Mai 2026 mir war im Gastraum zum dritten Mal kalt,weil keine Heizung an war und die Tür zur Terrasse und die Küchen- Tür offen stand. DURCHZUG ! DARUM WERDEN WIR NICHT MEHR EINKEHREN. ESSEN WAR GUT.

Wir waren von der Aussicht und dem Ambiente ganz begeistert. Leider war der Service auf der Terrasse unterirdisch. Es hat 10 min gedauert bis eine Bedienung kam, obwohl fast nichts los war. Auf unsere Nachfrage sagte die Dame, Ich sage der Kollegin Bescheid. Beim Bezahlen wieder warten, die Bedienung verschwand erst noch mit Zigarette um die Ecke. Für uns daher nicht wieder.

Wir sind jedes Jahr einmal dort. Das ist ein Muss. Das Essen ist lecker, die Aussicht ist toll und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank 👍

Man kann toll in der Sonne sitzen, aufs Meer schauen und leckere Sachen essen und trinken. Egal ob Mittagessen oder Kaffee und Kuchen.

6 Euro für ein Stück Tiefkühltorte. Glatte 6. Aber ein netter Ausblick.

Bedienungen waren beide Male sehr freundlich. Essen war auch lecker.

Die Aussicht ist super. Das Essen kam schnell. Leider fehlte uns etwas der Salat auf den Tellern als Beilage. Auf Nachfrage, ob man vielleicht wenigstens 1-2 Salatblätter bekommen könnte, wurden wir auf den Vorspeisensalat, der zusätzlich kostete verwiesen. Essen war sonst aber i.o.

Service Speisen und Eis empfehlenswert. Mehrblick von der Terrasse durch vorgelagerten Hotel eingeschränkt.

Wir wollten abends nur eine Kleinigkeit essen. Das Terrassenkaffee ist von außen absolut unscheinbar. Nach hinten zur Ostsee geht eine riesige Terrasse - wirklich toll. Es war abends, ca. 19:30. Da denkt man auch weniger an ein Café. Die Karte außen hat uns aber überredet mal zu probieren. Wer für einen überschaubaren Betrag (für Usedom) ein leckeres Essen, ein gutes Rostocker Dunkel und eine ruhige Atmosphäre haben will, ist hier richtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war lecker und reichlich. Der Ausblick zur Ostsee einfach nur genial. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung.

Waren gestern dort essen...Wurden nett bedient, unsere Fellnasen durften auch rein... Die Speisen waren so lala, hätten heißer sein können...Der Fisch unserer Mutter hingegen war ungenießbar, Seelachsfilet hart und todgebraten und voller Gräten, Kartoffeln trocken und hinsichtlich Salatgarnitur ist noch Luft nach oben...War ne halbe Portion für immerhin stolze 15€. Man kann dort essen wenn man nicht anspruchsvoll ist.

Wir waren zum Mittag dort, Preis-Leistung fanden wir super. Die Aussicht ist top, der Service war mega freundlich.

Wir waren heute zum Abend hier. Essen war sehr enttäuschend. An jeder Imbissbude hätte ich genauso gegessen. Fertigprodukte aus der Fritteuse. Kein Händchen fürs Anrichten einer einfachen Mahlzeit. Mir fehlte einfach auch nur ein Blättchen Salat mit etwas Deko. Bedienung war nett. Wir werden zum Abendessen nicht wieder kommen.

Immer eine tolle Empfehlung in Heringsdorf. Vorallem lieben wir seit Jahren die Senfeier. Der Tag ist Fisch ist auch sehr zu empfehlen wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seit den 60 zigern komme ich regelmäßig ins Terrassenkaffee. Hier habe ich mit 16 mein erstes Bier getrunken und gelernt, dass waagerecht liegende Schnapsflaschen noch was hergeben. Ach wenn sich in der Zwischenzeit hier vieles geändert hat, auf das kurze Gefühl der Erinnerung möchte ich nicht verzichten. Und auf die Usedomer Fischplatte. 😀

Zwei Sterne für den wirklich schönen Ausblick. Das Essen hat sehr nachgelassen. Wir waren mittags da. Backfisch, Fischstäbchen, Schnitzel - überall Pommes dazu. Alles sehr fettig, ohne etwas Frisches (wie einer kleinen Salat Beilage) angerichtet und daher eher wie im Fastfood Restaurant. Geschmacklich den hohen Preis nicht wert. Den Service empfanden wir als reserviert und abarbeitend. Das Kind wurde ignoriert. Vielleicht hat die Servicekraft einfach einen schlechten Tag gehabt...Naja...Knapp 8€ für eine eiskalte Flasche Wasser krönte das ganze noch... Wir werden uns beim nächsten Mal etwas anderes suchen.

Wir waren im April da Essen und fanden es lecker, obwohl es teuer war. Wir haben im Oktober unsere Kinder eingeladen. Das Essen war richtig schlecht. Mein Backfisch trocken und geschmacklos. Die Pommes waren lasch und nicht richtig fritiert. Das Essen der anderen war ebenfalls lieblos und ohne Geschmack. Auf keinem Teller befand sich Gemüse, nicht einmal ein Salatblatt oder ein Gürkchen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Die Krönung war das Flaschenwasser mit 7,80€. Tut uns leid, aber wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder dahin. Denn wir haben pro Essen zwischen 16 und 23€ bezahlt. So ungesunden Essen bekommt man bei Fastfoodketten billiger.

Hat mir gut gefallen und war wie ich es auch von einer Autoraststätte erwartet habe ! ICH sage nur macht weiter so !

Sehr schönes Café mit wunderbaren Ausblick. Das essen war sehr lecker.

Waren zu Fünft unterwegs mit Kleinkind und Platzreservierung, ohne wäre auch problemlos gewesen. Bedienung war freundlich und schnell zur Stelle, das ist bis zum Verlassen der Gastlichkeit auch so geblieben, daher zwischen Bestellungen und Lieferungen an den Tisch keine erwähnenswerte Wartezeiten. Fünf verschiedene Speisen wurden serviert und wurden von Allen für lecker befunden, u.a. Schollenfilet mit Senfsoße, Ostseezanderfilet mit Bratkartoffeln und verschiedene Kürbisgerichte. Wir waren hier nicht das erste Mal und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Aussicht ist wirklich schön und das Personal war freundlich. Geschmacklich war das Essen für mich allerdings eher durchschnittlich, und die recht hohen Preise fand ich im Verhältnis zur Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Insgesamt ein gemischter Eindruck – positiv wegen Lage und Service, aber kulinarisch aus meiner Sicht nur Mittelmaß.

Das Essen war durchschnittlich, Preis-Leistung stimmt da nicht. Zum Teil Tiefkühlware und einige Komponenten( Gurkenscheiben, Rucola)des Salates waren nicht mehr ganz frisch. Wahrscheinlich sollte man in einem Café, Kuchen und Kaffee bestellen.

Lecker Essen, beste Bratkartoffeln und auch angemessene Preise. Nicht zu vergessen, die wunderbare Aussicht auf die See, sowohl aus dem Lokal und erst recht, von der Terrasse aus.

Der Irish Coffee war perfekt! Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblick, sehr netter Bedienung, einfach zum wohlfühlen.

Wir waren mal wieder hier und haben uns auf das Essen gefreut. Allerdings waren wir sowas von enttäuscht ! Das Essen hat stark nachgelassen . Die Bandnudeln mit Filetspitzen waren garnicht lecker . Bratkartoffeln oder Bauernfrühstück war okay . Das Personal war nett ,wirkte aber gestresst. 3 Tische ganz vorn waren immer reserviert ,aber als Gäste danach fragten waren sie dann plötzlich nicht mehr reserviert.

Der Kuchen war sehr lecker und der Milchkaffee war sogar sehr gut. Leider war der männliche Teil der Bedienung nicht grade aufmerksam. Bei zwei besetzen Tischen auf der Terrasse fehle wohl die Lust. Schade

Man sitzt auf der Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Ostsee und die Seebrücke. Die Fischsuppe war sehr lecker und als kleine Mahlzeit mittags ausreichend.

Wir haben hier Tee und Desserts gegessen. Die Desserts waren lecker. Der Tee war tatsächlich ein Teebeutel, anders als auf der Speisekarte als loser Tee in einer Kanne angegeben. Das Lokal hat eine Terrasse mit Meerblick.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the food. The fried potatoes were mushy, not crispy, and the breaded redfish was raw inside, with a mushy coating. The food was returned without any problems. The view of the Baltic Sea is beautiful, and the beer is freshly tapped.

Two stars only because the staff was quite friendly and the view was quite nice. I had Baltic zander with fried potatoes for €26. The fish was dry and almost tough around the edges, and I can't imagine the fried potatoes were made with fresh potatoes. My son had rice pudding, and I doubt that was homemade either. We paid €106 for two adults and two children for a main course and one or two drinks each. At those prices, I expect the food to be homemade with fresh ingredients.

We wanted to stop there for coffee, like we have done in recent years. However, no one made any effort to serve us, and when we saw the prices, we left. €6 or €6.50 for a slice of cake, I find it rather outrageous. For €20, you could have had aspic with fried potatoes. Yes, I know, minimum wage, staff shortages, energy prices, and so on. But in my opinion, it's over the top. A shame.

The view from the terrace was fantastic. Everything else, unfortunately, was not. Not recommended. A real shame!

A place with a nostalgic air – unfortunately, without substance. It was sobering. For prices that suggest artisanal quality and loving preparation, you get frozen goods and average coffee. It borders on extortion. Cup of coffee €3.80 Pot of coffee €5.30 Cake €6-€6.50 I've traveled a lot, but this is truly amazing. That's not possible, even in a tourist area like this. One can only hope that the market will opt for real quality in the long run – and undermine such concepts. The star for the view, truly beautiful.

I think it's outrageous to charge 20 euros for 2 cups of coffee and 2 pieces of cake just because you can see the sea

With a view of the Baltic Sea, you couldn't have eaten better...and I had the chicken, and I have to say, we've rarely eaten so much...the waitress was super nice and very hard-working...the food and drinks came very quickly... Definitely worth a visit.

We came here twice without an appointment in March. However, we were always served in a friendly and courteous manner. The food and drinks were excellent and delicious every time.

Meals: The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including meat, fish, etc. Service: The service was a bit hectic, probably due to the increasing number of guests. However, it's important to have a few words for each guest.

We had dinner at the terrace cafe today and were very disappointed with the value for money. Pike-perch with fried potatoes on a relatively small plate...like a senior's portion (really NOTHING else on the plate...no lettuce or anything like that) for almost €26! My husband bought a fish sandwich afterward. I had mustard egg with three eggs, all cooked blue inside...for just under €14. The view of the Baltic Sea is wonderful, and the only service inside and outside! was super nice...but we've now canceled the restaurant because we were dissatisfied...

We came to have coffee and wanted to enjoy the beautiful view. The waitress was super nice, the coffee and apple strudel were delicious. We'd love to come back.

The food was really great. Everything was great and again at any time. The view of the Baltic Sea is a dream. A little more attention on the terrace. The presence of the waitress always makes the guest feel comfortable.

Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, otherwise we would have been able to enjoy the wonderful view on the terrace right on the beach. Very attentive, friendly service. We chose the terrace coffee because of the beautiful view. I ordered the waffles with sea buckthorn sauce, which also tasted good. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the service left a lot to be desired and seemed rather annoyed. It couldn't have been due to stress because we were pretty much the only guests. After we requested the bill and expressed the desire to pay by card, the nice woman shook her head and turned around and got the debit machine. The tip then disappeared back into my pocket.

Beautiful view and delicious cakes. Waffles with cherries and vanilla ice cream. Please note, the cherries are served cold here, but can also be warmed if desired. You just have to know it.

We were very excited. The staff gave us a friendly welcome and the food was delicious. I can recommend it to everyone.

We had sour meat with fried potatoes and tagliatelle in pumpkin feta sauce. Both were nothing, the ribbon noodles tasteless and carelessly stirred together in an indefinable mush sauce. The sour meat: from a can, the fried potatoes were swimming in fat. Price together with a rhubarb spritzer €38. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

It's ok, nothing special, nice view

For anyone who likes simpler cuisine with accents from the GDR, this is the place for you! We ate here twice... you sit directly on the sun terrace with a direct view of the Baltic Sea (simply wonderful)! The food is good and the service is also good for the price-performance ratio in Heringsdorf. From our point of view, there is nothing to complain about here... A little tip... if you want to sit in the front row, just make a reservation in advance...

The food (zander & redfish) was neither seasoned nor properly fried. The fried potatoes were drowning in the old fat, which made the whole thing less than edible. We didn't feel well after that. Overall very disappointing. The service also seemed stressed and focused more on quick processing and changing guests rather than on a pleasant atmosphere. Very disappointing!

Light and shadow. My non-alcoholic sea buckthorn wheat was served with alcohol. Afterwards, however, an apology was made... It can happen. There was definitely some ready-made powder from Maggie or Knorr in the fish soup. It tastes just like the herb sauce for pan fish at grandma's. And the glutamate sticks stubbornly in the mouth... even despite the subsequent beer rinse. The service was pithy but good. So if you expect fine dining, you should give the restaurant a wide berth. But I found it refreshing. However, the ambience on the terrace is magical because of the view. It almost doesn't get any better. Conclusion: drink - yes. Food - well

A really nice view of the Baltic Sea. The food was very tasty, I would go there again.

We ordered baguette and herb dip for €4 each! Unfortunately the baguette was from the supermarket, not baked and for €4 it was WAY too little. A dessert bowl full of diluted herb quark was served as a herbal dip. The view if you get a seat on the edge is fantastic and the staff were mostly friendly. At least until we announced that we would just stick with what we ordered.

We were guests at the Terrassenkaffee from August 2nd - August 5th, 2024. Very nice rooms, loving care and great breakfast. Every customer request was promptly fulfilled. We have been going to Heringsdorf for over 30 years and always look forward to it. To all the complainers here, it should be known to everyone that there is a shortage of staff in this industry. And frozen products are used in almost every restaurant, not just here. And finally I would like to mention here. If you go out for a leisurely and relaxed meal and maybe enjoy the great view of the sea, you don't need WiFi at this time, just enjoy and chat, even if it's a bit old-fashioned these days. View quite nice. The cakes were below average and unfortunately from the freezer (cheese as well as gooseberry cake). The waffles were a bit dark and not Belgian. 4€ For a small cappuccino you probably have to take it because of the location. Service was friendly and good.

The waiters have passed on us, because a little girl called them, and it seems that it bothered them too much to serve us, after waiting for about 15 minutes and having the next table served up to two times, we decided to leave.

Of course, the restaurant thrives on its location and the view over the Baltic Sea. However, we were very disappointed, apart from long waiting times, the food was not what we expected. I would have gotten better Baltic Sea zander with fried potatoes for 25.00 euros at some fast food outlets. So dear team, less is often more, reduce seats and better team in the kitchen...

Anyone who spends their holidays in Heringsdorf or Usedom MUST stop here! First of all, the great view of the Baltic Sea! (If you can sit at the front) Then the cake and coffee! Heimbs coffee is served here, an old coffee roaster from Braunschweig and the cake is simply unbeatable! Be sure to try the marzipan cake! A dream with poppy seeds, cherries, cream! Everything else was great too! Prices are accordingly but not in the upper price segment! I'll be there again on my next Usedom vacation!

I'm on holiday in Heringsdorf for the first time. Discovered the terrace coffee by chance. The 5 stars are completely justified, rather not enough. The staff was friendly, quick, the food was delicious. The price-performance ratio is right here. Keep it up, I'd love to come back
