Wir haben über 2 Stunden gewartet, Personal war komplett überfordert und unfreundlich. Das Essen war wirklich schlecht.

Wirklich sehr schöne Atmosphäre, super freundliche Bedienung, sehr leckeres Essen. :) Die Riesenbohnen sind besonders empfehlenswert.

Wirklich ein schlechtes Lokal! Nachdem wir Ewigkeiten auf unser kaltes, schlechtes Essen gewartet haben wurde noch unser Auto abgeschleppt auf den Parkplatz des Restaurants

Lauwarmes Gyros, pampige Pommes nach 90 Minuten Wartezeit.

Wir waren jahrelang gerne hier, sind aber leider enttäuscht von der aktuellen Entwicklung. Seit 2023 haben sich die Portionen und die Zusammenstellung der Gerichte spürbar verändert. Der Beilagensalat ist deutlich schlichter geworden, und die Rezeptur des Knoblauch-Pitas entspricht leider nicht mehr dem, was wir unter diesem Namen kennen. Auch ein erneuter Besuch im Jahr 2025 konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Die Qualität und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erreichen für uns leider nicht mehr das Niveau von früher. Sehr schade, aber wir werden uns künftig nach Alternativen umsehen. Ich fände es zudem schöner, wenn auf Kritik konstruktiv eingegangen würde, statt sie lediglich als störend zu empfinden. Ein offener Dialog mit unzufriedenen Gästen wäre hier für die Zukunft hilfreicher als der Versuch, negative Eindrücke unsichtbar zu machen

Wie waren am 01. Mai 2026 im Poseidon essen. Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hektisch. Wir hatten Gyros mit Calamari. Diese waren allerdings kalt und somit nicht besonders genießbar. Ein zweites Gericht war ein Gyrosteller mit Suzuki, Suflaki und Lamm. Auf beiden Teller war das Gyros gerade noch lauwarm und viele ganz kleine Stücke, keine großen Gyrosstücke. Da das andere Fleisch heiß war, sah es mir nach einem Timingproblem aus. Zusätzlich haben wir Pommes bestellt, die leider ungenießbar waren, da sie nicht ganz durch waren, teilweise noch kalt von innen und matschig. Wir haben die Mängel der Bedienung mitgeteilt, leider hat sie uns nicht verstanden. Allerdings hat sie auch keinen Kollegen gerufen, der uns verstanden hätte. So haben wir gezahlt und sind etwas enttäuscht gegangen.

Habe gerade zwei Fischgerichte über Uber Eats bestellt. Sehr enttäuschend, den Preis nicht wert. Meiner Meinung nach war der Fisch vorgegrillt, tiefgefroren und dann in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Innen kalt und nicht durchgegart. Die Garnelen sind winzig und nicht entdarmt. Angegeben waren Butterkartoffeln, aber es waren Kartoffeln mit Milch. Fad und für meinen Geschmack nicht gewürzt!

Wir hatten auf unserem Vorspeisen-Teller verdorbenes Gemüse (Bohnen und Paprikasalat), der Ober hat das aber mit stoischer Ruhe hingenommen und meinte nur, hätte es aus seinen Dosen probiert und da wäre nichts. Auch hat uns keine Alternative angeboten, obwohl sich zwei Personen sicher waren, dass das Gemüse verdorben war, sondern nur ein "tut mir leid". Wir haben den Rest vom Essen stehen lassen, trotzdem war uns beiden dann den den ganzen Abend schlecht. Das war das erste und letzte Mal, dass wir bei dem neuen Pächter dort zum Essen waren.

Gute, griechische Küche, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.

Waren öfters schon da, spontan wenn Baustelle in der Nähe ist gehen wir gerne hierher, schmeckt vorzüglich und freundliches Personal !!!

Nach der Neueröffnung, ohne Erwartungen rein und diese wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Vom Essen bis hin zum Personal. Gerne wieder!

Nachdem wir überhaupt keine Fans des "alten" Poseidons waren, haben wir gestern das "neue" Poseidon getestet. Wir sind große Liebhaber der griechischen Küche und äußerst penibel wenn es um Klassiker wie Gyros und Biftekí geht. Also, beides bestellt und nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Gyros war schön crunchy aber nicht trocken, kein Fett, kein Wabbel, kein Knorpel dran. Mir hat es super geschmeckt. Mei, ich bin kein Reisfan, deshalb kann ich diese Beilage nicht bewerten. Es war auf jeden Fall eine riesen Portion. Das Bifteki meines Partners war ebenfalls groß, saftig und mit viel Feta gefüllt. Auch sehr lecker!! Unsere Begleiter waren auch überzeugt von Ihren Speisen und geben ebenfalls 5 Sterne! Und was natürlich auch sehr wichtig ist: der Ouzo schmeckt hervorragend und der neue Wirt war auch sehr nett ;-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ta leme!

Das beste Essen während dieser Reise nach Deutschland

Ich war wirklich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch! Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und frisch. Die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderschön und sehr angenehm. Der Mitarbeiter waren super nett und freundlich, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Auch die Preise sind absolut fair. Ich bin wirklich glücklich und werde auf jeden Fall noch viele Male wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis! Das Essen war köstlich, mit frischen und hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet, und jedes Gericht war mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Das Restaurant war sauber, stilvoll und hatte eine sehr schöne, warme Atmosphäre. Erwähnenswert ist, dass die neue Leitung das Niveau des Restaurants und die Qualität insgesamt deutlich angehoben hat. 5/5 ohne Zweifel, herzlichen Glückwunsch an das gesamte Team! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. ✨

Ein netter aufmerksame NEUER Besitzer hat den Griechen Poseidon übernommen. Kommt wieder zum Griechen nach Daglfing! Das Essen war sehr gut und alle freundlich und aufmerksam.

Neuer Pächter mit neuer Karte. Dennoch viele Gerichte gleich. Essen wirkt qualitativ hochwertiger. Toilette braucht Renovierung.

Das Essen war unglaublich lecker, der Service des Personals war fantastisch und die Atmosphäre des Lokals ist magisch. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es gehört zu den Restaurants, die man in München unbedingt besuchen sollte.

Oh my god. The appetizer salad with its vinaigrette dressing was sent back untouched (I've never done that before). The eggplant ordered as a side dish was more like eggplant puree. The main course, calf's liver with onions, was okay. The service, cleanliness, and restroom were beyond words. Visited as part of a company dinner.

We drove a long way because I really like this restaurant – and it was absolutely worth it again. The fish platter for two was outstanding, top quality, well worth the price. Highly recommended – I'm completely satisfied.

Update 2025: They still maintain their high standards. Always delicious, fresh food, generous portions. The staff is always smiling and dedicated. A complimentary glass of ouzo from the company is provided to every guest as a thank you for their visit. There's ample parking opposite the restaurant.

We often take a little drive to enjoy a leisurely gyros to go there ☺️......The manager, Theo, is very, very friendly and welcoming 👍🏻👌🏻🙂✨. I always feel welcome and will gladly continue to come. Very friendly, reasonable prices, lunch menus, parking

This was my first time here, and I was very pleasantly surprised. As a blind woman, I received a warm welcome and was shown to my table without any fuss. The service was very attentive and they checked on me regularly. The food was very good, and there was too much for me. I can recommend this restaurant. The dishes were fantastic, and even with my disability, I felt supported and accepted. Unfortunately, that's rather rare these days. Thank you!

A classic Greek restaurant with very attentive and friendly service, large portions, but also typical Munich prices: 3 drinks and 3 main courses for €100 – unfortunately, almost normal for Munich. Still a good place to go.

2023: Very friendly restaurant with a lovely outdoor area. Unfortunately, the owner has become very frugal after the coronavirus pandemic. The side salad, which used to consist of lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, pepperoni, olives, and cucumber, is now just green leaf lettuce. The decorative olive in the tzatziki has also been omitted. The souvlaki skewers have become shorter, and the garlic pita bread is now covered with some kind of unpleasant tomato-garlic paste instead of garlic. Neither of us liked it at all. It's called pita with garlic, after all, not pita with tomato-garlic paste, or whatever it was. We used to enjoy coming here, but now we're waiting until next year. Of course, some restaurateurs have had a tough time recently. However, we were both on short-time work and had to cut back. And now we're simply not willing to pay high prices for smaller portions of inferior quality. It's a shame. Update 2025: We gave the restaurant another chance this year. Unfortunately, it's still far from the quality it once was. We were once again very dissatisfied and will not be visiting this restaurant again in the future.

Unfortunately, it's extremely dirty. Stains on the cloth in the bread basket, and the salt and pepper shakers are completely filthy. The drinking glasses are also completely cloudy, and the panes haven't been cleaned in years. The side salad is served without dressing; instead, there's vinegar and supposedly olive oil on the table—although not the real thing, as stated on the bottle. If you look at the bottle, it has a best-before date of 2022 and is filled with inferior oil to deceive customers. The food is absolutely nothing special and not worth the price. Unfortunately, there was never any staff around to ask questions while you were eating. In the end, when everything was cleared away, you had no motivation to mention it because you just wanted to leave.

Absolutely overwhelmed, unfriendly place! You wait a very long time for food and drinks. They're also unfriendly. The service staff are very unfriendly when it's busy. They're inattentive, and if you say anything as a paying customer, you're verbally blocked in a rude and childish manner. The wait time for the first order is 25 minutes, then another 15 minutes for the first drink, and a total of over 1.5 hours for the main course!! NEVER AGAIN

The music was very loud and we asked the waiter to turn it down a little. "We're not a restaurant, we're a pub!" Instead of the retsina we ordered, we got something different. The calculation was wrong! Never again!

Wanted to park my car after driving for 5 hours to have something to eat with my family. I had only just turned off the car when the waiter/owner came shouting at me and told me I was not allowed to stand there. When I asked, a little surprised, if he could tell me where I could park, he said there somewhere and pointed down the street. But there was no parking there. We then drove on to another location to have dinner there.

We arrived and didn't feel welcome. All of the food we ordered would have been available in the Metro refrigerated department. A schnitzel shaped meat the size of a burger patty with a handful of fries for just under 9 euros! 3 dumplings for 8 euros. "Garlic bread" = 4 cold baguette slices with a touch of garlic... An insult to every Greek Eggplant paste and tuna paste... Tupperware from Kugler's "Feinkost"... The beer garden used to be nice... the whole area seems run down and nothing has changed on the interior since the 90s. The staff is not service-oriented. All in all: a big disappointment... For the 52 euros I would have cooked better at home...

I ordered food and it was delivered really promptly. It was a large quantity and really tasty! There was also an extra baguette bread. I can not complain! Can really recommend it to everyone.
