Tinos Mole 3

Die männliche Bedienung mit dem Pferdeschwanz scheint mir etwas dünnhäutig zu sein. Ich wollte um 21 Uhr auf der Terrasse mit meinen Bekannten, welche schon anwesend waren, ein Bier trinken. Die "Pferdeschwanzbedienung" fragte mich relativ unhöflich was ich möchte - ich saß noch nicht einmal am Platz. Als ich meinen Wunsch in Form eines Kristallweizens mitteilte erklärte er mir, dass das Lokal gesperrt sei. Er ging in den Innenraum und schloss vor mir demonstrativ die Türe. So saß ich eine Stunde bei meinen Bekannten ohne Getränk und auch der Versuch meines Bekannten mir ein Bier zu bestellen scheiterte unter dem Argument, ich hätte nicht Hallo gesagt und sei unfreundlich gewesen. Ich bin normalerweise nicht der große Schreiber von Rezessionen, aber diese Pferdeschwanzbedienung hat es tatsächlich geschafft. Diesbezüglich zolle ich ihm fassungslos Respekt ;-)

Fantastischer Ort, großartiges Essen und freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service.

Spontan Besuch: haste nixe reservierte, haste nixe platze, kannste getränk haben gleich bei mir und zahle, aber nixe sevice… sitze da ausse, nix restaurante, nix terasse, musste reserviere 5 Tage in voraus, noch früher noch besser…

Heute war ich nachmittags dort und habe ein Tiramisu, einen Cappuccino und Wasser bestellt. Das Tiramisu war ein Sahne-Cremekuchen, zwar mit Löffel-Bisquitt aber ohne Espresso und ohne Grappa. Als ich dem Kellner gesagt habe, dass das ein Kinder-Tiramisu aber kein echtes ist hat er sofort ungehalten reagiert. Ich habe freundlich aber bestimmt gesagt, dass wenn sie ein Kindertiramisu verkaufen, sie das auch als solches bezeichnen müssen und er soll das bitte seinem Chef ausrichten. Der kam dann an den Tisch, ein Italiener, und hat steif und fest behauptet, dass das ein echtes Tiramisu sei, hat mir arrogant und herablassend ins Gesicht gesagt, dass ich keine Ahnung habe! (Ich hatte Freunde, die in Treviso in Italien gelebt haben und da kommt das echte Tiramisu her!) Als ich mit einem Gast am Nebentisch, der diese Situation mitbekommen hat, gesprochen habe, hat mich der Kellner zurecht gewiesen, dass ich hier gefälligst nicht mit anderen Gästen über das Tiramisu sprechen soll - "sowas macht man nicht" hat er mich belehrt. Und nachdem ich in ein nettes Gespräch mit dem anderen Gast gekommen bin und sagte, dass diese Pseudo Tiramisu jetzt doch zu was gut war und der Kellner das im Vorbeigehen mitbekommen hat, hat er mich wieder, diesmal wesentlich aggressiver angeschnauzt und mir Sprechverbot erteilt. Ich habe gedacht, dass ich er jeden Augenblick auf mich los geht, wenn ich noch einen piep sage. Der Ausblick auf den See ist sehr schön. Das war's aber auch schon. Wie der Herr so's Gscherr, sage ich da nur. Wenn der Wirt auf so einem hohen Roß sitzt und als Italiener einem versucht einen Sahne-Creme-Kuchen als echtes Tiramisu zu verkaufen und sich dann auch noch aufregt, dass man ihn enttarnt, kann man vom Personal auch nicht mehr erwarten. Die Lektion aus der Geschichte: Zukünftig frage ich vorher nach - auch wenn es ein italienisches Lokal ist - ob in der Tiramisu echter Mascarpone, Espresso und Grappa drin ist. Sonst bestelle ich keine mehr. Das Lokal kann ich wegen der Aussicht empfehlen, sonst aber auf keinen Fall. Man läuft Gefahr, ein Sprechverbot vom Kellner zu bekommen, wenn man etwas sagt, was ihm nicht in den Kram passt.

Letzten Monat hatten wir die Gelegenheit, dieses wundervolle Restaurant mit seiner spektakulären Aussicht zu besuchen. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Als wir nach der Mittagszeit ins Restaurant kamen, war die Küche bereits geschlossen, aber ein freundlicher Kellner und ein hervorragender Koch nahmen trotzdem unsere Bestellung auf und bereiteten uns zwei köstliche Salate zu! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und dankbar für diesen wunderbaren Service! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und werden dieses großartige Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Das Essen war köstlich und der kroatische Kellner Joseph der beste der Welt. Die Atmosphäre war wunderbar und die Aussicht spektakulär. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wenn Sie in der Gegend sind, sollten Sie dieses Restaurant unbedingt besuchen 🤍

Leider, Total mieser service. Unfreundlich und keine lust zu arbeiten man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Das Essen war gut. Ambiente alle türen waren offen und eiskalt im restaurant mit durchzug. Würde ich auf keinen fall weiter empfehlen. Ich schreibe eine konstruktive Rückmeldung und hoffe, das Sie das nicht wie bei den andernen Beanstandungen unhöflich und unprofessionell kommentieren.

Feines Essen, selbst gemachte Pasta, sehr gut 👍🏻

Die Lage dieses Lokals ist zweifellos außergewöhnlich. Umso bedauerlicher, dass unser Besuch durch das Verhalten einer einzelnen Servicekraft derart überschattet wurde. Der Herr mit den längeren Haaren und Bart begegnete uns vom ersten Moment an mit einer Art von Herablassung, die wir in der Gastronomie bislang selten erlebt haben. Bereits die Begrüßung erfolgte begleitend von demonstrativem Augenrollen. Nachfragen zu Speisen oder Getränken wurden mit genervten Blicken, missmutigem Tonfall und pampigen Antworten quittiert. Wir empfanden sein gesamtes Auftreten als respektlos und hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, als Gäste willkommen zu sein. Besonders befremdlich war der Eindruck, dass wir, aus welchen Gründen auch immer, offenbar nicht in das Bild der Gäste passten, das man sich dort eventuell wünscht. Ob dieser Eindruck zutraf, kann ich selbstverständlich nicht beurteilen; genau dieses Gefühl wurde jedoch durch das Verhalten dieser Servicekraft vermittelt. Obwohl das Lokal nur etwa zu einem Drittel besetzt war, warteten wir lange mit leeren Gläsern am Tisch, ohne dass sich jemand um uns kümmerte. Auch dies verstärkte den Eindruck, bewusst ignoriert zu werden. Der Fairness halber möchte ich ausdrücklich erwähnen, dass die übrigen MitarbeiterInnen freundlich und höflich waren. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass das Verhalten eines einzelnen Mitarbeiters den gesamten Besuch derart negativ geprägt hat. Eine exklusive Lage und ein gehobenes Ambiente können mangelnden Respekt gegenüber Gästen nicht kompensieren. Wahre Gastfreundschaft zeigt sich nicht darin, wen man bewirtet, sondern wie man jedem einzelnen Gast begegnet. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung werden wir nicht wiederkommen.

Schönster Ort um abseits vom Trubel der Inselstadt zu entfliehen. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich , mit italienischen Touch. Mittags-und Abendstimmung sind hier nicht zu toppen 👍☀️

Tiramisu leider nicht zu empfehlen.

„Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir bestellten Pasta und Salat – beide Gerichte waren eine Katastrophe. Der Salat schwamm in Flüssigkeit und war völlig geschmacklos, und auch die Pasta war geschmacklos und schlecht zubereitet. Die Preise stehen in keinem Verhältnis zur Qualität. Leider war dies eines der schlechtesten Restaurants, in denen ich je gegessen habe.“

Die Lage ist wohl die schönste in ganz Lindau. Es ist herrlich entspannend, auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See und die Alpen zu sitzen. Das Essen war gut, aber nichts Besonderes; das Fleisch war gut zubereitet. Die Speisekarte war etwas eintönig und unübersichtlich und zudem nicht auf Englisch verfügbar. Alles in allem ein guter Ort für ein schönes Mittag- oder Abendessen in Lindau. Ein besonderer Dank geht an unseren Balkan-Kellner – sein Service war exzellent.

Im Herbst entdeckt und waren jetzt schon 3 mal dort. Tolle Terasse mit grandiosem Ausblick. Allerdings bei schönem Wetter hat man den Eindruck, man darf froh sein dort essen zu dürfen. Die Crew ist anscheinend Teil der Bodensee Schickimicki- Segelszene, das Begrüssungsszenario erinnert eher an "Kir Royal" der Münchner Schickeria aus den 80ern. Es bleibt ein Clublokal des Segelsports und für externe Gäste ist viel zu wenig Raum. Die MwSt-Senkung hat man voll eingesackt, deshalb ist das Preisniveau jetzt hoch bis übertrieben. Pasta ragu für 16 € ist heftig, selbst bei dem Ausblick. Die Gerichte sind geschmacklich gut gemacht aber leider nur durchschnittlich. Schade

Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend! Ich habe den Fisch probiert, und er war unglaublich frisch, perfekt gewürzt und auf den Punkt gegart. Man merkt sofort, dass hier hochwertige Zutaten verwendet werden. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und bietet die perfekte Kulisse für ein entspanntes Essen, was das gesamte kulinarische Erlebnis noch besonderer macht. Was dieses Restaurant aber wirklich auszeichnet, ist das Team. Die Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Sie sind nicht nur nett, sondern auch hochprofessionell – der Service war reibungslos, aufmerksam und sehr effizient. Es ist selten, eine so perfekte Kombination aus Freundlichkeit und Professionalität zu finden.

Wir können das Mole3 empfehlen. Tolles Essen, einzig der eine Herr im Service lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, der andere ist dafür sehr zuvorkommend, tolle Terrasse. Kleiner Gratistip, überdenken Sie Ihre Antworten auf schlechte Rezessionen, denn das macht Sie sehr unsympathisch, denn viele stimmen zu 100%. Die Freundlichkeit ist wirklich ausbaufähig und drinnen ist es viel zu kalt. Darum auch nur aktuelle 4.0, obwohl Sie definitiv mehr verdient hätten.

Wir haben dort einen Aperitivo abseits der belebten Hafenpromenade getrunken und hatten in der Nebensaison im April die Terrasse mit wunderbarem Seeblick vormittags für uns alleine. Der Hugo war sehr lecker und preislich mit 7,50 Eur 2 Eur günstiger als direkt an der Promenade. Bestellt werden muss wegen Selbstbedienung an der Theke, Getränke wurden gebracht. Die Gerichte auf der Speisekarte waren preislich gehoben.

Kleine Speisekarte von 14 bis 16 Uhr, aber mit exzellenter Auswahl! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Roastbeef-Salat! Der Kellner ist sehr aufmerksam, schnell, effizient und freundlich!

Wunderschöner Ort. Personal leider bis auf den Besitzer, der sehr sympathisch ist, beim letzten Besuch etwas ruppig und ungemütlich. Der Fischeintopf war sensationell, hätte für 33 Euro aber ruhig etwas größer ausfallen dürfen.

Atmosphäre und Essen waren fantastisch, aber einer der Kellner, der uns bediente, war leider sehr ungeduldig.

Ein wirklich gutes Restaurant! Unser Urlaub am Bodensee startete mit einen guten Essen in Tinos Mole. Das Ambiente ist richtig schön. Unser Essen war sehr lecker und wir mussten nicht lange warten. Der Service ist ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Abend und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am See ist gut. Toller Ausblick auf den See und die Berge . Alles ist sehr fein dekoriert und sauber. Ebenfalls die Toiletten. Dienstag ist Ruhetag. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Guter Ausblick auf den Bodensee, gutes italienisches Essen und freundliche Bedienung

Hatten das Restaurant gewählt, weil wir am Mittag etwas Schönes, mit einer schönen Aussicht trinken wollten. Allerdings kamen wir uns noch nie so unerwünscht vor. Der Kellner war nicht nur unglaublich unfreundlich, er war regelrecht angewidert. In den 30 Minuten die wir dort waren konnten wir auch beobachten, dass zwei weitere Paare einfach gegangen sind, weil der Service so unfreundlich war- vielleicht hätten wir das auch von Anfang an gleich tun sollen. So eine schöne Location, aber NIE WIEDER. Nachtrag: Keine Ahnung, was diese Antwort soll und wie man darauf kommt, dass genau ich unfreundlich war, wenn man mehrere Gäste an einem Tag bedient. Zum Verständnis -ich war absolut nicht unfreundlich, eher schockiert gegen Ende.

Wir waren bei Josef und Tino beim Essen - traumhafte Kulisse - leider waren die Berge im Nebel - aber die Nudeln mit Steinpilzen im Parmesanlaib waren extraklasse - wenn es 6 Sterne geben würde... Der Italiener in Lindau schlechthin

Wir haben uns für dieses Restaurant wegen der Aussicht direkt auf den Bodensee entschieden. Die Begründung der Kellnerin fiel sehr herzlich aus und wurde direkt ins unfreundliche begrüßen des Besitzers?! umgeschwenkt. Pampige Antwort, da auf jedem Tisch reserviert steht für den Segelclub und die Kellnerin uns aber an einen der Tische verwiesen hat. Wir wussten es ja nicht, dass das Gang und gebe ist, dass alle reserviert sind. Das sagte uns ein weiblicher Gast am Nebentisch. Trinken bestellt und auf die Nachfrage ob die Kinder Pommes und Schnitzel bekommen können, da dies nicht mit in der kleinen Mittagskarte gelistet ist. Daraufhin wurden wir mit Zeigefinger ermahnt, dass dies aber nur für die Kinder gilt. Als zwei Tische weiter ein weiteres Paar platziert wurde, haben diese Pommes bestellen können. Ein weiterer hast wurde unhöflich darauf hin gewiesen, dass er den Tisch nur für 1 Stunde haben kann da dann der Segelclub bevorzugt wird. Der Gast sagte, es sei kein Problem da er sich auch gerne woanders hinsetzen kann. Darauf wurde nicht eingegangen. Also insgesamt waren wir sehr unzufrieden, auch mit dem Service. Karte wurde mir unfreundlich aus der Hand gerissen, meinem Mann wurde sofort der Teller weggeräumt obwohl noch Brot auf dem Tisch stand …. Wir würden dieses Restaurant nicht noch einmal besuchen. Auch der Ausblick kann das leider nicht gut machen.

Woow, mehr kann man hierzu nicht sagen!! Hier passt einfach alles!! Super netter Service, das Essen ist meega. Wir hatten Fischeintopf und Rumpsteak, beides perfekt!! Werden uns hier definitiv noch durch die Karte futtern🤣

Sehr schöner Platz am See, schönes Ambiente und freundlichen Personal. Der Chef ist sehr ambitioniert und hat die Penne Arrabiata perfektioniert nachdem er das letzte mal leider einen Ersatzkoch hatte der es nicht so gut konnte. Wir hatten Penne Arrabiata und Ravioli mit Steinpilzen beides ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen wieder und können Tinos Mole nur empfehlen auch für Feiern sehr schön.

Fantastische Atmosphäre, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Kellner, Meeresfrüchte-Spaghetti von enttäuschender Qualität; es wäre besser, dieses Gericht von der Karte zu streichen! Der Käse, der an den Tisch gebracht wurde, roch muffig. Möge meine konstruktive Kritik uns helfen, uns zu verbessern.

Ein Ort, an dem man gut essen und einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer genießen kann. Der Kellner war so freundlich, dass er uns sogar Suppe servierte, obwohl diese nicht mehr auf der Speisekarte stand.

Super nettes Personal, aufmerksam & freundlich, zu keiner Zeit aufdringlich. Die Spätzle mit Röstzwiebeln waren ein Genuss und der Rohkostsalat, knackig & frisch mit leckeren Saucen zubereitet.

Tolle Terrasse, näher kommt man dem Bodensee wahrscheinlich nur auf den Ausflugsbooten. Wir haben nur etwas getrunken. Die Preise sind für Lindau absolut moderat. Der Service war freundlich, die Toiletten sauber. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Terrible rude waiter/manager/owner! Place is called Tino's Mole, I thought it meant Mexican, when I asked if they spoke Spanish, one of the workers response was that in Germany youust speak German! I did not even know I had crossed over from Austria...so I asked if English, Italian...turns out they spoke English! There was a sign with the hours that said there was a special menu until 5 pm, yes in German, which I do understand! Then at 5 pm the dinner menu was supposed to start. He then says I was to late too eat something...had to wait until 5 pm...needless to say I walked out and did not order anything Found Al Porto close by with lovely food and myltilingual staff.

We completely rediscovered it and went for lunch for the first time. Everywhere was reserved, but the very friendly staff went out of their way to find a wonderful spot for our family. The service was excellent, as was the food. Thank you so much, we will be back. Sanja & family

Well, reading the comments here, you'd think Tino's Mole 3 was the last pub in Lindau. I was there again last Saturday – quite the opposite. It's buzzing and humming, and if you arrive without an appointment, you'll be lucky if there's a free seat. The waiter was lively and witty, Tino was charming as always, and the food was delicious. We've never experienced anything different.

I tried going to this restaurant again because our friends wanted to try it... Anyone who goes there will never have a good time. The way the boss behaves is so disgraceful. This place is to be avoided. It's a shame that such a place even exists on Lake Constance. Terrible.

Beautiful location and restaurant, but the waiter was so rude throughout the whole experience. We left regretting having spent any time there, especially since there are so many other options with nice views. Now, looking closely at other reviews, I see horrible service is something common. Such a shame.

We had a very good meal there, although we had to wait quite a while for our main course. The owners apologized, however, and later treated us to a nightcap on the house.

Great location right on the lake with a view of the mountains. I really enjoyed the food, but my wife didn't. However, the service was so unfriendly and inattentive that it was something special. I can't remember ever having experienced anything like it before.

I wanted to round off a wonderful day with good food, a stunning view, and a great atmosphere. As a single person, there was no chance of getting a seat on the terrace, even though several tables were still available and unreserved. It's a shame, but thankfully, there are other restaurants in Lindau.

We wanted to eat there again and were treated extremely badly by Wert and his staff. As I work in the catering industry myself, I dare say that this kind of treatment should not be tolerated. It is incomprehensible what causes this landlord and his staff to treat guests this way. A real shame, as the location is lovely. Since you are not welcome there anyway, we certainly will not go there again. Now the landlord can be happy that he has put someone off again. This seems to give him particular pleasure. He deserves it. We ate at the Schützinger and the wonderful Thai restaurant, where we happily rewarded the great service and delicious food with a large tip.

My child and I came for dinner, we were rudely refused, only for club members. Very unfriendly people work there, judging by the response to this review, you can understand everything yourself - how much aggression these gentlemen have

We wanted to order two glasses of wine and were rudely asked to leave the terrace. That's not bad service—it's nothing!

IMPOSSIBLELY unfriendly, arrogant, and not recommended. The owner thinks he's more refined than the guests and doesn't seem to want to make any money.

We sat on the terrace right by the lake in perfect weather. A wonderful view and a truly wonderful atmosphere. That alone makes a visit worthwhile. We each had a Bavarian sausage salad and a currant spritzer, which was very thinly mixed. The snack was tasty and plentiful, but it was also somewhat poorly presented – the bread, so-so. The service was enthusiastic, friendly, and entertaining. Conclusion: The prices are appropriate for the location – in the city center, you can get the Swiss sausage salad with bread for €9.90... still recommended!

Cover charge for 2 adults with children: €16 Drink added to the bill that wasn't consumed... Thus, a total of €21.50 more was charged to the guest than was actually consumed... Leaves a bitter aftertaste...

The food was great, It had to be the best Wienerschnitzel I ever had, and for the price it was definetly worth it because you would expect this quality from a good restaurant. The service was quick to answer your call, and they actually seemed competent. I had the disadvantage of being inside while eating, because if I had eaten outside, I would have given 5 stars for Atmosphere. It was good inside, the model ships looked very pretty, but it was still pretty normal.

I went to the restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. The location at the harbor is great, the view of the lake is outstanding. As a self-confessed steak lover, I actually wanted to choose the roast beef. The very courteous waiter recommended a fried Lake Constance char to me. I don't regret this choice. Rounded off with grilled potatoes and vegetables, it's a special treat.

Great view of the lake, good service and great food. Price-performance is okay. The only point of criticism: it was a bit cold in the dining room.

Always a special highlight for me, especially when there is fresh fish. Italian cuisine like in an Osteria. And sitting directly by the lake is a special privilege, a new one every day.

It started with the order. You weren't allowed to order a children's portion because you were already 17?? The schnitzel and bread were good. The only good thing about the “€30 perch fillet” was that it was small and therefore less fish was wasted. The cheese spaetzle can be described in a similar way. Otherwise everything is OK so far.

I've been twice, once when busy and once when very quiet. Both times, it was lovely with great food and great views. Also, it is somewhat accessible access, though heavy doors.

Absolutely recommended! We stayed at Tinos Mole 3 in Lindau and wow, what an experience! The boss and the waitress were really so nice! In an honest and super friendly way! The wait staff was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. As a tourist you are sometimes more of a “foreigner”, but here it was completely different. We were treated like real guests. The location is simply fantastic! The view over Lake Constance is amazing and makes the meal even more beautiful. And the food itself? Simply delicious! Fresh, tasty and the prices are absolutely fair and have good quality. If you are on the island of Lindau, you definitely have to eat here! Tino's Mole 3 is a real highlight and we will definitely be back! Thanks for the lovely afternoon :-)

Tino, his service staff - especially Veronica - and the kitchen conjure up a good mood on the table in a wonderful ambience. We ate there several times this summer and were extremely satisfied each time.

Unfortunately I can only agree with the other reviews that criticize the friendliness of the service. If the coffee is also too bitter, I can only give stars for the beautiful location.

Due to the many tablecloths, placemats and seat cushions, it was over-decorated for a yacht club and unfortunately not everything was clean. I thought the wooden tables used to be more suitable. The food, apart from the Wiener Schnitzel, was ok. However, a waiter does not have to play the main role. Many guests can easily entertain themselves.

We were today at the place Tinos Mole 3. We were a company of 5 and sitting on the bar chairs just for couple of drinks. When we ordered some beverages the waiter took the order and brought it to us. The best part is coming .. I asked different waiter to repeat our order and I got the answer that here is a self service - which was not clear because before it definitely wasn’t. So I came by myself to order to a cashier - then came back to the table and a waiter near us is taking the order from a different table which wasn’t quite right towards us. I came back to the cashier to take our drinks - I asked the waiter - why are you taking the order from different table and to us you said - ONLY SELFSERVICE , to what I clearly got the answer in german - „ JUST TAKE YOUR DRINKS AND GO. What is this woman doing here. „ So never again I am coming this restaurant. I had not a nice feeling after the restaurant so I don’t recommend spending a euro there. BUT - the view was stunning.

In Lindau a place that leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to food. Right on the lake, at the harbor. Very friendly service!

Unfortunately, the food and the friendliness of the service are now very poor. It's a shame about the beautiful place! The dubious answers among the bad reviews say everything about the professionalism here, embarrassing 😬

I'm currently looking for a nice restaurant for a special occasion, but given the owner's arrogance in how he treats guests, I'm skipping Russian roulette and will book something else straight away. It's a shame that such a great location is misled by someone like that 😢

A perfect place to linger in a sunny spot on the terrace with a view of Lake Constance.

Several concerns: 1) food was variable in quality (ordered one mushroom tortellini, excellent, and one lemon rigatoni, terrible. 2) service was really bad, stood upfront for 15 minutes before anyone asked to seat us, then nobody tried to take our orders for 30 minutes. 3) after the terrible service, our waiter asked for a tip on top of the included 18 percent gratuity. Don't eat here, waste of time and money.

Arrived at 2 p.m., less choice. but we can understand... on the other hand sausage salad, very basic for the price with pickles, a salad leaf, pickles, sliced ​​sausage, pickles, red onions and gherkins... we should have eaten elsewhere. on the port other restaurants serve all afternoon! and the neighbor who smokes a cigar...the restaurant has nothing to do with it but personally I hate it...

Nice location right on the lake/Römmerbad. Nice atmosphere and service. Drinks and food quickly at the table. Unfortunately the ox cheeks were out. But with understandable reasons. I ate an onion roast instead. Top meat and well-hit (desired) cooking level. Unfortunately the fried onions were from the bag and the sauce was the same as the suckling pig my wife had. But I'll come back for the cheeks and then we'll see...

We have been here twice because the restaurant and the view from the terrace are really great. Unfortunately, I have to say that we have never been treated so badly. We were once served by an older waiter who was extremely rude and showed no desire to serve guests. Unfortunately, the owner of the restaurant doesn't treat his guests any better. We found the behavior towards guests unpleasant and very rude. Even when we were here a second time we were treated like second class guests. When we still gave a 10% tip out of politeness, this was acknowledged with an eye roll and a derogatory look. It's a shame, you don't get any guests that way. Current addition: The restaurant's feedback 100% confirms my rating. It's simply unbelievable how guests are treated here.

When we arrived, the patio was empty except for two people at a table. We were not allowed to sit in the shade or on the terrace. We sat down neatly at a bar table. My back hurt and I took a stool with a back. The waiter then scolded us for even thinking about it. We didn't make any noise and there were 2 whole people on the terrace. The waiter should get another job because it's bizarre to be insulted like that. Now we are sitting on a terrace where everyone is helped in a friendly and pleasant manner. Our advice is not to go there. 0 points! And all because I replaced two plastic stools 20 cm apart on an empty terrace, oh no, on the outside of an empty terrace, without making any noise :):)

Beware of the unfriendliness - never again! I received the tip for this restaurant based on a recommendation, but unfortunately I can only advise against this location. There are free seats on the terrace, but as a guest you are not allowed to take a seat here; instead, you are directed to a place in front of the terrace, where you almost fall off your chair. When paying, there is a digital option at the door with debit or credit card, as is the case in every modern restaurant. I am then denied this when I pay. For me it's not a problem if you explain it in a friendly manner. The waiter doing this job today is not ideal for this restaurant. In the end I know that this won't be a recommendation from me...

****** Beware of the staff ****** We went to this pier today based on a recommendation. When we politely asked for a table on the completely empty terrace and wanted something to drink first. We were directed to dingy and worn tables & chairs outside the restaurant. When we asked if there was a menu, we were told to immediately choose what we would like to drink. After a mediocre Aperol, we just wanted to leave very quickly due to the lack of friendliness. Since I am personally an expert and we actually wanted to test a nice restaurant for a larger meal (20 people), this standard of service from the boss or temporary staff was in no way acceptable. One can only advise against supporting this with a cent. Too bad. We won't be coming back!

Contrary to expectations, there is a beautiful terrace right on the lake, away from the tourist crowds. We enjoyed the food very much. The prices are rather high but in my opinion reasonable. The service was a bit abrupt. Had the impression that regular guests were treated much more courteously. Everything is ok for us.

The terrace overlooking the lake is really beautiful. Arrived at midday and unfortunately didn't have a reservation. When I asked whether there would be a place on the terrace (since several tables were still unpopular), I was told that unfortunately a place on the terrace would be difficult. Service was very nice. Unfortunately, the roast was still completely raw in the middle and the fish portion was unfortunately not appropriate for the price. All in all, unfortunately not recommended. The owner doesn't seem to be particularly good at dealing with criticism and ridicules negative reviews.
