Theos Steakhouse in Neuruppin

We were there on Sunday evening. We had chicken with baked potatoes and schnitzel with fries, and steak tartare for starters. Overall, it tasted good and was plentiful. The only criticism: the non-alcoholic drinks were only 0.2 liters, which was correspondingly expensive.

A very cozy and pleasant place for lunch after a walk around the city. The Älplerschnitzel was beautifully prepared and incredibly tasty!

I can only recommend Theo's Steakhouse to everyone. I chose the giant schnitzel with a portion of fries, followed by a small salad. My companion had an ox roulade. I personally found it very pleasant to eat there 😀

In any case! The schnitzel was huge and super tasty. The price was completely ok. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, they found us a place. The wine recommendation was also great and the service was very friendly.

Unfortunately, our visit to your restaurant was accompanied by various deficiencies that significantly spoiled the overall impression. First of all, the starters we ordered, especially the baked goat cheese, were not as expected. The accompanying salad was not fresh and contained mushy leaves, resulting in a disappointing first impression. Such inadequacy in presentation and quality does not match what one would expect from a restaurant of your standards. The main courses were overall acceptable, but had room for improvement in some areas. Here, fresher ingredients and more appealing preparation could have significantly increased the enjoyment. A creative and careful presentation of the food contributes significantly to the appreciation of the quality and should always be the focus. What was particularly unfortunate, however, was the service, which significantly affected our celebratory occasion - a birthday. We had asked in advance for an attractively set table with decorative elements to underline the solemnity of our occasion. Instead, two out of three candle jars were empty and were not refilled even after several requests and we had to light them ourselves. This reduced the festive mood and left a negative impression. Additionally, there were several unpleasant incidents with the service that further marred our experience. To protect the privacy of the people involved, we do not want to describe these details in detail. However, it is important to emphasize that professional, courteous interaction with guests is essential, especially on special occasions, in order to create a pleasant atmosphere. In summary, we see this evening as a snapshot in which we fully understand the challenges of the catering industry, which we ourselves have been part of for several years. Nevertheless, every celebratory occasion should create a positive and lasting memory. In this case, our expectations were not met and we hope that future guests will be able to enjoy significantly better service and culinary quality.

Very tasty food, with very good portions and very nice service. The ambience and interior are very successful, simple but modern. Unfortunately a bit narrow and therefore relatively loud. We felt comfortable and were more than full.

On Tuesday we looked for cost estimates for a 60th birthday and found something: Theo's Steakhouse. We were politely welcomed and advised. The boss was immediately positive about us. Now we wanted to know what the food tasted like. We went out to eat there on Thursday evening, so small but FINE. The waitresses were very friendly and the work in the kitchen was also very positive. We recommend never forgetting this restaurant and would eat there again and again. Based on the portions, 2 people would be fed. We recommend it again and again

The name steakhouse is an understatement. The steaks are very good, but there are also many other dishes on offer. We have already tried many of them and are always surprised by the very good quality. The premises are very comfortable and the service is excellent. In any case, we really enjoy eating there.

We were in a large, registered group at the steakhouse for duck dinner. The duck was very juicy, the side dishes were hot, everything tasted good. Unfortunately, I don't think the service is that good once again. The waitresses always seem a bit rushed and unprofessional. Unfortunately, despite asking, we didn't get any coffee with the menu. Maybe next year things will be better.

Visiting Neuruppin again and of course eating at “Theos”. Pasta with shrimp - was super spicy, really tasty. The ambience is known to be beautiful and well maintained. Yvonne's service is a symbiosis of warmth and professionalism. Conclusion: Im "Theos" makes you feel comfortable with excellent food and great service and also a boss and his wife who take personal care of the guests!

On Sunday afternoon around 4 p.m. I got extremely hungry 😅. And I really wanted to try the steakhouse in Neuruppin. Going in without a reservation and speaking directly to the boss: From now on, a maximum of one hour without a reservation, as all tables were reserved from 5 p.m. Really very accommodating considering everything was reserved. Nevertheless, as soon as we were seated we received the tickets and were able to order the drinks shortly afterwards. We still had time to browse the map. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The starter, salad, was very crunchy and fresh, as was the dressing. The main course, pork medallions in pepper cream sauce, was simply heavenly and cooked to perfection and very juicy. Really very tasty in taste and spice. The next time has already been decided, with reservation 😅😉

Mal wieder auf Besuch in Neuruppin und selbstverständlich im „Theos“ gegessen. Pasta mit Garnelen - war super scharf abgeschmeckt , echt lecker. Das Ambiente bekannt schön und gepflegt. Der Service von Yvonne ist eine Symbiose aus Herzlichkeit und Professionalität. Fazit: Im „Theos“ fühlt man sich einfach wohl bei hervorragendem Essen und super Service und auch einem Chef und seiner Gattin, die sich persönlich um die Gäste kümmern!

Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. We even had the feeling that they were targeting us because we even got raw meat even though we had specifically said we wanted it well done. Even after it was repeatedly fried and brought back to the table, it was still medium rare. I even felt so uncomfortable there that I was no longer hungry. I didn't even get my fries that I wanted packed because they were the only thing that tasted good. The bread from the burger was soggy, so the whole burger was inedible because the meat wasn't cooked through. I've never had to experience anything like that. It was a terrible visit. Unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews. It's a shame because we were really looking forward to it. Such a disappointment.

Unfortunately they were very unfriendly to deal with. I was with a friend because we were really nice but they answered very harshly. We also got raw meat instead of cooked meat even though we specifically said so and mayonnaise and ketchup were also missing. We were also the only ones who were not asked about our opinions or opinions. No wonder. We both had the feeling that they had something against us.

Whenever we go on holiday in Neuruppin we often visit this beautiful restaurant. The employees are very nice and courteous, even if it takes a little longer to choose between the delicious dishes on the menu and the offers. Everything we ate tasted really good and we can recommend the steakhouse with a clear conscience.

One time the food is really great and the next time it's burnt or the potatoes in the farmer's breakfast are too big. The service is friendly. Unfortunately, our favorite waiter is no longer there. He always knew exactly what we wanted to drink. Unfortunately, you always sit very close to your neighbors on the bench. There are chairs by the window that are just too narrow and really uncomfortable. The beer garden on the farm is recommended. Here you sit very quietly in contrast to the seats on the street.

We went to Theo's steakhouse on the first day of our vacation. Everything looked cozy and quaint. When the weather was good we were able to sit in the courtyard. The service was great. Very friendly. We were also immediately informed that we would have to wait a little longer for the food because there was a larger group in front of us. It doesn't matter to us. Then the food actually came quicker than expected - really great! The food we ordered was not only beautifully prepared, but also very tasty and very plentiful! We found the price-performance ratio to be great! All in all: very happy again!!!

Jeder Teller ein Gedicht. (wenn man auch die anderen Teller beäugt) Wir haben wunderbar gegessen. Das große Schnitzel klassisch mit Pommes und den Allrauchmatjes mit Bratkartoffeln. Dazu gab es eine selbstgemachte Remoulade. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut besucht, weil es eben schmeckt. Wir freuen uns für das Restaurant Team. Pommes gab es nicht sofort. (wäre auch nicht dringend nötig gewesen) Dafür gab es einen Cappuccino aufs Haus. Sehr nett, wie wir finden. Tolles Restaurant! Charmante Bedienung! Dankeschön!

Every plate a poem. (if you also look at the other plates) We ate wonderfully. The classic large schnitzel with fries and the all-smoked matjes with fried potatoes. There was also a homemade tartar sauce. The restaurant is very busy because it tastes good. We are happy for the restaurant team. There were no fries immediately. (Wouldn't have been urgently necessary either) There was a cappuccino on the house. Very nice, in our opinion. Great restaurant! Charming service! Thank you very much!

The sirloin steak was okay, only the baked potato was extremely sweet, even worse was the sour cream that was served with it - whatever - it was more like sweet mayonnaise! Disgusting! No chance to complain, waiters were too busy. So potatoes were eaten dry. They didn't ask whether it was tasty (apparently they weren't interested), just whether there was anything else. No thanks!

Here we received really good service and food shortly before 3 p.m. and the planned re-setting of the tables. The eyes were then bigger than the stomach, but there was a solution for that too. It was nicely packaged and sent on the way. Nice atmosphere, great staff! Thank you!

The food was very tasty and the service was super nice :) the 200g hip steak felt like 2kg :D for the price, quality and quantity, unbeatable. I can only warmly recommend it. I would love to eat there again if the opportunity arises. Hamburg is not exactly around the corner :)
