Ordered food to be delivered. The driver was semi-friendly but with a job like this I wouldn't have it any other way. Unfortunately, food was stuffed into the bag according to the motto as long as everything fits in a bag. Sauces ran out, burgers postponed. But let's get to the taste. The fries were the best part of the order. The chicken burger was pretty tender which is good but the sauce on the burger masked any other flavor. You don't have to try it once, but you don't have to try it a second time.

We were there with three people for lunch. I ordered the menu, Classic Burger with double patty, double cheese and bacon. Person number 2 ordered a chicken wrap menu and the third person ordered a chicken burger menu. On top of all this, we ordered chicken buckets together. The first menu: The burger itself was okay, but unfortunately I couldn't taste the individual components (bacon, etc.). I found the fries impressive. (They were very tasty) Conclusion: it was a solid burger Menu number two: The wrap was very juicy and well filled, according to the person the wrap performed well. However, you can say that the sauces stood out very well on the positive side. Menu number three: The chicken burger looked really good and it was fun to bite into it because of the look, but you shouldn't always be seduced by the outside. The patty was a little too small and the meat itself was very tasteless. I had the garlic sauce and firstly it went very well with the menu and secondly it was also very tasty. The Chicken Buckets: These chicken buckets are awesome! Even though we ate these according to our menus, they were still hot and very tasty. Definitely recommended and you should try it out. The service: All the employees there were very accommodating and polite. Were very positively surprised.

Ordered food from there online. A burger was forgotten and afterwards no one was available. After a while they answered and initially said the burger couldn't be delivered, but at some point they brought it to us. The food itself is tasty but the large fries are a pittance and there were bones in the chicken fillets. Unfortunately not again. :(

My wife and I have come a few times, it is a halal and clean place. We were very pleased. It tastes great too. I especially recommend the crispy chicken in the bucket 👍

Absolutely the best chicken I have ever eaten. Crispy chicken and hot wings absolutely to the point, super crispy and yet not wet with fat. I can really recommend it to everyone. The fresh fries were really good too.

Unfortunately very disappointed, despite pre-ordering, we waited over 40 minutes until the burgers arrived. I'm also a restaurateur and I understand that sometimes it takes time. But didn't even get an apology. In my restaurant, in such cases, there is even compensation or something on the house as a suggestion for improvement.

Catastrophic! We waited 1.5 hours for our food while everyone else who arrived after us had already paid and got up. After several questions about where our food was, we unfortunately had to get up because no one was interested in what happened to our order, even though we had pre-ordered by phone. Never again!

We and many other guests had to wait exactly 1 hour for the food, despite reservations and advance orders!!! You really need to think of a different organizational or preparation concept. This is not acceptable. We would have liked to get up and leave. 20-25 minutes would still be acceptable, but 1 hour is already hard & again: We weren't the only ones who waited! If you know in advance what the customers will eat, you have to prepare it much earlier and not 10 minutes before breaking the fast or more workers have to be organized for such special days. Positive: The food really tasted good. Otherwise that would have been the crowning achievement after all the waiting. (I might give you another chance based on the taste. This definitely won't be on a weekend or a special occasion because service is your weakness.)

Was there with family, kids couldn't take off their jackets because it was too cold, food came piece by piece, ordered before everyone else, got it last even though we got there early so we could order in time because we were breaking fast, everything that had to do with chicken had burger or bucket wrap was dry and inedible fries the kids didn't want to eat them because they were very sloppy, on the whole the stars this shop has are undeserved for 80€ I expected more service warm food, everything was cold but hey helal only because of the helal I give 2 stars food is inedible best I wouldn't have paid, will never go there again.

The food looks very cool, unfortunately I haven't eaten there yet, but the great service with the very nice staff and the great ambience make it definitely worth going in there.

Update: After several visits, I unfortunately have to say that the performance is not consistently 1A. The food wasn't warm enough, the fries weren't crispy, and some weren't even cooked all the way through. The garlic sauce isn't what it used to be either. What a shame! ________ First of all, thank you for the great service! I had the Chicken Bucket small in the menu. The chicken wings were nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I also have to admit that I haven't eaten such good, crispy fries for a long time. I can recommend the garlic sauce. Thumbs up!

We happened to be there with the family today before the carnival parade. The food is very tasty and plentiful at fair prices. Everything perfect. HotWings and wraps are recommended. If we're in the area again we'll definitely be back.

I ordered there for the second time today, I haven't eaten there yet. I honestly can't understand the 5 star reviews. The fries taste like nothing and are soggy and cold. The burger was basically well seasoned but the bun was so thick that everything tasted like a stuffy bun. The chicken wings and chicken tenders were quite good, but the sauces were total nonsense. The house sauce is the worst cocktail sauce I have ever had to eat, I can buy the sweet chilli sauce any better. Overall, it's unfortunately so disappointing for the second time that I will never order there again.

Essen war lecker die Soßen viel zu viel, Personal freundlich, allerdings die Belichtung zu grell.

Kann ich wirklich jedem weiter empfehlen. Der Burger schmeckt SEHR gut. Ich dachte mir zuerst ca. 14€ für ein Menü ist das nicht zu viel, aber jeder Cent hat sich gelohnt. Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

I am not happy about the taste of the food. It was like the chicken wings was fried without any flavor. In interion design of the shop was dark. Its horrible to see the food. The service man were gossiping outside and smoking infront of the shop. Its not a professional manner. I think the lighting should be improved and even the food quality should be improved. Sometimes I visited other shop infront of this restaurant, I did not see any rush of customer. Unfortunately I saw several times the service men were smoking together san on the chair in outside. Very shame !! I will order again after two months later to check the food quality again!!! I hope the shop owner will be serious to maintain the quality of shop.

Endlich mal ein Halal Burger-Laden in der Nähe! Und nicht nur halal, sondern auch echt lecker! Die Burger sind perfekt zubereitet, saftig und mit viel Auswahl an leckeren Soßen. Das Ambiente ist richtig gemütlich und die Bedienung ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Bei Extrawünschen kommen sie einem sehr entgegen. Einziger Wunsch: Es wäre schön, wenn sie eine vielfältigere Getränkeauswahl jenseits von den bekannten Marken anbieten würden.

Wir wohnen quasi gegenüber aber haben überhaupt nicht gemerkt das dieser Laden geöffnet hat. Da mein Sohn Burger Liebhaber ist waren wir heute dort um den Laden zu testen. Mein Sohn fand seinen Burger mega lecker und auch ich fand mein Menü sehr gut! Der Service ist sehr gut👍 Das offene zur Bratecke finde ich super und der Laden hat eine klare Linie. Die Tische kleben etwas aber vielleicht ist das auch die Wachsschicht die das Holz schützt. Das einzige was mich wirklich gestört hat war die Kälte wenn die Tür aufgeht, aber was können die Betreiber da ändern....nicht viel. Ansonsten top Laden, ich freue mich jedes mal wenn in der Münsterstrasse sowas aufmacht. 5 🌟 von uns für euch.

Die Preise sind sehr angemessen und die Gerichte sehr lecker. Das Ambiente sehr angenehmen und von Service braucht man garnicht erst zu sprechen. Der Chef kümmert sich um die Kunden und fragt wie das ganze war usw.

Auf Empfehlung eines Freundes ausprobiert und positiv überrascht worden. Das Ambiente, der Service und die Burger haben mich überzeugt. Zudem ist das Essen auch noch Halal. Ich kann den Laden nur weiter empfehlen! P.S. Ihr müsst die Chickenwings probieren

Ich kann nicht genug Gutes über diesen Burgerladen sagen! Die Burger sind absolut köstlich und saftig, mit einer perfekten Kombination aus Geschmack und Frische. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und einladend, und das Personal ist stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Auswahl an Beilagen und Getränken ist vielfältig, und die Preise sind äußerst fair. Dieser Ort ist definitiv ein Muss für Burgerliebhaber und bietet ein erstklassiges kulinarisches Erlebnis. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher!
