Die beste Pizza in Berlin! Perfekter Teig.

Ein wirklich schönes Ambiente. Die Pizzen waren einfach perfekt. Die Aromen waren perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Selbst die vegane Variante ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Service ist nach wie vor das absolute Highlight des Lokals.

Einfache Speisekarte, aber hervorragende Pizzen. Einer der wenigen Orte außerhalb von Neapel, wo man noch weiß, was eine echte Pizza Margherita ausmacht.

Das war ein sooo toller Ort :) Richtig leckere Pizza, toller aufmerksamer service, und der laden sight einfach schön aus. Man kann auch draußen sitzen aber maximal bis zu 4 Leute

„The Grain“ – Ich kam zum ersten Mal bei einem Freund in den Genuss einer Pizza von diesem Laden, was mich sofort dazu brachte, den Ort, an dem sie hergestellt wird, selbst zu besuchen. Einer meiner Freunde ist gebürtiger Italiener, und seine Bestätigung, dass es eine köstliche Pizza ist, bestärkte mich nur in meiner Überzeugung, dass ich dort unbedingt essen muss! Die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und herzlich, eine Reservierung ist kinderleicht, und meine Sonderwünsche wurden prompt erfüllt – kurzum: Es war einfach magisch!

Sehr schöne Pizzeria mit ein paar Plätzen an der Straße. Ich hatte einen Kopfsalat mit Pinienkernen und Cranberries und durfte ein Stück Pizza mit Aubergine von meiner Freundin haben - beides super lecker 💯 Die Kellnerin war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Man kann ohne Probleme mit Karte zahlen.

Keine Überladene Speisekarte, das gefällt mir sehr. Die Preise sind völlig in Ordnung für das was man bekommt. Die Pizzen haben uns allen sehr geschmeckt und auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen die auch umgesetzt wurden. Die Kellnerin war auch super nett. Besten dank für den Abend.

Wow! Die beste neapolitanische Pizza in Berlin! Ich empfehle unbedingt zu reservieren, da der Laden immer voll ist – und das aus gutem Grund: Die Pizza ist wirklich köstlich, mit saftiger, perfekt salziger Tomatensoße, reichlich Mozzarella und einem fantastischen Teig. Locker, weich, perfekt gebacken und leicht verdaulich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich gehe regelmäßig zu The Grain und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Der Service ist einfach überragend. Angenehmes Ambiente. Die Pizza überzeugt jedes Mal. Meine Freunde wollen ebenfalls immer hierher, auch wenn ich Ihnen schon viele andere gute Pizzerien in Berlin gezeigt habe.

The Grain in Berlin bekommt von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne – ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.Die Pizza war hervorragend: super Teig, toller Belag und geschmacklich auf richtig hohem Niveau.Besonders begeistert hat mich aber das Bruschetta, das extrem frisch und aromatisch war und perfekt als Vorspeise gepasst hat. Zum Wein gab es ganz selbstverständlich kostenloses Leitungswasser dazu, was ich als sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich empfinde. Der Service war die ganze Zeit über sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein – genau so stellt man sich einen entspannten Abend in einer modernen Berliner Pizzeria vor.

Das Essen ist fantastisch und die Bedienung superfreundlich. Das ist definitiv die beste Pizza in Deutschland und übertrifft sogar viele Pizzerien in Neapel. Der Teig ist das absolute Highlight.

Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe eine falsche Pizza bekommen, was ich wegen meines Hungers erst sehr spät bemerkt habe, da ich zunächst dachte, das müsse so sein. Die Pizza war insgesamt sehr matschig und überhaupt nicht knusprig… ich hatte das Gefühl, sie war nicht richtig durchgebacken. Auch der Teig war weich statt kross, und der Belag hat mich geschmacklich ebenfalls nicht überzeugt. Es gibt auf jeden Fall deutlich bessere Pizzerien.

Neben all den "großen Namen" in der Berliner Szene rund um neapolitanische Pizza mein absoluter Favorit. Teigführung wie aus dem Napoli-Lehrbuch. Bin durch Thomas Peltzer, einem neapolitanische Pizza-Connoisseur, aufmerksam geworden. Er hat die Pizza auch als absolut approved gestempelt. Ganz starke Pizzeria!

Die Caponata war sehr lecker, dass Personal nett aber die Pizza hatte nach unserem Geschmack nichts mit einer italienischen Pizza zu tun. Die Picante war alles andere als scharf. Einmal und für uns nicht nochmal es gibt viel bessere Pizzas in der Nachbarschaft. Ausserdem sehr teuer

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere and staff were fantastic. The pizzas are incredibly tasty and fluffy. Definitely worth a visit! 🥰

Unfortunately, very disappointing! The place is lovely and the staff is very friendly. However, the pizza was soggy and unappetizing. It was very tasteless, and the staff took a very long time to even acknowledge me. Furthermore, I unfortunately had stomach pains after my visit, which I never get after eating at pizza places. What a shame.

The service was super friendly. The vegan selection was rather limited, but the vegan pizza was a 10/10 – exactly to my taste. The decor wasn't really my style, but that's a matter of taste. I'd love a vegan dessert too :).

One of the best pizzas I have ever had and definitely the best one in Berlin. If you like Neapolitan pizza, this is your place.

Pizzeria with delicious pizza and very friendly service. The fact that cheese has to be ordered separately (and costs extra) is a rather odd move, and the pizza sizes are also below average – though the prices aren't. This is likely due to the Prenzlauer Berg location, but it certainly doesn't detract from the popular clientele. The pared-down ambiance also fits the area, although the lack of fabric or any other soundproofing materials, combined with the rather close seating, does raise the noise level considerably. Conversations are easier at the cozy Italian restaurant around the corner – albeit with a significantly lower hipness factor...

Because we heard that The Grain serves great Neapolitan pizza, we drove there from Steglitz. We were absolutely thrilled. Not only was the pizza absolutely fantastic, the place itself is beautifully decorated (without being overly fancy), and the staff were very attentive. The dog immediately had a bowl of water at his seat. The pizza with grilled zucchini was amazing. We'll be back very soon.

Amazing pizza! I had parmigiana with riccota crust. The dough was really elastic, thin and fluffy like in napoli. Small menu, but its easy to choose something for you.

Every visit feels like a mini-vacation. The combination of great food, a warm atmosphere, and a modern ambiance makes The Grain a firm favorite for me in Prenzlauer Berg. :) It's not just a beautiful, modern pizzeria that looks great in photos. There's so much more to it than that – you can really feel right away that this place was built with heart and is run with true passion. The cordiality and warmth you encounter here are simply special. The Neapolitan pizzas are unbeatable for me. My absolute favorite is the Pizza Tartuffa. So flavorful and a highlight every time. If you love pizza, you absolutely shouldn't miss this experience. The Grain is one of those places where, from the first visit, you know you'll keep coming back. At least for me!

The pizza is quite good, but the decor is a bit soulless and, above all, it is outrageously expensive (13.50 for a Margarita [as of July 2025]).

This is the best pizza place I've tried in Berlin. Ask them to bring you some olive oil, i am Spanish and I can assure its good olive oil and this is difficult to find you won't regretttt. Also the chiliflokens are actually good chilli. I was impressed. Vegan and Vegetarian options :)

I'm thrilled every time. Both in terms of the quality of the food and the overall experience. The Neapolitan pizza is outstanding and for me The Grain is clearly number 1 of the best pizzerias in Berlin and possibly in Germany too. I do have one suggestion for improvement: the pizzas should be served with scissors instead of a knife.

Yet another great pizza place. Good quality produce. The dough texture is kinda on the Gooey side. Not in a bad way. But quite different to other Neapolitan styled pizzerias. Definitely get the bruschetta, for some reason that was my favorite dish. The bread was crunchy but kept the fluffyness. I ordered a second one after I finished the pizza. Yet still a bit too pricey overall.
