Everything used to be great. NOW they're selling this disgusting swill. From some kind of idiot—he likes to use that word himself, especially when he defends police officers who shoot a 12-year-old deaf girl.

High-speed flavor in Dortmund. Big Boost Burger has quickly established itself as a hotspot for great burgers. The concept is clear: high-quality ingredients, fast preparation, and an intense taste experience. The burgers impress with their high-quality meat and fresh, crisp toppings. The ratio of bun, meat, and sauce is perfectly balanced. The ambiance... you could think you're in a car dealership with an adjoining repair shop—really cool! 😎 There's also a pool table and a few arcade machines to help pass the time while you wait.

We often drive 45 minutes here for burgers. Depending on the day of the week and nearby events, the wait time varies between 15 minutes and 1.5 hours (during the Essen Motor Show). We love the burgers and are always extremely satisfied. Even in stressful situations, the staff are almost always incredibly cool. Recently, one employee was impossible to deal with, rude, and extremely unfriendly. Otherwise, everything is great.

I've rarely visited such a good burger joint. Despite the crowds, we were served within 10-20 minutes. The reusable cup idea is great, although there's a €2 deposit, the other prices are perfectly reasonable.

If you disregard the JP hype and objectively assess the quality, you'll find that it's actually standard quality, nothing outstanding. The ambiance is great.

I'd heard a lot about Big Boost and had been wanting to try their burgers for ages, and today was the day. There was a long line to order the burgers (about 30 minutes), but it was Friday evening. Picking up the burgers was very quick, though. There was plenty of space to sit, even though it was very crowded. The burgers and fries, the jalapeno burger, and the BBQ burger were all delicious. The fries and sweet potato fries were also very tasty. Highly recommended! If the wait time were a bit shorter, I'd stop by more often when I'm in Dortmund.

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I always love coming back, even though I have to drive 300km to get there; it's always a great experience. You do have to wait in line for about 20 minutes to order, but that just makes you even hungrier for the burger. Dog owners are allowed in, even with their dogs, which I think is fantastic! Since my last visit, they've also added arcade games, some of which are free—very cool. There's also a clothing store inside that carries JP's merch. In short: If you like cars and burgers, this is the place for you. Climate activists, please leave the stickers outside :)

I've been there at least 20 times now. And this review is based on all the times I've been to the restaurant. My compliments to the entire team. The food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is clean and tidy, considering how many people come and go. The staff is incredibly customer-oriented and helpful! I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

Only four stars because of the mandatory deposit on the cups. The burgers and fries were excellent, and the decor and the vehicles on display were also worth seeing. Returning the reusable cups was time-consuming, as the instructions weren't clear. The atmosphere is cozy and impressive. The ambiance was great, and the non-vegetarian burgers were also very good. However, we went there because of the ingredient information provided for the vegetarian options. Unfortunately, upon inquiring on-site, we discovered that the information was incomplete and the burgers were not vegan. Hence the rating. According to the staff, the sauces and buns are not vegan.

The burgers are great, the sweet potato fries are really crispy. The guys are extremely organized in their open kitchen. Seating is unfortunately very limited, and there's always a long line. I was a little worried we wouldn't get a seat, but it worked out. Still, it's always a bit stressful while eating because you see how many people still need a seat to eat. And it's extremely loud inside, making it difficult to have a conversation.

I don't understand the hype. It's a big place, so it's busy, and the line is long. I ordered my burger with extra cheese. When I asked if that was the case when I picked it up, I was told yes. The people sitting next to us had extra cheese on it. So I went back and said something. I promptly got a new one. Still, absolutely nothing special. Dirty place, no clean tables. Large tables where you sometimes sit with 15-20 people. Loud acoustics, and then you can throw your clothes in the laundry. The restrooms were okay. Cleaning rags were clearly lying around the sink. We were so disappointed 😅 There really are better burger places!

The burgers are really good, but the fries were the absolute highlight. Considering how busy it was, the team processed and called out orders very quickly. The atmosphere in JP Performance Building 2 is fantastic. Industrial charm meets the tuner scene. The price for the burger and fries with a drink is reasonable. There's no admission charge for the building.

Compared to the big fast-food chains, you'll certainly get a better burger here, but honestly, there are even better ones elsewhere. If you like cars and tuning, you'll get your money's worth here. Otherwise, the atmosphere is typical of a fast-food joint. The wait on a Saturday night was long: 25 minutes just to order, then another 20 minutes until the food was ready. That's how long you'll have to wait in line.

We eat there once a year when we're in Dortmund for an event. The burgers are great, although I prefer the meat burgers to the veggie versions (I love substitutes, but the meat burgers are even better than the veggie versions). Prices are fair, and the staff is always friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere, with its attention to detail and the car, is very cool! We look forward to our next visit every year.

The ambiance is exceptional. The service is friendly and fast. Unfortunately, the food can't keep up. The burgers look excellent, but the patties, in particular, are not good. The currywurst is average at best. Only the fries are amazing.

The line moves faster than you think. We don't need to start with the ambiance; it's unparalleled. And the burgers are super delicious. The ingredients always make a fresh impression. I've been there many times and always go back to eat when Pace has a new exhibition. Kreamer definitely has it down.

We each had the "Damn Awesome Special Burger" on the menu, with sweet potato fries. There was no line in front of us. The staff was really great. They even asked my pregnant friend if she wanted the burger cooked well. I've never heard the staff do that at any other restaurant before. I think it's great that they pay attention to things like that. We both thought the food was delicious. The atmosphere was really great, with the cars nearby and the hoods hanging from the ceiling. It was an overall great experience. I definitely recommend it. Thanks to the Big Boost Burger team for the treat. 😊

My boyfriend and I were here on Sunday, September 21, 2025. We had the Damn Awesome Special Burger with sweet potato fries menu. It was absolutely delicious. The staff even asked if I needed a burger cooked all the way through since I'm pregnant. For that, I give them an extra 5 ☆ for their consideration of pregnant women.
