After my first choice, a black bean burger, was not on the menu, I ordered a veggie burger made with a veggie patty and also ordered fries. The burger was tasty and relatively large, a little greasy. From what I saw, it was made with potato, cauliflower, red pepper, carrot and corn. I was missing an extra vegetable. There was only one slice of lettuce, a slice of tomato and a slice of onion inside the bun, I would have been happy if they had put more lettuce and pickles, but overall a nice burger. The fries arrived hot and tasty and in a decent quantity. What I missed the most was the napkins on the table! You can't eat a burger without using a napkin afterwards!

We were there yesterday. The two employees were constantly on their phones instead of taking orders or cleaning the tables. The menu was covered in grease stains. Orders were taken incorrectly or not at all. We had to wait so long for a portion of fries. By then, everyone else at the table had already finished eating. Burgers were okay, but some of the fries were just cold. Wouldn't recommend it.

I loved the place. The atmosphere was simply fantastic, and the burgers were unbeatable. I haven't had a good burger in a long time. But the one from Burger Brothers wasn't just good; it was pure perfection. The meat was tender, and the bread was incredibly crispy and delicious. The music during my visit was very entertaining. I felt very comfortable in this place. Yesterday was, in my opinion, a great evening with my friends. The service was super friendly and very diligent and helpful. Young people with a respectful tone and approach to customers. I'm sorry I forgot to tip. But I'll definitely do that next time. From now on, my favorite restaurant on Brückstraße. Keep it up!

Disappointing Visit - Rudeness and Long Waiting Times Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately a thoroughly disappointing experience. Even when ordering, we felt abandoned. The service was extremely rude and bored. There was no explanation of the menu composition, no recommendations, and our questions were ignored or simply not understood due to language barriers. Afterward, we had to wait an unbearably long time for our food. The burgers that arrived were merely "okay" – but that may have been due to the extreme hunger we had developed while waiting. Conclusion: Poor service, long waits, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. We cannot recommend another visit.

The classic Bürger is a Bürger that you can eat every time, it is so delicious but also so standard that it always goes fit

Excellent burgers, prepared quickly and freshly, and with perfect taste.

We went there as a family yesterday; I ordered the children's menu for my children. We were told that unfortunately they had run out of drink packets. We weren't offered any other drinks either (I must say that the staff at the checkout were pretty disinterested). When we asked if we could at least have water, we were told "no, unfortunately not" and that it was only possible for an extra charge. I also mentioned that my two children could share a bottle. Just to be clear, I'm only concerned about the principle, not the money. So yesterday's visit was unfortunately not customer-friendly or CHILD-friendly. When the order was ready, I only received the (accompanying) surprise upon request.

Great shop. We discovered it a year ago and have been here every weekend since.

I've been there twice – almost half a year apart. Both times, my food was prepared incorrectly, and requests for changes like "no onions" were ignored. The fries were cold, the food tasteless. The staff was unfriendly, there were no napkins, and the soap in the washroom was watered down. For the prices, I expect significantly more. I won't be back.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten, even though I'm not really a big burger fan. The taste, quality, and preparation are simply top-notch. The food was very tasty, but the positive impression was unfortunately spoiled by the behavior of the cashier. She was extremely rude, both to the customers and to her colleagues. As soon as I entered the restaurant, her unfriendly aura was very noticeable - to be honest, her facial expression alone spoiled my appetite. It's a shame, because the food deserved a better atmosphere. She also tried to rip me off; we ordered two burgers but were charged for three. She also spoke to the manager and told him that the customer had seen the amount, instead of saying that she had made a mistake - it wasn't a mistake - they're trying to rip you off!!!!!!!!

Burger chain, but good burgers. You can swap fries for a different side dish for an additional charge. Mozzarella sticks were good. The Samurai sauce took some getting used to. Maybe a bit more expensive than around the corner. Onion rings would have been nice. Still, we'd go back.

I often eat at Burger Brothers in Dortmund, Yesterday we were eating there with the family and I definitely noticed how the real one was slacking off, the crispy chicken burgers were old, you could clearly tell by the color and taste, they were still very oily 😷 I couldn't finish my burgers, I wanted to get up and complain but my husband told me to leave it, I think it's a shame!!!

We were traveling with 2 wheelchairs and there was a high step at the entrance even though the description says that it is barrier-free. The toilets are also not suitable for wheelchairs. Otherwise the burgers were ok. Unfortunately there is no cutlery and it is quite difficult to eat these tall burgers well without getting all covered in dirt😉 The music was also very loud. Ok for a quick meal but not for a cozy get-together!

Trotzdem sollte kein MUSLIM dort essen, auch wenn der Halal ist, die machen mit dem Islam Geld und verkaufen Produkte von Coca-Cola, ich habe mein Essen liegen lassen, obwohl es schon bezahlt war, als ich gemerkt habe, dass diese Filiale Produkte von Coca-Cola verkauft ( Fanta,Wasser, Sprite, Coke, all the same Unternehmen). Jeder Dönerladen, jedes Restaurant, jeder Burgerladen, name it, der primär mit Islam Geld macht, sollte maximal von einem MUSLIM ignoriert werden, wenn dieser Produkte von Coca-Cola verkauft. Macht euch klar, dass die mit dem Islam Geld machen, und dabei gleichzeitig ein Unternehmen unterstützen, welches, ahh ..... recherchiert selber.

The shop and the food are great. Very good taste and the staff and the atmosphere in the store are very relaxed. Definitely worth recommending to anyone who wants to eat a good burger in Dortmund.

When I imagine a burger, it should be really juicy with a lot of sauce as well as thick onion rings and tomato slices and with juicy melted cheese and pickles. Taste and consistency should be very important. Unfortunately, this is not the case It's like I'm eating a tasteless burger and they're greedy with the tomato onion lettuce cheese and there are no pickles on most burgers. The cheese is like putting a brush on the burger. The tomatoes are cut too finely, as is the case with the onions. The burger pattie is extremely dry The price is too expensive for such a level!

Every time I order from them I have to pull out all the sauces in my fridge. REALLY HARDLY ANY SAUCE!!! The food always arrives cold. This is the last time I will order again.😤

If you want to eat burgers again, I can recommend this shop. Personally, I'm not a big fan of large dining areas, but the operators have done the best. The furniture and decoration of the dining area is more than appropriate and the lighting creates a "home" feel. I felt quite comfortable. The staff was very nice and explained everything to me very well. Because it was obviously my first time there. There wasn't too much choice, so you don't get lost, and not too little either. The food itself was very tasty and worth every penny. You could taste the effort of the cook. All I can say about the burger is: “that’s how it should be”. The chicken fillet was also successful. Juicy, crunchy and well seasoned. So far, not many have managed to maintain the “balance”. I noticed a little thing that I have to criticize. There were no napkins on the tables, which is especially important with burgers. Because if you stay clean while eating a burger, you're doing something wrong😉 Maybe the operator can find something suitable decorative. Just a suggestion from my side. So, if I'm in Dortmund again and I'm hungry for a burger. I would love to come back.

Recommended! We have rarely had such a juicy burger. I thought it was a bit small at first, but it was great. The wrap was really long and well filled and the sweet potato fries were thick like normal fries, but long, not as thin strips as everywhere else. And the boss recommended a good sauce with them. I thought the atmosphere was good, especially that there was no music! Could be like that anywhere!

The ambience was very nice, but in my opinion the beef burger wasn't worth the price, there was far too much bun and far too little meat and the tomato on it. It doesn't have to be that way but it's all a matter of taste, Chicken Burger Chili was a total failure, meat was way too watery and the portion was way too small
