Taverna Anemos in München

Last night there were 4 of us who ate there for the first time. We have rarely had such a nice waiter and such a successful evening! The food was great! Thank you, we will come again!

It's gotten more expensive - unfortunately the lunch menu is still good too. But you can also partly do that with our re... GREED... thank you. The energy costs make a big difference.

We have enjoyed eating here for many years (even during Irodion times) and have celebrated many birthdays in the restaurant. Very attentive, fast and warm service. Not a fancy Greek, but down-to-earth, always lovingly prepared and simply delicious food. We always go home full and happy and are happy to have this great restaurant in the neighborhood.

Very cozy Greek restaurant with extremely delicious food and very friendly staff. The kitchen is also surprisingly quick. It is better to make a reservation on Friday and Saturday evenings, otherwise there may be a shortage of places. In summer there is a nice garden.

For me one of the best Greeks ever. In addition, the lunch menu is quite cheap, but the food is still plentiful and very good.

The best Greek in Munich. The service is warm and very good, the food is a dream. We have already visited a lot of Greek restaurants in Munich and the surrounding area, but Taverna anemos is reliably good with excellent food. It's easy to sit outside, but in summer a reservation is a must. You can park on the side streets.

The best restaurant I had in 10 days in Rhodes. Very nice location, tasty and very well cooked dishes, very reasonable prices and great service. Efkaristo, we will come back with great pleasure.

We came here today based on a recommendation, and the food, starters and meal were super tasty, and also plentiful at a very good price. The men in the restaurant were all super friendly, but the waitress is only nice to selected guests. She was very rude to us. That was a real shame for this restaurant evening.

Our Greek in the neighborhood, what luck for us! Very tasty, very friendly, cozy atmosphere inside, also very nice outside in summer. Service is always quick. In the 7 years that we have been going to Taverna Anemos there has never been anything to complain about! Honest Greek cuisine.

Went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday. We sat in the cozy, very well-kept beer garden. The staff was very friendly and we were completely impressed by the food. Very good quality and great taste. The price-performance ratio is right. We were completely convinced and would love to come back.

Great food selection, delicious dishes, very friendly. You have to make a reservation as it is so busy but rightly so. The food always tastes great, the people are friendly, perfect restaurant and comfortable to eat.

The Taverna Anemos deserves 5 stars. Service attentive, friendly and accommodating. Food absolutely brilliant. Above all, I would recommend things “from the oven”. Garides Saganaki or Feta Fournou with a garlic pita and you leave the shop feeling nothing. In the evenings, Taverna Anemos is a bit louder than other restaurants. For me it really just means that the atmosphere is good and people are relaxed. Have been there several times and will be back! Thank you to all the staff for this restaurant.

We spontaneously went for lunch. After we were warmly welcomed, we quickly received our order. The food was really delicious and the portions were large. We will come back in any case!

Consistently appealing Greek cuisine. We always go here.

If you go over the years, the reasons are simple, but listed individually are more than one rating field large. The people who work there are the central factor for us. The reason to drive across Munich.

The food is great, the service is great and you don't have to wait long. The one star deduction for the ambience is only because, as non-smokers, we were unfortunately surrounded by smokers outside and were filled with smoke. But that's actually not the fault of the restaurant, but rather the fault of the people who don't care where the smoke from the butt goes. Otherwise everything is pointy

A nice place to enjoy very good food!

Food is great. Only the side salad is tasteless with far too much oil.

I eat here more often and am always impressed by the fish dishes and the artichoke. Only recommended! However, reservations are almost always necessary.

General conclusion: Try hard. The cuisine in Greece is known to be very different from that of the places that act as taverns here. Mountains of meat: ✅ Red rice: ✅ Fried food as a starter: ✅ Fish, not dry at all: ✅ Tsasiki as a meat sauce: ✅ Vegetables? Little on offer. Exciting dishes? Nope, unless Metaxa sauce is exciting. So is this place doing something wrong? Not necessarily. Does it do something really well? Not necessarily. The gyro is of good quality. Many of the starters come from the convenience food range of wholesalers. Average.

It was delicious, it's best to order the sardines from the pan really well fried, otherwise they would be a little too weak. Otherwise always great.

Why I give 5 stars in all categories here: The food has been really delicious for years and, in my opinion, the selection leaves nothing to be desired. Whether meat or vegetarian. Here you will find what you are looking for. Drinks wise too. The service is very good. The service was very friendly as was the owner as host. The atmosphere is very pleasant. It's not too crowded, there's enough space to move around the room AND it's not too loud. You can have a very good and pleasant conversation. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

We came here spontaneously and even though it was fully booked, we managed to get a spot. The service staff was very friendly and, despite the rush, they took their time and thus offered really good service. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very cozy. If we are in Munich again, we would like to come back. We had a really nice evening (family with two children 8 & 10)

Da ich sehr gerne Griechisch essen gehe, probiere ich hier und da einige Restaurants aus. Die Taverna Anemos hat dabei bisher bei mir den besten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Qualität der Speisen haben alleine schon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ verdient, doch auch der hervorragende Service und das Ambiente lassen keine Wünsche offen. Sehr empfehlenswert ♥️

Wir kommen oft und gerne in die Taverne Anemos! Alle Mitarbeiter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Nicht nervig-aufdringlich (wie schon in einigen anderen griechischen Restaurants erlebt), sondern zurückhaltend, freundlich und auf zack. Das Essen ist qualitativ immer top und lecker. Die Portionsgrößen sind angemessen. Im Sommer kann man sehr schön draußen im Garten sitzen. Mein unangefochtener Lieblingsgrieche! 💙🤍

Einer der Besten, innen gemütlich und nicht zu pseudomediteran eingerichtet, immer freundlich, immer lecker, immer gut besucht.

Schöner ruhiger Biergarten,...da ich gerne mal etwas vegetarisches esse war ich etwas enttäuscht. Nur ein vegetarisches Hauptgericht in der Karte. Ansonsten alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

My wife and I visited this place yesterday as a final destination on our trip. We visited the best tavernas on the top 10 tavernas in Corfu. In our experiance this is far off the best taverna/restaurant we visited on Corfu. The attention to details, the food, teh service and the astonishing view are just phenomenal. Highy recommended!

Ein tolles griechisches Restaurant und absolutes Highlight in Laim! Schon mehrmals habe ich dort gegessen. Im Sommer kann man auch schön draußen sitzen. Immer freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Essen und alles zu einem guten Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis! Reservierung macht Sinn da auch unter der Woche meistens sehr gut besucht.

Stammkunde seit viele Jahren, leider enttäuscht mich das Essen zur Zeit. Es ist weniger und teurer. Außerdem stimmt die Qualität nicht mehr dazu, wie früher.

Das Essen war wie immer sehr gut.Die Bedienung und das Ambiente,waren außerordentlich ,wir können das Anemos nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
