A very popular place. No need to go on weekends...it's too crowded. The wait is long. But it's worth it...the best burgers. Super tasty. Fresh, warm, and generous. Top-notch.

The burgers here are very, very tasty and of high quality. The patty is cooked medium-rare, which might not be for everyone, but I personally found it very tasty. Everything went relatively quickly, and the surroundings are simply chic, thanks to the vehicles and everything.

We eat there once a year when we're in Dortmund for an event. The burgers are great, although I prefer the meat burgers to the veggie versions (I love substitutes, but the meat burgers are even better than the veggie versions). Prices are fair, and the staff is always friendly and cheerful. The atmosphere, with its attention to detail and the car, is very cool! We look forward to our next visit every year.

The ambiance is exceptional. The service is friendly and fast. Unfortunately, the food can't keep up. The burgers look excellent, but the patties, in particular, are not good. The currywurst is average at best. Only the fries are amazing.

The line moves faster than you think. We don't need to start with the ambiance; it's unparalleled. And the burgers are super delicious. The ingredients always make a fresh impression. I've been there many times and always go back to eat when Pace has a new exhibition. Kreamer definitely has it down.

If you value good quality, this is the place for you. The burgers and everything else here taste excellent. The portions are generous and fair. The atmosphere...great!

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten.

We each had the "Damn Awesome Special Burger" on the menu, with sweet potato fries. There was no line in front of us. The staff was really great. They even asked my pregnant friend if she wanted the burger cooked well. I've never heard the staff do that at any other restaurant before. I think it's great that they pay attention to things like that. We both thought the food was delicious. The atmosphere was really great, with the cars nearby and the hoods hanging from the ceiling. It was an overall great experience. I definitely recommend it. Thanks to the Big Boost Burger team for the treat. 😊

My boyfriend and I were here on Sunday, September 21, 2025. We had the Damn Awesome Special Burger with sweet potato fries menu. It was absolutely delicious. The staff even asked if I needed a burger cooked all the way through since I'm pregnant. For that, I give them an extra 5 ☆ for their consideration of pregnant women.

Always happy to go there... if you love cars. The food is perfect every time and leaves nothing to be desired. Only two small comments from our last visit (September 20th): 1. The line waiting for food was quite long for that time of day (around 2 p.m.)... 2. We would have loved to pick up some clothes, but unfortunately, customers with "normal" clothing sizes are left empty-handed... almost all S and M sizes are sold out :( But otherwise, we love coming there :)

Had a delicious burger, and if you have teenage sons, they'll absolutely love the location. Success guaranteed.

A definite yes. I've been here every now and then since it opened 8 years ago. Always delicious, always fresh. Never experienced anything else. Definitely worth a visit.

Where should I begin? The service is hard to rate since it's an order counter and a pickup counter, but it's still fast and everything is neatly presented. Honestly, the burger looked great. The atmosphere in the shop was nice for a burger shop, but it's all about the burger you've heard so much about. First time there, and well, the burger didn't really taste of anything except the sauce. The patty, 200g Australian beef, was far dry, really, really dry, and just looked like a frozen patty. The best thing were the fries, which were great, but they're just fries, which shouldn't be the benchmark for a burger shop. So, I was extremely disappointed with the product. The 2 stars are only due to the cool packaging.

The atmosphere was truly impressive and beautifully designed. However, I have to say that there's no air conditioning—a definite no-go for me in warm weather. My burger was unfortunately disappointing: It had hardly any flavor, there was almost no sauce, and I couldn't finish it. I didn't like it at all. The sweet potato fries were tasty, but seemed like they'd been sitting for a while. Given the large number of customers, I can understand that it's difficult to always serve fresh fries—but overall, the food wasn't convincing for me.

The burgers were good. Not the best burgers I've had. But no matter; given the atmosphere, that's forgivable. There was a huge line that stretched all the way to the entrance. There were about 70 people in front of us. The service was at least as fast as McDonald's, but the quality was obviously much better.

The burgers are delicious. Prices are high, but you're happy to pay for the atmosphere. 👍🏻 Service only gets 1 star. Staff are slightly irritated, and the cashier pushes you to change your bank. (That's not appropriate!)

The burger was so thick you'd think you were biting into a cow. The legend tasted great, and everything else was good too. Even though it was probably busy and everyone naturally has different sensitivities, the man at the cash register was rather unfriendly. He doesn't necessarily have to make jokes or laugh or do anything else, but at least looking at someone while serving them would have been very accommodating.

The team was very motivated, and you could immediately tell they enjoyed their work. The burger and fries were excellent—fresh bun, juicy meat, and overall top quality. During the week, you can get a seat quickly, and the wait for the food is also pleasantly short. I was there for lunch and had my order at my table within just a few minutes. I'd definitely be back!

A very special atmosphere, but unfortunately, the burger wasn't that tasty – the bun was pretty bland, and the rest of the burgers were surprisingly flavorless. The fries, however, were all the better! They tasted similar to McDonald's, but thicker without being soggy. One more thing: I found there were surprisingly few parking spaces considering the car-themed restaurant.

I'm not much into cars, but this place is definitely worth a visit. A really cool atmosphere and incredibly delicious food. I don't know how you do it, but every single component of the burger was perfectly balanced. We arrived a little late, so there was no line, and the food was ready in no time. Price-wise, the place is more mid-range. For what you get, though, it's absolutely fair and definitely within the normal range. Conclusion: A must for anyone who likes to move into the fast lane when it comes to food. Anyone who stops here will not only fill up, but also be in a good mood. 🚗🍔

Until now, I only knew JP's Big Boost Burger from his videos. A very, very cool decorated shop ❤️❤️, car fans will definitely get their money's worth here, and non-car fans can simply eat really cool, delicious burgers here!

Big Boost Burger – an experience for burger and car fans The burgers are simply fantastic: juicy, flavorful, and made with great attention to detail. If you love good food, this is the place for you. JP's car exhibition is particularly exciting – amazing models that you wouldn't normally get to see up close. Whether you're a burger fanatic or a car enthusiast, a visit is definitely worth it. Here you get enjoyment and experience all in one place.

We expected one line, but not two. It took 25 minutes to order, and another 15 minutes to pick up. At least we had lukewarm Cokes in the second line, which were almost empty by the time we picked up the bacon/jalapeno and BBQ burgers. The burgers were okay, but they only stave off hunger for two hours. Given the size of the burgers, the value for money is completely out of proportion. €62 for two burger meals and two individual burgers is unjustified. Furthermore, hygiene was poor. The floor was very dirty, and the tables and benches weren't clean, covered in crumbs and leftover food. The waitresses tried hard, but couldn't share the time on a Saturday evening. Even though the cars are nice to look at, this trendy eatery is only conditionally recommended.

JP is a big name nationwide. It's all the more wonderful that it's enriching our city. Even though I'm not a huge car fanatic, as a Dortmund resident, you definitely have to visit at least once. My interest grew significantly after the Monte Stream, so I went there yesterday with the expectation of finally trying the best burger in town. You tend to be disappointed, but definitely not at JP/Big Boost Burger! Great staff, very, very nice location. I even bought a very well-made hoodie for my daughter straight away! Highly recommended!

We were so excited about this burger, and then we got this slapped-together thing that's supposed to call itself a burger. I'm totally disappointed.

Disappointing – Expectations Not Met I had high expectations due to the hype and self-congratulation of the place, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The burgers are OK, but by no means particularly good or exceptional – I've definitely had better ones at other places. There's simply nothing that sets this burger apart from the rest. The 30-minute wait in line wasn't justified, especially when you then have to sit on hard benches to eat the burger. The drinks also disappointed me – they're lukewarm, without ice, barely carbonated, and taste far worse than straight from the bottle. Even the otherwise acceptable price doesn't justify it. On the plus side, the fries are really good. But unfortunately, that's the only highlight. After all the hype and the bold statements like "we spent weeks visiting all the other burger joints to figure out what the best burger is," "the bun is perfect" (which is why there's no vegan option), and "we do everything we can to keep prices down," my disappointment was even greater. All in all, the trip wasn't worth it, and I definitely won't be coming back. There are simply plenty of other places where you can get significantly better burgers for less wait time and at a better price. Therefore, I don't recommend it.

We were there today, August 29, 2025, at 3:10 p.m. We got a parking space; we parked on a side street. We were pretty lucky; there wasn't a long line. We had our food after 20 minutes. I have to say, I really enjoyed the burger. My girlfriend and my daughter had bratwurst in bread with fries. They both thought it was great, too; the atmosphere is unique. The staff is friendly.

So, the exterior and interior appearance is definitely a matter of taste, but that shouldn't stop anyone from ordering a burger there. Simply amazing, every burger is freshly prepared, and the fries are simply amazing. I've never left a shop so full after a burger, fries, and a Coke. Anyone who's ever in Dortmund, whether for business or pleasure, should visit this place. I highly recommend it.
