Friendly staff and the food is delicious. The price/performance ratio is right.

We ordered through Lieferando. Our food arrived relatively quickly, but without any sauces. When we called, they politely told us he would inform his colleague and that the sauces would arrive. After an hour of waiting, there were no sauces, so we called again, and then we had to wait another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, that was the last time for us.

Great food, great staff, and most importantly, 100% halal. This is my second time here.

The service was very nice, the young lady with long hair. The man who brought the food had to search for where the food was going, even though there were hardly any people there and a sauce was missing. Now for the most important thing: they had Classic Chicken, Crispy Chicken, and Hot Wings on their menus. The fries tasted strange, floury, and slightly raw. The burger wasn't tasty—too much sauce, everything spilled over. Unfortunately, it was disappointing; we had to drive for 40 minutes...

The food was great, the service was nice. The setting isn't that nice, but the food makes up for it.

The food was delicious; we had a cheeseburger and a chicken burger with a drink on the menu. The prices are also unbeatable; absolutely fair and not overpriced. They even provide gloves so you don't get your hands dirty. That's exactly what I need. I would go back anytime! Top ;)

I went there yesterday with my wife and child for the first time. I usually never write reviews, but I really enjoyed the food. I've never had such delicious burgers for that price. So if you know the place and still go to McCaskill or something like that, it's your own fault. My wife and I are thrilled and will definitely come again.

The burger was good overall, but the bacon was burnt and left a bitter aftertaste. The restaurant was far too warm for such a hot day; air conditioning would have been desperately needed.

The food is a 10/10, the sauces taste great, the vegetables like tomatoes are only the best (beefsteak tomatoes), and the meat is juicy and fresh. I can only recommend it to everyone. And it even comes with the Selcuklu MasaAllah certificate.

Fast food as it should be: fast, fresh, delicious... and very friendly staff! We were impressed with the place. All the products are freshly prepared, look good, and taste even better. Definitely a recommendation. For the first time, they provide disposable gloves and no cutlery. This makes it easier to eat the chicken pieces without the side effect of greasy fingers. Unfortunately, the location is a downside.

The food is incredibly delicious – the sweet potato fries are especially delicious! The chicken breast fillet is freshly prepared and of the highest quality. The owner is also very friendly and accommodating. The burgers are also really good. I'll definitely be back!

Today I finally found the time to share my experience with this food spot. I've eaten at Chicken Beef several times. The food was good, but the service was a complete disaster. The waitress didn't understand a word. She brought the drinks 10 minutes after the meal, even though I asked her about it several times. As I said, her German was a complete disaster. The blonde waitress was better in comparison; she was both personable and had a great charisma when serving. I felt pretty comfortable with her. Overall, she gave it 3.5 stars because of the waitress and the music.

I especially want to highlight the homemade sauces – a true taste experience! The fries were also crispy and golden brown, just as they should be. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and modern. You can tell they work with passion. I'll definitely be back – for me, one of the best burger joints in the city!

The shop itself is pretty and small, ideal for a bar shop like this. The service was nice. Unfortunately the food wasn't as we had hoped. The burger was very dry, unfortunately my meat was very hard in some places. That killed the taste! The chicken that we specially ordered was breaded very, very salty. Price performance was okay

I was there yesterday and ordered a burger - unfortunately it was one of the worst I've ever eaten. The sauce ran out everywhere, the meat was like chewing gum, the bun was soggy and the taste was absolutely disappointing. Another negative thing I noticed was that behind the checkout it looked anything but hygienic. Definitely the first and last time for me.

Really cool shop! Small but super cozy – and the burgers? Super delicious! Everything fresh, juicy and exactly to the point. The Checken Buget Maxi menu was really amazing - big portion, great price, and you definitely don't leave hungry. The service was also really nice, nothing to complain about. When we're in the mood for good burgers again, we know where we'll go!

Food was quite good, unfortunately the hot wings weren't hot (both not hot and not spicy). Waitress was super nice! I don't have to say anything about the ambience... typical Münsterstrasse... it's definitely more relaxed inside than outside :D

I've eaten here several times, always the double patty chicken burger - and it's really great! Juicy, well seasoned and simply delicious. Price-performance ratio also fits. Once I had a burger that wasn't quite as good - it was probably prepared by another employee. I noted this at checkout and it was confirmed immediately (see picture 2). The location on Münsterstrasse has its own flair - but many men sit in or stand at the café next door, which some might find disturbing. But the food is impressive, the shop is clean and there are toilets. Absolute game changer: the gloves! Perfect for thoroughly enjoying the burger. Definitely a recommendation!

Unfortunately the bread was very dry and the meat had a strange consistency. In order for us to order we had to ask for it, we had to get the menu ourselves, we had to get our own napkins and the order arrived incomplete. Overall disappointing.

I bought the Classic Burger and wanted a fried egg and pastirma as an extra and everything was perfect and everything went quickly from preparation to packing it up and taking it with me. ☺️

We waited about an hour for our food on Ramadan... You can't even eat properly for iftar here... it's a shame

I only tried one burger which unfortunately didn't taste as good as I had hoped, there was a lot of cartilage in the meat and the meat was very salty. It's a shame but maybe it was just an oversight. Otherwise, I found the atmosphere very relaxed and the staff was also very, very friendly and very good service.

Food was okay, service was really bad, we waited for an hour and at some point we just took the drinks ourselves. The fries came 10 minutes after the burger so you couldn't eat them together. Also the sauces were very very small.

Now for the negative: (waiting time and a waitress) Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time, about 30 minutes for 3 menus. The waitress took our order, after we told her we wanted chicken burger instead of beef she asked again to be sure, we told her we wanted chicken and then she said “Normally you should have said that otherwise that would be it now wrong” even though we said it? 😂, she was very annoyed. After about 20 minutes we asked where our food was, then the waitress interrupted us in a very rude tone: "If you want to complain, you have to go to the front, I'm just a waiter here." 5 minutes later the food came and as I said it was great, but the service from (only) the waitress was really not good. The other service staff were very polite and friendly. We understand if it's full and you have to wait, that's no problem. But she was very unfriendly

Today we were with my girlfriend because we ordered 2 chicken burgers and chicken bites. The service, which wasn't very friendly, gave every table plastic gloves, but not for us, the burger was lukewarm and unsalted, no pepper, nothing, and the fries were dry and cold and the chicken bites weren't that special either, no spices, nothing in them, that's not possible, we'll never go there again, the first and last time doesn't even deserve a star 😄

The waiting times are outrageously long. You will quickly forget after asking 3 times where the food is and being told 2 minutes…. 1 hour later there was still no food! The food was cold and not particularly good. Chicken wings weren't seasoned and the burgers weren't very appetizing either. Sorry, I really don't understand the hype about this store...

Burgers very tasty. I'm not a big eater, but the patty was a little too small. So it's better to order the second patty right away. You could still eat your fill of the fries. But that's not why you go and eat burgers! Ambiance was okay. A burger joint! The drawback was the service. After the order was placed, the service was no longer correct. After waiting 5 minutes, we simply took the drinks we ordered out of the fridge ourselves. The waitress also ignored the fact that our burgers were ready. After our burgers waited for us (or the waitress) at the counter for minutes, we got them ourselves and served them. Even when you wanted to pay you felt left alone. CONCLUSION: Food top, service flop!

Enjoyed a nice fresh burger and chicken box for a long time. Great selection of dips. The products used are designated as Halal. Very tasty for me. The ambience is decorated in modern, warm tones. Ordered food to be delivered. The driver was semi-friendly but with a job like this I wouldn't have it any other way. Unfortunately, food was stuffed into the bag according to the motto as long as everything fits in a bag. Sauces ran out, burgers postponed. But let's get to the taste. The fries were the best part of the order. The chicken burger was pretty tender which is good but the sauce on the burger masked any other flavor. You don't have to try it once, but you don't have to try it a second time.

We were there with three people for lunch. I ordered the menu, Classic Burger with double patty, double cheese and bacon. Person number 2 ordered a chicken wrap menu and the third person ordered a chicken burger menu. On top of all this, we ordered chicken buckets together. The first menu: The burger itself was okay, but unfortunately I couldn't taste the individual components (bacon, etc.). I found the fries impressive. (They were very tasty) Conclusion: it was a solid burger Menu number two: The wrap was very juicy and well filled, according to the person the wrap performed well. However, you can say that the sauces stood out very well on the positive side. Menu number three: The chicken burger looked really good and it was fun to bite into it because of the look, but you shouldn't always be seduced by the outside. The patty was a little too small and the meat itself was very tasteless. I had the garlic sauce and firstly it went very well with the menu and secondly it was also very tasty. The Chicken Buckets: These chicken buckets are awesome! Even though we ate these according to our menus, they were still hot and very tasty. Definitely recommended and you should try it out. The service: All the employees there were very accommodating and polite. Were very positively surprised.

Ordered food from there online. A burger was forgotten and afterwards no one was available. After a while they answered and initially said the burger couldn't be delivered, but at some point they brought it to us. The food itself is tasty but the large fries are a pittance and there were bones in the chicken fillets. Unfortunately not again. :(

My wife and I have come a few times, it is a halal and clean place. We were very pleased. It tastes great too. I especially recommend the crispy chicken in the bucket 👍

Absolutely the best chicken I have ever eaten. Crispy chicken and hot wings absolutely to the point, super crispy and yet not wet with fat. I can really recommend it to everyone. The fresh fries were really good too.

Unfortunately very disappointed, despite pre-ordering, we waited over 40 minutes until the burgers arrived. I'm also a restaurateur and I understand that sometimes it takes time. But didn't even get an apology. In my restaurant, in such cases, there is even compensation or something on the house as a suggestion for improvement.

Best burger in Dortmund currently - great!

Catastrophic! We waited 1.5 hours for our food while everyone else who arrived after us had already paid and got up. After several questions about where our food was, we unfortunately had to get up because no one was interested in what happened to our order, even though we had pre-ordered by phone. Never again!

We and many other guests had to wait exactly 1 hour for the food, despite reservations and advance orders!!! You really need to think of a different organizational or preparation concept. This is not acceptable. We would have liked to get up and leave. 20-25 minutes would still be acceptable, but 1 hour is already hard & again: We weren't the only ones who waited! If you know in advance what the customers will eat, you have to prepare it much earlier and not 10 minutes before breaking the fast or more workers have to be organized for such special days. Positive: The food really tasted good. Otherwise that would have been the crowning achievement after all the waiting. (I might give you another chance based on the taste. This definitely won't be on a weekend or a special occasion because service is your weakness.)
