It was wonderful, especially Claudia, who was very, very nice to us.

I ate the best tortellini of my life here. The restaurant was very lively, but we didn't have to wait long for our order, and the waiter remembered everything even though many guests were ordering at the same time. I would definitely recommend it.

We had pasta twice and a mixed salad. Everything was really very good and the portions were large. All the staff were very friendly.

We were at the Rialto at the end of last week. While we were looking for a restaurant, Claudia, the winemaker, stumbled upon us on the street and told us that the restaurant upstairs was very nice, something you wouldn't expect from the outside. In fact, the first impression is deceptive; the restaurant upstairs is very cozy and quaintly decorated. Claudia took excellent care of us, and the food was also excellent. Best service in a long time! Big compliments to the team :) The restrooms were clean, by the way.

The toilets were so dirty, you couldn't even use them. The food was rotten, the cheese—I don't know how long they've had it—the health department really needs to get involved. They might clean everything after this news, but the toilets were clogged; they hadn't cleaned them in a very long time. It stank, and it was so overcrowded that the entire store was almost slopping.

Spaghetti salmon with shrimp is good, tangy flavor of the creme works really well with the tomato. Pizza Nero and Carpaccio is ok too. Nice ambience with interesting antique decoration. Service is excellent with care.

Tasty food, disappointing service – A point of criticism for the restaurant. Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. We had been looking forward to a relaxing evening with a delicious pizza, but instead, we experienced a frustrating situation that quickly dampened our anticipation. A simple misunderstanding regarding our order led to unnecessary stress. After we said "takeout," we were virtually ignored and treated like outsiders. Despite the fact that the outdoor area was empty and the tables were unoccupied, the waiter categorically forbade us from sitting down. Such a lack of flexibility and goodwill is simply unacceptable for a restaurant that should care about its guests. It begged the question: Where had the customer service gone? One could almost get the impression that strict rules are being placed above the well-being of the guests. Despite this unpleasant experience, I must admit that the pizza itself was delicious. But even the tastiest meal can't hide unfriendly service, and therefore only seems half as good. Overall, if you want to feel like a beggar when visiting a restaurant, even though you're willing to pay for your meal, you should reconsider your expectations. It would be desirable for restaurants to pay more attention to the importance of customer service in the future.

At the same time the best (drunk) and worst (sober) pizza. But cheap and the following applies: “you get what you pay for”. It's impressively quick, the service is a bit chaotic, but - as much as possible under stress - also friendly. The surprisingly well-kept toilets in the basement are an insider tip. The door is always closed, just ask. Cleanest toilets at the longest counter. No joke. The quality of the ingredients is at the “Good & Cheap” level, but solid and has often saved me over a long evening.

I love mini pizzas so much, when friends from abroad come to visit me I always bring them here after a couple of beers. Once there was a German guy there and he asked me why I was in Germany, I answered politely and then I asked the same question. I got all sad and he said he didn't know what he was doing and that he should actually leave. That was a nice experience.

We happened to stop by for a girls' evening on a Saturday in Advent and experienced incredibly friendly service and enjoyed a very delicious meal! The store was full, but we had a nice spot set up outside under the heaters! Thank you very much and we'll be happy to come back!

The food was good. We ordered a bottle of house wine, which turned out to be not entirely okay upon tasting. They came with a new bottle. Once at checkout, the wine turned out to be twice as expensive even though this had not been stated. And while we had previously asked for a wine list and was told there was none. So pay attention to what you order and what the costs are.

The lasagna and the pizza were cold, the serves was extremely slow

A Funghi pizza costs 8 to take away, but it costs 10.50 if you want to eat it there. It's the same pizza. Nobody can be of the opinion that the extra charge is because of the location or because of the service. We didn't get any cutlery or napkins and we were the only ones there at the time and were still kept waiting for 10 minutes. So much for the bad service. In the evenings there are only drunks and beggars, so I really don't know what's great about the location. I spoke to the employee about the pizza. He said: "The takeaway pizza is smaller than the one you can eat here"... So either he's blatantly lying to me, or the store is ripping off its customers. Choose it. A very clear 5 from me I didn't even get to the topic of taste... so be it.

Takeaway pizza is served on paper plates. When we asked if we could have a pizza box, the gentleman slapped two boxes on the counter and we were able to drag the hot pizza into the box ourselves, service minus 100

The pizza, a symbol of simple pleasure, remained silent, unfinished. The dough, not alive, not ready to open. And yet she was handed over, a shell without life. Mistake? We ordered pizza from this restaurant in the evening. Before we saw the stone oven from outside, we decided to eat right here. The pizza was very tasty. Enough topping, delicious sauce, I would have liked more garlic sauce on it, otherwise great! Stone oven pizza is in a class of its own and you notice it straight away. The pizza maker definitely knows what he's doing. Unfortunately the edge of the pizza was a little burnt. But that didn't make much difference to the taste. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate the pizza an eight. Many reviews say that the dough is too thin. But that's exactly what an Italian stone oven pizza is all about! You don't want to eat half-raw dough from an American pizza, but a tasty, fragrant Italian pizza with a delicious tomato, mozzarella, garlic sauce. These are probably the experts who order a pizza with French fries topping because otherwise they wouldn't get their daily carbohydrate ration.

Food was ok, pizza only came when the pasta had already been eaten. Service was catastrophic, drinks were forgotten, staff just sat around listlessly and didn't care about anything.

Pizza was OK, but definitely not the best compared to other pizzerias in the old town. Unfortunately the base wasn't crispy enough and the pizza was overloaded with cheese.

After a pizzeria we had chosen was closed, we chose this one. The service was friendly and fast. The pizza and beer were very tasty at reasonable prices. We will be back.

Where do we start ? Exactly, when ordering. Mbw for card payment €10, my pizza €9, no problem, I still buy drinks that I don't drink, ok so far so good. When you arrived at the table, the waiter asked you to get up relatively quickly because the €6 mini pizzas were to be taken away. Well, my friend, that was a normal one for €9 and because of your MBW I bought more. So we insisted on eating. The pizza wasn't that great but if you're hungry it's fine, except for the edge it's black... In the middle of your meal, another pushy waiter comes and asks you to leave because you bought take-away. There is no ambience and the chairs are uncomfortable All in all, quite a rip-off, you probably thought we were tourists :-) We're not and the shop will be avoided from now on, although the pizzeria opposite is good. So you better go there. C

The service staff had no desire to serve customers. Many customers sat down and left after 10 minutes because they weren't served. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the pizza. The dough was very thin and the base was far too floury. The prices are very steep.

Unfortunately, I have never had such bad service. Aperol Spritz was no longer available at 5 p.m., even though there were very few customers. After 10 minutes you are reminded that you have to order something new. We waited 35 minutes for the pizzas. Unfortunately the result was disappointing. Super thinly topped. 3 out of 8 pizza slices had no toppings at all. Just cheese and tomato sauce. It's just not a good pizza and the service is unfortunately at an even worse level. Absolutely unmotivated...

Went there late in the evening and there was still a lot going on. The concept of ordering wasn't particularly well planned, everyone was standing somewhere. I don't know how they keep track. We had to wait about 5-10 minutes for the pizza. Just a pizza for cravings, don't expect great quality. It was actually just cheese fat and dough. There wasn't much tomato sauce. You can't expect more for the price.

It doesn't seem entirely clean. The waiter couldn't speak English or German. "Pizza yes or no" means that there is nothing else just pizza 😅

The drinks alone took a long time. When the food came it was cold and the waiter argued against it. The pasta sauces were all very watery, so it wasn't tasty either. And generally not good service.

This was our second time there after only ordering takeaway the first time. We were outside in good weather and were able to enjoy the really first-class service, even though the pizzeria was busy and therefore busy. Incredibly accommodating, kind and extremely hospitable. The food for our daughter was brought to us first and we were kindly asked whether the sauce should be added directly to the pasta. The whole time we were careful to ensure that our daughter didn't lack anything, that nothing was taken for granted, and that this ensured that we as parents also felt really comfortable. I wouldn't have expected such service and we were incredibly surprised and thrilled by the friendliness. And the food was really delicious! We don't go to Düsseldorf often, but on the few visits a year we will definitely visit the pizzeria again and again. Many thanks again to the entire team and we are already looking forward to the next time!

Ugh, where do I start? We waited 35 minutes for two pizzas (it wasn't busy). The waiter was unmotivated and not friendly. A 0.2L cola costs €3.20... the pizza really didn't taste like anything. Not recommendable.

Seit 2010 besuche ich diesen Laden immer Mal wieder und erzähle jedem das es dort, zumindest meiner Meinung nach, die beste Pizza gibt. Am Samstag den 04.11.23 waren wir nun wieder zu dritt dort. Sonst haben wir die Pizza immer mitgenommen am Rheinufer verzehrt. Nun war das Wetter nicht so dolle und wir haben oben im Gastraum Platz gefunden. Die Bedienung war schnell, freundlich und Kompetent. Die Pizzen wie gewohnt sehr lecker. Auch die außergewöhnliche, welche ich bestellt habe. Mit Gorgonzola (welchen ich eigentlich gar nicht mag), Birne und Honig. Pizza Pere (wenn ich es richtig in Erinnerung habe). Grandios! Klingt komisch, schmeckt überraschend gut und war perfekt abgestimmt. Da wir nun das erste Mal dort gegessen habe auch zum ersten Mal die Toiletten genutzt haben, ziehe ich deshalb einen Stern ab, da ich diese nicht im idealen Zustand vorgefunden habe. Zudem gab es keine Papierhandtücher und auch kein Gebläse?! Und das Ambiente im Gastraum ist speziell. Mir etwas zu kitschig, dennoch urig.

Sehr lecker gegessen freundlich bedient. Wenn jetzt noch die Toilette etwas verschönert wird gibt es noch einen Punkt mehr.
