The food is extremely delicious. Whenever I'm in Dortmund I eat here. I recommend the meat, for example the chicken, it tastes so good.

It's a shame that the term halal is not associated with quality. The meat was tasteless and the cheese wasn't real. The bread was not grilled and the composition of the burger was very adventurous. Paying 10 euros for it hurt a lot. The fries were homemade and very good and the atmosphere is also cozy. Because it's self-service, I can't say anything about the service. Overall, it's unfortunately very disappointing that this term has been dragged through the mud again.

Very nice and fast staff who pay a lot of attention to hygiene. The atmosphere is very rustic, similar to a student apartment with pallet furniture etc. Unfortunately my food was too dry (chicken) and not very well seasoned (wrap) and I paid quite a lot of money for that.

Well, just been there. Not the friendliest of people. Well, the faces they made matched the food. A hot BBQ bacon burger was tried. The meat was edible, the bacon was apparently forgotten on the stove, as were the overpriced fillet bites, which were as hard as biscuits. The only thing I would recommend would be the sweet potato fries. I paid an extra euro for a terrible sauce. So almost €22 for such a burger menu is probably the most audacious thing I've experienced. The ambience was good! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants food. Anyone who wants to sit and have a drink is welcome to go there. I would have even given fewer stars for the food and service category.

Standard burger, mediocre… service extremely unmotivated. There wasn't half of it, even though it was high season during the European Championships. Brought the wrong fries, refuses to take them back and bring the right ones... won't be coming back.

I don't usually write bad reviews but this shop deserves one, the staff are very rude, first time i get asked to pay extra when i ordered two burges one without tomato and the other without onion and with tomato instead, and they managed to not do any even after paying extra!! And when confronted they act very rudely... And the 2nd time they also mess up the order wrong buns wrong sauce and when u ask to change the sauce they make u pay again!!! And u get the sauce in a plastic dip container that is impossible to add to your burger and thry keep the old sauce the u literally paid to be swapped!!! And they also act rude again when u tell them this, bad experience 2 times in a row , not recommended

The fat was just dripping out of the burger. It wasn't a great burger in terms of taste either. The prices are above average. There were ants running around on our table. You can also wipe it off yourself. For me it was another overhyped snack that wasn't anything special.

Our burgers were delicious and tasted fresh. There was no salt on the fries, but it was on the tables so you could add more seasoning. Unfortunately, the sour cream had absolutely nothing to do with a sour cream. The staff was very unfriendly and insulting to customers when you expressed requests. The menus on the tables are rudely taken out of your hand with the comment where you got them and that they are no longer up to date. My thought: Why not just collect them from the few tables if they are no longer current anyway? The toilets could also be better maintained. Conclusion: Burger was good, but with everything surrounding it, I definitely wouldn't go there again.
