I was there for the first time today and was very positively surprised. The atmosphere is very nice, you have the feeling of being on vacation. The terrace in particular is really well done. The food was very tasty and a good portion. The price was also reasonable. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately we waited about 30 minutes for food again. And unfortunately lukewarm again. Unfortunately the waiters have no idea about the work. There are 4-5 cellars running around like frightened chickens but unfortunately no service. You have to reorder something about 3 times before you get it. The prices are identical to those on the rings, which is totally not justified in this location. A glass of tea 3.20 No thanks. Card payment is not accepted, only cash. For whatever reason . Was there for the last time today.

Unfortunately I have to say that I was disappointed again on this visit. Even though there are so many waiters there, running back and forth all the time, regardless of whether it's full or not, orders are forgotten or served cold. But that too often. Unfortunately, when the food arrives it is no longer warm. When you ask the waiter about it, all they say is sorry. But I expect that someone will offer to warm it up again or even bring me a new menu. But they don't get it. Having to wait 30 minutes for a dish would be acceptable if I ordered meat, but please not soup. You can write 3-4-5 euros for cola and the like, it doesn't even cost that much, but 3.20 euros for tea is really exaggerated. I don't want to make any comparisons with other local restaurants, but please change them if the waiters are not experienced. If the cook doesn't take care of everything, there's still enough customers. It's a shame that such a contact point doesn't take advantage of it all.

Our visit to the restaurant yesterday was a huge disappointment. We paid €83 for 4 Uludag drinks and 3 Kuzu Şiş with yogurt - we didn't order anything more. Before the meal, the waiter brought bread and spread without asking, as you would find in Turkish restaurants. But to our astonishment, these small appetizers were apparently quietly added to the bill without us being informed. It clearly felt like a deliberate rip-off. For us this is completely unacceptable because such practices destroy trust in the restaurant. One expects honest pricing and no hidden costs for what would normally be considered free attention. Such behavior spoiled our evening and we will certainly not recommend this restaurant.

There were three of us consuming warm drinks. After an hour we were asked to get up because there was supposedly a reservation on our table. Of course it was a lie because we don't think we like the sales. The waiting guests increase the daily turnover. Apparently customer is king. IN NO WAY IN THIS PLACE ALL ORDERS TAKE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES

We went to watch the Bjk-Gs super cup match. Even though there were a lot of empty seats since we were 2 people, they did not let us sit in a 4-person seat with a good view of the screen. The waiter kept saying that the chef did not allow it. Before the match started, there were people who did not ask anyone and went straight to the 4-person seat, even though they were 2 people. I think the waiter and chef are of poor quality. I didn't like the service. The kitchen and menu are quite nice. If you are going with 2 people, I would prefer you not to go or find a 3rd person with you. Just because we were 2 people, we ate at a very small table. It was a bad experience.

I had a fantastic evening in this shisha bar! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed. The shisha was perfectly prepared, with a wide range of flavors. What particularly impressed me was the food – super tasty and freshly prepared. The combination of great shisha and delicious food makes this place very special. I highly recommend this bar to anyone who wants to enjoy a good time with friends in a cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!

Bad service, unfriendly staff – a failure! Visiting this restaurant was a real disappointment. The waiters ignored us as we entered and it took forever for anyone to take our order. When the food finally came, some of it was wrong and the service remained unfriendly and careless. We were practically ignored even when paying. The food was mediocre - overall not recommended. Save yourself the visit!

It was unexpected to find a nice enough place with tasty food, good service and polite and fast service. Turkish cuisine establishment. The menu is via QR-CODE, but I should note that the prices or output of the dishes may not match, so it is better to ask the waiter! The establishment has a terrace and a large courtyard with a large number of tables. Be prepared for the following nuances: 1. They smoke here, including hookahs, so there is too much smoke; 2. Cockroaches, unfortunately, this is a very big minus of this establishment and the waiters justify themselves by saying that they jump from the tree... ; 3. Our table wobbled, so the drinks could spill; The distance and the passage between neighboring tables are small, which can sometimes interfere with you and add inconvenience, moreover, there is no question of privacy of communication. 4. If you order Turkish tea, you will not be brought a teapot, but one cup. 5. There is no alcohol in the establishment, not even low-alcohol drinks such as beer, which is very strange and unexpected (if we had known about this in advance, we probably would not have visited this establishment). If you do not take into account the above, then in general it is quite a pleasant impression. The interior of the courtyard is like in a hut or in Odessa in Glechik or Samvel.

We can't have to wait 15 minutes in an empty store to be served at all. The waiter was also very unfriendly. How can it be that there is no card payment? It's not signposted anywhere and the answer is just broken, it's really absolutely no go. The food was okay, but nothing special so for the price/performance ratio it's not worth it at all! I would never come back for the service alone, even if the food was free.

Attention, the prices on the menu available online are outdated, the new one can supposedly be viewed on site via a QR code, but it didn't work for me. Be sure to ask for prices beforehand. Overall, way too expensive! I have never experienced a piece of cake for just under €9.

I find it very dishonorable and prideless that a man has to share a table with his partner or siblings with 7 boys, but apparently men do everything for money, honor and pride has no value anymore, great keep it up 💪🏻

Very tasty food and good service. I had the bbq burger with double patties. It was really a burner and the portion was also amazing. Price-performance ratio was simply great and the service was also very polite. And there were 18 of us and everything went great. A 10/10

We went to this place to eat on 25/08/2024. The chicken we ordered arrived uncooked. When it started to rain, water spilled on our food from the umbrellas outside. We could not eat our food. When we said that we did not want to pay and could not eat the food, they did not accept it. When we made our payment, they said that there is no card payment, they only work in cash, but card payments are made on weekdays, they do not even deserve a point in terms of service. They made their customers suffer. This is a restaurant I will never choose again.

The Garden here in Cologne was a really good choice. The food was very tasty, the staff was friendly and the pistachio and cheesecake dessert was simply delicious. All in all, really recommended and a great address in Cologne. We celebrated our birthday here and it was a successful evening with great guests and a really good atmosphere. Very rude waiter. You always had the feeling that you had to apologize when you ordered something. I also had to act as a translator because most of the waiters didn't speak German. Dips and pide tasted strange and dry respectively. The meat was tasty and fresh, the rice was nothing. Too bad...

Atmosphere outside is fine. Reservation not possible, but they said on the phone that it was possible, my birthday was a complete disaster there. He said I should come half an hour earlier, then I was there an hour earlier, but I had to wait almost 2 hours, he said (no place waiting), despite the fact that we had agreed on 9 p.m.! (on my birthday) I had been calling for weeks and told them so and so, they said it wouldn't be a problem, I can come over. They made a reservation at 9 p.m. but then it went in the trash. If you want to eat in this shop, you shouldn't come here hungry, you should always expect waiting times and you should be happy to get the food on the table instead of on your head! Staff are overwhelmed here and people point this out from the front. No card payment possible! What I also find outrageous is that the prices are so high that it's as if you were eating in a luxury restaurant and yet as a customer you don't even get proper service here. Given the price, it would be better to eat somewhere else in a restaurant where you will be served sensibly, or rather, accordingly! Just sad

It's a shame that I have to give such a review because your location is really nice. Unfortunately the cake tasted watery. The waiter who served us charged more than what was on the bill for the third time today. I wonder why people do something like that? If we hadn't asked for the bill we would never have found out. We had high expectations as we had received good recommendations for this cafe. Unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that there were cockroaches crawling on our table, around us and even on our bodies. No one came to serve us the entire time we were seated. After more than 10 minutes of waiting in the company of cockroaches, we decided to leave the cafe. My colleague even had to flick a cockroach off my back on the way out. I haven't experienced such disgust in a long time. In addition, the cafe is completely overpriced. In daylight it becomes clear how dirty the environment is and how much rubbish is lying around. While I can imagine the café looking atmospheric in the evening, the negative aspects are so overwhelming that I definitely won't go there again and can't recommend it to anyone. Of course everyone can form their own opinion, but 15 minutes with cockroaches was enough for me. I don't even want to imagine what it's like when you eat there and the cockroaches land on your food in the evening.

We saw this cafe by chance on the way home and decided to stop by. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the premises, the terrace, the cleanliness and consistent style, and the friendly staff. They took care of our dogs and brought them water while we were waiting for our order, which made us very happy. The food is very fresh, tasty, well prepared and presented with care. Good quality dishes and cutlery, unobtrusive music. We sat on the terrace where there is a waterfall....we were very impressed by the comfortable sofas and the view of the waterfall, the sky above and fresh air! I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely visit this restaurant always from now on! I would like to thank the management and staff of the establishment for a great evening!

The waffle was charred and was simply covered with Nutella to hide it. We had to wait so long for a table at the back and we were offered tea which we ended up having to pay for even though it wasn't ordered. We only stayed because we were served tea to keep us going - we wanted to leave because we couldn't get a table at the back. We paid almost €60 and even had to pay for the tea. I've never experienced that before. How much does a small tea cost? Then you should also say that it costs €1.80 and not just served. impudence

A few tables away there were 4 people playing but Okey (Romme). Forbidding one thing on the weekend and allowing the other is quite strange. After a hot drink we wanted to order something cold. But because the waiters have more important things to do, like sitting and smoking shisha, we got up, paid and left the cafe. Never again!

I have visited your restaurant several times and am increasingly disappointed with the service. A particularly annoying situation was when I asked for a dirty table to be cleaned and was then shouted at in an unfriendly manner. It was claimed that the dirt was normal for outdoor areas. This kind of treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable. In other situations too, my inquiries and requests were treated unfriendly and disrespectfully. I've never experienced anything like this. The waiter was the most unbelievable person I have ever seen. He was angry at us for ordering refills because he didn't want to be annoyed and openly communicated that we shouldn't order anymore. He made us wipe the table himself because he supposedly had too much to do. We didn't get a shisha because everyone was taken away (while the waiters themselves smoked a shisha instead of working). I will really never go there again.

The Garden is Cologne's new hotspot. The waiter Fetih is friendly, very helpful and attentive. The selection of food is varied and delicious. I would love to come back and would recommend the café to anyone looking for a nice place to chill.

We were there for the first time on Saturday and also watched the European Championship game. The atmosphere was super good. The food was very tasty from all of us. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. The shisha was also very tasty. The food came very quickly with little waiting time We found the decoration and everything very nice. It was our friend's birthday. We spontaneously received a cake as a surprise. We also found the gesture very, very nice. Kind regards to the entire team :)

Unfortunately, I can't agree with the other positive reviews at all. No reservation possible, then when we arrived and asked for a table to watch the Turkey game, the waiter reacted annoyedly. Unfortunately, service was consistently extremely inattentive and unfriendly. In fact, you could order from exactly one waiter in the large outdoor area, who was unfortunately mainly busy with the guests who he obviously knew privately. All other service staff only refer to the waiter in charge in an extremely unfriendly manner. On a positive note, the food was very tasty. However, if the table isn't cleared for almost an hour, you're constantly ignored and you don't have the opportunity to order new drinks when it's 30 degrees, no food in the world can save the overall impression. When my husband then asked for dessert, we were told by several service staff that there was no dessert, despite the fact that there were obviously desserts in the counter and about 20 minutes later several more desserts and cakes were brought out. The three of us were there spontaneously. When we arrived we first had to go to a waiter instead of someone coming to us and asking if we had a reservation or how many people we were. We were sent to one waiter who in turn sent us to another. As if we were a ping pong ball. Many service staff couldn't speak a word of German and had to converse in Turkish. Generally the service wasn't that good. The ambience, well, a lot of things thrown together, some places hadn't been completely renovated yet. So it doesn't have to be seen once.

Recently we were at The Garden Restaurant and Cafe and were very disappointed with the disrespectful behavior there. We wanted to watch the football match between Albania and Spain. When we asked the waiter if they could show the game, he said yes. But when the game started, they still hadn't turned it on. After another 20 minutes they finally put the game on, but then they told us that they could only show the Italy vs Croatia game. This was a typical Turkish lie that we immediately saw through. We understood that they don't like Albanians because they clearly showed us that, but we don't care about that at all. We will never go there again.

Arrived in groups of 6 and were the first in line. Behind us, all the groups of 4 were let in, only to be given a table for 4 people after 30 minutes, where we then sat in groups of 6. Food was cold, side dishes were initially only given to us one for 6 people. Portion of the Kuzu Sis was 7 pieces. Sisha didn't taste good either. Tables were also dirty before we arrived. After we finished eating, it wasn't even wiped over. Wooden fences are really not recommended.

This café used to be my absolute favorite place, but now everything has changed for the worse. The waiters are totally overwhelmed, especially when it's full. It seems like they have no idea how to deal with the onslaught. The entire organization leaves a lot to be desired. It's chaotic and you can tell that the staff isn't properly trained. The concept of not accepting reservations on match days is particularly annoying. This leads to long queues that are reminiscent of a club and that is just embarrassing. You stand in line forever and are then treated like trash. It seems as if you are not seen as a guest here, but as a burden. Prices have also risen dramatically. Dining here used to be a pleasure, but now it's just disappointing. I'm really sorry to say this, but I can't recommend this cafe to anyone anymore. It's really a shame what this once great place has become.

Absolute disaster in terms of organization and service. It has been known for at least over a year that a European Championship will take place in Germany. It was advertised on social media that there were no reservations for the football game. Arrived 1:15 hour before kick-off, the bad surprise - 95% of the tables were reserved/occupied!😂 Only this shop managed to put in a television in the 5th minute of the game. Meanwhile, there are still people waiting, standing in line for meters!!. Operation, service, friendliness, etc. I don't even want to talk about that because there wasn't any. I can understand when a store is full that things don't run smoothly or that things take a little longer. Of course I understand that, but that a shop with such potential unfortunately has 0% of it exploited. I personally think it's a shame. Really unfriendly staff were there on June 18th, 2024 to watch the Turkey-Georgia game. There were 4 people waiting 1 hour behind us and they were let in just because one came with a girl and then the excuse was that it was a women's area and they didn't go there don't waste your money

Real dirty shop!! Disrespectful to the point of no longer possible! Reserved months in advance for a wedding. Nothing was done despite calling and asking several times. You are left out in the rain as a wedding party. Brought in the evening before and then broken on the day of the wedding! If you talk to the cellars as a woman in German, only the man will be answered in Turkish! As a woman you are ignored! If you want to order a coffee you are told that you don't have time for it. If you then want to get up and leave you still have to pay even though you haven't received anything because you can't cancel the order!! Absolutely not recommended and not even worth one star!

Due to the high volume of customers, the food arrived a little late but was still warm and very tasty! Absolutely recommended is the grape mint pipe and the delicious various desserts. It was a great evening, thank you very much & would be happy again!

The atmosphere in this cafe is great! The food and the pipe also taste very good. The orders arrive in no time. The employees are all very nice, especially Ceren, she looks after you very warmly and keeps asking if everything is okay and if we would like something. I'm always happy to see her again.
