The food was a huge disappointment. We ordered a mixed taco platter and a smash burger with fries. The tacos were swimming in oil. The burger bun was completely soggy. It wasn't even toasted. The patty was completely cooked. It was a shame. The atmosphere was very nice. However, the music was very loud. It was impossible to have a conversation.

Absolutely outrageous. There were two of us there. After they showed us to our tables, not a single person came to take our orders. After 45 minutes, I got up myself and asked the bar for someone to come, please?! After 15 minutes, still nothing. We then got up and left. The waitress at the exit said she was very sorry... thank you for nothing.

This was our second time there for dinner. We really like the ambience, the menu, the food and dessert. The steaks are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and the burgers are super tasty. There are also many different options for dessert. Whether ice cream, shakes, cake...

We were there for the first time and we were super satisfied 😊 the food was very tasty, a great cozy atmosphere and the service was very nice, friendly and also helpful with the menu. It was definitely not our last visit to Timberjaks Marl.

What can I say? We are here as a regulars' table for the first time. We are all thrilled! Food, service, ambience and even the toilets, all impeccable. We will 100% come back.

3rd attempt and now never again. Entry concept only via reservation. Please. Where are we here? After a friendly inquiry about whether there was still a table available, 2x 5 people (with reservations) were asked to come to the table. We were left standing there like beggars. From a gastronomic perspective, you don't regulate things like that. But okay, you already know what you're doing.

My new favorite restaurant. The food is always super fresh and delicious. Reservations are always required on weekends, otherwise you won't get a place. The employees are very friendly and that makes up for the sometimes longer waiting times 😉. I also really like the ambience. Nice and cozy. My conclusion: Great location for meeting friends and enjoying delicious food. 👍🏼

I've been to a lot of awesome locations, but Timberjack amazes me. Huge, you feel like you're playing in the series Yellowstone. The food is good, just typical American cuisine. Lots of delicious sauces to choose from. Service very nice. That wasn't my last visit

Apart from the shouting in the kitchen and some poor service, everything was perfect. Ambience is fantastic. Very creatively designed. The food 10 out of 10.

The food was, as always, very tasty. Damn hot pans in which the food is prepared take some getting used to. The ambience is very harmonious, but it looked damn dusty, especially when you sit under the big bison head.

Good! Food was delicious, everyone was happy. Disadvantage: For me personally, background music has always been 10-15% too loud, difficult to entertain, but at the same time relaxed. Recently we were lucky: live music evening, optimal volume and great music too! We went to Timber Jacks yesterday with a pre-booking. It took 10-15 minutes until we were brought to our table because there were so many people in front of us. OK…. No problem, the lady was quite “friendly”. Then we sat and were told that the young woman would be there soon. This happened 30 minutes later, we then ordered drinks and food! We had to wait 30 minutes for the drinks, which I find quite cheeky! And I mean, at least the catering industry makes its money from drinks... The food came 1 hour later! It wasn't exactly a burner... we were actually expecting a really great burger given the atmosphere... My husband ordered one that had 2 🌶️🌶️ on the menu, far from it it was nowhere near spicy. Fries and burgers were lukewarm. Well, I'm not surprised either, because if you forget to bring the drinks, why not bring the food? 🙄 Well then we ordered drinks as soon as the food came, it had been an hour after all... these drinks didn't come until we saw the lady again and she said "oh I forgot them, the drinks are at the counter" Well, it wouldn't be a problem at all if the service staff had been really stressed, but the staff could really wear their shoes while walking! We weren't the only ones who had to wait! I have never seen such unmotivated staff! Very bad service and no matter how nice the atmosphere there may be, you won't see us there again!

As always, the food was great. Unfortunately there was live music that night, which made it difficult to have a conversation.

I was pretty disappointed and didn't feel full either. 1. When making a reservation on the Timberjack website, it wasn't a reservation, just an inquiry. The team wanted to report, but the next morning there was still no sign from the Timberjack team. 2. I made a reservation via Google directly on the search page. I was shown straight away when a table was available (unfortunately not at Timberjack). The time was chosen, reserved and confirmed. Then it worked on site. 3. A huge menu to choose from, it all sounds spectacular, but unfortunately it isn't. So the starters were okay in terms of price. The vegetable side dishes were also okay for the price. However, I was very disappointed with the meat dishes. My friend had a dish that we had to Google how to prepare because unfortunately there was no description, but it didn't come up with what we were looking for. A skewer for €29 without any side dishes is already expensive. I had a 400g steak for 49 euros even without any side dishes. I can understand if it is special meat from special animals. But unfortunately this was not explained on the menu or anywhere else. I couldn't find anything about the origin or type of animal. I could have asked, but I think for a restaurant like this it should be explained on the menu. The waitress already had more than enough to do. So I definitely wasn't full. 4. I then wanted to order another dish that might have filled me up. Unfortunately the waitress told us that the kitchen had already been open for 30 minutes. to have. Thanks to the reservation chaos, we weren't there until 8 p.m. even though we had requested a table for 7:30 p.m., but unfortunately we didn't hear anything from Timberjack, so I had to reserve again via Google. Unfortunately, neither the staff nor the menu or anywhere else mentioned how long the kitchen was open. So in other restaurants it is pointed out that the kitchen, for example. Only open until 9 p.m. if someone comes late. Of course, when it's full, there's a lot to do. But unfortunately it took 30 minutes from finishing the meal to clearing the table until the waitress was back with new orders. elapsed. 5. Ambience is cool and well done. 6. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio didn't blow me away. In total it was 132 euros, which I find quite steep. Where there were no side dishes with the main courses. The meat was good but didn't justify the price for me. We would come back again but we will either eat something beforehand or go somewhere else afterwards.

Fully recommended, from the very friendly welcome to the advice on the menu, the really delicious food (300 gr. fillet steak and another steak, each with side dishes) to the farewell. Just good!!!

I'm sorry for giving a bad rating for the food. We ordered churrascos and brisket. The Churrascos says great. Especially when the waiter lit it with alcohol. But the meat was completely raw. The brisket was so dry. The name briquettes would suit the food better. The staff was super nice and took the criticism into account. As an apology we received two pieces of cake on the house. We would love to come back again. But I wouldn't order these dishes again and try something else.

Been there for breakfast for the 3rd time today and we'll be there a fourth time too. Great atmosphere, waiters super nice and food super good. 100% recommended, we all felt very comfortable and the food was very tasty.

Excellent quality, nice staff and very short waiting times! The whole restaurant was full and we waited between 5 and 10 minutes until we received the food (4 dishes). The Snickers cake is definitely worth its price (€5.30). We will definitely come back, thank you for the lovely evening!🙏🥳

If you want a breathtaking ambience you have to go there. Service was very slow even though there wasn't much going on at the time. Drinks were brought very slowly. A colleague ordered medium rare and it was bloody. Service offered that we could fry it longer instead of preparing a new one. My rip eye 400 grams for €45 wasn't great in terms of taste, maybe I was just unlucky. I ordered sweet potatoes for €6.80, sorry the quantity was a disgrace for me. Unfortunately, my conclusion is rather sobering. I'm sorry. With about 10 people on site, 8 out of 10 weren't thrilled.

Great atmosphere inside and outside. I would recommend a reservation on the weekend. Nice service, waitress always present. The order was placed very quickly and the offer was already large. The dishes were beautifully prepared and tasted completely convincing. The only downside is the portion size, which can be a bit poor depending on what you order. In my opinion, fries or coleslaw with the burger could have been larger. This isn't a problem anywhere else, But otherwise it was a nice evening. And if you want, you can stock up on the in-house merch after your meal.

We had dinner there on a Saturday with 7 people. The restaurant is totally understaffed, so we had to wait 3/4 hours for our drinks, and in general all orders simply took too long. The burgers and steak we ordered were good. You should take the Juillien fries off the menu, they taste like soggy potato sticks. The children's portion of mac & cheese was inedible and has absolutely nothing to do with mac & chesse as we know it. In general, it is not a cheese sauce that you should use for a dish like this. The chicken skewers were dry. The basic sauce selection was pretty cool. If the right ones are delivered. Coffee came without milk and with ice cream for dessert, they forgot to write on the menu that the lemon ice cream was not fruit ice cream. But milk lemon ice cream and then it's vegan. It just tastes like shit and wasn't well tolerated. The other flavors like vanilla and banana weren't really tasty either. Conclusion: poor service, sometimes incorrect deliveries or forgotten items and the food and dessert were not convincing. Worst American restaurant I've eaten at.

Have been there several times and will come again

The two of us were there on a Friday evening. All places were occupied. We had reserved. If I was lucky I wouldn't go there on the weekend. It's better to reserve in advance. Based on the various reviews, we were very excited about the food. Our waitress, Bianka, was very nice and gave us good advice. We had rib eye and fillet, onion blossom, fries and ice cream (Oreo cup) for dessert. The food came reasonably in half an hour. The meat was exactly as we ordered it (medium rare), the fries were sufficient and tasty. The ice cream was great. All in all a successful evening. The prices were on the upper limit (for us), but in my opinion you can pay these prices for this quality. As already mentioned, the service was very friendly and accommodating, despite the large number of guests. Smells like repetition. We're glad we didn't let the negative reviews put us off.

Was at Timberjacks yesterday for the Super Bowl. The furnishings are super cozy, you immediately feel at home. Due to the event there was a smaller menu, but the food was very tasty. The staff was friendly and well organized. All in all, a successful evening – I’d love to come back!

Were there for the 3rd time now, unfortunately there are a lot of things to complain about, first of all the service was terribly bad on all 3 visits, the first time the waitress spread the drinks all over the table and also over a friend's clothes... there was no apology just an oops then I get new drinks and then we went to another table... later we had a drink 4!! Ordered 4 times, "I'll bring it straight away" but unfortunately the drink never arrived. The second time we were there on business....also there was poor, lame service.....well and the third time we were invited.....10 people, 2 steaks for 45€+ not the desired cooking level....one steak was about 2-2.5 cm thick on one half, the other half was only 1-1.5 cm... something like that shouldn't come out of the kitchen at a steakhouse, because you certainly don't have the right cooking level I can't manage with such a piece of meat...impossible...for a steakhouse it's a disgrace and finally the food was brought to the 10 people by just one service person...first all the main courses and the side dishes for the steak came when I had already eaten half of the steak (so that the meat didn't have to be eaten cold...two employees have to bring the food to the table...one of me brought the meat, the other the accompanying side dishes... 3 chances, fell in 3 times...in the future we'll go to a good steakhouse again...It's a shame, because the location itself is great, but what's the point if the service and quality aren't ok.

The corporate design is admittedly sensational for Germany, but the fact that merchandise is also sold there is a smart move from a marketing perspective. The look reminds me of a mix between Texas Roadhouse and Outdoor World. The reception and service during our visit was quite good, although the food was not to our liking. The dishes have the quality of system catering. I didn't see the origin of the steaks; I can't imagine that this is meat with the USDA seal of quality, otherwise it would certainly have been declared as such. I would definitely come back for the atmosphere but not to eat there.

Good meat and friendly service.

We were there to eat on a Sunday lunchtime. You just have to like the ambience. I don't like it that much. Too much American Blink Blink and Western style. I also don't want to know what the scenery is like when the restaurant is full. Apart from the time it takes for food and drinks to be brought. It took longer even though it wasn't that full. The food was pretty average despite the high prices. Drinks were also quite expensive. We had burgers of various kinds, salad, burritos, French fries and cake. The fries weren't really hot anymore. It's just system catering and therefore not that personal. In conclusion you can say it was OK for a visit but I don't necessarily have to go there more often.🤷

We were at Timberjack's in Marl with five people in October 2023, and the unanimous result was that none of us liked or enjoyed it, for a variety of reasons. Just this much: The experiences of the other reviewers here also reflect our own in key points. Nevertheless, I gave it 2 favorable stars and described our criticisms as kindly, respectfully and fairly as possible. Things can go wrong at any restaurant, and everyone has the right to a second chance. Now, in February 2025, I suddenly received an email from Google saying that there had been a defamation complaint about my review and that it had therefore been taken offline. (After some research on Tripadvisor & Co., it seems I'm not the only one who received such an email.) All I can say is: Unbelievable! Actually, I would have liked to give Timberjack's another chance. But that's settled for me/us. I shortened my review accordingly, and just to prove that we were actually there, I added a few photos of our visit.

The price-performance ratio is right here. We were given a very friendly welcome as a group of 4 people and a small child, even though we hadn't made a reservation. After waiting a few minutes by the fireplace in comfortable armchairs, a table with plenty of space was assigned (including painting supplies, high chair and children's menu) The service staff are very friendly and check in regularly even though the hut was full. A very large selection on the menu. And it tastes good. There are already enough reports about optics, bull riding and live music.

We went there twice during our short vacation because we liked it so much. Conditions always super friendly, attentive and accommodating. The food was always very good, fresh and plentiful, so that no wishes were left unfulfilled. Price-performance absolutely within the norm. We will definitely come back. I didn't get an invoice. When I paid with my bank card I received the card receipt. I then asked for the bill. I then received the card receipt a second time. A third time I didn't want to point out the bill and left. The service wasn't up to scratch either. I won't come back.

Chic ambience, nice service, absolutely catastrophic price-performance ratio. The rib-eye steak was completely unevenly fried, the sides of the steak weren't fried at all, the fat eye ("rib-eye") was missing, and a lot of tendons that I had to cut away myself. For the money I've never eaten such a bad steak and the portion of the sauces is just outrageous. Atmosphere is cool, I wouldn't go here for more than a drink or snack. PS: absolutely disappointed on a second attempt, this time I ordered the Smashburger. Instead of roasted aromas, I was greeted with a soggy burger that was definitely below average.

Went there last night with six people and were only moderately satisfied. The waiter provided very poor service and it took a while before we could order. It took almost an hour for the first meal to arrive, then another 20 minutes for everyone to eat. During this time the waiter hardly showed up, so new drinks could only be ordered later when everyone was ready. A second waiter, who was obviously also responsible for the entrance, brought us the drinks and was much more competent in the service. Every now and then he looked into our area (at the front right of the room) and must have noticed the guests' displeasure. Food was tasty but value for money was rather poor, perhaps also due to the service.

Price performance not good at all.. Steak was fried for too long and like a sneaker sole.. Fries were only lukewarm... Sauces that had to be paid extra were very little...

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all!! It was our first time eating here with a group of 6 people. We really liked the pictures of the restaurant and the many bad reviews didn't put us off at first. But now I can understand what people are writing here. 1. It took forever to get the drinks and then they were often wrong, so you didn't feel like ordering anything else 2. The food didn't come at the same time, so everyone had to eat staggered. 3. The quality of the food was subpar and gave us all stomach ache at home. For the price, the portions were ridiculous and carelessly prepared. All spices were missing and the food was just greasy and bad. 4. We thought we would give the bedside table a chance. But unfortunately there too it is inadequate. Shakes for around €9 are ridiculous. Loveless and every ice cream parlor does it better. The cake has apparently been sitting for a few days and is simply dry. 5. Homemade iced tea that I don't laugh at. Syrup with water works better. So we won't come again even though the store is really nice. But here we are simply making false savings.

The ambience inside and outside is worth seeing, especially if you like this US style with wood. Everything was very spacious and comfortable, fast friendly service. I've already been there 4 times, the first time after opening wasn't a hit, but after that it settled down. The food is exactly what it's supposed to be, American cuisine. There is a huge bar, which is worth seeing in itself, as well as bull riding every day from 7 p.m. and occasional live music events. Personally, I think the steak prices are too high compared to other restaurants of similar quality. 01/18/2025 Update (4th visit): Heating broken, no information about it at the entrance, everyone was freezing at the table. Waited 1 hour for the food, repeat orders such as coffee and cake then took another 20 minutes. We saw enough service staff. It would just be nice to give us a hint at the entrance to the heating, then we could have decided to stay or not, that's just the way it should be.

We've been there twice already, once on a Thursday evening and once on a Saturday evening. The first time we were very impressed with super juicy burgers and good side dishes. The second time, the same burger as the first time wasn't as good. Unfortunately the pulled chicken was a bit dry.

We had breakfast at Timberjacks for the first time today and were really impressed. Large portions at a fair price. The staff very very friendly. Ambiance very cozy. We would love to come back.

Yesterday we went to Timberjacks in Marl for the first time with 10 people on the recommendation of my daughter. The store itself: great! Great atmosphere, very cozy, 1a! The food was just average, not really hot, the steak for me and my daughter was medium well, medium was ordered. When this was criticized, the waiter - now paying attention - asked to make a cut in the middle. He said everything was correct. Well, even if that were true, the reaction was strange. Otherwise, the table was only cleared after half an hour and only upon request; questions during the meal for another drink had to be made several times. So: If it failed for me, we won't go there again.

Delicious food and good service, not a bargain but worth it.

A really nice and cozy shop with very friendly service, but unfortunately the burgers don't taste anything special and read better than they taste. There were three of us there and we all agreed that every snack bar could deliver the same burger for less €. In addition, the burgers were only lukewarm upon delivery, as were the side dishes. For €80 it's just not enough of a shame

We ate at Timberjacks again today. This time with 11 people and a small child. A children's chair was placed at the table with colorful pencils and pictures to color in. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our waitress was very friendly and kept asking if anything was missing. Really nice furnishings, but unfortunately due to the temperature (much too cold) we really missed the comfort of our stay. The staff didn't take us seriously about this, which is a real shame

We went to Timberjacks in Marl as a family and had a great evening! The ambience is simply great – very spacious and designed in a cozy log cabin style. You immediately feel comfortable. The food was great! I had a 300g fillet steak with roasted mini potatoes, and the steak was cooked perfectly medium rare - exactly to the point. My wife chose a burger with chicken and my son had fries with chicken breast fillets. Both of them were also enthusiastic, we all really enjoyed the food. The dessert (cake) was okay, but the main course was definitely the highlight. An all-round successful family evening with delicious food and a great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

We've been there several times for dinner and just for a music session. The ambience is very appealing. Completely American style. The service is excellent. The employees are all very friendly and happy to help. the food is also highly recommended.

This was our third time at Timberjacks Marl. The first visit about 6 months ago was clear 5 stars in all areas. On the second visit everything was fine, after all we came back a third time. Unfortunately, it wasn't nearly as beautiful as the previous visits. Table for 4 people, Sundays at 5:30 p.m. Nobody could eat steaks because there were no more steaks. Only 8 flank steaks are still available to choose from. Okay, we ordered burgers, which was okay. Less than 10 minutes later the burgers were on the table. Unfortunately, they were all fried to death and dry like everything else. The service was also really weak that evening; you had to call after the lady to take new orders. Maybe we were just unlucky, who knows. We'll try it a fourth time at some point, after all, everyone can have a bad day. But if it's not like it was the first time, Timberjacks Marl has taken care of it for us.

Allspice people? Honest? Three people went to Timberjacks Marl for dinner at the beginning of January. The atmosphere was great. The concept was carried out straight, even in the toilets. That alone is definitely worth a visit. So not just the toilets, the entire restaurant. 😉 The staff was friendly, the service was also good. We were repeatedly asked whether we had any further wishes. So we weren't left high and dry. It took a while until we got the food. It was very attractively presented and looked extremely appetizing. Unfortunately, for all three of us, the side dish, whether it was fries or potato wedges, was only lukewarm. However, the side dishes tasted excellent. The burgers we ordered were hot and fresh. In my opinion, the timing could perhaps be worked on a bit in order to bring both the side dishes and the burgers hot to the table. The interested reader will think to himself that everything is fine up to this point and ask himself where the 3 stars come from. Each of us had taken two or three bites of our burgers and we were amazed at the taste. Since we had all chosen different burgers, we quickly came to the conclusion that it had to be the meat. That's how it was. In our opinion, the meat tasted incredibly strongly of allspice (we are very sure of that). To be honest, dear ones, this stuff belongs on game at best, but as we found it definitely doesn't fit into a burger and if so, then not to such an extent that you would think that the chef had dropped the spice jar from his hand. Unfortunately, that wasn't what we were looking for. We won't be coming here to eat burgers anymore, which is a shame. The ambience is fantastic, the waiters attentive, the side dishes delicious and the dessert also tasted exceptionally good. In our opinion, they completely ruined the burgers.

The location is very nice. If that's what it takes, full 5 stars. The food was just bad for the price. Immediately after eating I had a stomach ache after a vegetable pan and fries... The rest of the team later... The service tried hard but couldn't keep up. The dessert took longer than the main course. The cake was dry, the shake was too salty... As I said, the location was beautiful, the rest was in need of improvement.

Unfortunately the food wasn't as expected, the steak was burnt, a shame. The employee who brought the food was completely dissatisfied, slammed or threw some of the food on the table, was in a bad mood and you had the feeling that he didn't want to do his job. Das sogenannte Essen wird grundsätzlich kalt serviert. Man muss nicht mit möglichen Verbrennungen rechnen. Die Pommes waren kalt. Der Reis war kalt und war zu lange im Wasser, die Bohnen waren sauer und kalt, und das sogenannte Rindfleisch war bis zur Unerkenntlichkeit geschmacksneutral gekocht oder gebraten. Es ließ sich nicht mehr genauer rekonstruieren. Diese Gerichte wurden bereits vor Stunden "zubereitet". Nebenan bei Mc gibt es das Gleiche nur in warm. Es war das zweite und letzte Mal. Ich verstehe den Andrang dort nicht, scheinbar weiss niemand, wie gutes Fleisch schmecken kann. Es war außerordentlich schlecht. Das Churrasco war kalt, zäh und knorpelig. Dazu gab es verbranntes, mit Öl getränktes Brot und ein hochdosiertes Gemisch aus verbrannten Zwiefeln und Knoplauch, was praktisch ungenießbar war. Liebe zum Kochen schmeckt und sieht anders aus. Für den gleich Preis von ca. 100 € kann man sich in der Metzgerei ein 1,5 kg Rinderfilet (ca. 75 €) und einen Kasten (20 Flaschen) seines Lieblingsgetränk (ca. 25€) besorgen. Die Zubereitung wird auf jeden Fall besser gelingen und angesichts des 1500 gr Rinderfelts kommt man mit den üblichen Portionen mehrere Tage damit aus. Wozu also sein Geld im Timberjacks aus dem Fenster werfen?

I was there for Christmas dinner with 20 people in December and everything was really perfect. Went to Timberjacks yesterday with 4 people and were just disappointed. It was terribly cold in the entire area so that you hardly dared to take off your jacket. The waitress didn't seem to really want to spend the evening. We didn't ask if we wanted anything else. The food was okay but paying so much money for 10 french fries sticks is an outrage.

First of all, the restaurant and the food are great and I will therefore come back again. Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because a few things were really not good/don't work at all. I had reserved a table for 4 people. When we came in and I said I had made a reservation, an employee showed us to the table without saying anything. There were 2 chairs at the table and it was really small and the location wasn't good. Then the employee left and left us standing there in a really unfriendly manner. As a guest, do I have to organize my own chairs or will I soon be eating standing up? It doesn't work at all!!! We then took chairs somewhere else. I asked a waitress if another table was available. When I asked, she came back and pointed to the same table a few meters away. It was also too small and in the middle. When I made the reservation in advance, I had stated that I wanted the table to be a little away from the table if possible and not in the middle, but as you can see without success. Then I asked again for another table and the answer I got was that everything was reserved, whereupon I said that I had also reserved. I then had to complain for the third time because we were all dissatisfied with the table and then it went and we got a good table with a bench, a larger table and something more secluded. The way we were treated on our first visit reminds me of a franchised fast food restaurant. This really spoils the beautiful location and the good food. So now at the new table: The cutlery that was available at the table was partly incomplete and one knife still had large pieces of food hanging on it because it had not been washed properly. Well, delicious... The waiter was nice and friendly and took our order. The food came really quickly, unfortunately there was no trace of the salad I ordered. My filet mignon (which unfortunately didn't arrive as warm as I would have liked) was already half eaten and then I asked the waiter for the salad that I had forgotten. I don't need it as a dessert either. Drinks also came quite quickly. The filet mignon was great and the others really enjoyed it too. Unfortunately I can't recommend the thin 6mm fries for over €5. The price is really outrageous given the quantity. The other food prices are quite ok. I will definitely come back and give Timberjacks a second chance. The concept and the food are actually exactly mine. It would be nice if you as a customer were treated better soon and more attention was paid to important things such as complete orders, clean and complete cutlery and customer friendliness.

Completely thought out! Food, ambience and service top. Super good. It's definitely not the last time I've been there. Only the map is a bit confusing.

We've been sitting here for half an hour now, ordered drinks 15 minutes ago (after already waiting 15 minutes) and are still thirsty. No matter what kind of steak you get, the service is subpar. Addendum: The taste of the food was partly ok, but that was it. The cooking points were mixed up, partly just lukewarm, partly tasteless. Appetizers came with the main course even though they were expressly ordered as a starter... We actually wanted to try our way through the very promising cocktail menu... but we had had enough and didn't want to wait until midnight for two rounds of drinks.

Something different, great food, exceptional dessert. The service was great, thank you Victor for this great experience.

The food is very tasty. The service is very good. The rooms are very nicely done, but it is very cold.

Not recommended. Unfortunately, the food wasn't brought to everyone at the same time and the onion rings were forgotten and only brought 30 minutes later when asked twice. The wine glass was dirty inside. The service was more annoyed than friendly.

Looks like a really nice restaurant, but unfortunately the rest doesn't work at all. You wait an exceptionally long time for your drinks and it really wasn't crowded. Unfortunately, the steaks weren't anything special, some had real fatty rinds on them and were described as being particularly low in fat. Unfortunately, the thin fries didn't taste good at all. We have never experienced before that you cannot change the size of the steak. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right here at all. But you can eat much better elsewhere! Really a shame

Unfortunately I cannot recommend a visit. The food is ok, but the waiting time for food and drinks is very outrageous. We were in the restaurant for almost 3 hours to get something to eat. The portions are appropriate for the price, but unfortunately not recommended in terms of taste.

Einen Stern gebe ich für die Location. Ansonsten, dieses Restaurant braucht dringend einen Koch. So eine schlechte Küche habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Der fünfte Versuch ein Steak (Medium well) zu bestellen hat selbst mit Ansage nicht geklappt. Das Teil ist fast von meinem Teller gesprungen. Mehrfaches „Nachgaren" hat leider auch nicht geklappt. Das gilt nicht nur für die (45€) Steaks sondern auch für die Fleischspieße. Last but not least, die Burger, recht geschmacksneutral, ähnlich einem Schuhkarton. Und das ganze im gehobenen Preissegment. Da bin ich bei Mc Donalds besser aufgehoben. Bin mir vorgekommen wie bei „Jugend kann nicht kochen".

Great restaurant. If you like American and Mexican cuisine you should definitely stop by here. Great place.

Highly recommended tacos, especially the vegetarian ones, and the fact that they can serve meat dishes was to be expected. The very good service is worth mentioning.

We were here for the first time and the location is really great. This wooden house style has something, it looks great and cozy. Most of the food was very tasty, the steak was really good, the thin fries not so much, but the stuffed mushrooms were really good again. The fried chicken was also amazing. However, I didn't like two things a) the salted prices Quality can cost something, but I think the fact that every side dish costs extra when you order a steak is a little exaggerated. It would be fair if you were allowed to choose a side dish. That's what other steakhouses I know do too. b) I always think it's a shame when no one comes over to check on the drinks. Unfortunately, that was the case here; it was only after asking several times that someone came so that we could order a second drink. This leaves us with a rather expensive experience (€112 for 2 people) where the price/performance ratio doesn't quite fit.

The food was great, the service was also really nice, but unfortunately there were always too few staff at prime time. Unfortunately, it's normal to wait 45 - 60 minutes for your drinks. Unfortunately, the WiFi for EC cash is of absurdly poor quality (WiFi 4 lol), so card payments never actually work. I've been there 5 times now, between 4 and 16 people, EC-Cash just always causes problems. Dear operators, please fix this!

The food is prepared perfectly. The service is working at full speed. The ambience is extraordinary. (Log cabin style) However, this time I ordered a dryage steak that was aged for 21 days. The edge was extremely dry. And you chew on it like chewing gum. The middle of the steak was again perfectly cooked. I can't understand the hype about Dryage. Then I'd rather have a normal steak.

The ambience and first impression was quite good. However, when it came time to eat, disappointment came. The food was rather poor in terms of price and quality. The steak (45€ just the steak, nothing else...) that I ordered (medium) was completely missed and the steak was completely raw inside. There are no side dishes, everything costs extra. Even the herb butter for the steak costs another €2-4 (+ €6 for fries). I think the pricing is not in proportion to the quality offered. I agree with the bad reviews here and can't recommend anyone to waste their money here.
