Unfortunately, you forget about visiting the restaurant just because of the aquarium. Just pathetic and even if they are just fish, you can really feel sorry for them. Now to the food, the taste is okay, but the portions are clear and you save a lot, especially on expensive food. E.g. Curry with beef there were exactly 3 pieces of meat in it. It's hard to understand why this restaurant is still so busy. At least not from us anymore

Be careful with Schlemmerblock: but If you feel like being treated substandardly, ignored, not looked at and the plate felt thrown down, you've come to the right place! If you also prefer curry, which comes as a coconut water soup with very few vegetables, you've also come to the right place.

Unfortunately you can't go there anymore. The cleanliness is underground. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. It's no surprise given the prices. Our tip: First get the restaurant in shape and then serve decent food. To do this, the prices would have to be adjusted. Just cheap isn't enough. Greasy tables, sticky floors, torn T-shirts of the waiters are just a few examples. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. We're definitely not going there again.

Wir haben sehr lange auf das Essen gewartet. Es gab keine Servietten. Wir saßen neben dem Aquarium. Die Fische sind alle krank (Aquarium ist nicht geputzt). Die Bedienung ist mürrisch, kein Lächeln. Das Essen schmeckt nicht. Insgesamt ist das Lokal schmuddelig. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt, werden definitiv nicht wieder kommen und empfehlen dieses Lokal auch nicht. Nicht einmal der Preis ist ein Argument, dorthin zu gehen. Lieber etwas mehr bezahlen und einen schönen Abend genießen.

We were there for the first time today right when it opened for the evening at 5:30 p.m. The service was completely fine, the staff was friendly, the orders were processed quickly. The prices are surprisingly cheap. Now to the negative: The entire restaurant makes a dingy impression, among other things, the table was stained and smeared, the plastic placemats had stains, the light blue seat cushions were dingy, the floor of the women's toilet was dirty and sticky. One aquarium was completely empty. In the small aquarium at the back, the fish were constantly swimming on the surface. Based on my personal experience with aquariums, I had the impression that there was probably not enough oxygen in the tank. There was no O2 supply. To eat: We ordered fried beef or duck with onion, peppers, fresh peppers and roasted garlic. We got all the vegetables that were currently on the market (carrots, beans, mushrooms, bamboo, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, with 2 or 4 strips of red pepper, we couldn't find onions) with the respective type of meat. It's a shame, I expected something different based on the description. The taste of the food was completely fine. Due to the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant, I have no confidence that this is maintained in the kitchen. We will therefore not come back.

The service is now very friendly and polite. The food was good and tasty, although there wasn't enough rice for two people. Nevertheless, we would like to come back again!

Great Thai food. Large selection including 3 menus. Beer garden available. Moderate prices. Nice and quick service. You can always go there again and again.

Inexpensive lunch, but not everything good. Unfortunately the duck wasn't the same, I think the curry was ok. The prices are stable, but the food is a little less, but it's easily enough. Everything should be renovated. Very nice hosts.

We ate here with the Schlemmerblock. The Pad Thai was super delicious and tasted like Thailand.

The soups came very quickly after ordering. Unfortunately the drinks didn't arrive until about 20 minutes later, which was a shame as the outside temperature was 29 degrees and the soups were very spicy. I would have liked to have had something to drink with it. Main courses were ok. Looking for a location for a big birthday. Lemongrass is not on our shortlist.

The food was ok. Not really outstanding but not bad either. My sweet and sour chicken could have used more spice, as could the red Thai curry. The summer rolls tasted bland. The service was not particularly outstanding. The waiter (presumably the owner) seemed indifferent to us. The prices and quantities were okay. However, we were missing that special something. We won't come here anymore.

Had a very good meal today at Lemongrass with the gourmet block. We sat nicely on the terrace, the service was very friendly, the salads and the two main courses were very tasty. Given the really generous portions, the price was also absolutely right. We'll go there again, even without a voucher!

Sushi for lunch is not a good idea, you'll probably surprise the kitchen because lunch guests never seem to want that. In any case, it takes a very long time and I didn't have the impression that anything apart from the salmon was fresh but rather frozen. Next time I'd rather have something from the lunch menu.

Price and performance simply unbeatable!

The Thaihaus Lemongras scores with the food and not the ambience. The facility is clearly past its best years. Could be renovated. But the food scores even more. There are really good Thai dishes that taste very good!! Plus a very inexpensive lunch or a corresponding business time and cheap drinks. From my point of view, a clear recommendation.

We were here on Sunday evening with the voucher block and got a place without a reservation. The menu is very plentiful and the food tastes good. For me, the price-performance ratio is perfect here. The cheap drinks prices should now be mentioned positively.

This is what you get there: Low quality tasteless food served by a bad-tempered waitress. The owner tried to overcharge us with items we didn't order. We had to ask them twice to change the bill. Haven't had such a horrible experience. Not recommended.

Always a late opportunity for good food. Sometimes you miss it and the food isn't there or it's wrong. But only sometimes. The €1 deposit for the take away bowl is a hidden price increase...

Four of us had lunch there today! We could have saved ourselves that! Significantly decreased! Eat warm to cold! There have been larger portions for the money so that you didn't even manage to eat it and took it home with you! And there wasn't exactly a lot going on, but I'm not surprised if you let off so much!! just very disappointing!

We've been to Lemongrass several times now. The food is always very good and the prices are unbeatable. Drink prices in particular are at a low level. The range of lunch menus/evening menus is extensive at an unbeatable price. Had a flambéed baked ice cream at a great price

Leider hat die Qualität der Speisen erheblich abgenommen. Mein gelbes Curry mit Hühnchen Fleisch war fad im Geschmack obwohl mit 2 chillies gekennzeichnet und nach kurzer Zeit bereits kalt.

The reception was rather semi-friendly 🙄, just like the service throughout the evening. Friendliness is different but everything went quite quickly and most importantly, the food tasted great. I had the salad with tofu as a starter and the fried king prawns with lychees and pineapple, served in a pineapple boat, as my main course. Very tasty in terms of taste. Unfortunately only 2 out of 4 people at our table could say that…. The other two main courses were probably rather tasteless. I can definitely imagine coming here again to try more delicacies 😋 On the subject of cleanliness: we had nothing to complain about here.

The Thaihaus Lemongras is located in the Nuremberg North commercial area and offers Thai food and sushi. Food: Really delicious food at unbeatable prices. There is everything from sushi to soups and curry, so everyone will find something here. Also extremely tasty and cheap drinks. Service: Our food was served quickly, the service staff was nice, so no objections. Ambiance: Furniture is a bit old, it could be modernized again, then it would be really nice.

The starters are very delicious and served quickly. Unfortunately, the main courses, whether noodles, duck or curry, didn't convince me. I've been there several times and have tried a different dish each time. It could also be that I'm just not a fan of Thai food. But my companion really likes it here. Waitress experience: A bit rough and mouthy. Otherwise always nice but probably doesn't like these voucher books or just had a bad day, but we had to wait longer than all the other guests. I ordered something with duck and rice but unfortunately I was 4 spoonfuls full and wanted to take it with me. There was still the whole plate and the whole bowl of rice left, I only got half of it. I then assume that the rice was either thrown away or the other guests got it. What else is going to happen to the bowl of rice? After this experience, I don't like going there anymore. And for parking: There is no one of our own. It's a residential area and you can always find something there. The tevi parking lot next to it is taboo, there is a barrier.

In the restaurant we visited, we were impressed by the lively atmosphere and the delicious food. Every dish tasted very good and was also beautifully presented. However, the waiting time of more than an hour spoiled the experience. Despite the delay, the quality of the food left a positive impression.

Noch nie so etwas erlebt. Warum gehen diese Leute in den Schlemmerblock, wenn sie diese Kunden nicht bedienen? Wir wurden konsequent ignoriert. Beim Reinkommen wurde uns der reservierte Tisch nicht gezeigt. Eine Karte (völlig zerfleddert) bekamen wir erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen. (nach ca. 20 Minuten) Das war's. Wir waren 2 Stunden da und bekamen kein Essen. Während alle um uns herum bedient wurden (ohne Gutscheinbuch!) Nach ca. 1 1/2 Stunden haben wir gefragt, ob wir vergessen wurden. Keine Antwort. Nach 2 Stunden habe ich gefragt, ob und wenn ja, wann das Essen kommt. Das wisse man nicht, bekamen wir zur Antwort. Wir haben dann die Getränke bezahlt und sind gegangen. Insgesamt waren wir von 18.45 Uhr bis 21.00 Uhr dort und mussten am Ende ohne Essen gehen

We have been visiting this restaurant for years and are always satisfied. Unfortunately the facility is already getting old. The owner and her children are very nice. The dishes are always beautifully prepared. Everything is fresh and very tasty. Price performance also explicitly fits Lunch special. The three of us paid 32 euros for lunch. Absolutely fair.

We dined here on a Saturday evening. The order was taken after about 20 minutes, but at the same time we were moved because a reservation was forgotten and our table was needed for a larger company. Then we had to wait over an hour for our starter. We were asked if we wanted new drinks after sitting in front of empty glasses for half an hour. The main course came relatively quickly - we got the main course 25 minutes after the starter was cleared away. The service was simply completely overwhelmed. The food didn't taste bad in general, but we did miss the typical Asian spice.

I can actually only shake my head at some of the comments here in the review. The food was too lukewarm, the table wasn't clean, it was served with sweatpants on, the service was unfriendly etc etc. I had dinner with a friend at Lemongrass on a Friday evening. I also always went to Lemongrass with my family, so I was a regular there 30 to 35 years ago. In short: the service was very fast and friendly, her son (?) was in a relaxed, comfortable, attractive outfit and very friendly, the food was really tasty and the table was clean. And there are parking problems if you want to park right in front of the restaurant and don't want to walk 100 meters to the car. In any case, I'm glad that lemongrass has been around for so long.

Schönes Lokal und lecker Essen. Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass das Essen etwas wärmer hätte sein können. Gerne wieder.

Bedienung war sehr schroff. Hat genuschelt und war dann genervt wenn man es nicht verstanden hat. Als ich gefragt habe, ob es auch nicht so scharf ginge wirkte sie noch genervter... Als der Salat ankam, den wir uns eigentlich teilen wollten hatte ich kein Besteck. Bedinung weit und breit nicht in Sicht... Nachdem das Essen falsch gebracht wurde bekam ich ein neues, bei dem vermutlich das Fleisch einfach nur rausgefischt wurde. Das Essen an sich war ziemlich Standart. Weder gut noch schlecht. Für den Preis okay. Ambiente ist auch okay... Alles in einem wars ganz okay, bis auf die Bedinung.

Larb Gai geschmacklich gut, im Verhältnis zuviel Eisberg Salat zuwenig Hühnchen Fleisch. Bedienung könnte freundlicher sein. Preise sind okay.

Heute ente bestellt zum abhollen mit pikanter Soße aber war wie Wasser... gebratene Nudeln, nach nix geschmeckt und bei der Ente das gleiche ...

Ich war jahrelang nicht mehr im Lemongrass gewesen und durch das Gutscheinbuch wieder aufmerksam geworden gestern hin gegangen. Es war brechend voll, also ohne Reservierung macht es keinen Sinn hinzugehen. Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Nur 1 Bedingung und als Aushilfe, so wie es aussah 2 Söhne in Jogginghose zum bedienen. Zum Bestellen mussten wir warten und auf die Getränke auch, zum nachbestellen von Getränken, Personal angesprochen, der kein Deutsch verstand...die könnten wesentlich mehr Umsatz machen, wenn sie öfters an den Tischen vorbei kommen würden und ansprechbar wären. Auf die Vorspeise mussten wir 1,5 Stunden warten. Das Essen selber war sehr lecker. Und die Hauptspeise kam ca. nach 1 3/4 Stunden. Was da das einzige unangenehme war, es kam eine Reisschale, die schon gebraucht war und keine frische aus der Küche. Ich habe dss umgehend moniert und das wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Fazit, das Essen war gut. Der Service maßlos überfordert. Die Toiletten könnten sauberer sein. Ich weiß nicht ob ich nochmal komme.

Schönes Thaihaus in Nürnberg. Das Essen ist gut, der Service sehr freundlich. Man sitzt ziemlich eng, aber damit kommt man schnell zu Recht. Die Preise für die heutige Zeit sind sehr gut. Parkplätze an der Straße, allerdings sehr rar.

Leckeres Essen, große Portionen, superfreundlicher Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war lecker und mit knackigen Gemüse. Allerdings haben wir ab Bestellung fast 1 1/2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten müssen. Ich denke in diesem Restaurant fehlt es an Servicepersonal.

Sehr leckeres und meiner Meinung nach authentisches thailändisches Essen (dürfte etwas schärfer sein, denn die Sauce zum nachwürzen auf den Tischen ist nix... zumindest bei der höchstes Stufe auf der Karte, wenn jemand nicht scharf ist wird er das nicht bestellen, wenn das jemand bestellt erwartet er sehr scharf!) Sehr gutes und reichlichen Essen

Leider hat es Freitag Abend alles viel zu lange gedauert. 2,5 Stunden für ein Abendessen, ohne Vorspeise. Auf Nachtisch hatten wir dann keine Lust mehr. Hoffe das war eine einmalige Ausnahme. Wir kommen sonst echt gerne.

Preiswertes Thai-Restaurant (nicht nur zur happy hour Mo-Fr 17.30 Uhr bis 19.30 Uhr). Geschmacklich 1a, die Gerichte mit Ente waren sehr lecker! Das Gemüse war vielfältig und bissfest. Das Dessert (schwarzer Klebereis mit Mango u. Kokossoße) schmeckte ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.Ganz nebenbei: Wo bekommt man heute noch ein Bier (0,5) für 2,80 €? Geht doch, oder?

Alles hat wie in Thailand geschmeckt.

Wer authentisches Thai-Essen sucht meidet das Restaurant. Eher asiatisches Allerlei gibt es hier. Und man muss Glück haben alle angegebene Zutaten im Gericht auch zu bekommen - Thaibasilikum schien aus zu sein. Stolzer Preis für mittelmäßiges Essen.

Essen war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Service könnte netter sein.

Das Essen war sehr gut und relativ preisgünstig. Auch am Service gab es nichts auszusetzen. Die Einrichtung ist relativ einfach gehalten. Leider liegt das Restaurant an einer relativ viel befahrenen Straße. Parkplätze gibt es aber in der Nähe genügend.
