Taverna Cyclades in München

The Cyclades is a truly fantastic Greek restaurant in the heart of Neuhausen! The food is really really good and the starters are very tasty. The portions are very good compared to other Greeks - so that you are really full but not so oversized. The staff are extremely friendly and very attentive. Absolutely recommended if you like Greek food in a great atmosphere!

Doe Greek Taverna is a cozy restaurant. There were six of us. The food was delicious, the service was exceptionally good. I have rarely received such kind, attentive and courteous service. The price-performance ratio was also okay. Can recommend the restaurant without reservations.

Basically a nice restaurant with good and friendly service. The chairs are too uncomfortable when sitting for a longer period of time. The food was good, but unfortunately I have to admit that I have had better Greek food. It all seemed a bit bland. The meat dishes are sumptuous, but unfortunately there is not enough tzatziki.

New favorite Greek. I'm often in the three top-rated Greeks in Munich, which I don't need to mention here, and Cyclades can more than keep up. Located in the most idyllic part of Neuhausen, you can find everything that defines the new generation of Greek restaurants: a varied menu with lots of vegetables, excellent gyros and a stylish ambience. Insider tip: I have never had such good caper sauce in Munich!

Taverna Cyklades is an absolute must for every lover of Greek cuisine! The food is simply incredibly tasty and authentic. The service is very friendly and attentive. A special greeting to Kosta. He was quick, attentive and gave us good advice. We'll be back soon!

Nice and friendly staff, and of course the food is simply delicious Greek!Souvlaki/Bifteki well grilled and seasoned. Tzatziki shouldn't be missing and a good portion too, as it should be ❤️

The Cyclades offers top service and the atmosphere is great! It's a shame that the portions (starters for 2) have become so small and things started so well here a few years ago... that's a noticeable difference.

Nice, clean toilets, but I think the prices were very overpriced!! Ordered Octopus, an octopus for 20 euros, 0.33 beer for 4.60 euros and four shrimps for 28 euros....

Great place for authentic Greek fare in Munich! The serving sizes were big, the meats were awesome (tender, well spiced and fresh), and the drinks were well prepared. It looks like the restaurant is really always busy with their Greek patrons. I was concerned that the tables were too close to each other, then I realized why when I saw the throngs of people who came in to celebrate their special events there. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Unfortunately, their reservation system doesn't seem to work on Friday nights. Although we had made reservations many days in advance, when we arrived we found a huge line of people outside the restaurant. Everyone had a reservation. We stood in line outside the restaurant for 10 minutes and during that time not a single member of staff came to ask about the reservations. The place was completely full. We then decided to leave. A very disappointing experience.

I love this store :) The food is super good, the service is very friendly and has a lot of humor. You can still celebrate there after dinner :)

You want to close your eyes in a restaurant to enjoy the taste. No matter what you order, it is made with love and tastes fresh and very, very good. -Service. The level of friendliness, politeness and the best customer service here simply cannot be beaten. Absolutely everyone is trying hard, quick, polite, smiling and nice. It's unbelievable how an entire team can be so customer-focused. It's really fun to watch people at work. The employee “Kosta” is particularly worth mentioning. He offers excellent service, offers a suitable service for every need and shows a really indescribably good mood. This employee is worth his weight in gold! Thank you for this great service. -Pricing. Is within a normal and appropriate framework. No different to other restaurants and definitely affordable for the average consumer. The good thing about the pricing policy is that for the same money as in other restaurants you get significantly better service with much better food. Negative: Since this restaurant and the staff make the guest feel really good, it's hard to find fault. Unfortunately the atmosphere is a bit noisy inside the restaurant. It's best to look for a niche or corner spot here. In summary: You can't help anyone who doesn't eat here. It is not a recommendation to go here, but an absolute MUST.

We had a wonderful evening at Cyclades. From the veal chop from the daily menu, grilled on the lava stone, to gyros, sheep's cheese in puff pastry and the zucchini rösti with sour cream-cumin dip, everything was really excellent. The service was friendly and left us wanting for nothing. We'd love to come back!

Spacious (and engaging loud) greek restaurant in the Western part of Munich, with a wide range of food options, and a lovely staff! Big tables make it a good possibility to go there as a group, but make sure to reserve a spot before going. Great red wines, and the Cyclades Teller is a good way to get to know the restaurant if going for the first time :)

Food is delicious and service from waiters is good and friendly. Except for the head waiter, unfortunately. He claims he is the boss of everyone, including the customers (!!!) and doesn't even know the safety rules, e.g. the dog regulations: The dog must remain connected to the feet of its master or to the table or chair in the catering industry or restaurant, especially when there are full tables in the pedestrian zone. Under no circumstances are dogs allowed to run loose in the restaurant without a leash and attack other dogs, even directly in front of babies in strollers (!!!) who will at least be frightened and are in danger of being attacked by dogs. Restaurant managers must make it clear to their guests that dogs are only welcome if they are well behaved. Of course, you can't expect dogs to be well trained by Neanderthals. Since we live nearby, maybe... It will soon be over again, so a note to the owners would be to inform their head waiter immediately, because next time we will have no other choice or patience and the public order office will be called on site.

This evening we were at the Taverna Cyclades. We were there for the first time, there was a great atmosphere, very hard-working and great service, the food was super tasty, we liked GEMA and other times. We were with my little dog and the waitress immediately gave my dog ​​water. I thank you from my heart.

A great restaurant with good food and good service. It has a lot of niches, so that even though the restaurant is well filled, you have the feeling of being among yourself. Also recommended for large groups, we were there with 15 people. Since it is very busy, especially on Friday/Saturday, there is quite a bit of noise. This doesn't bother you, but if you're sensitive to this kind of thing, go during the week. Be sure to reserve! It is worth it ..

We haven't been going to Cyclades frequently but regularly for several years. Especially wonderful outside. We can't understand in any way that the food wasn't good. We also had a problem, so what. If something isn't going well, the complainers should take a look at whether you always work error-free in your job (probably everything is a high performer.......). We are looking forward to next Saturday in the Cyclades.

The food in this restaurant is OK. You can visit now. The ambience is a bit mediocre. In my opinion, the waiters joke far too much, which ultimately led to errors in the orders and was a bit tiring. The highlight was the €8 for the orange with a straw 👌🏻

Quickly popped in for a little snack during the weekday evening without a reservation... experienced great and courteous service, delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. We will be back.

We have been coming here regularly for three years now and we look forward to it every time. The food is of a really high quality and also tastes outstanding. I can't remember ever having eaten so well. The service is also convincing in every respect. You will always be served courteously and politely! The atmosphere is also very inviting and you feel like you are in a real Greek tavern. The only drawback are the chairs, which are not exactly comfortable in the long run (some criticism is necessary :)). In summary, you can say that I look forward to coming here every time. You simply have to try the food once! Once again an extraordinary compliment to the kitchen!!

1 star for the ambience, 2 stars for the friendliness and the 3 star for tzatziki, fried potatoes and lamb chops. We had the platter for 2... the souflaki skewer was definitely too dry for me and the plant was on the borderline. (Luckily my husband ate it... and left me the 2 lamb chops. The 2 slices of tomatoes were also for 2 people It's manageable, as is the tzatziki for 2 people. A little more decoration and love on the plate would have been nice, or 2 as an alternative to the missing gyros would have been great You talk to each other and don't just decide. Went there on a Sunday evening, unfortunately the gyros were already out (but we were told in advance) because there was really a run that day! I was probably just unlucky because the amount of meat wasn't small, but the souflaki was too dry for me. Next time I'll try something different and then I'll correct my review. The fried potatoes and the salad were delicious, but I would have liked to have had more as the platter for 2 people isn't enough For €43 it should taste good and fill me up.
