We went there for the first time today. First we went to Pace and then had a burger. The line went all the way to the entrance, but we moved along quickly; it really wasn't a problem. Occasionally, the line outside was also very long, and that was in 31-degree heat, but everyone has to decide for themselves. A few umbrellas certainly wouldn't be a bad idea for the fans. Burgers were good; I personally didn't find the fries quite as tasty, but that's a matter of taste. You have to try it once, but it's enough.

Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries were only lukewarm, and the burger bread could have been a bit bigger.

Very relaxed atmosphere during the week, not too crowded...burgers are delicious, staff relaxed and friendly.

Even with a long line, the food arrived quickly and tasted great. Plus, the atmosphere was cool.

First, the positive: Friendly staff when ordering and at the counter when picking up. Really tasty burgers and a great atmosphere. I would give this 5 stars. Now, the absolute no-go: my son went to the bathroom, but the soap was empty when he washed his hands. Since a cleaning lady was on her way to the restrooms, I politely told her that the soap was empty. She replied rather rudely that it could happen. I politely replied that it could happen, but that I was pointing it out so she could refill the soap. She then briefly went into the restroom area (I couldn't look any further, as it was the men's restroom), but I was standing in the hallway and came out shortly after with the gloves she was already wearing to wipe tables, or rather, sweep up crumbs. The cleaning staff here urgently needs to be trained in hygiene. We had already eaten; otherwise, I don't think I would have been able to eat another bite.

I can say that it is a different place. Although it is far from the center, it had a lot of customers. The burger was really delicious. I can say that it is a spacious and wide place. You can see specially modified vehicles inside the place. I think the price is reasonable. Although it is far from me, it is a place I will prefer to eat a burger.

The food was incredibly delicious! I've never had such a good burger! It definitely won't be my last visit. The price/performance ratio is definitely good! I have to say, JP has created something truly amazing!

The burgers at Big Boost Burger are among the best I've ever eaten. Combined with the ambiance and the very friendly staff, this makes it a top-notch burger joint. During peak times, lines can get very long, but the wait is still manageable.

Service, atmosphere, sauces: Great. Burger Meat: Terrible The patties are rubbery and heated from frozen. The atmosphere is great, the price is not high (especially for drinks) but definitely not the burger meat. This place is incredibly overrated for subpar burgers. We were a group of 7 and all agreed that the meat is low quality. Positives were the bacon and the sauces

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We received the wrong burger, and when we asked, they said they'd make us a new one straight away, but we could still have the wrong one if we wanted. This was our second time there because my 8-year-old son is also really into it and loves the cheeseburger. We'll be back. We were there again today and everything was great.

OH, YES they can do something :-) This is the first burger place where I don't have lettuce on the meat burger without having to say anything. Then I bit into it and the meat was really nice and pink inside (medium), which was really good. Not to mention the bacon, not discounter bacon with a thickness of 0.5mm, NE, something real. the burger buns are very large and tasty. I'll probably have to drive by there more often :-) (to the salad lovers: it's all good, I eat it too. But when I order a meat burger, I take the lettuce leaf, tomato, etc. down anyway)

I highly recommend coming here. I usually go to EMS in the region and then always make a special trip to BBB. On these days, the line stretches all the way to the street, and the wait is about an hour, but it's definitely worth it. I was there recently, at "normal" time, without a trade fair, etc., and it was very relaxing to eat there and take in everything at my leisure. It's definitely a must for every "Pott" visit!

Always worth a visit! A beautifully designed shop with a fitting concept. I've rarely had such a good burger. I think the prices are completely reasonable. The small showroom in the entrance area alone is quite impressive. Like in the PACE Museum, the vehicles are changed occasionally, so there's always something new to look at :). There's also a small arcade and a merchandise shop. One small criticism I have would be the parking situation. The available parking spaces fill up quickly, especially at peak times. But given the location of the shop, I don't think that's something that can be easily changed.

We were at Big Boost today, and it was simply amazing. The highlight was the dance performance by three employees who didn't let the crowds spoil their fun. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Still the best burger I've eaten so far. Perfect organization, despite the queue leading to the courtyard, we waited 20 minutes to order and then another 5 minutes until we had our food.

I didn't find the atmosphere very inviting. Felt like I was in a dark cave because the walls and ceiling were painted a dark color. You sit uncomfortably at large tables on benches that are lined up fairly close together. Since it was very crowded, you couldn't even have a quiet conversation. The ceiling is mostly covered with car parts. Many people may like it, but it's not mine. When we ordered, our turn came quickly and the employees were super nice. The food was really tasty. There's nothing wrong with that. Can definitely recommend. Prices are ok too. I would order something there again, although I would rather eat outside or in the car.

Simply a really cool place to go if you love cars and/or like eating burgers. Burgers taste very good, the atmosphere is always great and you feel very comfortable. I would always take the 5 hour drive to visit Big Boost.

I was last there shortly after it opened and was really excited about the burger back then! What awaited me today was nothing compared to back then! The patty has absolute frozen character and the bun... well! The concept was really good, but the burger was an absolute disappointment.

Extremely tasty burger, meat super aromatic. I haven't had such a good burger in a long time. The bun is also really good and doesn't fall apart after biting into it twice. You can get a cool mug for a €2 “deposit”, a nice reminder. So just under €20 = full and a souvenir with you. The fries are absolutely perfect and the mayo is included for free. If I'm back in Dortmund, I'll definitely come here again

I was there for the opening and again after a year and a half. It was really tasty there. Yesterday was an absolute crash. The meat grilled to death, dry, gristly. The bacon was inedible, like rubber. Bread also dry and as if untoasted. I didn't want to listen to colleagues who said that unfortunately things had slowed down significantly. For me, that's what boosted it up. Too bad 😞

Parking at peak times is of course a disaster. We were there on Saturday evening and found a parking space very quickly. Ambiance is kept very dark. There are various cars in a small showroom at the front. Food ordering is similar to the usual fast food chains. The order number will then be called up after some time. Which is quite difficult to hear when it's loud. Maybe just display the number on one of the monitors. Food was ready quickly. A seat was quickly found. There are large tables with benches scattered around the room. Not comfortable but suitable. Positively, the tables are so deep that even strangers can sit opposite each other and they don't get in each other's way at all. Burgers were fantastic. Very, very rarely have I eaten such good meat on a burger. Fries were good too, they just could have been hotter. The spice and taste was somewhat reminiscent of chips even though they are fries. We were completely thrilled. It could be a little cleaner, with the staff always wiping down the tables. But on the floor, for example There was quite a lot of rubbish. But that's also difficult to do since the store has really good throughput most days. We would come back at any time.

We arrived today on a Saturday, we were at the Pace Museum at 12 p.m. and then drove here around 1:15 p.m. We immediately got a parking space on the shoulder and there were more available. The burger shop is busy, but the crowd spreads out really quickly, so we were able to go to the counter and order our burgers, which were nice and warm and super tasty. You can always find a seat at the table at lunchtime.

Neither Big nor Boost. Lots of show about carts and motorsports, but only mediocre burgers. But that's how you know what the JP hype is about. Burger buns are snow white and dry. The patty wasn't really juicy either. There's nothing special about standing in line for half an hour. The team is definitely trying hard, but really good burgers really look different. Go to the Beef Club in Soest. 😉 You can still see something there.
