The taste was first class, and the service was also top-notch!

Delicious burger joint with solid service. We had to wait a bit longer, but it was worth it – the burger was really good! Parking wasn't a problem either. The decor is simple but perfectly fine. Overall, a successful visit.

I was there today with my daughters – it was packed! We only waited a few minutes and we were seated. Such great young men – very respectful and friendly! We paid €40 for three meals, which was perfectly fine. We were absolutely stuffed. The hamburger patties were super juicy, and the sauces were simply delicious. The absolute highlight, however, were the sweet potato fries – simply heavenly! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves hamburgers. Oh yes – everything is halal! ♥️ Masha Allah, guys – keep it up! 🥰🥰👍🏼

Yesterday, we were at the Dortmund Zoo with our family and, after our visit, were looking for an affordable restaurant (5 people), and we chose Mafia Burger. We arrived, were greeted very warmly, and immediately informed that it was busy and given an approximate wait time. It's a very small place, and it was really busy, which is a good thing, because not many people go to a bad burger place. After choosing something from the menu and ordering, we stood outside to wait so as not to impede the flow of customers. When a table finally became available and our food was almost ready, someone came straight up to us and didn't leave us standing alone. Another plus point. Then came the food. And what can I say, for the prices charged for a meal with burgers, fries, and the good Fritz Cola, we were all completely satisfied. We had chicken burgers and "regular" beef burgers; our youngest had chicken strips and mozzarella sticks. The fries were really generously sized, crispy, and delicious. The burgers were juicy and tasted absolutely fantastic. Our youngest is a real picky eater, but she devoured the mozzarella sticks and chicken strips, which is almost like a knighthood ^^. One small negative point were the restrooms, which, let's say, could use a bit of an upgrade. I gave all of this to the staff yesterday as friendly and objective feedback, as many don't do this and always just nod and say "yes, yes." And on the subject of staff, just a quick word: A super friendly team that basically leaves nothing to be desired for what this place is. Despite the minor criticism at the end, I and the rest of the family give it full marks, because we felt very comfortable here and the food was great. If we ever visit Dortmund again, we now definitely know a place where we'll eat again. Thanks Mafia Burger :)

I have to say, it's a great place with a great location. You can eat here in peace and quiet. It's not crowded, and there's not much traffic outside. The food is served really well, and the burgers look juicy. The meat is cooked to perfection and you get a real fresh taste when you bite into it. Highly recommended.

The three of us each had a set meal with a drink and generous side dishes. Overall, the food was very tasty; my request not to put tomatoes on the burger was respected. However, we waited about 20 minutes for the food after ordering. The staff was very friendly, though. We spent €15 per person.

Mafia Burger – An Experience for True Mafiosi My son discovered the burger joint on TikTok and was immediately impressed – so a visit was a must! The ambiance is stylishly decorated in a Mafia style, creating a unique atmosphere. We chose the Lucky Luciano, the John Grotti Burger, the Gambino Fries, and the Mafia Crunchy Strips. The Lucky Luciano is a true giant – a juicy mountain of meat, perfect for true meat lovers. The taste was absolutely solid! The John Grotti completely won over my son – all the ingredients were harmoniously combined and made it a real treat. We were also thrilled with the Gambino Fries – definitely a good choice! The Mafia Crunchy Strips, on the other hand, couldn't quite keep up with the burgers. Nevertheless, the joint is a great place for anyone who loves exceptional burgers. So enjoy!

A truly wonderful, small, and lovingly run shop where you feel completely at home. We just wanted to grab something to eat while passing through and were treated to unusual burgers, extravagant fries, and homemade mozzarella sticks. And by the way, everything here is halal.

Today, I was hungry and spontaneously stopped at Mafia Burger to try out their offerings. Unfortunately, upon entering the restaurant, I noticed an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, the kitchen was visible from the counter, which, to me, didn't seem particularly clean. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything—this is simply my personal perception as a guest. Nevertheless, I think it's important to draw attention to such impressions, as hygiene plays a central role in the restaurant industry. I hope management takes this seriously and considers possible measures for improvement. Where a negative impression is created today, a little effort can be made to create a clean and inviting space.

The food is still great, and I generally enjoy coming here. However, there were two things on my last visit that stood out as somewhat negative: First, a customer pushed in front of the queue. When I politely pointed this out to the employee, they dismissed it with the comment that it wouldn't change the ordering process. I found that a bit of a shame – a short sentence like "Is it okay if I take the customer's payment first?" would have made the situation much more pleasant. Second, I noticed that the portions are now a bit smaller than they used to be. It's not a huge problem, but it's noticeable compared to before. Nevertheless: the quality and taste are good, and I'll be happy to come back – with a little more attentive service, it would be perfect.

Very solid burger shop. The Arab, young dudes who run the place do a clean job and are friendly. The fries were 10/10. The classic hamburger a 7/10. Yummy! Totally okay for the price, I'm full. The meat lacks a touch of heartiness. But that's whining at a high level. Recommendation!

I heard about the burger shop and we went there today to try it. We were really surprised by the quality and taste of the food. The staff are very friendly. A menu costs around €15 and you'll be really full. The burger patties are large and juicy, it didn't take long for the food to arrive. Really everything is perfect! 👌👍👍

Sweet potato fries are super tasty and crispy. The Lucky Luciano with double beef was delicious, looked great and was cooked to perfection. The store itself is clean and average. Sanitary facilities are not so nice. We had to order at the counter, which we didn't know and therefore had to wait until we checked that we had to order at the front. We were the first to order at lunchtime, but we still had to wait longer for our food. But the taste of the food made up for the waiting time :)

First off , the service is absolutely amazing , not to mention the main reason to come here is the amazing food that you must try atleast once in your lifetime , the quality of the beef is top of the line , the seasoning of the beef makes me wonder how can it be so tasty and flavourful? A explosion of flavours in the burgers, the chicken isn't lesser , it's the best in Germany is the least I can say , the fried chicken is so crispy and flaky and not to mention juicy and a waiting explosion of flavours to your mouth , the sides are a diffrent story , The fries are PERFECT , professionally salted amd crispy on the outside soft and fluffy on the inside , Not to forget the amazing atmosphere, a diffrent experience than any regular fast food. WOULD EXTREMELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE

"Absolutely disappointing! The visit to this burger joint was a disaster from start to finish. The service was unbelievably bad - the employees seemed to have no interest in their guests. One employee in particular was extremely unfriendly and stroppy when asked politely about the order addressed friendliness? None! The premises were in a dilapidated condition. Tables were dirty, the floor was sticky, and there was trash everywhere. Even the toilets were an imposition - unhygienic and completely neglected. There can be no question of a pleasant atmosphere here. I can't say much more about the food, because the service and the conditions make you lose your appetite. If you value good service, cleanliness or a pleasant atmosphere, you should definitely avoid this store!"

Best hamburgers what have I eaten in my life😋😋

The menu for the Crunchy Fries says "Dangerously good fries" - the only thing that's dangerous is the high salt content. Too high amounts of sodium chloride promote water retention and significantly increase the risk of high blood pressure (hypertension). This increases the likelihood of cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks and strokes. The chicken burger with the name Al Capone Scarface was anything but described a "Fresh Crunchy Chicken Patty" the breading was strange, the chicken was difficult to chew like rubber.. the Carlo Gambino Chili Cheese Burgers were greasier than my neighbor.. those The fried onions are just too oily and steal the show from the burger, but the patty was okay... so after a bit of a stomach ache, definitely no reason to eat there again! 🙂

The employees are really friendly! The burgers were really tasty! The prices are really fair! Had fries and sweet potato fries with it. They were very good. Sauces are also great. The selection was great! Unfortunately the shop is a bit small. But they made the best of it and the ambience is nice too. We will definitely come again.

The employees are always polite, courteous and you can still tell that they are motivated in their profession to create the culinary delights in question. My personal favorites are Carlo Gambino or the BBQ Cosa Nostra, both really highly recommended.

I've already tried several helal burger shops in Dortmund. Unfortunately, some have deteriorated in quality and taste. But if it is said here that the burgers are juicy, then they are really juicy. There is a large selection of burgers and a menu with fries will definitely fill you up and the price is also absolutely right. I had the sun-dried tomato burger, which has become my favorite from now on. But I have to emphasize again that the patty is juicy and a decently sized portion. I would definitely come back.

Best burger in the whole universe

I'm not a burger fan at all (except for Byron's burgers in London, which I love), but I was drawn to the Mafia Burgers because of the theme because I found the concept funny. And I've been a burger fan ever since (but only here in Dortmund!)! The burgers are really great with the mostly homemade sauces and the well-seasoned patty. You can even eat the buns (I never do that, I hate burger buns). If you order here and then complain, I would like to say that burgers are really not suitable for ordering. Go there yourself and eat it fresh on site, that's the only way a burger can be really good! And this is it, no comparison to the big chains, and I also think the price-performance ratio here is significantly better than the big "M". The crispy fries are also great and recommended, especially with the delicious truffle mayo.
