Trattoria Veneta Ristorante in Cuxhaven

We spontaneously decided to go there on Friday evening and were able to get a table. We were very happy about that, as we had been out all day and were really hungry. The food was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves very much. If we are ever in Cuxhaven again, we will definitely come back.

Great restaurant. The owner is fantastic and keeps the place running smoothly :) The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and requests are accommodated. What more could you want? Definitely a must-visit whenever we're in Cuxhaven!

Very good food. I especially recommend the homemade gnocchi and bread.

Italian cuisine par excellence. The service is very attentive and immediately makes you feel welcome as a guest. The amuse-bouche was fresh white bread with olive or garlic oil. This was followed by a pizza (Margherita), which can truly be described as outstanding. From the ingredients and the craftsmanship, you can tell that someone in the kitchen knows their craft. To finish, a delicious grappa (a wide selection, and you'll be well advised). We'd be happy to come back!

Two of us were here on a Saturday evening and got a table spontaneously. The pizza was excellent and really inexpensive. Beforehand, each table also receives a free bread basket with olive oil. At the end, we were offered an espresso or limoncello on the house. Friendly service, highly recommended!

For us, the best Italian restaurant for miles around. Such delicious food with a wide selection and ALWAYS consistently top quality. Even though the restaurant is ALWAYS full, everyone is very warm and welcoming to their guests and tries to make everything possible. This review was long overdue. Waited 90 minutes for a pizza. First, the wrong food was brought, I was accused of ordering incorrectly, and after a long search, I discovered some sausage on the Caprese pizza.

Definitely a must! We started with delicious bread with olive oil. A super delicious pizza. The pizza is also topped to your liking, and the dough is delicious. The staff is very friendly. The restrooms are clean. In short: perfect and highly recommended.

The price/performance ratio is almost unbelievably good. The service is incredibly friendly. The tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms is highly recommended :)

The food is simply delicious, the pizza is huge, the service is friendly and accommodating. If you eat Italian, then only here. The only drawback is that it is very loud when it is busy.

On Monday, I reserved a table for Saturday. We just found ourselves standing in front of a locked door. There was a note hanging there saying they'd be closed for a few days. That's not very nice, especially since I'd left my number. It's annoying when you're a stranger and then have to find somewhere else.

Reservations are required here, and for good reason. A dining room that's cozy yet offers enough space for different groups of guests. A fantastic manager whose goal is to fulfill guests' wishes. Attentive service staff, forward-thinking, very friendly, and completely focused on the guests. And then there's the truly delicious food that leaves little to be desired. We're happy to come all the way from Bremerhaven for this.

Great restaurant. My favorite restaurant in Cuxhaven! For me the “best Italian” in Cuxhaven. Mega great service. Due to the move to the new premises (which took place some time ago), the ambience has improved significantly again. Food is great! My absolute recommendation is the tomato salad and then a lasagne. My absolute favorite combination for years. Pizzas are huge and delicious! Crispy and great toppings Parking on site is a bit difficult, but there is a large parking lot about 200 meters further (behind the church). You should calculate around €40 per person including drinks and dessert.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Cuxhaven und hatten uns vorgenommen, einen Abend essen zu gehen. Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant kamen wir auf die Trattoria Veneta und hatten das Glück spontan einen Tisch zu bekommen. Uns empfing eine einladende Atmosphäre und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Karte bietet für alle Geschmäcker etwas, wobei wir vor allem die Pizzen empfehlen können. Insgesamt war es ein schöner und gelungener Abend und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Voucher was not accepted, gift from children expired. It's a shame, we always enjoyed going out to eat, so that was it for us.

I have eaten a very tasty tiramisu here in the past. When I come here, I also really enjoy eating the “house pizza”. Plus you get a really good 🔪. The quality is consistent. The service is always very attentive.

We are thrilled. Starter: bruschetta on the house with fresh bread. There was also fresh bread, which was served with different oils (e.g. garlic and something spicier), very tasty. We ate pizza, also highly recommended. The edge is very thick, maybe not for everyone. After dinner there was something on the house. The honeydew melon liqueur is recommended. Service was also very nice and accommodating. A clear 5 stars from us. I've never experienced anything like this as a complete package at an Italian restaurant.

The pizzas were good, but unfortunately also very expensive. The tables are very close together, which takes away from the cozy atmosphere. For the first time experienced that garlic oil was charged extra as a side dish. Isn't the pizza already expensive enough at almost €20?

Always the best Italian restaurant in Cuxhaven for many years Like coming home – our favorite Italian restaurant After five years we finally managed to go to our favorite Italian restaurant, Trattoria Veneta. As soon as we entered, we were greeted as if we had just been there yesterday - so warmly and personally. The evening was simply wonderful! As always, the food was first class, authentic and freshly prepared. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the service leaves nothing to be desired. You can tell that people cook and work here with passion. Thank you for this wonderful evening! We are already looking forward to the next time.

The Trattoria Veneta magically attracted us again today. We like the beautiful Italian atmosphere and the exceptional and very attentive service from the entire team. Special requests are welcome. Today we had homemade tagliatelle, a poem, with truffles and gnocchi with Gorgonzola and walnuts. Tartufo bianco and ice cream in warm espresso rounded off a wonderful evening. We are already looking forward to the next time.

Saltimbocca delicious, lasagna boring and not seasoned enough, Pizza partly doughy... it doesn't have to be that way again. Children's meal came 15 mi after the adult meal. The bill came wrong three times... the boss tried to get it somewhere else

We were just passing through Cuxhaven and wanted to go out for something to eat in the evening after we got off the ferry. However, it was very difficult to find a restaurant that was open at 8 p.m. on Monday. We thought we would have to settle for fast food when we discovered this pizzeria. The signora on the phone was very friendly and assured us that it wouldn't be a problem if we came by 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. And that's how it was. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food arrived quickly and the pizza was very tasty and rich in toppings. We sat outside which was nice considering the busy street right next to it. In the end we paid €41 for two people - including hot drinks. Great price! All in all, very authentic Italian. Only recommended!

Everything so far perfect. There is no changing table for small children, something like this really doesn't take up much space if you screw it to the wall.

We spontaneously decided to eat here today and actually got a nice table at short notice. The service is very nice and attentive without being intrusive. The real Italian food was excellent and the portions were generous. If you are looking for real Italian cuisine, this is the right place for you. We can fully recommend the restaurant.
