Visited BBB for the first time on a Sunday afternoon/evening. The ambience is MEGA. Despite a "long" queue, we had our food very quickly. The menu is very clear and has a good selection. The prices are surprisingly cheap for the portion you get. Surprisingly, we still visited the shop well and we were in a large group and found a table straight away. You really have to praise the organization when processing the orders. Multiple orders are processed at the same time, so the food goes out quickly and why. Really impressive... The staff is very friendly and in a good mood, but when ordering you have to make sure that everything has been recorded correctly. The toilets are a bit "dirty" and damp. It's really a shame that people can't go to the toilet normally. However, the parking situation is a disaster. Completely overcrowded and some people can't drive or park. Communication and respect or giving right of way is sometimes difficult. Conclusion: It was a MEGA evening and of course we will be back!

A very unique restaurant with a really nice collection of classic cars on display. The atmosphere is amazing. The burgers are very good, though still far from the best for me. There is a small parking lot outside.

Unique and very good burger. The burger is a rare find in terms of bread and meat, but in a very positive way. The sweet potato fries are absolutely outstanding and nice and crispy. Great atmosphere with the cars on display. Lots of attention to detail and everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly.

The location is very cool and the taste and quality of the food is also great. The portion is large. The service was also very friendly. We were lucky and it was empty so we didn't have to queue.

I've eaten burgers here many times, always top quality 👍🏼 The waitresses are always very friendly. There's usually a lot going on here and you can't clean after everyone, but today it was quiet and there was a lack of basic cleanliness. Maybe an employee was missing that day or there were other reasons.

Rarely have I had such good burgers! Top quality. There is a lot going on on the weekend. People like to queue. Sometimes 30 minutes or longer. That speaks for itself. You are just a “fan”. :) There's also a lot to look at.

Diner-style burger restaurant. There are tuned vehicles in the exhibition room. The food is unexpectedly good and doesn't have to shy away from comparison with other burger restaurants and especially the system restaurants.

Everything was great...was there with a child))) Road trip NRW BigBooster, Hall 77 and PACE..... Price/performance top!!!!! Fries €1.70 Citizens between €8 and €12 Small Coke €1.70 ...only at lunchtime after arrival there a cheeseburger and bacon burger and fries..............and in the evening in front of the hotel. ..then back to Big B........a MeatLove and the child some more cheese........everything is delicious and filling too.......unfortunately I don't live in NRW,,,,otherwise I would be there more often.......

Very tasty and very cool atmosphere. But very very crowded. We waited about 30 minutes at the checkout and then 20 minutes to eat.

Went there for the first time yesterday. The store interior is super cool! The slot machines but also all the cars and the dynamometer. The queue was of course brutally long around midday (easily 1 hour waiting time)

I eat very little vegan food, but the vegan burger tasted really good. Unfortunately the cheeseburger wasn't that good, I couldn't finish it, it wasn't cooked through and there was gristle in the patty.

The jalapeños were too mild for our taste and the sweet potato fries were too thin, so you couldn't taste much of the potato itself. We found the tables a bit too wide, we didn't have the feeling of being together. The benches were also a little too far away from the table. Unfortunately the beef comes from Australia, which is a shame. Finally the positive: The team was extremely well-coordinated and all the employees were very friendly, super fast and attentive. The burgers were extremely tasty! You can use as much mayo and ketchup as you want. We thought the napkin dispensers at the tables were great, so nothing was wasted “inordinately and arbitrarily”. :)

Despite the long line, we were able to order fairly quickly. Our food was ready pretty quickly and it was really good too. Car fans will get their money's worth there. The Clothing Store at Big Boost Burger is a must. With his open nature and sales skills, Jan has everything under control there!

Soooooo, then I'll give my probably rather long, but detailed and honest feedback! ———> If you want to read about the food straight away, please read from point 5! We (my brother and I) were in Dortmund, far away, today to buy rims and, as long-time followers of JP, of course we couldn't miss the opportunity to see the whole thing in reality... Parking wasn't a problem for us at all! However, we were there outside of the season on January 9th, 2025 around 5/6 p.m. Once there, as I said, I found a parking space in front of the company, got out and stood directly in front of the shop window with a view of the workshop. -> WOW! (Of course, unfortunately “not quite as much” visible as one would like, if you understand what I mean..) BUT still really very impressive to be able to see the cars, the building and the workshop/workshop equipment in such close proximity. After briefly falling in love with the workshop and its contents -> Walked a few meters across the street (over to Enjoy vehicle wrap and the Big Boost Burger/office building) and went inside after feeling hungry... And for the second time -> WOW! At this point I have to elaborate a little bit (before we get to dinner)… Open the door, go into the store, take two steps inside and: 1. Pleasant smell! -> Not overly penetrating like food, as we know from other burger restaurants and therefore somehow subconsciously “expected”, but actually just slightly like food and otherwise only a light “room fragrance basic note” (the one from Jean Pierre in a video at the time The room scents I mentioned in passing seem to achieve the desired effect, haha) 2nd exhibition -> Seeing the cars on display there (this time really) within reach will definitely make the hearts of people who are less interested in tuning and cars beat faster! 3. The ambience itself! -> It's hard to describe (you "know" it from pictures and videos), I can only say that it's definitely worth seeing, it really suited the taste (at least of both of us) as you can tell! 4. Performance test bench -> Unfortunately it wasn't in operation at that time and on that day, that's just how it is, logically it can't have anything on it around the clock. But that would certainly have been an incredible highlight and actually motivated us to take the long journey a second time if we had the opportunity! 5. FINALLY TO EAT!!! -> In our case there was a queue of around 5 minutes, just place an order, wait for the call, DONE… It was quick and uncomplicated. -> TOP CLASS in terms of taste and appearance! -> Both were extremely satisfied and were not disappointed! -> In terms of price, we also find a good balance for this “feel” and “tasty” quality! -> In our opinion, compared to other burger restaurants, top! Very very tasty and great staff. Child-friendly and we also had porridge warmed up for the baby. Children's burger would be quite good, as the normal one is a bit too big for the little ones.

There are numerous points that made the evening overall unenjoyable. service The service was a mess. It took forever for someone to take our order and when the burgers finally came the order was incorrect. The response to our query was irritable and there was no apology. The staff seemed overwhelmed and made little effort to improve the situation. Ambiance The ambience leaves a lot to be desired. The noise level was unbearable, making it difficult to hold a conversation. In addition, the dining room was chaotic - tables were not cleared and it was generally dirty. For a restaurant that wants to present itself as modern and high quality, this is absolutely unacceptable. organization The organization was catastrophic. Despite the empty tables, we had to wait a long time to be seated as the reservations were obviously not well coordinated. The waiting time for the food was also far too long, even though the restaurant was not completely full. Value for money The prices are completely excessive. The burgers taste good, but with this poor service and the uncomfortable atmosphere, the price is not justified. There are numerous better alternatives in Dortmund for the same amount. Burger was great, price is okay for the portions

Good selection of not exactly cheap, but good fast food products. The ambience is top. During the week (Thursday) it was relaxed for dinner. Found a parking space, waited less than 10 minutes for the order and less than 10 minutes for the food to be ready. Found seats inside. Relaxedly inspected and photographed cars without disturbing anyone. Gladly again...it finally worked on the third attempt. I searched for parking spaces twice in one weekend in vain, let alone stood in a 40m long queue...then politely declined.

I'm not a car or tuning fan, but I enjoy visiting this place with my partner. The burgers are super tasty, the location is unique and appropriate, there is always something to see and, even for me, it's always worth a trip!

Apart from the hype about Mr. Krämer and the sometimes long waiting times, you can eat really good burgers here 👍 This bothers the fans who just want to see their company, but not so much 😊

I am very critical of food and know that many people hype food because it is from their idol. That's why I was really critical when I ordered food. I bought a bacon burger (very simple cheesy with bacon) and fries with a cola. The burger tasted sensationally delicious. The bacon was super crispy and crunchy - nothing greasy or unpleasant. The meat was very juicy and well done. By no means dry. It was a rather simple but delicious burger. The fries were the best fries I've ever eaten. Sounds strange? Fries usually always taste the same. These were super crispy and reminded me of Italian olive oil chips. They were just salted, but somehow super light and tasty. The cola was like a cola is made of syrup. A little watered down, but good, it's not the end of the world. What really bothered me was that we had to pay a two euro deposit for a cup, but it was so full that you had to queue up again to hand it over at the end. So I put the cup next to the tablets because we didn't want to wait forever. By the way, it was during the week. Sure, I understand the deposit system, otherwise everyone would just take the cups with them, but I don't want to wait in line forever to return them either. But the food was great 👍🏻

I had 2 burgers, I really didn't like them, the meat wasn't really cooked through and was still pretty bloody, the bun was too thick and there wasn't enough in the burger, there was also way too little sauce and the burger was extremely dry, but that's what the fries were for but cool. I can only give the burger 1 star and don't understand the hype

Price performance of the burgers is simply super good. Very tasty, very juicy, just amazing. But the fact that there were only 3 toilets and the standing urinals were broken or blocked and then the hand dryer is installed in front of the 3 toilets is not possible. According to several people on site, it is always very crowded there. Money for new cars, yes, but not for customers, I find it very sad. 2 more cash registers and more toilets that would be a great thing.

Complete disappointment unfortunately. Service is cold and seems annoyed when asked questions. The fries could have been crispier - mayo & ketchup are kind of sad for its name. Burger bun dry and the patty just tastes like a badly fried meatball... just herb butter on it with the bacon worked well...

We were there at the last Essen Motorshow Friday around 5:30 p.m. There was a lot going on in the restaurant. Despite the large volume and stress, service staff were very friendly and in a good mood. We were thrilled that the burgers and fries were so good for this "mass delivery" experience. What we didn't like was that there was an increasing amount of rubbish from visitors on the floors and the toilets were very dirty. But all in all we were very satisfied and drove to our hotel full, satisfied and happy 😁.

We went to Big Boost Burger on Saturday. The shop was very full, but we knew that because it was the essen motor show. We ordered burgers, and what can I say. You can tell that it is quality. Great burger bun, fresh salad and delicious sauces. The highlight, the fresh pattie. You immediately notice that it's not a tk like in other fast food shops. And the atmosphere with the cars etc. Also worth an experience.

Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed because we waited a relatively long time for our food, which was understandable given the rush of customers. I decided on a veggie burger, which was tasty, but compared to my friend's meat burger, it somehow lacked the "finesse" or love. I also took the “Upgrade 2” with sweet potato fries (€1 more than normal fries). But then I got normal fries. Overall the price-performance ratio was good. However, next time I would go somewhere else for burgers.

I don't have to mention the ambience, it's perfect and an experience for every car fan. The food was great too, we had burgers with spark plugs....uhhhh fries. I'm definitely not a fan of fries, but I was really excited. Not remotely comparable to various other burger shops. The burgers were also great. Sure, there's always a bit of spillage with burgers, but they're neither too huge nor too small. Great taste and appearance. Basically, the burgers are all quite similar and have almost just one base that is sometimes refined in one way or another. Simple and good concept. There was also veggie, but we didn't try it. My only negative is the waiting time. I have to note that I was there during the Essen Motor Show. The rush was enormous and there were ~140 people in front of you. But you just have to accept that with a trade fair like this nearby. Still, it went pretty quickly. Queue -> Order and get the drink -> Queue (separate queue) -> get the burger Overall, a great concept and a good execution even with such a rush. Hats off!

Fast Wünstler (Kunst kommt von können, wenn es von wollen käme heißes es Wunst.) Mittag eine Riesen Schlange 5 Leute hinter dem Tresen. 4 sind unterbeschäftigt und einer belegt alle Burger. Und das einhändig da er nur einen Handschuh trägt. Fazit, das Essen war kalt. Es ist wie die Autos die nebenan zusammengedengelt werden, undurchdacht. Nicht zu empfehlen (auch weil von den 4 unterbeschäftigten keiner mal auf die Idee kam die tische zu reinigen.)
