Tapas de Casa Pepa in Weyhe

There were four of us at Casa Pepa and we decided to have our fill of tapas for four people. It was very pleasant that all the tapas on the menu were served and you didn't have to laboriously explain which ones you didn't want to order. This also gives you the opportunity to try tapas that you wouldn't have ordered otherwise. The tapas were served in four rounds, which was explained very well in advance by the waitress. It started with cold tapas, among other things. Manchego cheese, salami, olives, potato omelette and Serrano ham. The second round was various warm tapas, such as: Bacon-wrapped dates, mini peppers and potato cubes. Round three consisted of several meat tapas, including: Meat skewers with vegetables, breaded chicken breast and chicken wings. The fourth and final round consisted of fish tapas, including fried plaice, calamari and prawns. All tapas were very tasty and generous in portion size. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. What was particularly nice was that the restaurant's boss offered a sample of two singing performances to promote an upcoming live event.

Well, what can you say? I can't say anything about the food because unfortunately the service failed. The table was set and they wanted to bring us the card. But that didn't happen. We tried to catch the staff's eye for 20 minutes to get their attention, but in vain. Guests who arrived later were served immediately. After 25 minutes we decided to leave. Too bad...

Please don't take the review, which was written right before me, seriously. We happened to be sitting within sight and earshot of these guests and noticed that no card was handed out. However, it was actually more like 10 minutes and not 20 or 25 minutes. There were no guests who came in afterwards who were served first, because we were sitting right on the aisle and would have noticed that. I find such exaggerated reviews simply unfair. Did you feel ignored and would you rather leave? It's okay, but then stick to the truth and don't add anything to it. About our stay: The service was consistently friendly. Two little things went wrong, but since people work there and I wasn't the only guest, it's not the end of the world. An apology was made and everything was corrected. My companion liked the food very much and I liked it, but that's just personal taste. There was nothing wrong with the quality. We had the gourmet block with us, it was immediately accepted and we thanked them for the food.

We had a really great evening in the restaurant. The service is super nice and we really enjoyed the food. It's wonderful that we have such a good Spanish restaurant here in Leeste!

This tapas bar offers a slice of Spain in the middle of the city. The selection of tapas is varied, fresh and incredibly tasty. The Ambiance is lively and cozy, ideal for a relaxed evening with friends. The service is friendly and attentive, and the prices are fair for the high quality. A must for anyone who loves Spanish cuisine!

First of all, it's difficult to find this store if you don't know it. Although it is located on the main street, it is not immediately visible. The ambience is okay, but not more than that. Feedback on the service should be divided into two. There was a very committed employee in a good mood and one whose motivation was not necessarily obvious at first glance and who was more occupied with his own cell phone. We were unable to determine whether there were important private reasons for this and that is none of our business. Still, it seemed a bit unprofessional. Now about the food: Unfortunately that was nothing. We had various tapas and often go out for tapas. Compared to some well-known shops in nearby Bremen, it really wasn't good. Not a single tapas gave us the feeling that it was a fresh, home-made dish. We were convinced that this was only convenience food and not the best. You'll be full here and it's not particularly expensive, but the quality of the food just wasn't good. Even the chicken wings were almost certainly out of the bag and just reheated in the oven or deep fryer. On the positive side, it must be emphasized that everything happened very quickly and everything was warm. Unfortunately, the overall picture wasn't right at all that evening. If you just want to get full, you can't go wrong here. If you value good tapas or fresh food, you've come to the wrong place. It's a shame because both the location and the map have potential.

A really nice ambience meets very good cuisine and world-class service. I really enjoyed EVERYTHING that I tried. I was here on an evening with live music and tapas and it was just great. Unfortunately there were no main courses that evening but I'll be back for that!!! I can only recommend that you take a look here.

Wow the tapas are great, particularly recommended Patatas Bravas, Pollo Empanado, Beranjena Frita and my highlight Rollo de Ternera from Pollo al vino. The rest of the tapas are also excellent. The sangria based on grandma's recipe is great, I'm thrilled, great restaurant, great service and a very nice atmosphere. Pechuga de Pollo con Salsa de Manchego is out of this world simply amazing. Update, on the first visit there was no more dessert so I had to make up for it quickly. The hot chocolate churros were amazing.

We went to Tapas de Casa Pepa for the first time today and were more than satisfied from start to finish! The service is really excellent - very courteous & attentive and yet not at all intrusive. As a guest you feel very welcome from the first moment! The tapas platter for two people was delicious and very nicely presented. The selection on the menu is also very diverse. Since we actually tried all the usual tapas shops in Bremen, we can definitely say that Tapas de Casa Pepa offers great quality! We are happy to have found this beautiful restaurant close to us and will definitely come back! :)

The food was very tasty, but the drinks prices are very high... an Aperol Spritz costs over 8 euros, which is what you would otherwise pay in a tourist stronghold. ...

We sat on the small terrace when the weather was good. When we looked at the menu, the prices for the tapas seemed a bit ambitious. However, when the food was on the table, we were very pleased with both the quantity and, above all, the quality. Everything tasted excellent. The 2 additional tapas would not have been necessary. We could hardly eat. The food was great, the employees were personable, friendly and attentive to the guests. We'll definitely be back.

First of all: The service is simply great! We were served very nicely and attentively. That was really outstandingly good. The atmosphere is cozy and there is also a terrace where you can sit outside in summer. Unfortunately we didn't find the food that good. Everything tasted okay and was nicely presented. But for our taste the tapas lacked that certain something. Maybe the expectations were too high, but the taste was “too German” for us. I didn't feel like I was transported to Spain while eating, and I wish I had.

Recently I had the pleasure of visiting an exceptional tapas shop that was outstanding in every way. This Spanish destination exceeded all of our expectations and left us wanting to return soon. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by warm and extremely friendly service. The service was impeccable and always attentive without being intrusive. Every question was answered with a smile, and you could immediately tell that hospitality is very important here. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The interior exuded Spanish charm and made us immediately feel at home. With the tempting smell of the tapas, it was easy to forget about everyday life and immerse yourself in the culinary experience. And now for the tapas – they were simply heavenly! Every single portion was lovingly prepared and tasted incredibly delicious. The variety and quality of the tapas were impressive, and you could taste the freshness and authenticity of the ingredients in every bite. We were tired of tapas and couldn't make it to the last round. There is no stinginess here. I would particularly like to emphasize the passion with which the entire team was involved. You could tell that the work here is done with a lot of love and dedication. This positive energy was also transferred to us guests, so that we felt in good hands not only culinary-wise but also personally. The evening flew by and we had a lot of fun. The combination of great food, first class service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made our visit an unforgettable experience. All in all, our visit to this tapas shop was a real delight. We can fully recommend this place and are sure we will be back soon. Five stars are more than deserved here!

A wonderful restaurant! Incredibly good food - very, very friendly staff and live music every 4-6 weeks for a bit of holiday atmosphere in Weyhe Leeste. We have been there for the fourth time now and it has ALWAYS been very, very good. The overall package is right here and the price/performance ratio is consistent. We would love to come back and again and again and again.......

We were there for the first time today. We had the Tapas Variadas platter. Everything was super delicious! We were all very hungry and were all very full. Everyone was super nice and the food tasted like it was in Spain. We would like to come again!!!

Very good tapas, absolutely original like in Spain. We had tapas to fill us up, everything was the finest. We didn't manage to do everything, the rest was packaged nicely and we had another tapa evening at home. We will definitely come back and look forward to a night with a musical. An absolute recommendation in Leeste! We spontaneously drove past and were lucky that something was free. The tapas were all very tasty and more than enough in quantity. I know it differently from others in the area. So it's better to order one less first and order more. We ended up taking some home with us, which wasn't a problem at all. The quality of the individual tapas was good to very good. I thought the pimentos were simply amazing and the bravas with the hot sauce were simply amazing. The homemade sangria according to the family recipe was simply great. Super tasty and absolutely recommended. The service was super friendly, helpful and never intrusive. There were 11 of us girls there and, following the waiter's recommendation for our larger group, we ordered tapas from the menu up and down the menu for €34 per person. The tapas are served in several rounds. A round consists of around 6 different tapas. Which are also named when served. Bread and aioli can be reordered at any time. After the 4th round we were asked whether the portion sizes could stay the same or whether a little less could be served. Since we were all already pretty full, we opted for the latter option. Before the last round, which was supposed to be fish, we asked whether we could also get a selection of desserts. This was possible without any problems and the dessert plates were put together individually according to our wishes. Two of us girls still didn't want to miss out on the last round. After they were told which fish it was, a selection was put together for the two of them individually, as the two of them didn't want to eat all of it. All in all a successful evening. We were all very satisfied with the friendliness and competence of the service and the entire team. It was really nice that our wishes were taken into account in this way. I later left the restaurant, completely happy, with a smile and a way too full stomach :-) Definitely we will all come back.

Four of us were guests here. We had reserved the table. Food was delicious. Salmon fillet in orange sauce, I haven't had that combination before. Plus a San Miguel on tap👍🏻. The service was very friendly but a little inattentive.

Unfortunately a poor price-performance ratio. The food is mediocre and the tapas are unfortunately not very well presented. Everything floats in oil on a plate. Unfortunately, the service cannot explain the offer very clearly. Unfortunately, the prices for food and drinks are far too high. Ordered 4 slices of bread and charged 5.90 for it is a disgrace. We were there last time and would rather go back to Stuhr next time.

What can I say, it has little to do with Spain! I wanted to drink a Tinto de Verano (red wine spritzer on ice), they've never heard of that before. It's available as house wine, whole bottle 🙈 so I ordered a beer. We had mixed tapas for 24.50 each for 2 people. No olive, no cheese, ham, salami etc... Over-fried squid, soft patatas bravas, the albondigas bland and anything but a fruity tomato sauce. Conclusion: I won't go there again

Ich war für einen Kurztrip in Weyhe. Pepa wurde mir sehr empfohlen, also "auf geht's" ich lasse mich mit spanischen Leckereien verwöhnen! Also beeindruckt hat mich bereits bei der Ankunft die besonders freundliche Begrüßung! Selten, dass man noch SO herzlich willkommen geheißen wird heutzutage 😊 ich wurde zum Tisch geführt, bekam gleich die Menükarte in die Hand und nach einem Getränkewunsch gefragt. Und obwohl echt viel Betrieb im Restaurant war, bekam ich mein Getränk sehr schnell- ich hatte noch nicht ausgesucht. Die freundliche Bedienung lächelte herzlich, fragte ob ich Empfehlungen gern hätte - die hörte ich mir an und war sofort überzeugt. "Nehm ich so. Danke!"😃 Gerne hätte ich euch nun die Empfehlungen hier aufgezählt, bin aber in der spanischen Sprache nicht versiert. (Lasst euch einfach die Empfehlungen mitteilen.) Meine Bestellung kam ebenfalls sehr zügig, man sah, roch und schmeckte sofort die Frische und Qualität! Auch die Portionsgrößen war großartig! Die Bedienung war immer flott, freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Ich freu mich schon jetzt wieder auf den nächsten Kurztrip - Pepa wird sicherlich wieder besucht! Kurz und bündig: Volle Punktzahl! Ich war heute Abend mit einer kleinen Runde von Freunden im Tapas de Casa Pepa speisen. Und ich muss sagen ich habe mich wie Zuhause gefühlt! Sehr nette Bedingung und verdammt gutes Essen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Freue mich schon auf das nächste mal :)

Das Essen war hervorragend, und das Ambiente war sehr stimmig und läd auf ein längeres Verweilen ein. Der Service stets zuvorkommend und freundlich. Immer wieder gerne werde ich das Restaurant besuchen und empfehle jedem einen Besuch dort, es lohnt sich!

Das Essen war super lecker. Wir hatten verschiedene Tapas. Pan con Aioli ist ein Muss. Die Mädels im Service super nett und freundlich. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls schön, könnte allerdings etwas mehr spanisch sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gambas matschig, gefühlt viel Tiefkühlkost. Bisher der schlechteste Spanier, bei dem ich gegessen habe. Offensichtlich sind die Betreiber nicht kritikfähig, wie man bei vielen Antworten erkennen kann.

Wir waren jetzt schon des Öfteren bei Pepas, nachdem es so einige Gastronomen an diesem Ort nicht geschafft hatten und müssen feststellen, dass ein spanisches Restaurant in Weyhe eine echte Bereicherung ist. Das hat sich auch wohl schon bis ins benachbarten Syke herumgesprochen. Die Tische waren an diesem Abend fast alle gefüllt. Bekam man zu Anfang noch einen Platz ohne Reservierung, hat es sich wohl mittlerweile rumgesprochen, dass es sich hier gut sitzen und speisen lässt. Stets freundlich werden aber Tischreservierungen entgegen genommen und meistens klappt´s auch am gleichen Abend. Die Tapas werden stets frisch zubereitet und der Service macht einem gute Vorschläge, welche Tapas denn noch gut zu der bereits getroffenen Auswahl passen können. Danke an Stan und die anderen Damen des Serviceteams für den herzlichen, aufmerksamen und schnellen Service, hat gepasst. Zu spanischer Musik, Brot mit Aioli und einer leckeren Sangria oder einem spanischen Rotwein geniesst man dann die leckeren Tapas. Etliche Tische hatten sich die große Tapas-Platte für 2 Personen bestellt, die nicht nur gut aussah, sondern auch richtig reichlich war. Wir haben uns mit einzelnen Köstlichkeiten begnügt. Zum Abschluss gab es noch einen leckeren Brandy, bevor wir den Abend hier beendet haben. Alles in Allem war es mal wieder richtig nett. Das Preisniveau liegt eindeutig über dem eines Italieners oder Griechen, ist aber für das was geboten wird, Ok. Kartenzahlung ging auch bei uns an diesem Abend nicht. Das sollte man zügig wieder einrichten, es gehört bei dem Preisniveau ganz eindeutig zum Standard. Macht weiter so, Ihr Lieben. Adios, wir kommen wieder.

Heute waren wir das erste Mal im PEPAS und haben ein Tapas Platte für 2 Personen gegessen -> absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏻🔝!!! Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam -> wir kommen wieder und werden es unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen 👋🏼!!!

Tip top… freundliches Personal, tolles Essen… beim nächsten mal bei Sonnenschein auf der Terrasse

Das Gute vorweg, das Essen war lecker, der Service sehr freundlich und das Restaurant war sehr schön. Aber ich gebe dennoch nur 3 Sterne, weil das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis für die Tapas nicht in Ordnung war. Vorweg wurde Brot und Aioli serviert, wir dachten es sei ein Gruß aus der Küche aber beides wurde nicht nachgelegt, obwohl es mit zur bestellten Hauptspeise gehörte, als diese gebracht wurde. Ok….satt geworden sind wir dennoch. Aber für eine Tapas Platte die über 50,00 € kostet, hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Die Platte bestand über die Hälfte aus Kartoffeln, Pilzen und TK Tintenfischringen. Unterm Strich haben wir für 3 Alster und zwei einfache Hauptspeisen 77,00 € gezahlt (ohne Vorspeise oder Nachspeise), auch kein Absacker gab es zum Abschluss. Fazit, war gut aber muss man für diese Preise nicht wieder haben. Da bekommt woanders mehr für sein Geld.

Einfach nur lecker. Die Tapas für 2 Personen sind reichlich und sehr geschmackvoll. Kommen gerne mit ordentlich Hunger wieder.

Vom herzlichen Willkommen über lecker Essen, viel Charme und Spaß bis hin zum Adios war alles fantastisch. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis, das wir gerne wiederholen möchten und weiter empfehlen.
