Great food, very good friendly service. Gladly again.

Service bad... because... it felt like I had been to Greece 1000 times, the warmth was totally missing. Trip to Grafenberg to eat... you come as a guest and leave as a friend... the food here was below average... should be I'll take a long time to clarify all this...Didn't order any wine...there were already great comments from the staff!!! Doesn't matter ... FOOD wasn't really tasty...I asked for an Altbier (why no wine was the answer), there is no Altbier here at the moment, because of a change...ok, that's a shame, I and my wife thought...then unfortunately 2 small pilsners...... Later there were 5 small Pils 0.3L for 25 € ......drinking slowly it's something special....food from 1-10 ......maybe 5, unless you're a celebrity...then Things are much better here....as I said, use Google maps and reserve early in Grafenberg at the Greek restaurant and you won't want to go anywhere else.....even we from Lohausen like to drive longer.....but friendliness, Price-performance ratio is right and the salad, for example, is not just made from the cheapest greens that I would give to a rabbit....Next Christmas party with 20 people, definitely not here...it's a shame

I had the pleasure of visiting Taverna Toxotis in Düsseldorf and it was a fantastic experience! The restaurant offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying authentic Greek cuisine. The menu is varied and offers a wide range of traditional Greek dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive service. The staff always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The quality of the food was excellent - from the delicious mezedes to the fresh salads to the hearty meat and fish dishes, everything was perfectly prepared. Another highlight was the quiet and relaxed atmosphere, which makes the visit a special experience. I can recommend Taverna Toxotis to anyone who is in Düsseldorf and is looking for a first class Greek restaurant. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The food is delicious and the service is good. The only thing I personally have to complain about is the price/performance ratio. It's just overpriced. But maybe it's also because it's in Düsseldorf and you pay for the exclusivity. But that's my personal feeling.

Hello everyone, I have known the Toxotis restaurant for several years. At that time the restaurant was on the Theodor Heuss Bridge. The food has always been of high quality. I still have to pay tribute to this today. Anyone who wants to eat quality Greek specialties is in good hands here. The ambience is also very good. It feels like a taverna in Greece. In my opinion, the restaurant only values ​​a solvent and well-off clientele. Prices have exploded completely in recent years. You won't get enough of the simple dishes, which cost well over EUR 20.00. You can no longer get a side salad plate either. To fill you up you need the full program from starters to dessert. The drink prices are exorbitant. So, a really nice place. But basically only suitable for Ferrari and Porsche drivers. Best regards Thorsten Schunder

Sadly not a lot options on the menu, especially for Kids and vegetarians/vegans. We also got the wrong order and the potatoes were very oily and too sweet. The service and all around atmosphere was nice though.

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience in this house today. We were there for the first time. Unfriendly employee on the phone when reserving a table. The food is good, but in my opinion the service was very condescending towards us, unfriendly and made inappropriate comments when he took our order. Another waiter seemed very restless and frantically served us the food. We felt like we were unwanted here. Eat quickly, pay and leave… we will never visit this house again.

Unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars because of the cellar we had, although we asked in advance if it was okay that we only had a drink, he said yes. Nous avions réservé avant le match de l'équipe de France lors de l'Euro 2024. A l'accueil ils n'ont pas trouvé trace de notre réservation. Placé alors dans une salle hyper bruyante où les serveurs passent à côté de vous en vous ignorant royalement. Les enfants courant sur du parquet en bois plus la télé à fond pour suivre un match donnent une idée du volume sonore. Au bout de 10 minutes on a préféré plier bagage et aller dans un resto voisin. J'ai du mettre une étoile mais en fait il ne la mérite même pas. Grosse déception pour apparemment un des meilleurs restos grecs de Düsseldorf.

The food is good but very unimaginatively prepared. Our waiter was very attentive and served us well, but the other colleagues didn't look like they were enjoying their job.

Katastrophale Serviceleistung des Personals ! Besuch am 1. Juni 2024. Leider konnte ich den Namen des betreffenden Kellers nicht feststellen. Wir saßen am Fenster, Eingang rechte Seite, an der Wand, Uhrzeit 18.30h, drei Personen. 1.) Unsere Reservierung war nicht aufzufinden, wir wurden dann doch platziert. 2.) Nach Aufnahme unserer Bestellung für die Vorspeisen verschwand der Kellner mit dem mürrischen Kommentar " das war alles ?". Er hat sich um unsere weiteren Bestellungen nicht gekümmert, erst ein anderer Kellner hat dann gnädig unsere Hauptgänge aufgenommen, nach Aufforderung ! 3.) Wir bestellten ein Pils, ein Alt und ein Glas Wein. Es wurde ohne zu fragen eine Flasche Wein an den Tisch gebracht, die wir nicht bestellt hatten ! 4.) Nach langem Warten wurde dann endlich auch das Tischgedeck mit Oliven und Brot gebracht, nach ca. 30 Minuten. Es bestand kein Interesse, uns nach weiteren Getränken zu fragen ! Unser Tisch wurde komplett ignoriert ! 5.) Nach dem Verzehr der Hauptspeisen wurde unser Tisch nicht abgeräumt, wir saßen noch ca. eine Stunde vor leerem Geschirr, ohne dass man uns nach Dessert oder weiteren Getränken fragte. Kein Danke, keine Nachfrage ob es geschmeckt hat, keine Verabschiedung. Das Verhalten des Kellners war arrogant, unfreundlich und herablassend. Während des Bezahlvorgangs drehte er uns ohne Kommentar den Rücken zu. Wir wohnen in Düsseldorf- Stockum, nach diesen negativen Erfahrungen werden wir das Lokal nicht mehr besuchen, unsere Nachbarn informieren und entsprechende Bewertungen auf diversen Website-Portalen einstellen. Auch mein Geburtstag mit zwanzig Personen wird nicht bei TOXOTIS stattfinden ! Abschließend noch ein paar Worte zu den Preisen: Wir halten die Preisgestaltung für extrem überzogen. TOXOTIS entwickelt sich zu einem reinen Messerestaurant, mit einer ahnungslosen Kundschaft, die mangels Alternativen die Preise akzeptiert. Den Begriff "Abzocke" möchte ich hier nicht in den Vordergrund stellen. Die Minibeilagen sind eine Unverschämtheit, ein paar Kartoffelscheiben und etwas Gemüse. Zusammenfassung: Qualität der Speisen nur teilweise gut, Beilagen klein und schlecht ! Service: Der schlechteste Service den ich jemals in einem Restaurant erlebt habe ! Unglaublich ! Preise: Exorbitant überzogen, reine Messepreise, Stockumer sollten den Laden wirklich meiden. NIE WIEDER !

We had dinner here after a visit to the Aquazoo. For 12.50 there was a delicious meal with salad. Souvlaki skewer highly recommended. The staff was very friendly and the service was completely okay.

Varied map. Everything from fish, lamb, chicken and different souvlaki variants are represented. My wife's lamb skewer was perfect and my souvlaki was tender and delicious. The red wine (Mylopotamus) we ordered went very well. The service was unobtrusive but almost always present. We sat on the street, but there was hardly any traffic disturbing the ambience. Everything is still within reasonable price, except for the water prices. (7.90 euro bottle of mineral water). We will come back in any case.

It is always a great pleasure when we are in Düsseldorf for the beauty fair, a must visit to Taverna Toxotis, the food is a delight of the highest quality. The service team tried their best despite the restaurant being full!!! Kitchen delivered the food on time even though the store was full. After asking if we could get additional bread, we received a friendly smile from the person who brought us the bread immediately. Everything perfect!!! So we can give it 5 stars+. We will be back.

For years it has been the first port of call in Düsseldorf when it comes to Greek specialties (especially fish and seafood). Been there again after a long time. The food selection (including the daily menu) was generous, the service was correct and the fish was also good.

Excellent Greek Tavern a few minutes from the center of Dusseldorf. The baby calamari as a starter and the lamb souvlaki with potatoes are recommended.

Every time we visit Düsseldorf we are always drawn to Taverna Toxotis, an authentic Greek restaurant in Stockum, near the trade fair. As long-time guests, we can confirm: the quality remains consistently high. Today for lunch we once again had the pleasure of enjoying the delicious food. The souvlaki with fries and side salad was fresh, spicy and simply delicious - a real culinary delight. The combination of tender meat, perfectly seasoned fries and a fresh salad is always a pleasure. And the home-baked bread with olives and olive oil in advance? Simply irresistible! Not only the quality of the food, but also the price-performance ratio is excellent. The prices have been stable for years and are more than fair for the quality offered. Although we can't say anything about the peak times during the trade fair or the evening operations, as we have only been there at lunchtime, our experiences at this time of day were consistently positive. In short, Taverna Toxotis is a real insider tip for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Greek cuisine in a cozy atmosphere in Düsseldorf. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

After the fair we went here for dinner, service unfortunately unfriendly, the food was ok but nothing special... No recommendation.

We went to the restaurant as a group today. The menu (at least during the fair boat) was very limited for a Greek restaurant. In terms of price, the dishes served were exorbitantly overpriced and there was a lack of any visual attention (lettuce leaves, cucumbers or tomatoes) on the plates. My wife was not served the side dish, the potatoes with the liver she ordered, and was not delivered despite a direct complaint. Complaints were made again during the payment process and the court still insisted on payment. The quality of the food was more in line with that of a simple ToGo grill. In any case, friendliness needs to be worked on, argues the staff with a flimsy legal opinion and quickly becomes abusive. A total no go, never again...

Erstklassiges griechises Restaurant. Die habrn nicht viel auf die Karte, aber das was sie haben wird mit viel Rafiness vorbereitet. Die Preise sind auch dementschprechend.

Sólo tomamos unos cafés pero el sitio se ve muy bien y tiene pinta de que se come bien allí. El servicio, un poco lento.

Griechische Küche, mit wenig Liebe angerichtet. Serviert wurde in einem Anbau, der einem Gewächshaus glich. Keine Tischdecken auf den Tischen. Die Getränke wurden zügig nachgeliefert. Keine echte Überzeugung. Werde das Lokal aber bestimmt noch ein zweites Mal testen, da es unweit der Messe Düsseldorf liegt.

Super Grieche! Wenn ich wieder in Düsseldorf bin, komme ich wieder. Super Geschmack, Fleisch toll, Super Service..sehr zu empfehlen.

Not an expert in Greek food. But the white fish was grilled really well. With Correctly cooked végétales, perfect potatod. Busy place. Good service.

Heerlijk gegeten, verrassend goed. Wij zaten alleen bij de deur die steeds open en dicht ging en dat was echt koud. Doordat het erg druk was hadden we weinig keus. Wij hadden ook veel te veel besteld. Jammer want het was super lekker.

Das Essen ist super! Das Lokal war auch an einem Montag gut gefüllt. Leider waren die Kellner nicht sehr aufmerksam!! Die Qualität der Speisen hat den Gesamteindruck aber erheblich aufgewertet! Ich würde mich nächstes Mal aber nicht mehr ans Fenster setzen. Weg und Blickfeld sind für die Kellner offensichtlich ungünstig. 😉

Qualitativ gutes Essen. An Sonntagen gibt es eine eigene Speisekarte, preislich noch akzeptabel. Der Service war nicht besonders herzlich.

La cucina tedesca si sa, non è delle migliori. Consigliato da un fornitore, decidiamo di cenare in questo locale Greco. Cucina buona, finalmente molto più leggera dei mattoni locali. Antipasti ottimi, secondi piatti di qualità e ben cucinati. Personale un po’ freddo e molto sbrigativo, migliorando questo aspetto sicuramente sarebbe stato ottimo. Buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo, indubbiamente. Consigliato per chi, come noi, si trova a soggiornare in città per diversi giorni e vuole mangiare qualcosa di buono!

Das Mussaka schmeckt sehr gut, auf der Terasse war es recht laut

Es war nicht schlecht , habe aber auch schon weit aus besser gegessen . Service war aufmerksam und freundlich .

Wir waren vor Ort mit einer gemischten Gruppe in einer Größe von 11 Personen. Nachdem wir zum Tisch geleitet worden sind, wurden wir umgehend nach Getränken gefragt OHNE ÜBERHAUPT mal eine Karte gezeigt zu bekommen. Die Getränke wurden zügig geliefert und natürlich prompt auch noch eines vergessen. Dieses wurde dann nach 10 Minuten nachgeliefert zusammen mit den Karten. Das ich das Karte nenne ist eigentlich schon völlig übertrieben. Wir reden hier von 8 Seiten Getränke/ Nachtisch und einem EINLEGEFLYER mit Gerichten. Gut wir haben alle was gefunden, aber der Hinweis das es als Beilage nur Kartoffel in Scheiben oder als Gebackene Versiob gibt, wäre nett gewesen. Nachdem wir dann 45 Minuten dann nicht mehr zu trinken bestellen konnten, baten wir um die Rechnung. Diese wurde dann als komplett Rechnung einfach auf den Tisch gelegt, selbst der Hinweis das wir getrennt bezahlen wollten wurde völlig ignoriert für weitere 10 Minuten. Die Absolute Frechheits-Krone wurde dann aufgesetzt als wir dann wie die letzten Menschen zur Kasse zitiert wurden, weil sich keiner in der Lage sah eine Rechnung auf 5 Paare aufzuteilen. Ganz ehrlich jeder Mac Donalds ist Kundenfreundlicher Organisiert, aber hier sieht man halt das Perfekte Beispiel für Quantität statt Qualität. Für Uns steht fest 1 mal und nie wieder. Selbst ein Stern ist hier noch zu viel

Nun komme ich seit über 30 Jahre alleine, mit Freunde und Familie zur Taverna Toxotis essen. Mein Platz 1 der besten Restaurants in Düsseldorf. Es fängt von der Atmosphäre bis Gäste, Speisen, Getränke, Service und so weiter an. Alles ist in eine Griechische Symphonie komponiert worden. Das hat mich zu einem Stammgast gemacht. Meine Lieblingsessen sind die Vorspeisen. Hauptspeise sind die Lammkoteletts die einfach der Hammer sind. Keep it simple as possible und man staune es schmeckt Toxoastisch. 😀. Bei meinem letzten Besuch hatte ich die calamari, gebackene Aubergine, Taramosalata, Fisch und als Hauptspeise die Lammkoteletts mit dem dazugehörigen verschiedene Beilagen, Chips, Salat, Gemüse. Kombiniert mit griechischen Wein und den tollen Service. Komme immer sehr gerne freue mich jedesmal auf neue. Wir haben für 4 Personen 250€ gezahlt und hatten im ganzen einen sehr schönen erfüllten Abend.

Das Essen war ok aber sehr teuer . Die Bedienung schien wenig Lust zur Arbeit.

Schöne Terrasse, lieber Service. Zu jedem Hauptgericht gab es auch einen kleinen Salat dazu. Den könnte man abbestellen, wenn man sich für eine andere Vorspeise entscheidet. Es sind nämlich gute Portionen.

Sehr schönes und modernes griechisches Restaurant mit überdachtem Außenbereich. Vorzügliche Gerichte, da auf Klasse statt Masse gesetzt wird. Dies schlägt sich im Preis nieder, ist aber absolut fair und Preis-/Leistungstechnisch ausgeglichen. Mittagskarte mit super Spezialitäten und dazu sehr günstig! Empfehlenswert!
