In addition to fantastic burgers, delicious homemade dips and tasty fries, Grill 69 also serves great homemade iced teas! I've been happy to come by for many years.

Delicious burgers and very friendly service.

We were there spontaneously on a Monday evening. We ate the two November monthly burgers and the smoked pork. The side dishes were so generous that we couldn't finish everything (taking them with us wasn't a problem). The quick service was heartwarming, the burgers were inimitable taste experiences and the ambience was very authentic. Always my pleasure!!!!

Sehr leckeres Essen, für jeden was zu finden. Ob vegan oder nicht, hier wird jeder satt. Das Zuvorkommende Personal hatte immer einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen und war alles andere als steif. War nicht der letzte Besuch.

Several vegan options, service was also good, only the outside area is rather dull with beer tent sets. But it looks better inside. Our potato patty was a bit inconsistent, which is why we would go with the falafel burger next time.

We have been regular customers for several years. When there's more going on, there's a delicious Bergmann Pils available. Play area for children, nice service, great boss and… best burgers! Everyone we took there with us was also thrilled. Just keep it up!

I'm happy to give all the stars there are here. The shop is great, the landlord is super nice and the whole thing is worth a visit. Everything was perfect 👍👍👍 definitely visit. Gladly again.

I recently visited Grill 69 Happy Food Bar and absolutely loved it! The laid-back atmosphere makes it a perfect place to eat and relax with friends. Great quality of the food. Price-performance ratio is just okay. Beer a bit expensive. Service attentive enough but a bit slow, especially when delivery drivers are crowding the counter.

Wonderful place to eat or drink something. The food was delicious, and the gentleman who served us (he also looked like the cook) took great care of us and gave us great advice. Definitely a place I would like to return to and try more things.

Very tasty food, homemade with professional skills (I'm a chef myself) and love. Confident service that keeps its nerve and remains friendly even if its online ordering and debit card system fails (even if the failure poses an existential threat to its business). Nice industrial atmosphere, honest food just like we are here in the Ruhrpott, no fancy stuff, just good.

Very nice location. Rustic furnishings. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. There were three of us there and we got three perfect burgers 🍔. The fries were really tasty and crunchy. Everything to the point. Can only recommend it. The only drawback was that it wasn't easy to park in this location. You have to l Drive around the block there more often.

We've been coming here every now and then for years: delicious, fair prices, cozy, wishes are catered for. Great! Gluten-free burger buns (if only ordered in advance) would be great!

Rarely have I seen such an attentive, friendly and competent restaurant owner. He introduced himself to us as a “girl for everything” - great attitude! The service was more than great! The menu is extensive and due to the many options that can be combined with each other, there is really something for EVERYONE - whether vegan, vegetarian or "fitness-friendly". As a guest you feel individually recognized and cared for. We were there with a group of 8 people and without exception everyone was completely satisfied with their food and drink. The ingredients were all fresh and high quality. I could rave a lot more, but there isn't enough space. Conclusion: COME BY and experience it for yourself!

The burgers, the fries, the sauces, the nice conversation and inspiration from the boss himself really appealed to the four of us. The burgers were super tasty. The sauces for the fries are homemade and uniquely good! We can only recommend this burger joint. Unfortunately on a busy street. But you can also make yourself comfortable inside in an atmosphere that you have to see! Definitely worth a visit!!!

You're at a loss for words... The burger was very tasty! Despite the sauces on the burger, the bacon was still crispy. The meat patty was homemade and tasted completely different than what you usually get. With the fries there were homemade fresh dips, which we also enjoyed. We'll be back and it's definitely worth recommending!

I've been here every now and then for years and since the best burger shop "Bu... Be..." closed down, the "Grill 69" is the BOSS in Dortmund. The burgers are really first-class with grilled patties, French fries (or sweet potatoes if desired), and a good selection of various homemade dips make the burger dish a pleasure. The friendly service draws local Bergmann beer from the tap and the right music plays in the background. Early reservation is recommended.

Ordered for the first time yesterday via Lieferando. Burger was very tasty, will order more often now…

Quality of the wurst isn't the best

Super tasty and absolutely a must. Requesting a table beforehand makes sense... The only drawback... parking spaces... it costs a flat 55 euros. But whatever...it's worth it... The burgers 🍔 are always delicious and the selection is appropriate. Fresh and a lot of it homemade.

Ordered burgers well done to go and they were both bloody. Also had no napkins in the bag.

Unfortunately too expensive....tasty, no question, but for a large burger over 20 euros and fries almost 5 euros is too much

Very tasty burgers, the monthly burgers are often a highlight, but the "permanent" ones are also very tasty and fresh. The homemade sauces on the burgers, burritos or with the fries are also really good. Super nice and attentive service. Praise to the boss for the culinary and personal selection.

What can I say? We were with a friend and fiancée here. The burgers were amazing but that's not the important bit. When the owner and his wife knew that it was our first time in Dortmund, they instantly started helping us on what to do and where to go. Everything with such friendliness and empathy. It really made our day. They even spoke Spanish (my mother tongue) to us. It was certainly a highlight on our mini Euro trip with our friend. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Be it the burgers, the fries or even the delicious (tapped) beer! If you look at a few details you will see that even the tables are unique and simply great to look at. The sanitary facilities are clean and there are not the classic paper towels to dry your hands, but rather small towels that are intended for one-time use and are then washed. Tip that every meat lover in the restaurant knows. Let the citizens fry you medium rare! We will be back.

So we would recommend it to everyone because there is something for every type of food and the price is acceptable, very good service and 5 stars are worth it.

You can just tell that everything is fresh and homemade. In addition, the staff and the boss are extremely friendly. The ambience exudes a feel-good atmosphere.

Best burgers in town. I think they're better than Food Bros. Mega delicious burgers with various buns and homemade fried onions. Sometimes a bit too much sauce, but if you don't feel like slobbering, the main thing is that it tastes good. The sweet potato fries are also the best here, really crispy and there are plenty of homemade dips to choose from... the homemade lemonade tastes great too😋 The best thing is the monthly special burgers. Very creative, friendly boss.

I really wonder how an overall rating of 4.6 stars came about here. The delivery time was ok, but that was the only thing. The burger was soaked in sauce and therefore completely soggy and dissolved. All you could taste here was sauce. The images of the burgers on Google differ significantly. (15.90€!) The fries were completely soft and soggy and only luke warm. (€5.90!) We also had two currywursts. Here we had the feeling that a sausage had been divided into two bowls and a cheap sauce was slapped on it. (€5.90! Per sausage) In terms of outdoor advertising (dishes look very appealing online) and especially at these prices, it's an absolute disgrace. Since we paid a total of over €50 for two people, I think you can expect reasonable quality. The food may be more recommended for consumption on site, but I can't judge. I would also like to accompany the whole thing with pictures, but Google will then block my post.

Very nice and attentive service team, I have to emphasize that. The citizens, I ordered the Don Vitello and a vegan citizen, tasted good. As side dishes we chose fries, lentil salad and coleslaw. The food came to the table quickly and warm. The selection for vegetarians and vegans is very large. I ate the tastiest hot dog here in years, really great. We picked up a few vegan hot dogs, they were very creatively prepared and the chef uses vegan sausages from The Vegetarian Butcher and they are the best vegan sausages currently available.

War geil! Konnten Recht spontan komme und sogar den Hund mit rein nehmen. Vegane und vegetarische Optionen waren auch richtig gut :)

also sorry ich kann die bewertungen hier absolut nicht nachvollziehen, die pommes schmecken genau wie von mcdonald’s, der doppelte cheeseburger für den ich 22€ gezahlt habe war kalt und hat auch nicht sonderlich gut geschmeckt!! also für mich war das definitiv das erste und letzte mal das ich dort was gegessen habe. achja bevor ich es vergesse einen tag vorher bei burgerme bestellt und das essen war warm, die zutaten frischer und alles zum halben preis.

Nach Flic Flac hier zum Essen abgestiegen ... Super netter Besitzer und richtig knuspriger Bacon und super Leckere Burger Soßen.

Wir kommen öfters mal vorbei und zählt für uns mit zu den besten drei Burger in Dortmund. Die hausgemachte Sweet Chilli mit Ingwer ist der Knaller, nur als Tip 😉

Auf der Suche nach einem Abendessen landeten wir an einem verregneten Novemberabend hier. Das Ambiente ist eher einfach, aber sympathisch, die Bedienung freundlich, wenngleich ihr teilweise etwas der Überblick fehlte. Wir hatten verschiedene Burger und Beilagen. Geschmacklich sehr gut, preislich fair. Insgesamt ein gelungener Besuch.

Mega leckerer Burger. Viel besser geht's eigentlich nicht. Nettes, lockeres Ambiente. Für 2 Personen mit Burger, Pommes und Getränk zahlt man aber auch leider inzwischen 45 Euro...

Super Burger, leckeres Steak. Preise entsprechen der Qualität! Freundliches Personal. Und es gibt eine kleine Spielecke, direkt daran ein kleiner Tisch, an dem man sich als Eltern entspannt zum Essen hinsetzen kann, während der/die Kleine dort in der Spielküche was zubereitet ☺️
