Great atmosphere, excellent food, polite staff - what more could you want? :)

Our server deserved six or ten stars. Excellent advice and recommendations, and a fantastic, warm welcome. Thank you so much, we have very fond memories of the evening.

We had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Then, after our meal, when we wanted to order something else and informed a waiter, the blonde waitress in charge never came to us.

The food was great; our waitress Dani gave us excellent advice and offered us the very best, from appetizers to desserts. What really bothered me was the woman who greeted us with such rudeness and unprofessional behavior. I couldn't accept it, which was completely out of character for the place. First impressions count!

The valet parking attendant (around 40s/50s old, might have been Turkish, was wearing a dark suit) demanded €5 from me, even though I had to go down to my car myself. Not only me, but another couple also had to give him the money. I thought valet parking was free! His words after he handed me my key were: "Hello, you have to give me €5." When I gave him exactly €5, he looked horrified, as €5 seemed like such a small amount to him, and didn't even thank me. For this reason alone, I will never set foot in that restaurant again!

As always, an extraordinary experience.

A top-notch restaurant, one of the best in Frankfurt am Main. The service is also noteworthy; it's exceptionally friendly and attentive. It's good and supportive that the restaurant asks guests to dress appropriately when confirming their reservation.

Everything was perfect, authentic, and delicious. The service was outstanding. It gets a bit louder later in the evening. It's worth knowing that beforehand.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The service was inattentive and unfriendly. We had to wait over an hour and a half for our food – without any information or apology. While this can happen when a restaurant is busy, at the prices charged, this is an absolute no-go. I got the impression that only regulars receive adequate service. However, after this experience, I'll gladly forgo becoming a regular. I'm sorry, but I can neither recommend the restaurant nor will I visit it again.

The decor was very nice, but the chairs could use a little more padding. SERVICE: 0 STARS! Empty drinks sometimes remain on the table until the end, and no one even asks for new ones. The competition in that price range is much more skilled!

We were there with a larger group, and I highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, the service very attentive, the food unique, the wine selection excellent, and the ambiance very nice. It would be great if you could get some bread and oil, etc. while waiting for the food :)

The third i was coming there for lunch . Payed over 100 for each time. the lady came to me staring at my balanciaga crocs and said with a very rude arrogant attitude “next time dont wear these shoes” i left right away. since when any restaurant on earth decides what i should wear. And what position you give yourself to allow it to tell someone what to wear.

Truly delicious; our highlights were the appetizers and the naan bread. The service takes the time to explain everything; we'll be happy to come back.

The hardest question of the evening is where should we go? Zenzakan, Mon Amie, Franziska, or M? We've chosen Ivory this year and realized: it's been far too long. Colonial Indian at its best. Thanks to the great team, the fantastic cuisine, the perfect sommelier, and the wonderful atmosphere we created that evening. We'll be back: you can take that as a threat.

It's quite expensive. The staff is very accommodating. The food is okay for the price. However, I didn't think it was so great that I would go back. My stomach rebelled the next day. The price isn't worth it for me. The restaurant is quite dark – which may be considered romantic, but it's hard to read the menu and the food isn't very visible. From what I've seen, the restroom isn't wheelchair accessible (it involves a lot of stairs).

The food and service were sensational. The ambiance was just as amazing. We'll definitely be back.

The atmosphere is unique, and the ambiance is also very pleasant. The service is friendly and unobtrusive. Unfortunately, the value for money isn't great at all. The curry was very tasty, but not outstanding for over €30. The tandoori mixed grill was very disappointing. The prawn was incredibly good, but €50 for five small pieces is bordering on extortionate. We expected more!

The location, cleanliness, and service are truly top-notch—there's nothing to complain about. However, many dishes taste more like a Western interpretation of Indian cuisine. The naan was far too dry—just choosing the right flour and more careful preparation would make a big difference. The sauces would also be nice if they were fresh and homemade instead of seeming like pre-made products. The mango lassi was just mango pulp with ice. Overall, the food is okay, but its taste is barely different from what you'd get at any standard Indian restaurant on Kaiserstrasse—and that's too little for this price range.

I've been to the Ivory Club several times over the weekend in recent weeks, and each time I've had the same experience: the reception staff member felt distinctly unwelcoming. The lady, with short, tied-back hair, greeted guests without a smile, spoke curtly, and showed no effort to make a pleasant first impression. This repeated, unwelcoming attitude significantly spoils the start of the evening and immediately creates a distant atmosphere. During the week, however, I had a completely different experience: Fatma, who was at the reception desk one evening, was friendly, courteous, and very competent. I would particularly like to highlight the young waiter, who worked attentively, quickly, and with genuine warmth. He noticeably enhanced the entire evening and created a relaxed, positive atmosphere. The food is really good—but anyone who wants to regularly feel like an inconvenience at the entrance rather than a guest might as well just stay home.

The reception was businesslike and friendly, but not warm. The waitress didn't want to discuss food recommendations (everything was delicious). There was no wine recommendation to go with the meal. There's a non-alcoholic cocktail for drivers, which arrived warm rather than chilled. Then came the starter. It was beautifully prepared and very tasty. That was the wow factor I was hoping for on this special evening. But that was it. The main course was tasty, but without the wow factor—that looks great. The plates didn't arrive preheated. The food also cooled quickly. The table for two is too small for the bowls, plates, etc. The dessert was just okay. The sweet mess looked nice, but there was no hint of a mess. The base tasted rather neutral without the mango glaze. There was no surprise in the middle or anything like that. That was a shame. The restrooms are very clean, and the ambiance here is also impressive. Along with the starter, that was the best part. There was plenty to discover, and it was stylishly arranged. The wooden chairs are unfortunately uncomfortable and don't really match the upscale standards. There was no farewell (despite the tip). As we left, a waitress approached us, engrossed in her cell phone. No friendly farewell words either. You wouldn't want to leave like that and come back. The wait staff should also be shown how to carry glasses and plates. For example, your thumb shouldn't be on your plate.

I'd be happy to come back anytime. The food is amazing, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

This was my third visit. The first time was in 2006 or 2007, the second time in October 2024 and the third time in December 2024. Every time was great. This third time, we invited good old friends for dinner and really enjoyed everything. Staff are professional, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Can highly recommend a visit. If you do visit, please show the team operating this fabulous restaurant respect by observing the dress code. Update: 4th visit for a business lunch in August 2025, tried the steaks for the first time. Great! 5 stars!

I've traveled to many countries and cities, but I've rarely experienced such an unfriendly experience as the lady at the entrance. Shameful, my first and last visit.

Our visit to the Ivory Club left us with mixed feelings. The restaurant's ambiance is undoubtedly stylish and attractively designed – a place with sophisticated standards that initially raises high expectations. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of these expectations. The quality of the food was average at best. In direct comparison with "Indian By Nature" in Pattaya, a renowned Indian restaurant, the depth of flavor and authenticity of the dishes at the Ivory Club are significantly lower. The white wine and table water served were both of impressive quality. The service, however, was disappointing. The waitress, an older gentleman with glasses, seemed unengaged, inflexible, and unfriendly in tone and demeanor – overall, more on the level of a fast-food restaurant than a fine dining establishment. Furthermore, we felt noticeably pressured to choose our dishes, which significantly diminished the overall dining experience. For these reasons, I unfortunately cannot recommend the Ivory Club – especially with regard to the culinary demands of my Indian guests.

Rarely have I eaten at a place where everything came together perfectly. Service, food quality, and value for money. Dear Ivory Club team, we'll see you again. Highly recommended.

The ambiance in the restaurant was very nice, the food truly delicious as always! Unfortunately, our visit was marred by the unfriendly service of one of the waiters. When I asked for salmon, he said, "Didn't you read the menu?" I found this inappropriate tone towards guests. Even when asked whether the meat was halal, he dodged the question with long, confusing explanations without giving a clear answer. When I asked what exactly he meant by that, he said, "He didn't see an imam here who came to slaughter." The food arrived after a short wait (not a big deal), but after the first inquiry to see if everything was OK, no one came to the table. Plates were later cleared away without comment, and no dessert or drinks were offered. When paying, I said we would have liked dessert, but no one came. His reaction: "Then you could have called." It's a shame, because the food and atmosphere are good—but such disrespectful behavior is disappointing.

Very bad experience at this restaurant with my colleagues. As a group of 9, we came in and were quickly seated. However, due to the very low light, it was even difficult to read the menu, fortunately smartphones now have flashlight. The staff were pushing us to order some mixed starters or wine and brought way too many bottles of water that we did not finish. The dishes were OK but way too expensive and the real disappointment came when we came to pay the bill : the waiter rudely refused to split the bill between us and one of us had to pay in full (more than 400€). I had never heard before that splitting a bill was impossible ! I do not recommend this establishment

The food was delicious and the service very friendly. I loved the naan, palak paneer, and butter chicken. The lighting and interior were very nice.

This place really knows how to surprise! The quality of the food is top-notch: everything is fresh, tasty and served with soul. The service is beyond praise - the staff is attentive, polite and very caring. I was especially struck by how much care they give to details and the wishes of the guests. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the time flew by. Without hesitation, I give the highest rating - the establishment fully deserves all the praise!

Onion flower was not seasoned completely. Paneer and barta combination was decent enough. Ambience is of colonial era, apart from that nothing else to highlight.

Food cooked to order with an East Indian fusion. Attention to details of blending east to west in food and decor. Great meeting and eating place. Service was outstanding—a good place for our party of ~40.

Really good service and the food was absolutely delicious, definitely worth it

The food is very good. Unfortunately, the chairs and tables are a complete disaster. It's almost impossible to enjoy the meal because the seating is so uncomfortable and you can't relax. It's a shame. If the seating were better, like at Mon Amir Maxi, we would go to the Ivory Club more often.

The food and ambience at the restaurant were undeniably top-notch, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. As first-time visitors, we had a few simple questions about the menu, but the chef came across as unhelpful and dismissive—particularly when I inquired if the tandoori mixed platter was suitable as a starter for two. Instead of assisting us with menu suggestions, he abruptly said it was only for one, which made the ordering experience uncomfortable. Additionally, I wasn’t given a wine card and, when I asked for one, was met with a vague counter-question about glass or bottle, rather than being shown the options. For a dinner that cost over €150, this lack of courtesy and attentiveness was disappointing.

The food was very tasty and the waiter assigned to us was also friendly. However, the rest of the service was absolutely poor and unprofessional, which made us feel uncomfortable several times throughout the evening. In the Mon Amie Maxi, for example, this has never happened to us. During this dinner, however, we encountered a rather unfriendly receptionist who, despite having a proper reservation, only showed us a table in an absolutely bad mood. The valet parking service also made a very unprofessional impression (the key wasn't found at first and then "unfortunately" they couldn't give us change...). In the restaurant, my companion was elbowed several times by the staff. This does happen in a cramped restaurant, but when the supposed head waiter does this and can't even apologize properly after a comment from us, then it's very sad. We will stick with the other restaurants in the Mook Group in the future.

Quite an awesome audience. You might think that the Bahnhofsviertel Laufhaus operators meet there with all their employees for dinner in the evening before business really gets going. Food is good, no question.

I had heard about this restaurant for a long time but finally got the chance to visit. First I want to talk about the decor: every detail in the place is beautiful - you could say it's the harmony of discord. Playing cards on the ceiling, bookshelves on the walls, little figures everywhere... Every dish we tried was delicious. The entire service staff was very friendly. A special thank you goes to Abbas, who helped us a lot with choosing from the menu. If you like Indian cuisine, you should definitely visit this place.

My dream after 25 years came true and we were at the Ivory Club last night. The Crispy Ginger Shrimp and the Tenderloin medium rare were excellent and the friendly and attentive service was terrific. Thank you very much and I won't wait another 25 years for my next visit. Thank you very much!

The Ivory Club is a culinary destination you won't forget - especially if you're looking for the best steak in town. Perfectly cross-fried on the outside, incredibly juicy on the inside – exactly how a really good steak should be. Every bite was tender, juicy and full of flavor. But it wasn't just the meat that was convincing: the king prawns were a real surprise. Large, juicy and with a wonderfully tasty marinade that harmonized wonderfully with the light roasted aroma. The ambience: elegant with a colonial touch, the service attentive but pleasantly unobtrusive. All in all, a real treat – for steak lovers and anyone who likes to treat themselves to something special.

The meat was very good, but our waiter was very unfriendly. He was arrogant and didn't care about us, and the wine was leaking. Considering the prices, they should have put more effort into it.

Super delicious Indian food! In general, the M Group is known for an excellent and super gastronomy “chain” in Frankfurt, I can only agree with that and The IVORY Club scores completely. It's definitely worth a visit, I've been there several times and have never been disappointed!

The food was great but we had to wait one hour and 45 minutes for the food. Others who came after us even got their food first. My Curry-in-a-Hurry was definitely not in a hurry. If you’re willing to wait a long while time then I recommend the place. If time is valuable to you then don’t come to this place.

The absolute top address in Frankfurt! Every visit is a real experience. My absolute favorite restaurant for years – everything is just right here. From the first-class quality of the food to the attentive, professional service to the stylish ambience and the impressive wine culture. A place where enjoyment and hospitality harmonize perfectly.

Great ambience, exclusive and yet not dusty. The food was great, I was recently in Dubai at Atlantis The Palm, it was more expensive there, but not better. Another highlight is the restaurant manager, Ms. Ladjimi, who takes perfect and very friendly care of the guests.

Food is of super quality and service is top notch. They took care of my special request of celebrating my partners bday and brought a cake and candle surprisingly for him. Excellent service and amazing time spent there. 100 stars deserved.

We got to the club around 9pm. We were seated at a table and wanted to order champagne - €180, cocktails, water and chips - there were four of us. Unfortunately we were asked to leave the table because we only wanted to order drinks and no other food. We were not offered a good alternative. The waiter announced this loudly across the room to his manager, causing the entire restaurant to turn around. That was very unpleasant. We wanted to drink good wine, but we had already eaten somewhere else and weren't hungry. There were over five free tables in the room, and our table remained empty too; there was no queue in front of the restaurant. The marketing and customer loyalty are nil, as is the politeness of the waiter. With this customer treatment, I wish the restaurant good luck and success. I will advise my friends and customers away from this place.

Disastrous service. We were asked to leave the establishment because we weren't leaving enough sales. The supervisor agreed with the waiter, although we wanted champagne and cocktails provided alongside snacks because we had already eaten in the restaurant before. We reserved the table at 8:30 p.m. Although we have already been to Ivory, Zenzakan and Mon Amie several times, I do not recommend these restaurants because of these experiences.

Very nice restaurant with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The food was extremely tasty and the price was justified by the quality and, above all, the quantity that was served. However, I have to complain that despite having a reservation, we had to wait 15 minutes at the beginning until we were shown to our table. This needs to be handled better. Nevertheless, I would come again.

It was truly fantastic from start to finish. The food, the ambience, the wine, the service. Many thanks to the many friendly waitresses and the great sommelier. Everything was cordial, neither tense nor forced. I hope I/we can afford this again soon. In terms of price, it is UNFORTUNATELY not feasible for the average earner if you like to “treat yourself a little more” on a weekly basis. Main courses cost just under 30 euros. Yesterday we spent just under 200 euros per person, although the bottle of wine already cost 129 euros, which was absolutely great, I've never had such a delicious Chardonnay before, in my opinion. So thank you again, even a day after the experience, I'm still blown away. Best regards

The food has always been delicious, and the ambiance is lovely. However, the service during my recent visit for our 10th wedding anniversary was shockingly disappointing and has changed my perception of this restaurant. We visited with my husband and 8-year-old daughter and were attended by a waiter whose behavior was rude and unprofessional. He seemed displeased to see Indian guests in the restaurant, which was quite surprising and disheartening. We ordered drinks, a water bottle, two starters, and two main courses, which we thought was sufficient for two adults and a child. However, the waiter repeatedly pressured us to order more, seemingly irritated by our choice. When the main dishes were delayed, we politely asked if one of them could be brought out sooner as our child was hungry. His response was curt and dismissive, and his tone was unnecessarily harsh. Thankfully, another server, a polite and friendly lady, took over and attended to us for the remainder of our meal. However, the damage was done, and the rudeness of the initial waiter had already spoiled our special day. While the food was as excellent as always, service is just as important as food and ambiance in a fine dining experience. Unfortunately, the lack of respect and warmth we experienced this time has left us deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend this place anymore, especially given similar experiences shared by our friends. Restaurants need to value all their patrons equally, irrespective of their background. Sadly, it seems that Ivory Club does not uphold this standard.

Ambiance, food, service all very nice

The steakhouse far exceeded my expectations! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm, inviting ambience that was perfect for a relaxed dinner. You can taste the quality of the food. Everything was on point. Greetings to the kitchen. The service was first class. Our servers were attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back!

It was an absolutely terrible experience. The service was appalling, the food was served cold, and the waitstaff were incredibly disrespectful, even raising their voices at us. The managers merely observed without taking any action. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing situation. Even a star is above this place !

The food was very tasty, but the lady at the reception was anything but friendly. The shop was empty and I was seated at the wine cabinet in the corner. I then made a reservation online because everything was empty and to see if my friend, who came into the store after me, would be received differently and that's how it was. Then suddenly there were seats available and they didn't even take my jacket away. When I asked the staff about it, they said that the system is controlled by AI. If you're going to leave so much money behind, at least you can provide good service.

Our visit to this restaurant was a complete disappointment. Even though we had reserved a table for 9 p.m., we had to wait a full 45 minutes for our seat. The lady at the reception was extremely arrogant and didn't care much about welcoming us in a friendly manner. Instead, guests who arrived after us were immediately escorted to their tables while we were ignored. The valet service was also terrible. When we dropped off the car, we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even showed up to take the car. This has already reinforced the bad impression. After 45 minutes of waiting for our table, we finally decided to leave the restaurant. But instead of our car being brought back quickly, we were put off again for 10 minutes. When someone from valet finally showed up, we were just told to get our car out of the garage ourselves. Such poor service is unacceptable. We definitely won't be coming back and can definitely not recommend the restaurant.

I had a great evening at the Ivory Club! The Mango Chicken and Butter Chicken were absolutely delicious and seasoned perfectly. The spicy crunchy ginger prawns were particularly a highlight – so crispy and aromatic! The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is friendly. I can only recommend the restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

Im Ivory Club durften wir einen sehr schönen Abend verleben. Beim Reinkommen wurden wir herzlich empfangen und durften uns mit Hund einen Tisch unter 3 Vorschlägen aussuchen, damit der Hund es gut hat. Kaum hingesetzt, bekam mein Hund Wasser und ich wurde gefragt, ob sie etwas Hundefleisch bekommen darf. Daraufhin kam feines Rinderfilet in kleinen Stücken. Unfaßbar aufmerksam. Mein Hund ist immer in Restaurants willkommen, aber das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Top! Für uns Menschen ging es dann genauso gut weiter weiter. Das Rindertatar war ausgezeichnet, das Curry und das Dessert ebenso. Die Bedienungen waren alle durchweg sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch wenn das Preisniveau hier etwas höher liegt, es lohnt sich allemal. Qualität und Service sind bestens!!!! Daher jederzeit wieder - ob mit oder ohne Hund!

Came into Frankfurt on a business trip from Dublin and was invited to dinner here. Really outstanding experience with a comfortable atmosphere. Food was delicious and really tasty. Highly recommend if you in the mood for a curry, even the appetisers were really good. Thank you to the staff for looking after us and compliments to the chef for the tasty meals.

For the longest time, I thought the UK had the best Indian food in all of Europe. That all changed tonight when I tried Frankfurt’s best offering. Tucked right under the deutsche bank towers is The Ivory Club - a dark, alluring glimpse into the finest most flavorful Indian cuisine. The food is spicy and delicious, and some of the cocktails are quite literally on fire. Skip taking out your phone in the dark environment to read the menu and just order what we did: the pani puri, palak paneer, onion bhaji, and butter chicken. Top it all off with garlic naan, a few flaming caipirinhas, and the chocolate mousse - you’ll have yourself quite a night!

Sin duda el mejor restaurante indio en Frankfurt y más allá. Ambiente elegante vasta bodega muy amable servicio , excelente comida . Bastante caro, pero la experiencia vale la pena el gasto. tratar de ir bastante temprano porque está muy lleno. También le recomiendo que haga reservas con antelación.
