The best steak I've ever eaten! This Jamaican pepper crust on the A la Pimienta Steak is simply to die for. The small free appetizer at the beginning gives a good first taste of the very high quality meat. There are "only" 4 stars for the ambience because it gets quite loud when it's full. However, I like the cozy atmosphere and the simple design. It feels like you're invited to dinner at your home. I always enjoy coming back!

I can only say one thing. Food great, service great. We'd love to come back

Upon entering we were immediately greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The service was excellent – ​​discreet and at the same time very attentive. The waitress always knew how to be there at the right moment without seeming intrusive. The food was an absolute delight, perfectly prepared and cooked to perfection. We chose a mixed starter platter and the 400g ribeye A LA PIMIENTA with Jamaica pepper crust and herb butter, accompanied by various side dishes. For dessert I chose a portion of pannacotta, and here too the high level of cooking was convincing. A visit to this restaurant is without a doubt highly recommended – a must for all steak lovers.

That's how we came across this restaurant, which looks inconspicuous from the outside. Upon entering we were embraced by the pleasant ambience of the small restaurant. The great service, unobtrusive and very attentive, always knew how to be there at the right moment. The food tasted excellent and was cooked to perfection. We chose the mixed starter platter, beef fillet with various side dishes and for dessert we had the lemon sorbet, a whiskey ice cream and a portion of panna cotta. Here too, the chef's skills were convincing. A visit to this restaurant is definitely highly recommended.

Inconspicuously integrated into a residential building. Actually a remodeled apartment with about 10 tables. Very friendly staff that will help you choose the right food and wine. Had a very tasty meal. The steaks were excellent and the side dishes were very balanced and well seasoned. There was no room for dessert. The wine was excellent. For a total of €160 we had a very good and extensive meal. Overall perfect. The only thing that was annoying was the subtle smell from the toilet that sometimes came across. But this happens in other restaurants too. Overall, very good steak house with a focus on Argentine products, such as wines and meat. We liked it

A very nice cozy restaurant with a very relaxing atmosphere. An outstandingly good quality of meat, 100% cooked to perfection. The shrimp was slightly overcooked, but still very tasty. We also had sweet potato fries and truffle mayonnaise. Regular fries and regular mayonnaise. Everything fresh and very tasty. A very attentive service. We like to eat steak often. It's one of the best we know. Definitely recommended.

As a vegetarian at a steak house, this will probably not be a very helpful review to all but I can honestly say that I was made to feel as welcome as all the other guests there. Our hosts went out of their way to make me feel just as welcome. The food i had was beyond excellent. The Humitas dish and the Aubigene starter must get special mentions. Wow. The wine pairing was spot on. I would definately recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone and will always remember my experience there. Thank you.

The first time, certainly not the last time, been here. Sensational food, in my case “A La Pimienta”, a steak that looks for its opponent. Tender as butter, finely textured with fat, strong in the finish with the brilliant note of pepper, fried to perfection (medium), with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and the world stands still for a moment. The service is friendly and highly professional, close to the guest but never intrusive.

If you want to find something negative, it would be that the restaurant is quite small; I do not know more. Even in terms of price, I think it's OK

Never had this type of quality in this part of Europe. The service was amazing, very kind and generous servants with amazing suggestions and the food was well served with generous portions and they have a great wine repertoire. I'll be visiting every single month so I can try the rest of the menu!

We made a reservation there because of the very good reviews. The rump steak, as it was, should never have left the kitchen. The fat edge took up about 35% of the piece and the rest was full of tendons. A new steak was then fried, which was perfectly and very well fried. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is nice, which is what you can expect in this price range. Unfortunately, we didn't have any total enthusiasm. Of the side dishes (spinach and garlic bread, as well as truffled mashed potatoes), only the latter was convincing. The 4 stars are for how the complaint was handled, otherwise it would be less.

Very satisfied! Great praise for the service: very friendly and attentive! The restaurant was full and when I got too warm, a waitress turned on the air conditioning. The food was also very tasty and the price was fair. I think it's great that they have both payment options and you can also pay in cash. The Bull Steak Expert befindet sich auf der Taubenstraße im Düsseldorfer Stadtteil Pempelfort (fußläufig zur Königsallee und zur Altstadt). Inzwischen hat das Restaurant 10 Jahre auf dem Buckel. Hier auf Tripadvisor rangiert es derzeit auf Platz 12 von 1226 Restaurants in Düsseldorf. Ich habe das Restaurant an einem Samstagabend besucht und habe auch ohne Reservierung einen schönen Platz gefunden. Allerdings bin ich erst gegen 21.00 Uhr gekommen. Zur Stoßzeit am frühen Abend dürfte eine Tischreservierung zu empfehlen sein. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist angenehm. Und auch das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Bei den Speisen spielt das Restaurant aber nicht ganz oben mit. Das Rindertatar (zum Preis von 19,- Euro) und das Rinderfilet (zum Preis von 24,- Euro für 150 Gramm, ohne Beilagen) waren geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber auch nicht mehr. Da gibt es in Düsseldorf bessere Adressen. Hervorzuheben ist hingegen der Wein. Ich hatte ein Glas Cabernet Sauvignon vom Weingut "Hacienda del Plata" aus Mendoza (Argentinien) zum Preis von 9,- Euro für 0,2 Liter. Selten habe ich einen so leckeren offenen Wein in einem Restaurant getrunken.

It looks so inconspicuous from the outside and even when you're inside it still seems so, but when the dishes arrive it blows your mind. I thought the ambience was so nice, just a cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I had the fillet with 1/2 lobster tail and both were on point, the doneness was perfect and the quality was great. It's worth reserving a table and seeing for yourself.

The burger is honestly one of the best I've ever eaten. Prices for meat are justified as it is really good quality. However, even small things like a bowl of ketchup cost €1.50 or a soft drink costs €4.

This is our first time in this restaurant, it is a typical Argentinian steakhouse, the ambiance was very good, there were place for about 30 people or so, a small cosy restaurant, we were a group of 8 people, 7 from the Nordic countries and 1 person from the Netherlands, we had a very nice time and a very delicious dinner. The service was very good, the price was normal for such good food. We all had 3 course with fine wine and some welcome drinks so the average was about 100 Euro per person which was ok.

The review speaks for itself, although it is very small and I described it as a "living room", everything fits. The service was excellent and the food was of high quality, but you have to keep in mind that the price is also appropriate. I would highly recommend this steakhouse for a company party or if you want to treat yourself to something.

It's a small and very boutique place. For this reason it is quite noisy. You want to eat and wake up quickly. The meat was delicious and the lady serving was very polite. Potato servings are quite low.

Went to the restaurant here last night. We expected more. Of course, it is always a little more difficult to be satisfied as a fillet expert and ambitious amateur chef in a restaurant. You take a closer look at all the dishes and evaluate the taste carefully. Unfortunately it didn't match the price/performance ratio. The salad was nothing special. Normal white bread with it, steak house fries were partly burnt. The Metaxa pepper sauce...too sweet and mushy. The herb butter is nothing special, especially since you get charged extra for everything. Last but not least, the fillet steak...had a firmer consistency with sinewy sections but a good grilled taste. Price performance is not given, it didn't suit us here. That's why we can only give 2 stars.

I've been happy to come back for years. I've always been satisfied. The steak is as it should be. The side dishes are good. The last whistle was missing from the salmon capaccio. The greeting from you kitchen is auspicious. The service is good. The shop is quite small and can get noisy when the tables are full. Reservations can be helpful. The prices are good for the quality. The food was spectacular. The service was great too. It is the best marinated chicken I have ever tried. The price is according to the quality of the service. There is something that particularly bothered me. I ordered some fries on the side as a side dish for the chicken. And they charged me for them... It's funny because my tip was bigger than what they charged me for those potatoes. It didn't sit well with me at all. Hence, the poor service.

Men's Steak House simply awesome.

I enjoyed the dinner, and the service was great. Received a small piece of meat in bread as a gift from the chef. Very nice way to start the meal. The beef carpaccio was really nice. Full of flavor and nicely balanced with balsamic, rickets, lemon, and a few pine nuts. The steak was cooked as ordered and was well seasoned - a rarity in Germany. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a low-key restaurant with good meat.

The food deserves five stars! Steak at its best! Very good! A menu that was lovingly designed and not overloaded. Side dishes, starters, desserts and especially the wine list are just as good and varied. The service is friendly and very accommodating. The only small drawback: the rooms are cramped. But that only bothers me subjectively. Others might even describe it as “cuddly” and therefore rate it positively.

Geweldig restaurant. Klein maar knus. Het eten is heerlijk. Het is wat prijzig maar het absoluut waard. De gamba's voor zijn overheerlijk, een absolute aanrader! De filet mignon is zo ontzettend mals, wel bijgerechten erbij bestellen anders krijg je alleen het vlees. Het dessert van chocoladecake, maakt het helemaal af!

The food is good but the service is better. They didn’t have a gluten-free option in bread but they were kind to offer carrots with cheese instead. The steak I ordered (medium) was not rested well and accumulated water at the bottom of the plate within minutes. The portions are marked out, so you have options of 200/300/400 gms depending on your appetite. The options for the sides is good but the spinach we ordered had full stems on it which made every morsel very chewy - steams of fully mature leaves should have been cut out in my opinion. Overall, I would return to the restaurant because it’s a good value. We spent about 50 € per person, including drinks and food.

Ein absolut phänomenaler und perfekter Genuss

Das ist wirklich das beste Steakhouse, das ich je in Deutschland besucht habe. Der Service ist erstklassig, die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, und die Qualität des Rindfleisches ist hervorragend. Das alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis! Auch der halbtrockene Wein war köstlich. Der Name 'Steak Expert' ist absolut verdient.

Wir hatten das Restaurant gewählt, weil es nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt war und die Karte Gutes versprach und dann einfach alles gehalten hat, was wir uns für einen schönen Ausklang zum Abend gewünscht hatten. Für mich eines der besten Rumpsteaks, die ich bisher gegessen habe (das waren schon einige), auch die Filetsteaks meiner Frau und Tochter sowie die Beilagen - hervorragend, ein echter "Geheimtip".
