Kurz und knapp: Fleisch ist ok. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut daneben. Für die Portionen viel zu teuer. Einen Burger als „Salat Edition“ bestellt. Im Menu einfach mal 21€. Da kriegt man woanders einen Grillteller. Service an der Kasse kurz vorm Einschlafen. Kein Augenkontakt, keine direkten Antworten, kein Lächeln. Hat da eigentlich nichts zu suchen. Die Burger im Kids Menu sind ein Witz. Das Chicken-Patty besteht zu 90% nur aus Panade. Lediglich ein wenig Hähnchen ist zu sehen. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Alles war frisch zubereitet lob an den Koch und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Burger waren sehr lecker und man hat gemerkt, dass auf Qualität geachtet wird. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass man das Brot für den Burger selbst auswählen konnte – das ist ein schönes Extra und sorgt dafür, dass jeder seinen Burger nach seinem Geschmack genießen kann. Das Personal war freundlich und der Service war sehr gut. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können den Laden nur weiterempfehlen!

Sieht gut aus schmeckt. Bei einem kollegen kamen insekten raus und die haben da gegen nichts gemacht. Service unfreundlich. Und teuer

Wer sehr lecker Ambiente sehr schön und öde

Wir haben über Uber Eats bestellt und kaltes Essen geliefert bekommen, und die Mayonnaise war sauer (schlecht) nichtmal dort anrufen kann man weil keiner ans Telefon geht. Eine absolute Frechheit so viel Geld für nichts. Eine absolute Frechheit. Dass Essen einfach total unappetitlich. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt !

Wir bestellten drei Burger und Pommes, als die Burger kamen, waren sie schon nicht mehr warm.

Burgerkette, aber gute Burger. Pommes kann man im Menü gg eine andere Beilage für einen Aufpreis umtauschen. Mozzarella Sticks waren gut. Die Samurai Sauce war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vielleicht bisschen teurer als um die Ecke. Zwiebelringe wären noch ganz schön gewesen. Trotzdem würde wir wieder hingehen. Sind wir auch. Die Woche. Joppie Sauce gut, ansonsten alles noch so wie letztes mal. Daumen hoch.

Insgesamt ist es kein schlechter Burgerladen, aber ziemlich überteuert. Aus irgendeinem Grund schwärmen alle von den angeblich hervorragenden Burgern, aber ich konnte das leider nicht bestätigen; der Geschmack war nur durchschnittlich.

Der Burger war gut. Es war lecker und vorallem die Pommes waren gut. Empfehlen würde ich es weiter und auch erneut essen gehen würde ich auch 👍

Leider echt enttäuschend...war gestern da und bestellte einen Italian Burger, den ich schon öfters in anderen Filialen gegessen hatte. .Als ich den Burger bekam, fehlte die Balsamicocreme und der Parmesan...als ich dann fragte, ob sie mir die Creme noch drauf machen, wurde mir gesagt, dass leider keine Creme da wäre...so schmeckte der Burger einfach nicht gut u normalerweise hätte mir das schon bei der Bestellung gesagt werden müssen, damit ich entscheiden kann, ob ich das dann trotzdem möchte. Vor allem kosten Extras immer einen Aufschlag , aber andersherum hofft man einfach, dass es nicht auffällt!!

Das Essen schmeckt immer wieder super.

Ich komme oft mit Freunden und Familie bei Burger Brothers essen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt, das Essen schmeckt gut und ist Halal, mehr erwarte ich nicht. Meine Empfehlung: 4 Cheese und Chili Cheese 😉

Wir waren dort zum Iftar-Essen. Der Burger und die Pommes waren sehr lecker. Die Bestellung kam schnell. Vielen Dank auch für die kostenlose Suppe und die Datteln.

Mein Mann und ich lieben dieses Restaurant. Wir gehen immer dorthin, wenn wir Lust auf Burger haben. Es ist außerdem halal und das Essen ist köstlich.

Die Frau am Tresen war sehr nett, hat uns erklärt ma kann bei burgern was runter/drauf machen. Empfehlen wir weiter!!!! Sehr gemütliche sitzecken.😍😍

Ich bin wirklich glücklich, in einem so tollen Restaurant essen zu können. Sie haben sogar extra Soße geschickt, der Burger ist sehr groß und besonders möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Filet Bites normalerweise laut Menü 6 Stück sind, aber sie haben 8 Stück geschickt – dafür möchte ich mich besonders bedanken. Ich kann dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wieso kommen andauernd Obdachlose in den Laden. Es ist sowas von unhygienisch wenn die alles im Laden anfassen, betteln während man am essen ist. Ich finde sowas hat in einem Restaurant nichts zu suchen.

Eine halbe Stunde nach der Bestellung vibrierte der Pieper. Aber anstelle des Essens, gab es nur die Info, dass für unsere Burger Zutaten fehlen.

Wir hatten den Italian Crispy Burger. Sehr lecker! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Burgersauce enthielt Ei. Als ich nach der Bestellung nach der Sauce fragte, bot man mir freundlicherweise einen neuen Burger ohne Sauce an. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nice place with a variety of options. You can choose between different types of bread, etc., which makes the experience more personalized. There's also a small children's corner to keep the little ones entertained. My only complaint was that I ordered a burger meal and chose brioche bread, but received sesame seed buns. When I asked about it, they simply said that brioche was the only option available, but they decided to serve me something else without consulting me. Then, the kicker: I found hair in my food, as did my companion. That's really unacceptable.

Fast service and delicious burgers

The burgers weren't as tasty as expected. The meat was tasteless and the food was unfortunately cold.

I've been here three times now with a friend. When we went to the checkout, the young woman there was busy with something. We waited a few minutes, but she didn't look at us once. She didn't say "Hello" or "I'll be right with you." She stood just a step away from us, continuing to work on the paperwork. After several more minutes of waiting silently, and since she didn't even glance at us, we left without ordering and went to another restaurant. I think some of the staff should be a bit more attentive and respectful when dealing with customers.

I went there to eat with the person I care for. The price of €14.50 for a chicken doner plate was too high. I'm sorry, I'll never eat there again. Now I know why the place was almost empty.

We ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately discovered that our drinks were simply forgotten, despite having paid in full. What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of support or compromise from the service. With an order value of almost €50, I would have expected at least some form of solution or compromise. Very disappointing, as this wasn't what we expected...

This isn't necessary. I had the worst stomach pains of my life, and the food tasted average... Update: The site owners have already tried twice to have my comment deleted. Without success.

After my first choice, a black bean burger, was not on the menu, I ordered a veggie burger made with a veggie patty and also ordered fries. The burger was tasty and relatively large, a little greasy. From what I saw, it was made with potato, cauliflower, red pepper, carrot and corn. I was missing an extra vegetable. There was only one slice of lettuce, a slice of tomato and a slice of onion inside the bun. I would have been happy if they had put more lettuce and pickles, but overall a nice burger. The fries arrived hot and tasty and in a decent quantity. The most I missed were napkins on the table! You can't eat a burger without using a napkin afterwards!

Not bad for a quick snack, actually. It was my first time there, though. What surprised me was that there was no knife for eating… Or maybe I missed it? It was a bit unusual and inconvenient, but otherwise it was quite good, especially for young people/families.

Burgers are everywhere, of course. But I especially enjoyed the ones here. The place is somewhere between a fast-food joint and a restaurant. There's no table service, but if the burgers are really good, I don't mind. All this at reasonable prices.

Unfortunately, it only deserves one star. My food was cold when I picked it up, and the burger was really bad. I'm originally from Berlin and have tried many burgers there, and I have to say this one was a complete disappointment. It was so greasy that I actually threw up. I've never experienced anything like that in Berlin. What a shame!

We were there yesterday. The two employees were constantly on their phones instead of taking orders or cleaning the tables. The menu was covered in grease stains. Orders were taken incorrectly or not at all. We had to wait so long for a portion of fries. By then, everyone else at the table had already finished eating. Burgers were okay, but some of the fries were just cold. Wouldn't recommend it.

Disappointing Visit - Rudeness and Long Waiting Times Our visit to this restaurant was unfortunately a thoroughly disappointing experience. Even when ordering, we felt abandoned. The service was extremely rude and bored. There was no explanation of the menu composition, no recommendations, and our questions were ignored or simply not understood due to language barriers. Afterward, we had to wait an unbearably long time for our food. The burgers that arrived were merely "okay" – but that may have been due to the extreme hunger we had developed while waiting. Conclusion: Poor service, long waits, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. We cannot recommend another visit.

I loved the place. The atmosphere was simply fantastic, and the burgers were unbeatable. I haven't had a good burger in a long time. But the one from Burger Brothers wasn't just good; it was pure perfection. The meat was tender, and the bread was incredibly crispy and delicious. The music during my visit was very entertaining. I felt very comfortable in this place. Yesterday was, in my opinion, a great evening with my friends. The service was super friendly and very diligent and helpful. Young people with a respectful tone and approach to customers. I'm sorry I forgot to tip. But I'll definitely do that next time. From now on, my favorite restaurant on Brückstraße. Keep it up!

We went there as a family yesterday; I ordered the children's menu for my children. We were told that unfortunately they had run out of drink packets. We weren't offered any other drinks either (I must say that the staff at the checkout were pretty disinterested). When we asked if we could at least have water, we were told "no, unfortunately not" and that it was only possible for an extra charge. I also mentioned that my two children could share a bottle. Just to be clear, I'm only concerned about the principle, not the money. So yesterday's visit was unfortunately not customer-friendly or CHILD-friendly. When the order was ready, I only received the (accompanying) surprise upon request.

The burgers were nice and juicy. It took a while to cook, but before that, it was good. A meal for one adult and two children cost €40. It's worth doing for a special occasion.

I've been there twice – almost half a year apart. Both times, my food was prepared incorrectly, and requests for changes like "no onions" were ignored. The fries were cold, the food tasteless. The staff was unfriendly, there were no napkins, and the soap in the washroom was watered down. For the prices, I expect significantly more. I won't be back.

Tuve una buena comida aquí con algunos amigos. La hamburguesa era buena, carne jugosa, yo tenía la combinación de 4 quesos, que era sabroso, también. las patatas fritas eran buenas. La ubicación es un poco industrial y simple, pero está bien. No puedes conseguir alcohol en este lugar.
