The hype is completely incomprehensible. I had a carrot meze, the yogurt content was way too high, and it was just cheap, mass-produced stuff (I even saw an employee carrying away this mass-produced yogurt tub). The service was also absolutely terrible. For example, while I was starting to eat my soup as a starter, they brought me the main course right away. I couldn't even eat in peace. The main course was kebab, and the food was served cold. The meat was nothing special. The bread also felt like mass-produced bread. And to top it all off, I found a hair in my food. I didn't say anything because I couldn't rule out that it was mine. Absolutely not recommended.

He anticipated our every need and his charming manner made us feel completely at ease. Such service is truly top-notch and certainly not something you can take for granted. Even though I called ahead to make an appointment, they said they didn't take appointments over the phone, but when I went, there were tables already booked. We didn't know they served individually. We waited in line outside in this weather.

I'm really disappointed. I ordered two large portions of fries, but without any prior agreement, I was charged for two small portions as large. The explanation given was that they "didn't have any more large ones." Despite this, I still had to pay the price for two large portions: €4.90 each, totaling almost €20 for four small portions. This is absolutely outrageous and not at all customer-friendly. If something isn't available, I expect at least clear communication and a fair price. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I definitely won't be ordering from there again.

Honestly, I ate a doner kebab and drank an ayran. The doner was completely covered in sauce. I'm never going back to that kind of doner kebab. And the ayran tasted like cheap Turkish food, like low-fat quark. My colleague ordered lahmacun with salad. The salad arrived after he'd finished the lahmacun. Go 200 meters further to Kebabland; it's a bit greasy, but much better than that place!

Yesterday evening I visited this place because of the 4.5 review. It was the worst decision ever in my life. I went there and ordered a Donner box. I expected they will come and ask which Donner and the sauce. After some time they brought me a plate cold Kalb Donner and cold Pommes, without any sauce. I took the plate and told the person in the entrance, the said , they will change it. Then they brought chicken Donner and Pommes and one sauce. That tasted different, I don't exactly know, but there was some foreign substances other than food ingredients. Also there was some rise in the plate. One staff was looking at me and making fun of me with another person in an unknown language to me. I reported all these, but there reply was a kind of negligence. It was a kind of racial discrimination. I am pretty sure that, they won't behave like this to local people. Furthermore, I have high fever today. I am taking rest now. I would like to delete that memory from my brain.

The restaurant makes a very good impression at first glance. The interior is beautifully decorated, very modern yet cozy. There's also an outdoor area, perfect for sitting on warm days—a definite plus for those who enjoy eating outside. We arrived spontaneously and were able to simply sit down, so we didn't need a reservation on a Sunday evening, and there was no wait either. We started off with three meze and bread on the house relatively quickly, which was a nice gesture. A particularly positive aspect was that the bread was still warm, which made the start to the meal very pleasant. However, it should be noted that some pieces of pide were too hard and dry. The meze variations were tasty and fresh, so we were looking forward to the main course. We ordered two different dishes: Çökertme with doner meat and Çökertme with lamb skewers. Both dishes were visually appealing and tasted truly delicious. The meat was well-seasoned and tender, the sauce aromatic and plentiful, although the tomato sauce in the Çökertme with doner meat was a bit too salty. But it was okay; it was edible. The crispy potato sticks under the meat went well and gave the dish a pleasant texture. Overall, the food was good due to the quality of the meat and we were impressed. But unfortunately, the service was a definite letdown. Right from the start, we noticed that the table wasn't set. When the meze and bread were served, we still had no cutlery or napkins. This was manageable for the appetizer, but when the main courses arrived, we still had none. Only after we specifically asked for cutlery was it brought to us. On top of that, the waiter didn't seem friendly at all. He spoke monotonously, without a smile or even a hint of friendliness. We weren't even looked at while he spoke to us. It felt like the staff weren't interested in serving their guests. What was particularly negative was that the chairs were pushed back and forth loudly and inconsiderately. My chair was even hit, and there was no apology; instead, they just continued wiping the next table as if nothing had happened. Overall, the food was delicious, and the meat, in particular, was of good quality. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also pleasant. However, the service was very disappointing: unfriendly, inattentive, and unprofessional. It's a shame, because this unfortunately overshadows the good food.

We complained before we started eating. They said they would make it again and took the plates back. They brought the plates back in less than two minutes. I think we encountered the same thing again. They brought them back without changing anything. We drank our drinks, left the food as is, paid our bill and left. Never again.

No value for money. And lachmacun tastes like grass, and for €10, that can't be right.
