Big Boost Burger in Dortmund

Very nice exhibition of cars. However, there are always very long queues and expensive prices. The food itself was ok.

Cool atmosphere, delicious food, moderate prices. Also ideal for the family. Despite the long queue, the food came quickly.

Cool atmosphere, with friendly service staff. The BBQ burger was Not very exciting in the price range and the fries were completely missing salt. The tables were smeared, which the nice lady took care of immediately. And last but not least: the waiting time of almost 45 minutes was very long, although the staff cannot be blamed.

We were very enthusiastic about the citizens.

Always super delicious. The burgers are super juicy. The sweet potato fries are significantly better than they were a year ago Year. And if you love cars, you've come to the right place!

Food, ambience and service were great! Then why only 4 stars for the food? We treated ourselves to cinnamon rolls at Carffee for lunch. This was a clear tastegasm. The expectations this aroused for the burger could not quite be met. But seriously people, treat yourself to these burgers!

As I'm not a car fan, it was nothing. It was so full that people were standing all over the place. The marketing machine is working, I would say. That was too long for us to wait with our dogs. What's more, it was anything but comfortable. Burger King or McDondals for rich people. Who also want to be seen. The 2 stars are for the toilets, they were really clean for the number of people in the store.

Knew the restaurant from the videos my husband watches. I was curious to see what it was like in reality. As a non-car fan, you (woman) still had enough to see. The food was incredibly good. The toilets very clean. Can recommend it!

Location is cool. But the food is nothing special and tastes like any other snack bar.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Burger patty was raw on all 3 burgers ordered. When I asked, they explained that the patties were always medium fried and offered to let me know next time how we would like the patty. It's a shame that you can't send a photo here, because the cow was practically still alive.

Simply great burgers, in a cool atmosphere

The burgers are amazing and the kitchen is really hard working - you really don't have to wait long even if there is a line up to the entrance. Top... it takes 2.5-3 hours but it's worth it.

Given all the hype, I expected more from the food, but at least some bacon on a bacon burger would be a plus. I have to say the staff was super friendly 👍💯 The ambience is already Oberhammer.

Staff super friendly and helpful. We received the wrong burger and when asked they said they would make you a new one straight away. You can still have the wrong one if you want. Went there for the second time because my 8 year old son is also really excited and loves the cheeseburger. We'd love to come back.

Big Boost Burger is a place to go for people who are very hungry, when you come in you are put off by a queue of people for a moment, BUT don't worry, the process in the burger shop is well-established, it moves very quickly, order, pay, take the receipt, wait a moment for the number is called out loudly and you take your tray with the food you ordered ready, all you have to do is look for a seat and enjoy it without being biased. The burger I ordered was really awesome and the fries were also very good, by far the BEST burger I've eaten to date have, fresh ingredients, a very clear recommendation for indefinite. So now we come to the disadvantage, but neither JP Performance nor Big Boost Burger, there is a fast charging station for the place, which is unfortunately used as a parking lot, electric vehicles are parked there and blocking the charging stations, I would have liked to charge my car during my stay, which unfortunately wasn't possible . We will definitely come back again

I've been there over 100 times to eat the burger and I still love them. In terms of taste, it's one of the best burgers in my opinion and I've eaten many. The ambience is also simply casual and there is definitely always variety with the cars. The staff were all friendly towards us.

Were there yesterday. The meat had no taste, the bacon was so burnt that it was stone hard and simply tasted like it was "burnt". The entire salad was forgotten on the burger. Unfortunately the fries were also rock hard, unfortunately everything was really not good. Staff really friendly

The food is extremely good and plentiful (we would especially recommend the “Upgrade 2” and the Nacho Burger) and the ambience simply cannot be compared to any other restaurant. Ordering your burger with a Porsche 917 hanging upside down above you, then enjoying it under a sea of ​​hoods, enjoying the exhibits once again as you walk out is an experience no other restaurant offers. You can just tell how much attention to detail JP and his team put into setting up the place, from the food to the atmosphere.

It was a delicious lunch, well organized from ordering to collection. 👍 However, as a guest, I found it unpleasant that one employee totally trashed another in front of all the guests. With words like you can't do anything, what are you learning. Then sent him on break, then laughed about it with the other colleagues. And after a few minutes the colleague was back at the counter. That was inappropriate. Otherwise I can recommend it!!

At first shocked by the long queue But then I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly things progressed. And oh wonder, you can get a seat without having to search and wait. The ambience is great for every JP fan. Food is great There is a deposit of 2 euros on the drink cup. We'll come back when we're nearby 👍🏻

In the beginning the store was really great. Today we went there again for a long time and I couldn't really enjoy my food because it was so dirty. The tables were so greasy and the place that was open, the dirt definitely couldn't have been from that day. Very unfortunate.

The burgers were freshly prepared. Price-performance ratio is really good and you'll be more than full with a burger with fries and a drink. The ambience with the vehicles takes the experience to a new level.

Don't understand the good reviews. The only thing that deserved 5 stars was the ambience. The meat was cooked to death, fries from a frozen bag and brownies like from the supermarket...I've really eaten better burgers...unfortunately it wasn't worth the wait.

Burgers are not that good!!! Price performance of the food doesn't fit. Tables extremely dirty. Admittedly, it was extremely full. However, I cannot understand the rush and the positive reviews. I won't try it again. But it's definitely nice for playing billiards or just watching cars. If you only come for citizens, you shouldn't expect too much. There are better burgers in Dortmund But it may be better if it is not so crowded.

JP Performance's burger joint is really very good, but not much better or worse than other burger joints. You can see some of his cars on display in the entrance area, which adds to the experience, and you pay a little for it here. However, there is nothing bad to say about the store. It's a solid place to enjoy a delicious burger.

All in all just okay. We were there on a Monday. There wasn't much going on and we were able to order food straight away after looking at the cars and the clothing store. We chose a vegetarian burger and a regular burger. We actually wanted to take these with us. The gentleman at the checkout answered the question whether this was possible, but unfortunately didn't listen to us after that (spoiler: we didn't get the burgers wrapped to take away, but in the standard cardboard box that doesn't even have a lid) - he was busy with it to get the attention of his colleagues and show them a dance. After cashing out, the same thing. We then found out ourselves that we should wait around the corner for our order. . While we waited, we took a closer look at the dining area. The tables didn't look very inviting. They were sticky and smeared with sauces. The floor didn't look any better, it was sticky everywhere and there was some rubbish lying around. Instead of tidying up the dining room, the cheerful employees are constantly joking with each other. After about 10 minutes our order was called. The employee disappeared straight away. When we got to the counter there were two trays with orders and we had to figure out which one was ours. The burgers were actually good in terms of taste and price, the bread seemed to be homemade, tasted good, the sauce was delicious, the vegetarian patty was also good in combination with the tortilla chips, unfortunately they were simply cold. It's a shame, I really expected more.

Extremely delicious. We had the final boss and the veggie V8. This was by far the tastiest veggie burger I have ever eaten. And the fries are an absolute dream 💜 I was surprised at how many people were there with small children, everything went smoothly.

We and I approached the burgers with mixed thoughts, but completely unjustified. In retrospect, I was even sad that I didn't live nearby because the burgers were worth every cent!!! Incredibly delicious, abnormally horny!

Free arcade machines for kids while parents wait in line for food. Next to a dynamometer. You can park on the side streets. Unfortunately there are still not enough ticket offices and therefore queues to get to the JET. Burgers are top class.

Great location. Lots to discover. Food is okay. Not bad but not great either. What we discovered about the burger is that there is a lot of bacon in it. Which is pretty much nothing for us. So we order everything without bacon. But otherwise top local are often there.

Service is always friendly and nice. Food is good and I have nothing to complain about. I think price/performance is top. It's always a matter of taste. What tastes good to one person may not be good to another. So test it yourself😉

This time unfortunately not quite as good as usual. It feels like the quality has decreased somewhat. The burger meat was no longer as intense and this time slightly pink. Very lovingly and beautifully furnished. As you imagine. Beautiful cars and a nice atmosphere everywhere. Food is really in a different league. The price is really more than fair. Yes, the line is long, but we didn't wait more than 20 minutes. Really world class what the people do there. Anyone who is thinking about stopping by there should do it. We also had a long journey, and the Pace Museum afterwards is a real recommendation. Thank you for giving us this place.

Etwas zu viel Fett beim Geschmack und Geruch. War bereits das zweite Mal in den heiligen Hallen von Big Boost Burger. Leider war der Fettgeruch noch Stunden nach dem Besuch in meiner Kleidung und an den Händen zu riechen, obwohl ich Sie vor und nach dem Essen gewaschen habe. Mir kam der Cheeseburger dieses Mal auch sehr fettig vor, d.h. zu viel Flüssigkeit vom Braten und von der weissen Soße. Es war am Ende ein "Gemanschte". Das Brötchen war viel zu schnell durchnässt und klebrig, aber die Pommes waren neben dem übermässig vielen Salz lecker.

We (57+55 years old) redeemed my birthday present on Friday - a visit to the Pace Museum and Big Boost Burger at JP. I have never eaten such a delicious burger - the fries were also perfect - what I noticed as a manager in my own company: that the acceptance and delivery are separate - this meant that ordering was quick and there was no traffic jam accomplished. We were then called when our order/number was ready. The burger was spot on - the location was also great. We'd love to come back :-)

Cozy, unfortunately our burgers were fried to death and so long on the grill that the cheese could no longer be found on the burger, and the bacon was also borderline burnt. But the fries were great. But I will go again, I hope we just had a bad day.

What can you say? The second time I came from Munich specifically to visit the burger shop. The burgers are world class and the ambience is unbeatable. For any car enthusiast, JP's company is a true dream. You can easily combine eating a burger with a visit to the Pace Museum. There you can also get the world's best cinnamon rolls and wonderful coffee. Simply indescribable.

Spontaneously in on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't expect this fullness. But despite the long queue, the wait was okay, with 20 minutes to order and another 10 minutes for the delicious burgers to be served. The staff works hard - the food is hot, prepared in front of you and simply delicious. The unusual names don't make it any easier 🤣 which burger you choose. The star for service and ambience is only deducted for the not so clean outside area. Been there for the first time and the next visit is planned - thanks to the team for the peace and quiet despite the crowd. A shop never functions without people behind the counter... People should take note of complaining people 😉 The quality of the burgers definitely fits the price-performance ratio - they were extremely tasty.
