Absolutely disappointing! We waited in the cold for almost an hour today, even though initially when I asked alone, as a female, I was told that it would be my turn in 15 minutes at the latest. But as soon as the staff saw that males had joined my group, the statement suddenly changed drastically. Suddenly there was no longer any mention of the 15 minutes and we were pushed further and further back. It seemed as if my request as an individual had not been taken seriously and as if we had only been properly “evaluated” when the entire group was visible. This obvious unequal treatment is more than disappointing! The entire system is disorganized and unfair. There is no possibility of reservation, but it was noticeable that women's groups were given priority, while mixed groups had a much more difficult time. Additionally, queuing is not done in order: a table of four became free, but the group in front of us (five) was ignored instead of simply adding an extra chair. Instead, someone else was moved forward from the line, while everyone who had been waiting for a long time was passed over. What's particularly annoying is that we drove a long way just to end up standing in the cold for absolutely nothing. After so much chaos and injustice, we finally felt it was too stupid to wait any longer. Everyone makes different promises here, and in the end you wait completely unnecessarily. A fair and transparent organization looks different! We're definitely not coming back.

At the beginning it was a charming shop that Ostheim needed. The Garden is no longer a place where I feel comfortable. The waiters were always a problem, disinterested, unqualified and prone to errors. The food is also overpriced and the concept of setting up a tent outside and putting customers who want food in a tent with customers who smoke shisha doesn't make sense to me. His dismissive answer that “there is nothing curious inside” immediately made us feel that we were not welcome. Instead of a friendly greeting or a short explanation, we were made to feel like we were being a nuisance. A café not only thrives on what it offers, but also on hospitality - and that's exactly what we missed here. It's a shame, because the atmosphere certainly had potential. But we definitely won't be back with such a reception.

Once we got to where we start, we first had to move around 3 times. The food was ordered, but out of 3 orders only 2 were taken, meaning one of us left empty-handed. Hoping that dessert would ease our grief, we suffered yet another disappointment. Unfortunately, a return visit is no longer an option.

Worst service There were 6 girls in the store today. 5 of them are waitresses themselves and that's not how you serve customers! First came 2 shishen instead of 3 and no waiter in sight. Coal was never changed on its own. My latte macchiato came without a saucer, without sugar, without a spoon, and was simply slapped down. It was super cold. Apparently women are given priority when ordering here and had to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The shisha was rubbish, the food was fine. Unfortunately the store was very busy and the service left something to be desired. We were shown to a seat in a short time, but we waited more than 20 minutes for our order to even be taken. While this waiter is talking about closing time, the Rappel shop is full and the other waiter is letting even more guests in. When it was time to pay, I was immediately told that card payments were not possible after midnight, only cash. The group of 10 then told the waiter that they would pay separately, which is actually normal?? And the waiter says “Yes, good for you, then I’ll have it until tomorrow and I want to get off work”. To make it easier with the change, the guys also made smooth sums out of it. For example, €14.30 is the amount the customer says “make it €15” and the waiter’s answer is “no, I don’t need the 70 cents”. He's really lucky that we're all so well behaved, I think other guests wouldn't have stayed as calm as we did. I also don't understand, if you don't feel like it, why do you work in the catering industry? According to the reviews, this doesn't seem to be an isolated case. We don't go there anymore and we won't make the money you earned through us Halal!

Shishas have a good taste, food is very tasty, atmosphere is very cozy. When it's very busy, there's a lack of enough waiters on Friday and Saturday evenings. Unfortunately, an incident occurred around midnight that we would like to describe as it was extremely incomprehensible to us. When we wanted to pay around 12:00 a.m., we were told by one of your waiters that only cash payment was possible. We were surprised as this is rather unusual these days. When we asked, we were advised to go to an ATM nearby, which we also found to be very inconvenient - especially at this late hour. Only after a discussion was it possible to pay with an EC device at the checkout. However, this led to a very unpleasant impression, which we find unfortunate, as the evening up to that point had been really pleasant. After making arrangements over the phone, we were told that there wasn't much going on and that we would be happy to get an Okey table. When we arrived there was already a long line in front of the store. We got in line and were told that we had to wait outside (at -1 degrees) for about half an hour. While waiting, groups were often let in or people pushed their way forward without anyone saying anything against it. When we were then let in, we were told that the okay table wouldn't be free for another hour and that we should either stay outside in the cold or inside and that this time would be deducted from the two hour stay. The staff was annoyed and showed no understanding. The prices are outrageously high. The tables are close together so there is hardly any space. Overall a very disappointing stay.

A Venue must maintain its Neutrality. Sound was only given in the GS match. They showed Beşiktaş on a small screen. In the Fenerbahçe Match, no sound was given. It is a very disrespectful situation towards other Turkish teams. I would not recommend any Fenerbahçe and Beşiktaş fans to go.

One particularly negative experience was that a member of staff simply opened the tent we were in to carry items in, even though there was an alternative route. Despite repeated requests to close the tent because the women present were very uncomfortable due to the cold, this was ignored. To make matters worse, the employee began filling our entire area with various items, even knocking some of them over. This behavior was not only unnecessary, but also showed a lack of respect for those present.

I've been there a few times now and can say that the store is very inviting and there is a pleasant, feel-good atmosphere. It wasn't just the service staff, but also the audience Generally very nice. Actually, this store doesn't deserve a single star! It was the first time that I visited the restaurant to try it out. The first impression was fine, until the food was served half an hour later. The taste didn't blow us away either, but it was okay. The waiter with tattoos, apparently the head waiter, should take a German course and learn German, because he didn't understand anything and wrote down the order incorrectly and of course served me the wrong dish. When I tried to explain this to him, he suddenly got annoyed and asked another waitress to translate. In Turkish he told her that it was my fault and that I had told him the wrong dish. So the fact that a restaurant like this has such a staff who don't even speak the language is already a bad standard. We recently went to this restaurant with the whole family and absolutely loved it! We ordered Adana kebab, hamburger and lamb skewer, and each dish was excellently prepared. The warm, freshly baked bread that was served with it was a real highlight - simply delicious! The portions were generous and the meat was perfectly seasoned and tender. The service was friendly and attentive, so we felt completely at home. We can highly recommend this restaurant and hope it continues to be as good as it is. With such positive reviews, hopefully the quality will remain consistently high! We'll definitely be back!

Our visit to the restaurant yesterday was a huge disappointment. We paid €83 for 4 Uludag drinks and 3 Kuzu Şiş with yogurt - we didn't order anything more. Before the meal, the waiter brought bread and spread without asking, as you would find in Turkish restaurants. But to our astonishment, these small appetizers were apparently quietly added to the bill without us being informed. It clearly felt like a deliberate rip-off. For us this is completely unacceptable because such practices destroy trust in the restaurant. One expects honest pricing and no hidden costs for what would normally be considered free attention. Such behavior spoiled our evening and we will certainly not recommend this restaurant.

There were three of us consuming warm drinks. After an hour we were asked to get up because there was supposedly a reservation on our table. Of course it was a lie because we don't think we like the sales. The waiting guests increase the daily turnover. Apparently customer is king. IN NO WAY IN THIS PLACE ALL ORDERS TAKE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES

We went to watch the Bjk-Gs super cup match. Even though there were a lot of empty seats since we were 2 people, they did not let us sit in a 4-person seat with a good view of the screen. The waiter kept saying that the chef did not allow it. Before the match started, there were people who did not ask anyone and went straight to the 4-person seat, even though they were 2 people. I think the waiter and chef are of poor quality. I didn't like the service. The kitchen and menu are quite nice. If you are going with 2 people, I would prefer you not to go or find a 3rd person with you. Just because we were 2 people, we ate at a very small table. It was a bad experience.

I had a fantastic evening in this shisha bar! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed. The shisha was perfectly prepared, with a wide range of flavors. What particularly impressed me was the food – super tasty and freshly prepared. The combination of great shisha and delicious food makes this place very special. I highly recommend this bar to anyone who wants to enjoy a good time with friends in a cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, delicious food, friendly staff and a great facility - everything is simply beautiful! If you are in Cologne, you definitely have to go there. I can really only recommend it!

Bad service, unfriendly staff – a failure! Visiting this restaurant was a real disappointment. The waiters ignored us as we entered and it took forever for anyone to take our order. When the food finally came, some of it was wrong and the service remained unfriendly and careless. We were practically ignored even when paying. The food was mediocre - overall not recommended. Save yourself the visit!
