Der Tisch auf der Terasse war etwas eng und nicht besonders gemütlich. Der Service war relativ selten am Tisch und hat teilweise nur von einzelnen Personen die Getränke Bestellungen aufgenommen anstatt vom ganzen Tisch. Die Pizza war absolut fantastisch!

Unsere absolute Lieblingstrattoria in Düsseldorf! ❤️ Antonio, Renato, Angelo und das ganze Team sind einfach die Besten. Wir fühlen uns dort wie zu Hause und kommen immer wieder gerne zurück.

Ein sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und freundlichem Service. Die Pasta war köstlich, ansprechend angerichtet und die Portionen waren reichlich. Der Salat war frisch und der Wein passte hervorragend zum Essen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes Erlebnis und definitiv eine Empfehlung wert. Die Atmosphäre war schön, obwohl es noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial gibt.

Ein rundum perfekter Abend – ehrlich gesagt eine 11 von 10! Das Essen war unglaublich lecker, jeder Teller war mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet und geschmacklich herausragend. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, die offene Küche schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre und macht das Erlebnis noch besonderer. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Celeste: So herzlich, aufmerksam, empathisch und authentisch wird man nur selten bedient. Ihr Service war absolut grandios und hat den Abend perfekt gemacht. Wer exzellentes Essen, ein tolles Ambiente und außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es gibt kaum ein anderen Italiener in Düsseldorf, der mehr durch Kulinarik, super freundlichen Service und eine authentische Atmosphäre überzeugt. Zudem ist die Trattoria, was kaum einer weiß, sehr sozial engagiert und unterstützt den #Gutenachtbus Düsseldorf. Danke dafür!!!!

Das Essen und der Service super 👍🏽

Wir waren sonntags mit unserem Baby dort zum Abendessen. Es war schön, draußen zu sitzen. Der Service war allerdings chaotisch. Die Kellner schienen die Tische draußen nicht zu kennen, denn sie brachten uns falsches Essen und vergaßen einige unserer Bestellungen. Es dauerte ewig, bis unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, und sie bedienten zuerst die Gäste, die nach uns gekommen waren. Na ja… Wir bestellten Gamberi all'aglio, und die Portion war sehr klein. Wir mussten extra nach Brot fragen (wir bekamen gar keins dazu 😂). Die Pizza war aber köstlich. Interessanterweise kam die Rechnung sofort, nachdem wir danach gefragt hatten (ein schöner Kontrast zur Bestellung 🤣), und sie berechneten uns Biere, die wir gar nicht bestellt hatten (ein Beweis für den chaotischen Service). Wir bemerkten es erst zu Hause. Kurzum, ich würde das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

Irgendwie ein cooler Laden, wo man schön draußen sitzen kann! Das Essen ist Licht und Schatten: Pizza war matschig, überhaupt nicht knusprig !! Lasagne war Weltklasse! Salat war gut !

Für mich schon lange eine sichere Bank wenn man gut italienisch essen will. Also komme seit Jahren, es war schon immer gut, aber gefühlt ist es in letzter Zeit noch besser geworden. Ich komme gerade aus dem Italien im Urlaub und hier habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich noch in Italien bin. Die Pizza ist wahrscheinlich die beste in Düsseldorf , die Pasta ist auch sehr gut. Alleine der Nachtisch ist für mich viel zu süß, also der Nachtisch ist nicht meins. Aber das Essen ist Hammer, der Service ist super

Reservierung gemacht – trotzdem nur ein Bartisch gegenüber der Theke, mit entsprechender Lautstärke durch Bar- und Getränkezubereitung. Ein Tischwechsel wurde zur Hauptspeise angeboten, danach aber nicht weiterverfolgt. Getränke wurden vergessen und kamen erst nach Nachfrage. Das Essen war okay, aber nicht herausragend. Für den Preisbereich (40–50 € p. P.) erwarte ich mehr – sowohl beim Service als auch bei der Tischzuteilung trotz Reservierung.

Wir hatten aufgrund vorheriger Bewertungen während unseres Düsseldorf-Besuchs hier reserviert. Es war angenehm voll. Wir konnten zwischen drinnen und draußen wählen; trotz des Regens saßen wir schön trocken unter dem Vordach. Die Vorspeisen kamen nicht gleichzeitig, die Hauptgerichte aber schon. Die Kellnerin entschuldigte sich vielmals dafür, dass die Vorspeisen nicht gleichzeitig serviert wurden. Ein gemütliches Lokal, nettes Personal, tolle Lage und vor allem: köstliches Essen!

Überfordertes Unhöfliches Personal

Ich sag nur 19:30 Bestellung aufgegeben 21:23 Essen bekommen….und mehrfach nachgefragt aber die abholkundschaft war wohl wichtiger. PRÜFT EURE RECHNUNG wir hatten 3 Pizzen auf der Rechnung obwohl wir nur 2 gegessen haben!!!!

Heute ganz entspannt mit meinem Partner durch Oberkassel spaziert und dabei völlig spontan die beste Pizza ever entdeckt. Einfach perfekt! 🍕

Das Wasser kostete 6,50 €. Aber die Steak-Pasta war köstlich! 🤌

War mal richtig gut.Tipp:100 Meter weiter gehn.

Wir waren von März bis April dreimal dort essen, weil es das erste Mal super geschmeckt hat. Wir hatten Trüffelnudeln im Parmesankorb für 23,90 € etwas erhöhter Preis, bei dem Essen aber egal, weil es super schmeckte. Zwei Wochen später aßen wir wieder das Gleiche, was aber überhaupt nicht vergleichbar war, weil es einfach nicht schmeckte. Weißer statt schwarzer Trüffel, Parmesankorb fettig und bitterer Geschmack. Der Kellner wurde auch darauf angesprochen, hatte aber dazu nichts gesagt. Wir vermuteten, vielleicht ein anderer Koch? Beim 3. Mal entschieden wir uns dann für die Trüffelpizza für 23,90 €, die alles andere noch übertraf. Die Pizza war belegt mit 4 Trüffelscheibchen, worauf wir uns aufgrund des Preises beschwerten. Es wurden 3 weitere Trüffelscheibchen darauf gelegt. Die Pizza schmeckte nach gar nichts! Das eine Blatt Basilikum war das Einzige, was nach was schmeckte. Der Rand der Pizza war dick und trocken. Die ganze Pizza an sich war matschig und zäh und mit dem Messer kaum zu schneiden. Die Keller lassen lange auf sich warten und sind sehr unaufmerksam. Würde nicht nochmal dort essen gehen, aufgrund der schlechten Qualität. Man kann dort draußen ganz nett sitzen, was man in anderen Lokalen aber auch kann. Daher nie wieder … Anbei Fotos. Das Essen auf dem ersten Foto war super, alles andere grottenschlecht!

Die beste napolitanische Pizza in Düsseldorf. Es ist immer schön da zu sein weil alle herzlich und so freundlich sind.

Sehr gutes und leckeres Restaurant! Das Brot war schön warm und hatte einen leckeren Geschmack! Als Vorspeise hatten wir außerdem die Garnelen - sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten uns auf gutes italienisches Essen gefreut, aber was wir bekamen, schmeckte noch weniger als das, was wir zu Hause kochen. Die meisten Gäste bestellten Pizza; vielleicht sind sie mit dieser Art von Küche gut. Wir bestellten Schnitzel und Pasta mit Rindfleisch.

Enttäuschender Abend – Überhaupt nicht kinderfreundlich! Wir waren heute hier essen, aber leider war der Besuch eine einzige Katastrophe. Hier sind die Punkte, die gar nicht gingen: Wartezeiten & Service: Das Essen kam insgesamt viel zu spät. Andere Gäste haben ihr Essen schon fertig gegessen die nach uns kamen. Zudem mussten wir mehrmals nach unseren Getränken fragen, bevor diese endlich serviert wurden. Falsche Bestellung: Ein Gericht wurde komplett falsch geliefert.Anstatt Kartoffeln als Beilage kam Spaghetti Mangelhafte Qualität: Die Pizza war am Ende nicht einmal richtig durchgebacken – bei den Preisen eine absolute Frechheit. Kein Fokus auf Kinder: Besonders traurig war, dass das 6-jährige Kind sein Essen fast als Letztes bekommen hat. Normalerweise sollte das Kind zuerst bedient werden, damit die Familie entspannt essen kann. Lächerliche Wiedergutmachung: Als "Entschuldigung" für das ganze Chaos wurde uns ein (1!) Limoncello für 7 Personen angeboten. Das wirkt eher wie ein schlechter Scherz als eine ernstgemeinte Geste. Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder. Der Service ist überfordert und die Qualität der Speisen lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Abend im Restaurant. Wir saßen im neueren Anbau, hatten einen tollen Tisch und das Essen war wirklich gut. Egal ob Pasta, Pizza oder Saltimbocca, Alles war sehr lecker. Allerdings war der Service etwas problematisch. Der eine Kellner sprach nur gebrochenes Englisch, die zweite Kraft konnte unserer Bestellung gar nicht folgen so dass erst der dritte Kellner uns weiterhelfen konnte. Sicherlich ist es aktuell schwer geeignetes Personal zu finden aber eine vernünftige Kommunikation sollte schon irgendwie stattfinden können.

Ich bin seit 20 Jahren Kunde. Gute Pasta. Sehr gute Pizza. Fleischgerichte von wechselnder Qualität. Kritisches Feedback wird nicht gerne gehört. Gutes freundliches Stammpersonal. Neue Mitarbeiter von wechselnder Qualität, Umgang und Sprachkenntnisse in Teilen durchwachsen. Auswahl an Speisen mittlerweile sehr gut, an Weinen leider recht begrenzt.

Ein nettes italienisches Restaurant mit freundlichem Service und hervorragendem Carpaccio und Calabrese ... Die Biere waren gut. Ich habe kein Dessert genommen.

Früher war die Pizza ganz ordentlich, aber die heutige war einfach nur ungenießbar. Zäh, falscher Belag und sogar der Knoblauch fehlte. Außen war es nur zäher Teig, innen matschig und geschmacklos. Einfach nicht gut genug. Vor allem nicht für den Preis.

Die frischen Tagliarini wurden im hausgemachten Parmesankorb serviert und mit frisch gehobeltem Parmesan sowie frischem Trüffel verfeinert. Geschmacklich absolut überzeugend: Der Käse war knusprig und harmonierte perfekt mit den Nudeln. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der intensive, hochwertige Trüffelgeschmack – einfach hervorragend. Ein Gericht, das ich jederzeit wieder bestellen würde. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir hatten ein schönes Firmenessen in diesem Restaurant und waren wie immer sehr zufrieden, da wir nicht zum ersten Mal dort waren. Diesmal hatte ich den Salat, und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war wirklich gut!

Wir gehen öfters dort Mittagessen und ich finde das Essen und den Service dort sehr gut. Preise sind für Oberkassel auch in Ordnung. Man sitzt leider nicht ganz so schön (direkt an einer großen Straße) aber die Betreiber haben dies gut gelöst, indem man in einer Art halb geschlossenen Terrasse sitzt

Wir haben abends zwei Pizzen und ein Tiramisu bestellt. Ich lade einfach mal die Bilder hoch, nur so viel: Die Pizza war kalt und extrem zäh 🤕. Das 8-Euro-Tiramisu war dagegen ein Kinderspiel.

Wunderbar gegessen, sehr netter Service, die Trattoria strahlt mit ihrem gewachsenen, etwas unperfekten Ambiente eine italienische Atmosphäre aus, bei der es um gutes Essen, guten und freundlichen Sevice und einfach gutes Leben geht, la dolce vita eben. Kein Design- oder Eventpillepalle, vielleicht nicht cool oder hip, aber das Tiramisu - göttlich! Ein wunderbarer Italiener in Oberkassel!

Das beste italienische Restaurant der Stadt - insbesondere die Pasta ist al dente und tipico italiano und die Pizza napoletana e’ perfetta. Bin zweimal die Woche hier und wurde nie enttäuscht. Service superherzlich, man fühlt sich wie in der Familie aufgenommen - absolute Empfehlung👍👍👍👍👍

I was last here about 15 years ago and remembered the place being much better than it was on today's visit. The pasta filled with goose meat sounded good, but ultimately tasted bland and just like the dough – unfortunately, it was underwhelming. The saltimbocca was tasty, but the veal cutlets were cut too thick, so the preparation was just okay. The pizza, on the other hand, looked and tasted good. The service was okay, but not exactly warm and welcoming. My order for zabaglione was unfortunately declined after consulting with the kitchen, apparently because it was too busy to prepare and the place was packed. And why is it even on the menu then?! No big deal, but it wasn't exactly great service either. It was also odd that you only get an interim bill at the end; you can draw your own conclusions. All in all, a fairly average visit, with room for improvement. I probably wouldn't go back for another 15 years, if at all.

Carissima, or The Best Italian Restaurant in the Universe. Anna, Antonio, and Renato always make me feel at home with friends! The food is perfect! Their recommendations are always excellent!

I ordered food today. Unfortunately, only half of it arrived; all the pizzas were missing. After calling, I was met with a very rude response, told that the pizzeria wasn't responsible and that it was solely the delivery service's fault. At the end of the day, we had to pick up the food ourselves, and now we all have cold pizzas. The service was incredibly rude; I would never order again, let alone eat in. This is absolutely unacceptable, a complete disaster.

Yesterday we ordered food through Uber Eats: two pasta dishes, one carpaccio, and one bruschetta. Unfortunately, the delivery was very disappointing. The carpaccio was completely flattened on one side, as was the bruschetta. The bruschetta was also soggy and impossible to lift. The extra Parmesan cheese we ordered was also missing. The pasta was dry, had a burnt taste, and instead of tomato cream sauce, there was only plain tomato sauce. For the price, I expect fresh, properly packaged food and a delivery that is edible. In this condition, the food was unfortunately unacceptable to us.

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with this restaurant. There was a small snail under the arugula layer of my ordered pizza, which I thankfully hadn't eaten yet. Of course, I immediately called to report the problem. After being transferred several times on the phone to take down my complaint, I was told that such situations can always occur with such fresh ingredients. The owner asked me to send him a picture via WhatsApp and "dispute" the order, which we had placed through Uber Eats. He said he would wait until they received the notification so they could bake a new pizza. After three unsuccessful attempts and two further calls, I was assured that a new pizza would be sent as soon as a courier came by. No new pizza arrived that evening, and I received no confirmation via WhatsApp. The communication seems to be completely non-existent. It's a shame that after an obvious mistake on the part of the restaurant, no one felt responsible for the situation, and no offer of a replacement was made. Therefore, I cannot give it a good rating.

We visited this restaurant and ordered desserts – panna cotta and tiramisu. Both were incredibly delicious, simply fantastic! We sat at the counter where the chefs worked, which created a special atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We enjoyed everything very much. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunately, I can't understand the good reviews here. The appetizers from the display case were all unimaginative, the same grilled and acidic variety without any variation. Only the octopus salad, with its carrots and celery, was well-dressed. The pizza was mediocre Neapolitan. The wine selection by the glass (no bottle today) was in the budget segment, perhaps without any attempt to impress the customer. The service was friendly and genuine, although the wait was too long. In the end, the bar was rattling because the washing machine was running on the floor above, and I was left with a lingering feeling in my clothes. But my opinion seems to be alone, as the restaurant was quite busy. That's just how it is.

Huge disappointment! I went to the restaurant with my family for the first time on Friday. The waiter was incredibly inattentive, didn't bother to check our empty glasses, and wasn't friendly at all. He didn't ask if we wanted dessert, and we even had to order our main course while we were still eating our appetizers. One of the pizzas was soggy and, according to my father-in-law, undercooked—the worst pizza he'd had in a long time. The other pizza was missing the walnuts. The pasta dishes we ordered were okay, but nothing special. All in all, I felt terrible about choosing this restaurant for my family. It was difficult to have a conversation because it was so loud and crowded, and the evening was a complete disaster.

I was at Il Carissima in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel. The food was okay – Italian cuisine, nothing extraordinary, but delicious. I was particularly impressed by the ambiance: very authentic Italian and cozy. Even though it was midweek, the place was packed – which definitely speaks to the restaurant's popularity. The staff was super organized, friendly, and attentive – you immediately feel welcome. Overall, a lovely evening in a typically Italian atmosphere!

The food was truly a 10/10. The starter plate was top-notch and very generous, the pizza was a dream - and the aperitif was fantastic! Unfortunately, we were awkwardly seated at the corner near the cash register, which wasn't very romantic - as was the loud noise level with the music in the background. Not what it was many years ago!!!!: The honest Italian iBa food, prices, service, value, Today in 2025, the service is abysmal, at times so arrogant that we almost left – but hunger made us stay, which we later regretted. Really decent and traditional pizza! Perfect for those who love classic Italian cuisine and want to enjoy it with fine wine! But for those craving a decadent, greasy pizza with special flavours in the westernised style this is not the place to go. Either way it is worth the visit if you are ready to pay a bit more than average and you know what to expect. 👍

We visited the shop midweek, and it was moderately busy. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. We had to wait about 20 minutes to order. The drinks came quickly, and the pizzas arrived after another 20-30 minutes. They tasted okay. I would recommend the shop when it's quiet so you can avoid long waits for your order.

The pizza was really delicious, but the eggplant pasta was swimming in oil and inedible.

Reservations are ignored. Two people are asked to sit at a table where two others are already seated. On top of that, the table was in direct sunlight in over 30 degree heat. When you make a reservation, you expect a decent table, not a junky's table somewhere on the sidewalk. When you point out that you have a reservation, you are greeted with an irritated and unfriendly response, and in a derogatory tone, you are told that everyone else has made a reservation and that you can sit in the restaurant. Typical "Oberkassel restaurant behavior" that favors locals. This kind of behavior should have made you leave immediately! The food is delicious, but the pizza arrived almost 10 minutes before the pasta, so you basically have to eat it individually or let it cool down. On top of that, the wait is very long. Overall, not recommended.

We went there with seven girls for our stag or hen party and were totally disappointed. The staff were very unfriendly and barely spoke German, which led to misunderstandings. Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend it.

My pizza tonno was great, the service was impeccable.

Pasta served at the time we almost finished pizza. No bread basket for our table, quality of the food was average.

We were at Trattoria Carrissima last week and were very impressed. The service was excellent. The fettuccine was amazing. We'll definitely be back.

Despite having a reservation, we had to sit outside in the cold weather. Our order took a whopping 50 minutes... The Coke was just warm. The pizza was delicious, but the service really let it all down. There was a DJ so loud you couldn't have a conversation.

Just like in Italy... Very tasty pizza and pasta. The dishes are typically Italian and not so "pretty." The service was competent and friendly. It was our first time eating there and we'll definitely be back.

Super tasty pizza BUT the service & hospitality are just bad. You just feel tolerated, the Italian warmth that we know from other restaurants is completely missing, there is no attention towards the guest. Because of the really great pizza, 2 stars overall. We're happy to pick up pizza again at any time, but we won't be coming back to eat in the restaurant! There are so many other nice and friendlier restaurants in Düsseldorf...

We sat on the benches in front of the door because we wanted to enjoy the fresh air. In principle, we would have been able to find space inside due to our reservation. The service was good and quick, the food was delicious - the pizza dough in particular was excellent. Tiramisu and bruschetta were okay but not outstanding. Overall, recommended at a higher price level (typical for Oberkassel).
