Tasty Burger in Dortmund

We spontaneously ordered here this evening using the usual app. It was more than worth trying something new. The delivery came so quickly that we hadn't even set the table yet. Large and fresh portions and an incredibly delicious taste. The portion of chili cheese fries was gigantic, the burger was cooked to perfection, as were the chicken bites. Many thanks to the chef and everyone involved for this amazing meal.

I rarely review, especially food, but I highly recommend this one. Burgers are so much tastier in person than they look in pictures; you'll also get something to feast your eyes on here. The fries bowls are beautifully presented; I'd drive the 1.5 hours again just for the burgers. I never eat burgers, but this one was absolutely amazing! And the staff are friendly 👍 All around, top notch.

2.5 hours delivery time is simply too long

We ordered through their website. The stated delivery time was met, except for an extra 10 minutes. So it was OK. But the food actually arrived was really not good. Everything was just lukewarm. The fries were so limp, as if they had been sitting around for half an hour. They weren't seasoned either. The burger tasted okay. Unfortunately, the nachos were completely soft. The guacamole soaked the entire bun. The crunchy chicken wasn't crunchy at all either. Very disappointing! It was much better 2 years ago. I can no longer recommend ordering from there.

I ordered there. Delivery took about 45 minutes. The burger size was also fine. Unfortunately, those were the only positive things. After opening the package of my burger (Barbecue Chicken Burger), I was shocked: everything was all over the place – the toppings were completely off. Since the burger felt like it was bathing in sauce, the meal was a complete disaster. The only good thing was the coleslaw. After I took the burger apart, I saw a single onion ring. Especially since the website mentions onion rings. That's the plural. Also, I can't say exactly what, but it had a very strong peppery flavor, inedible!!!!!!!! The sweet potato fries are not recommended; they were quite crispy and greasy. Furthermore, the bacon on my burger was burnt, practically black. Unfortunately, I'm more than just disappointed. At least I give the delivery person plus points. Very friendly and accommodating.

We ordered from there last night. Unfortunately, it was very bad. The delivery service was over an hour late, the food was completely cold, and the meat patty was half-burnt. We can't understand all the positive reviews at all.

I gave 50 euros and should have gotten 24.43 back. I can advise against ordering there.

The restaurant "Tasty Burger" in Dortmund is currently (May 20, 2025) offering a "2 for 1 Double Tuesday" deal. If you look at their website (https://tastyburger-dortmund.de/beef-burger/), you'll see that this burger isn't even available there. No burger on the menu costs more than €13, and now they're advertising that a supposedly €15 burger in a double pack would only cost €15. Even the most expensive burger on the menu (the Big Beef Burger) costs only €14 and includes two patties: two cheddar cheeses, two bacon, fried onions,... and the supposed 50% off offer includes one patty with onions and sucuk. This is a scam!!!

The food arrived on time but the fries were cold. There's nothing bad to say about the burger, it was very tasty😋 I would definitely order again!

We ordered three different burgers and three different types of fries to our home via Lieferando. It took over an hour and since we only live two streets away, picking up would have been the better choice. The fries were still warm and crispy but with little taste. Unfortunately, the highly praised burgers didn't work at all. They were cold, downright bland with no seasoning, greasy and soggy. Unfortunately not worth the money. It's a shame. We would have been happy with a good burger shop near us.

Unfortunately, they are fading more and more. The delivery last took over 2 hours. On the phone you could only say that the order was being delivered but not when the driver would leave with it. Apart from the fact that the food was only lukewarm, half of it was still missing. The boss was called in by phone and didn't even understand what the problem was. After listing what was missing several times, the question kept coming up about what was missing. The driver then gave us back the money for the missing items because the store had now closed due to the 2 hour delivery time and could no longer deliver anything. It's a shame, otherwise we were always thrilled with the store.

A top burger with good side dishes. Have ordered here several times. However, delivery times of just under 2 hours with a 2km straight line to the store are an impression!!!

The atmosphere in the store is rather awkward. But I think this is purely a delivery service as there were around 8 drivers there 😅 Quality bomb 💣 I've rarely eaten a burger like this 🍔 that was so awesome.

We just ordered there. It's incredibly delicious. We have never eaten such good burgers and the desserts are delicious. The delivery was quick and the cheese sauce is really great. Everything arrived warm. This isn't the last time we've ordered there.

Order online delivery: 2-hour delivery time, paid €26 for a meal and churros, but the fries and drink were missing. A real shame.

Unfortunately the food didn't taste good. The bacon and meat were partly burnt. The meat was also very tough. I was able to finish some of it. When the food was delivered it was almost cold. The delivery person seemed very unfriendly. He just quickly shoved the bag into my hand and turned on his heel and then sped away way too fast in a traffic-calmed area.

Just got Smashburger, Twister, Chickenbites and Brownie ;-). I've never had such a good burger! Everything else was also top. Clear recommendation. We will order again. Angle house

We have ordered from Tasty a few times and have always been very satisfied. The burgers are big, juicy and very tasty. The prices are reasonable and delivery is quick. The burgers are not molded meat and the ingredients look and taste fresh. We can definitely recommend Tasty Burgen.

The burger bun was cold. The fries and burger were extremely OILY I felt sick. Don't waste your money here overpriced for nothing!

We had dinner at Tasty Burger this evening. Unfortunately, things went very bumpy when ordering. At the beginning we came into an uncomfortable room in which loose cards lay on the windowsill, right next to empty napkin stands. Cutlery was wrapped in napkins on a shelf. After we had to take the cards from the windowsill ourselves and were not even greeted beforehand, we got up to order at the counter. We waited there for a few minutes until the gentleman who was standing directly in front of us the entire time coordinating orders turned to us to take our order. When I had a question about the vegetarian burgers, it was repeatedly misunderstood, so I ended up ordering the halloumie burger just to be on the safe side. My friend ordered a chili cheeseburger and chicken bites. Both burgers were on the menu. After I drank almost all of my drink during the approximately 20 minute wait, my friend received his entire order. I then wait at least 5 minutes for my food. When this was finished, my fries were already cold, but the dip was also missing. An employee who is actually employed for the delivery service tried to take care of the problem as best as possible by bringing the dip and, upon request, napkins. This employee was the best thing that happened to us during our visit. When we then wanted to pay, we waited again for a few minutes until the gentleman at the counter paid us his attention. Overall, our stay was very nerve-wracking due to the waiting times. However, this wouldn't have been a problem if we had overall felt welcome and the food had at least been brought at a similar time. The cold fries and the subsequent price as well as the waiting times unfortunately made the visit have a very negative effect on us. However, it was hardly possible to clarify anything on site due to the large number of deliveries. For example, we weren't asked if everything was good or anything like that. Conclusion: The food was actually good, apart from the cold fries. The service was a disaster with one exception (from some locally). Unfortunately, the atmosphere was really very spacious and uncomfortable.

I recommend Chicken Fries, for me it's very delicious and the portion is very large, I will definitely come back here.

The shop only gets 4 stars because the burgers are actually really tasty We ordered today via Lieferando at 8:24 p.m. At 8:30 p.m. we called them to cancel the order because the order confirmation said it should take 1 1/2 hours (the app showed us 40 minutes at most) during the phone call we were told The food would be with us by 9:30 p.m. at the latest. We agreed that by 9:50 p.m. the food was still not there and we called again to say that we no longer needed the food. We were told it would be ok but the driver would be there in a few minutes so we had to decide at the door whether or not. At 10:14 p.m. we got a call from the driver saying he was here!!!! That was really a total bummer for us

The burgers were solid, definitely very stable in the Ruhr area at the moment. The smashburger was only smashed on one side, which I didn't know before, I would have liked more sauce on the burger and since the shop is halal I found the meat to be too well done... In addition, the selection of sauces could be larger, or the store is missing a sauce with its own character... I also think it's a shame that there isn't just ketchup and mayo in plastic bottles on the tables, that's the case in many shops, they only offer it in small plastic bags that you have to pay for... Actually the shop I trust. Now I've been waiting for my food for over 2 1/2 hours. I called 45 minutes ago and was told the burger was on the way. Now I called again and was told the order was now being prepared. When I asked why I was told 45 minutes in advance that the delivery was on the way, the man on the phone just said "That's all I can say" and hung up straight away. Not even a “sorry”. It's a shame, I can recommend the food, but service like this is the last resort.

I think the burgers are great! They are always super tasty and generously topped. For your money, you get a decent portion! Very juicy meat and fresh side dishes! The food came quicker than expected and didn't disappoint us in terms of taste. The missing curly fries were quickly delivered including a small compensation (brownies). There's nothing to complain about, on the contrary - gladly again 👍

Ordered online, delivery was on time despite a short distance and the food was still hot. It was my first time having a smash burger and I really liked it! From sauce, cheese to onions, everything about the burger goes well. My friends' burgers were also great. The chili burger and the Texas burger both lived up to their names, they were quite spicy, as requested. The chilies were not only hot but also had a fruity-sweet taste. The side dishes were great too! We will definitely order here again.

I ordered at 6:27 p.m. At 8:15 p.m. I called to see how far the order was and was told it was on the way. The store is 6 minutes away from me. At 8:45 p.m. I asked again where the order was. The driver has 4 orders so it can take a while was the answer. My concerns that the fries or burgers would no longer taste good were dismissed as they were in a warming box. At 9 p.m. my food arrived in the warming box after a city tour of at least 45 minutes. The fries were just soggy. Didn't check the burgers at first. Then the driver said he would come with a new delivery in 30 minutes at the latest. At 9:45 p.m. I was told on the phone that I could order again, which would take about 30-45 minutes. We wanted to eat in a restaurant today and chose a burger at the table. However, when we wanted to order we were told there would be a 30-45 minute wait. We were the only guests in the restaurant. Lieferando probably has priority. It doesn't work at all!

So if you want top burgers and the best wings, tasty Burger is the right place for you. Simply great!

We ordered, instead of the 40 minutes shown it was 90 and we ordered veggie burgers and got meat. In addition, some of the ingredients looked older.

Pretty good burgers and fries, even when ordered via delivery. Absolute recommendation. Unfortunately, delivery times are getting longer and longer. We are now at a good 2 hours.

Service was friendly, food was *actually* good too. BUT: It might be worth pointing out that the fries are made from *unpeeled* potatoes. Not to everyone's taste, especially when there are black eyes in it. Statement from an employee: “yes, yes, they are like that with us” Doesn't match the other photos posted here at all. Somehow I feel a bit fooled. And you also pay €4 for that!! Addendum: I got the 4€ back.

The fries were all with shells and some were black, see photo, when asked they said, yes, that's normal for them, it's always like that.

I think the food didn't look particularly good, the burger, the meat was very burnt, the fries weren't particularly tasty either, they were made in old fat. Then they charge more based on the price as it says on the card.. Have for one: chille burger, 2× fries, 6 pieces of chicken, ketchup and mayonnaise paid 28 euros!!!

There is absolutely nothing to criticize about the food, it is freshly made, juicy, hot and delicious. There is nice seating outside, although on a main street, but nice nonetheless.

Food was great. Fresh, delicious burgers and very good fries. All had 3 types of fries and they were all very good. It was Friday evening at 7 p.m. Had to wait 30 minutes for the food, which we were told beforehand. There was also a lot to do, the drivers were going in and out with the orders.

Fresh salad and the burgers are really powerful. The fries taste great too. Delivery was quick and the driver was also super nice. It's worth trying out.

We ordered our dinner. The latest delivery is available until midnight at Lieferando. We wouldn't have been able to make it home on time at 12:00 a.m. and that's why we called. They directly offered us to come later so that the food wouldn't be cold and they wouldn't have to put it on the terrace. I have to say I have rarely seen such a good burger shop that delivers! The fries are as crispy and delicious as anywhere else. Huge and delicious burgers with fresh meat and the price/performance ratio is unbeatable. Also very fast delivery times.

Under all hell. Ordered online from them at 6:30 p.m. At 7:54 p.m. I asked for the first time how the order was going. According to the gentleman on the phone, it should already be on its way. Called again at 8:30 p.m. and suddenly the order was being prepared. The colleague must have made a mistake, even though it was the same voice on the phone. Now it's 9:20 p.m. and still no delivery has been made. Everything just reflects the reviews from the last few weeks. It's a shame, but we had positive experiences last year. But apparently something has changed there... never again. What a service...

Have ordered from Tasty a few times now and the burgers have always been very fresh and tasty. The only delivery service that manages to deliver fries hot and, above all, crispy. We have absolutely nothing to complain about!

Simply awesome, we ordered there for the first time today. The burgers are nice and lush, you don't need fries, they fill you up, are more than tasty, the meat is nice and juicy, as is the chicken, and the wings taste great, they come with one delicious marinade :) and it was more than on time we can definitely recommend it.

Worst burger, worst pommes. You are just wasting your time. I waited 1 hour for burnt oil. All my guests got sick of this. Someone, please go there and close this restaurant as soon as possible.
