I've ordered from Kampai several times now, and unfortunately, something is forgotten almost every time. It's really annoying when you're looking forward to your meal and then something's missing. The quality of the food itself is okay, but the unreliability when ordering is just annoying. They really need to improve their organization. And on top of that, you still have to pay full price.

This was my first time ordering food from Kampai. Everything was great. Good food, friendly service.

I ordered my pho with an extra portion of noodles and barely got any (it wasn't noticeable). In the end, I still had to pay €3 more. The waiter's explanation: "There's no allowance for extra noodles." - No, of course! Then mention it beforehand!! I'm very disappointed... it wasn't my first time there either!

Very friendly and very good food

The people are extremely nice, friendly and helpful, the food tastes perfect and is simply great, the music is neither quiet nor too loud, I can recommend it to everyone.

I was completely impressed by the Vietnamese restaurant Kampai. As soon as you enter, you feel the lovingly designed ambiance – stylish, cozy, and inviting. The quality of the food is outstanding, everything fresh and prepared with love. The large selection of sushi is particularly noteworthy – varied, but not overwhelming. Every piece is a delight! The homemade lemonades are a true taste experience and perfectly match the Asian flair. Anyone who loves Asian cuisine or is simply open to new culinary experiences should definitely try Kampai. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! We were just passing through, but the restaurant was full on both weekdays. Therefore, it's definitely worth making a reservation.

The food is good, the maki is usually a bit dry, but otherwise, you can't complain. Most of the staff are unfriendly.

I would like to report a problem with one of my recent pickup orders. ​I called and clearly requested the meal numbers. When I arrived, I was given order number 9. Even though I gave this number when I picked up, I received the wrong order. I was in a hurry and unfortunately didn't have time to check the order on the spot. ​When I got home, I discovered that the amount on the bill didn't match my order. It seems as if I was not only given the wrong order, but also another customer's bill. Unfortunately, there was no receipt in the bag. ​I believe the staff should check orders more carefully before handing them over to avoid such errors.

I had made a reservation by phone. Everything was great; I'd barely sat down when a waiter came. I placed my order, and 10 minutes later, the food arrived. It was a culinary delight. It was a successful evening.

In my opinion, the ambience is a bit unloving and because it isn't that big, it is usually very loud.

Absolutely lovely restaurant. Great food and great service! We all had different dishes, from curry to sushi. The portion sizes were so big many of my group couldn’t finish their mains. Loved it and would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Also lovely homemade lemonade.

Really nice food at a surprisingly good price

I actually came to Kampai on a recommendation, but unfortunately, I was completely disappointed. As soon as you enter the shop, the staff treats you rudely and just smiles at you. The maki sushi was also very dry and barely edible. The fried sushi rolls were "okay." Unfortunately, I can't recommend the shop.

Very very tasty, a culinary experience

The food appeared to be freshly prepared, but not particularly special for my taste. The selection of meat-free dishes is very limited. However, the drink I had was recommended (mango-mint-ginger ale or something like that). The service was rather unfriendly, you had the feeling that you were being processed and then thrown out as quickly as possible. The furniture is very simple and doesn't invite you to linger for a long time anyway. Maybe I just had a bad day, but I won't be visiting the restaurant again and I'm still annoyed that I tipped at all.

Ate at Kampai again after 5 months. Something has changed in the previously so good kitchen. The - according to the menu - crispy duck (No. 55) was a disaster. Rice good, vegetables good, sauce “well”, duck limp, firm, unsightly pieces. I left it - for the most part. The ambience is like a better takeaway place and the staff just can't help but smile and be friendly. The prices are low, but that doesn't help with the quality. Conclusion: pure disappointment.

Nach 5 Monaten mal wieder im Kampai gegessen. Irgendetwas hat sich in der - früher so guten - Küche verändert . Die - laut Karte - krosse Ente (Nr 55) war eine Katastrophe. Reis gut, Gemüse gut, Soße „naja“, Ente labberig, festtig, unschöne Stücke. Habe ich - größtenteils - stehen lassen. Das Ambient ist wie eine bessere Imbissstätte und das Personal hat Lächeln und Freundlichkeit einfach nicht parat. Die Preise sind niedrig, aber bei der Qualität nutzt das nicht. Fazit: Pure Enttäuschung.

Best restaurant in Neuruppin, the people are nice and I can especially recommend number 53 with extra rice. The decor is also very pleasant but it is always very crowded.

When you come in and the waitress moans that customers are coming again, it seems very unfriendly. She also seemed very annoyed by the way we were told when we could come back. Sorry, but that's service desert Germany again

We were here in a group on Friday evening. I would definitely recommend booking. Often very busy, I would say. The furnishings are rather simple, not that comfortable for my taste. Food is super tasty and adjusted to today's prices. Parking spaces can be found in the surrounding area depending on the time of day. We had to wait a little longer for the food, the staff seemed rather expressionless instead of super friendly. Very different. I usually order take away

Spartan-style, small Vietnamese restaurant with very friendly service. The starters and the curry were really very good. The sushi was a little dry in our opinion, but that's a matter of taste.

I took the food with me. This is not Asian food - but it looks like it. No. 21 - Papaya salad - without peanuts, very mild - was there papaya in there.... or kohlrabi as a substitute? Sour spicy soup...too mild! Chinese pan or noodles with chicken No. 61...with green peas?!?!😳 Very few vegetables....😳? SUSHI - - Fish tastes like mackerel? Very small pieces of salmon. Photos as proof... I wish all customers and gestures pleasant stay.

We've eaten here a few times and have always been very satisfied. The food is very good and fresh. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed this time. The meal took a long time and we had the feeling that there was only what was prepared in the kitchen. Some drinks were only available four times (we were a group of 13) because we ran out of ginger. Sorry, in Thai? Desserts were only available upon request. The service wanted to finish work on time. The service concept was missing a bit. Nevertheless, we would like to come back.

The food is very good and the portions are sufficient. Sushi is always sumptuously prepared. A little more sensitivity in service would be nice. When you go out to eat, you don't want to just "eat food." I pay for an experience in a suitable atmosphere, good company and treat myself to a good time. I don't want to have to wait ages to be served. I don't want to be upset because no one comes to my table and payment is not accepted as stated. Otherwise I can also eat at home.

Went there for dinner as a couple. The service was extremely friendly, attentive and personable. We ordered a sushi menu and a chicken dish. Both were very tasty, the fish in the sushi was super tender, aromatic and fresh. Despite it being busy, we never had to wait long. Prices totally fair. I can really recommend Kampai and would definitely visit it again if I'm ever in the area.

We had dinner here on Saturday afternoon. Super friendly staff, the food was served by several employees together so no one had to wait, bravo! Delicious homemade drinks, Mango Pico in particular. And the food... heavenly. Rarely have Asian food been so good. The Kampai special is amazing. Portions not too big and everything was very, very fresh.

I went to the Vietnamese restaurant for the first time today and I loved it! The service was extremely friendly and took time for each guest. The ambience is pleasant - maybe not spectacular, but still nice and cozy. I had a rice dish with spicy beef and an incredibly delicious sauce - the dish absolutely convinced me! The ambience is kept simple. If you eat outside, you have the ambience of a street café. There's nothing good to say about the food. The food tastes fresh and very good. We will repeat this next year. Wheelchair users prefer to eat outside in summer because there are steps. I didn't notice a ramp.
