Ein Inder der sich Mühe gibt seine Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Zum Mittagstisch gute Preise zu sehr geschmackvollem Essen. Eine große Auswahl. Eigentlich schmeckt es immer gut obwohl ich natürlich meine Lieblinge habe. Es gibt zu jedem Gericht eine kl Suppe, Dann ein kl Stück Papdam, eine Süßigkeit und das Hauptgericht natürch. Ich esse gerne Huhn mein Freund liebt das vegetarische.

Simply the worst restaurant I've ever visited which has a rude waiter who is always grumpy and thinks he is running a charity and throwing free food on us. Bro forgot that we all pay the bill amount for all the food we eat. Such a horrible restaurant where the waiter gets offended if you ask to repeat an order after you finish one round of your meal. The waiter expects you to order everything for everyone at one go and if in case if you repeat an order, he gets offended and shows you all kind of uncomfortable gestures on his face. If you have kids and if you are really looking forward to have a peaceful time with your family, please avoid going to this place.

Simplemente el peor restaurante que he visitado que tiene un camarero grosero que siempre es gruñón y piensa que está dirigiendo una organización benéfica y tirar comida gratis en nosotros. Hermano olvidó que todos pagamos la factura de toda la comida que comemos. Un restaurante tan horrible donde el camarero se ofende si pide repetir un pedido después de terminar una ronda de su comida. El camarero espera que pidas todo para todos de una sola vez y si en caso de que repitas un pedido, se ofenda y te muestre todo tipo de gestos incómodos en su cara. Si usted tiene hijos y si realmente está deseando pasar un tiempo tranquilo con su familia, por favor evite ir a este lugar.

The food here is good, but the owner, who also serves, was extremely rude, inconsiderate, and biased. It’s no wonder most people prefer going to Saravana Bhavan instead of this restaurant. Good food isn’t enough to overlook such poor customer service.

If you really want to try original flavours of the food you cook at home, This is the place to go. Fell in love with the hospitality of the staff in my first visit. The prices are also genuine. I ordered several dishes and tea.. all of them 10 out of 10 in authentic taste and health perspective.

I ordered lamb biriyani- take away. It was salty, flaming hot spicy and i couldn’t even eat the food. Rice looked so dark brown filled completely with masala, lamb or whatever meat they had was so awful. So disappointing. PS : I am Indian and i know how Biriyanis are supposed to taste.

Good Indian food, I had some lamb with the classical side of garlic naan and fried onions as a starter and every bite was a pleasure. Order placed over Lieferando, delivery was fast, even on a busy Friday evening and the food was still warm on delivery.

A very good lunch is offered there as the all-you-can-eat. The service is very polite and the food tastes good! The store itself is tiny, and the simple interior just fits the store. Don't be put off by the furnishings, highly recommended! The price-performance ratio is great! I would love to come back.

Best place for South Indian food in Frankfurt. Their sambhar is really good, you can taste all the ingredients and efforts which would have gone in making it, the tanginess due to tamarind is what won me over. We had ordered vadai, masala dosa and idiapam with chicken curry. Vadai and dosa were crispy and delicious. We had asked them to make the chicken curry spicy and they had delivered, idiapam were also soft and tender. Please be aware, this place only accepts cash.

This place is amazing. I always go here for such a good value lunch with really tasty options and it's all you can eat. I then return for dinner and their Bryani might be the best meal there is in Frankfurt. It's incredible. Lovely people too! Highly recommend

Food is good, but behaviour of the people who serve food is not good. He is rude and misbehaves with customers. He would first delay the order and when you ask for you order. He will start shouting at you. Otherwise food is really nice and tasty. We have stopped going to Ganesha and opted Sarvana Bhawan just because of the rude behaviour and ill treatment by owner of this place. If you want to enjoy food but you can afford to ruin your mood then this place is suggested. If you want to enjoy food with keeping good mood, then don't visit this place

I just came from India. This is real South Indian food. Authentic!! It may take a little longer to get your order, but only because it is really freshly prepared. You just notice. The food was really hot. The Idli/Vada combination was really hot. The portions are large. Almost only locals.

Good south Indian food..and Not expensive (Surely VFM) ! Limited tables and staff.. clean washroom, overall hygiene level is good. Best part is, they serve you freshly cooked food (like idly, dosa, Samosa etc). Have to wait on weekends for 30-45 mins. For snacking is good option ! This restaurant was near to our hotel in Frankfurt which served our purpose to have an Indian food. It’s veg biryani was ultimate and cheap though. Will recommend to try this once.

Worst experience I ever had in germany. I'm from tamil nadu. I was eagerly waiting to eat a good south indian food after long time. But all they gave me is disappointment. I have never been treated like the way they treated.Even I'm paying cash for the food. I'm not getting anything free of charge from them. Pure frustration. I will Never suggest this restaurant. Learn to treat customers well.

If you want to have the proper masala Dosa like you have in South India, you have just been to the right place, they serve the proper dosa with Sambar.

I recently visited an Indian restaurant and finally had the pleasure of savoring an authentic Masala Dosa after a long time. The taste transported me back to the streets of India with its perfect blend of spices and the crispy texture of the dosa.

Need to learn these guys respect first rather than preparing food. Food was good but, their ego dominated the taste of it

Parking a bit tough since its very near to Bahnhof. Best bet is park in skyline plaza and walk for 5 minutes. Definitely going to visit again. Thanks!

This south indian restaurant was nearby to our hotel, while I wouldn't label it as the absolute best, it certainly offered some good options. Our order included biryani, which, unfortunately, didn't meet our expectations. Though the rice was fragrant and flavorful, the meat wasn't cooked to perfection. On a brighter note, we also tried the idli vada with sambar and chutney, and I must say, the sambar and chutney was very good. The idli was soft and well-prepared, and I loved the vada. Upon request, they also give you extra sambar chutney at no additional cost. The price was reasonable as well. The mango lassi was the best though! If you're a fan of Indian snacks, this place offers a good variety. One thing to note is that they only accept cash; cards are not accepted. So, it's advisable to keep this in mind when you visit.

Truly Indian joint for a quick bite and best all-you-can-eat lunch. Excellent value. Delicious curries.

Ein Inder, den man sich trauen muss. Wird aber mit herzlich authentischem Essen belohnt. Es sind deutlich mehr Inder im Restaurant als Westler. Und das merkt man auch bei der Küche. Die ist definitiv nicht eingedeutscht. Selbst das schäbiges Interieur passt einfach zu dem Laden. Ich komme sehr gern wieder. Achtung: nur abends a la Carte, soweit ich weiß. Mittags nur ein kleines Buffet.

Family owned & run, lovely sweet people. Very tasty food, properly priced, good portion. Place to visit again and again. Much much better in comparison to Indian south indian restaurant chains that are turning into worst places to have nice food.

I was in Frankfurt for a few hours before heading out, and came across this place about 10 mins walk from the train station. Amazing food, best sambhar and Rasam. Had a Vegetarian Thali, got an extra serving of rice and sambhar for no extra charge. If you want to eat good South Indian food in Frankfurt this is a place to try and the owners were really sweet.

It was good as they are the only place in Frankfurt serving " iddiappam ", so we went there. But order idiappam with chicken and not chana, as they don't have kala chana. Apart from this, the kutto parotha was delicious and quantity was good. The quality and quantity was good compared. Worth the money!!

Best place for south Indian food around Frankfurt. We tried other restaurants in Frankfurt city. This is the only place we got proper South Indian idly vada sambar. Their sambar taste is as good as home food.

One of the very best Tamil restaurant in Frankfurt which serves authentic tamil foods. Staff : Fantastic people, spoke very kindly. Food : Fantastic quality and quantity too. Their Idly & Vadai combo is the best economically and gastronomically. Atmosphere: You can dine inside their restaurant or can sit outside, since we visited in peak summer, we sat outside, it was calm and good.

Super leckeres Essen und so authentisch wie wir es aus Sri Lanka kennen. Wir haben Kothu Rotti mit Lamm, Iddiyappam mit Lamm (scharf bestellt - war auch sehr scharf!), Butter Dosai (lecker knusprig) und Idli (6 Stück!) mit Hähnchen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und original. Fleisch konnnte mal ein wenig nachsalzen, aber das ist Geschmackssache - das haben nicht alle am Tisch gemacht. Sehr freundlicher Service der älteren Dame. Das Restaurant hat eine Atmosphäre wie im Imbiss, aber das Essen macht alles wett! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Der beste Sri Lanker weit und breit! Sie sprechen tamilisch! Das nächste Mal probieren wir Puddu, die Vorspeisen (z. B. Lamm Rolls).....evtl. All you can eat für 9,50€ mittags mit zwei Sorten Reis und diversen Beilagen veg und non-veg. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Die Portionen sind sehr groß!

Nach drei Versuchen, endlich die berühmten Idli und Dosai im Bahnhofsviertel zu probieren (geschlossen/Urlaub/Betriebsferien) nun also das böse Erwachen: Das Ganesha Restaurant scheint für immer seine Türen geschlossen zu haben (abmontiertes Türschild, fehlende Inneneinrichtung). Da es keine Website gibt/gab, blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als mehrfach persönlich dort vorbeizuschauen. Schade, schade.... - Die Trauer war groß, bis wir im Saravanaa Bhavan in der Kaiserstraße einen absolut würdigen Ersatz fanden, das ebenfalls südindische Küche, aber leider kein Buffet anbietet. Das wiederum gibt es im Anjapar Chettinad ein paar Häuser weiter.

Wir sind wegen der überwiegend guten Bewertungen im „Ganesha“ gewesen - bzw. Beim ersten Versuch gar nicht zum Essen gekommen, weil es voll besetzt war (nicht unbedingt das schlechteste Zeichen). Beim zweiten Mal hat‘s geklappt. Fazit: wer auf Äußerlichkeiten keinen großen Wert legt (Imbissatmosphäre), aber dafür gutes indisches Essen mag, ist hier richtig. Soweit wir das nach unseren Indienaufenthalten beurteilen können, ist das Essen (vorwiegend südindisch) authentisch, sehr schmackhaft und wird auch gerne in Thali-Blechschalen serviert. Gerne wieder.

昼に立ち寄ったことしかないのですが、ランチタイムはインド料理のビュッフェをやっています。簡素な構えのお店に寡黙な雰囲気の主人で、気軽に立ち寄りやすい雰囲気です。ビュッフェなので、時間が無い時に手軽に満腹になることができます。 味は可もなく不可もなしといったところ。2022年11月現在でランチビュッフェ8.5ユーロでした。
