Charmanter, netter Service. Tolle authentisch Atmosphäre!! Sogar die italienische Nationalmannschaft war hier essen. Das heißt schon was!!

Eine der besten Pizzerien in Düsseldorf. Authentisch italienisch; sowohl die Kellner als auch die Köche sind Italiener und sehr freundlich. Der Ofen ist ein Holzofen. Jede Pizza, die wir bestellt haben, war köstlich.

Ein Stern ist für dieses Lokal noch Zuviel. Wir hatten einen Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert, der uns auch bestätigt wurde. Wir kamen pünktlich an. Unsere Freunde mußten noch ihr Auto parken, sodaß sie 4-5 Minuten später nachkamen. Uns wurde der reservierte Tisch verwehrt, da wir nicht komplett waren. Wir wurden aus dem Lokal hinauskomplimentiert, mit dem Hinweis, wir könnten uns ja wieder anstellen, wenn wir komplett wären. Eine solche Unverschämtheit habe ich noch in keinem Lokal erlebt. Auf jeden Fall werden wir das Lokal nicht nochmal besuchen.

Die beste Pizza, die ich seit Jahren gegessen habe, die Einrichtung ist total süß und das Personal war super freundlich.

Wer (an Karneval) in der Altstadt unterwegs ist, kann sich hier unkompliziert auch eine Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellen. Wir waren im Kreuzherreneck und hatten Hunger: Traumkombination 🤪 Ich würde aber auch jederzeit zu jeder anderen Gelegenheit hier wieder hin kommen, und den Rest der Speisekarte probieren. Denn das Personal ist freundlich und sehr professionell.

Ein wunderbares Restaurant, sehr leckere Gerichte, Pizza aus dem Holzofen, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

Was soll ich dazu sagen. Diese Pizzeria hat so ziemlich seit Jahrzehnten Geschichte geschrieben. Unglaublich aber ich kenne und besuche seit über 50 Jahren diese Institution, immer und ausnahmslos sehr gut. Wer z.B. die Paesana verzehrt sollte anschließend keine wichtigen Besprechungen haben. Man riecht wie eine "Karbitlampe".

Sehr nette Bedienung. Auf die richtige Weise locker. Essen war sehr gut und schmackhaft. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine super idyllische Pizzeria mit sehr netten Personal und leckeren Speisen. Bei Bedarf kann man Zutaten dazu bestellen. Plätze sind etwas eng, Reservierung auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Grauenhafter Laden, Essen ultra schlecht, laut, eng und ungemütlich wan wartet trotz Reservierung eine halbe Stunde bis einem ein Platz zugewiesen wird. Die Pasta war eine Mantsche und hatte mit dem was es eigentlich sein sollte nichts zu tun. Jedes Tiramisu von Aldi und Lidl sind dagegen ein Hochgenuss zu dem was einem da vorgesetzt wird.

Wir haben für 7 Personen einen Tisch für 18 Uhr reserviert. Um 18 Uhr war unser Tisch - und auch der von vielen weiteren Gästen - noch nicht frei, weshalb alle bis ca 18:15 Uhr vor der Tür im Kalten warten mussten. Als wir dann zum Tisch geführt wurden, waren wir erschrocken, dass wir mit 7 Personen an einen 4-5er Tisch gesetzt wurden. Das war super eng und keinesfalls zum Essen geeignet. Als wir die Bedienung darauf angesprochen haben, meinte sie nur „was sollen wir machen“. Auch auf unsere Frage, ob wir den nächsten freien 2er Tisch bekommen, um uns aufzuteilen, wurde leider abgelehnt, da bereits alles reserviert und voll sei. Wir konnten von Glück im Unglück sprechen, dass 2 Nudelgerichte viel zu spät gebracht wurden, sodass der erste leere Pizzateller schon Platz geschaffen hat. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass eine andere 7er Gruppe auf 2 Tische aufgeteilt wurde - einen 3er und einen 4er Tisch. Sie war davon nicht begeistert. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Entweder sollten keine Reservierungen für „größere“ Gruppen angenommen werden oder bei der Reservierung muss direkt darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es keinen Tisch für so viele Personen gibt und man daher auf 2 Tische aufgeteilt werden würde. Die Pizza war super lecker aber der gesamte Abend für uns sehr enttäuschend.

Wir sind zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen und waren begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr interessant, fast wie in einer Höhle oder Grotte, aber gemütlich. Man fand uns einen Tisch, zwar hinten im Restaurant, aber während wir auf unsere Bestellung warteten, wurde ein weiterer frei und wir durften freundlicherweise dorthin wechseln. Wir bestellten Lachssuppe und Pizza, und alles war köstlich. Vielen Dank!

Pizzeria Pinocchio offers affordable pizza and pasta in a classic sit down restaurant setting. The space is candlelit and dim which gives it a very unique atmosphere. The interior feels almost like being inside a cave with textured walls and low lighting that make it stand out from more modern restaurants. The food itself is good and reliable. The pizza and pasta are well priced and satisfying making it a solid option for a casual meal. It is a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a full dinner without feeling rushed. That said the cave like walls are definitely not for everyone. While some people may find the ambiance cozy or romantic the walls personally gave me goosebumps and felt a bit unsettling. Overall it is a decent spot for affordable Italian food with a very distinct and memorable atmosphere.

We were served outside of normal meal times, so we decided to go in. The spaghetti and penne were correct and delicious, the drinks were among the most expensive in the city, and a typical dessert like tiramisu cost 11 euros and espresso cost 3.80 euros. We were amazed.

Pizzeria Pinocchio is easily accessible in Düsseldorf's old town. Positive: You can sit outside – although the seating is rather average. We ordered a salami pizza and a Diavolo pizza. Unfortunately, they were essentially the same pizza, except the Diavolo had a bit of spicy oil drizzled over it. Normally, you'd expect a spicy, hot salami here – but this seemed more like a rip-off. The pizza dough itself was also rather below average in terms of taste and not a highlight. The house wine (white wine) was not only overpriced at €17 for 0.5 l, but also arrived much too warm and tasted quite sour. Another unpleasant thing was that an employee (or perhaps the manager) was playing his cell phone very loudly right outside the restaurant. At least he responded after we asked him to turn it down. Conclusion: Hunger drives us in – but the culinary experience falls well short of our expectations. Unfortunately, it is not enough for a real recommendation.

We went with high expectations, but the result was a disappointment. The staff was extremely indifferent. The pizzas were swimming in oil and overly salty. The only thing I liked was the thinness of the pizza dough. You can find much better pizzerias. A waste of time.

The pizza I had was atrocious. It tasted like frozen pizza that was warmed up and served. Do not recommend for Pizza whatsoever. Service was good, atmosphere was good. cannot say about other items such as pasta, but the pizza was really npt good, did not like.

I paid a total of €26.70 for two pizzas. To be fair, the pizzas were delicious – the crust was good, the toppings were fresh – but nothing special that would justify the price. I think €16.20 for a simple tuna pizza is significantly overpriced. In the end, it's "just" a pizza – and even in good pizzerias in Düsseldorf, you usually pay significantly less for that. The taste is okay, but the value for money isn't right for me. A shame.

Pizzeria Pinocchio in Düsseldorf's Old Town definitely has its own charm. The decor is unusual and stylish, but the cramped space can get quite noisy. Nevertheless, the food is impressive: the pizza was tasty and well-prepared. Those looking for a cozy atmosphere should be prepared for some hustle and bustle, but for delicious pizza, it's definitely worth a visit!

Pizza was great. Drink prices as well as the service and hygiene are a disaster. Wine spritzer costs the same as a pure wine. He was still warm. When you pay €70 for 2 pizzas with 4 drinks I definitely expect more. (almost €8 for a standard grappa is also more than cheeky!)

€4.40 surcharge for pizza for additional toppings! With extra onions, corn and parmesan, that's €13.20 more for a pizza that costs €15! Not recommended!

Pizza is super tasty and absolutely recommended

The taste of the food was really okay - but unfortunately that was the only positive thing about our visit. The reception by the staff was unfriendly and arrogant. We were seated at a visibly dirty table and when it was “cleaned” the leftover food and crumbs were simply wiped onto our laps - absolutely unacceptable. Particularly important: Be sure to check the invoice before paying! We also tried to bill items twice - apparently not an isolated case, as you can also read in other reviews.

We were there on a sunny spring day. On a football day! The entire altstad was filled with supporters, great atmosphere. Pinocchio is located just on the edge of the altstad. Quiet terrace with delicious food! Great service, recommended!

Super delicious food. The employees were very nice and super attentive. Everything was very authentic, we felt like we were in Italy. The rooms are quite small, but that makes it feel uncomfortable. When I'm back in Düsseldorf, I'll be happy to come back for dinner!
