Das Roadhouse Route 6 überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Wer richtig gute Steaks und starke Burger liebt, ist hier genau an der richtigen Adresse. Das Ambiente ist authentisch schlicht aber schick gehalten und sorgt direkt für eine entspannte, besondere Atmosphäre. Das Essen war hervorragend: saftige Burger, perfekt zubereitetes Fleisch und großzügige Portionen, bei denen Preis-Leistung absolut passt. Besonders positiv fällt auf, dass hier nicht nur die Optik stimmt, sondern auch Geschmack und Qualität. Alles war frisch, heiß serviert und sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Auch der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut betreut, ohne dass es aufdringlich wirkt. Insgesamt ein Restaurant, das sich klar von vielen Standard-Lokalen abhebt. Für Steak-, Burger- und BBQ-Fans ist das Roadhouse Route 6 definitiv eine Empfehlung. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Das Essen dort schmeckt sehr gut, mit einer der besten Rippchen die ich außerhalb gegessen habe. Auch eine sehr tiefreundliche Bedienung. Direkt einen Wassernapf und Streicheleinheiten hat unsere Hündin bekommen. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam! Eine kleine Leckerei vor dem Essen gab es auch Würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben!

Meine Familie und ich waren mittlerweile 2 x zum Essen mit Buffet im Roadhouse. Das Essen ist super, geschmackvoll einfach lecker. Das Spargelbuffet habe ich sehr genossen. Ich bin bestimmt bald wieder da, bei schönem Wetter im Garten.

2 Stunden aufs Essen gewartet...keine speisekarte bekommen. quallität ist eher Standard und das essen war nicht gewürzt...etwas Pfeffer und Salz hätte die sache rund gemacht. Wohnst ganz ok

Super nett, super lecker, Hunde bekommen alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir planen auf unseren Urlaubsfahrten die Route gerne so, dass wir hier essen können.

Waren gestern zum Essen im Roadhouse. Vorweg gab es einen Gruß aus der Küche. Danach hatten wir einen warmen Vorspeisenteller für 2 Personen und danach Burger 🍔 und Spare Ribs. Alles super, sehr schmackhaft und von guter Qualität. Danke, macht weiter so.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr höflich. Sie kamen oft vorbei und fragten ob wir noch einen Wunsch haben. Haben sehr wohl gefühlt

Super Angus 🍔 mit Süßkartoffel Pommes gegessen, der war sehr Lecker. Service war hervorragend und Freundlich, nur der Sitzplatz war keine gute Wahl. Die Lautstärke der Nachbartische war leider laut, sonst angenehme Atmosphäre. Danke wir kommen wieder, lieben Gruß Jens S.

Wir waren Samstag Abend dort essen. Ich hatte die Bbq Platte und meine Frau einen Burger mit Steak-House Fries. Der Burger war sehr lecker und saftig. Die Fries super crunchy. Jetzt zur Bbq Platte Pulled Pork super saftig und aromatisch. Steak super zart und auf den Punkt gegart. Und die Spareribs waren das beste. Mega zart und eine verdammt leckere Soße in top. Dazu gab es Wedges und Butter Maiskolben. Das alles für einen unschlagbaren Preis. Wir werden uns auf jeden Fall jetzt öfter dort sehen lassen. Der Service war übrigens auch super freundlich 👌

Sehr schönes Restaurant im amerikanischem Stil. Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen und der Service war super. Wir waren hier zum ersten Mal und können es wärmstens weiter empfehlen. So stelle ich mir ein Roadhouse vor. Tolles Ambiente ,leckeres Essen, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.Super Service. Die Speisekarte hat eine sehr gute Auswahl. Das Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis ,ist für die gute Qualität der Speisen, angemessen. Ich habe noch mindestens 5-6 Speisen,die ich probieren muss und werde. Wir waren begeistert und waren nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Der Service: Egal, wer an unseren Tisch kam, wir wurden durchweg super freundlich empfangen und den ganzen Abend über erstklassig bedient. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen. Das Essen: • Gruß aus der Küche: Ein echtes Highlight! Besonders in die Zwiebeln hätte ich mich sprichwörtlich „reinlegen“ können. • Hauptgang: Mein Burger war absolut klasse – frisch, saftig und handwerklich top gemacht. Fazit: Man verlässt das Lokal rundum glücklich und satt. Dass dazu auch noch die Preise absolut fair sind, setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf. Ich würde am liebsten 5 Sterne Plus geben! Wer ein gutes Steak essen möchte,ist hier genau richtig!Wir sind ohne Erwartungen hier hergekommen und es hat alles übertroffen!Wir essen oft Steak,aber so eine Qualität hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr,leicht gewürzt,genau auf den Punkt und die Beilagen wirklich klasse!Der Service ist ebenfalls super toll,sehr bemüht,sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und ich suchte ein Lokal mit guter Park Möglichkeit und nach Möglichkeit kein 08/15 Lokal. So ist die Wahl auf das Roadhouse gefallen. Online geguckt ob es noch freie Plätze gibt. Leider nichts mehr frei. Schade dachte ich aber meine bessere Hälfte gibt nicht so schnell auf und rief einfach an. Nach einem Anruf hiess es dann doch das es kein Problem wäre. Wir machten und also auf den Weg. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür bekommen, perfekt. Erste Eindruck, alles sehr stimmig, hat uns auf Anhieb gefallen. Wir haben im vorderen Bereich einen Sitzplatz bekommen, wo es sehr ruhig war. Im hinteren Bereich war es deutlich lauter. Wir gaben unsere Bestellung auf, kurz danach kam schon "ein Gruss aus der Küche" was schon lust auf mehr gemacht hat. Wir haben uns dann die Zwiebelringe vorab geteilt. Ich hatte keine Erwartung aber einfach bock drauf. Wir fragten uns ob sie wirklich selbst gemacht wären, aber wir waren uns nach dem Essen sicher, das es uns egal war, weil selbst wenn es ein TK Produkt war, war es sehr lecker. Mein Roadhouse Teller war eine Wucht. Geiles, zartes Rindfleisch, leckeres Pulled Pork, die Spare Ribs wovon ich immer noch schwärme, Bacon und Maiskolben. Man sollte ja meinen, was soll schon am Maiskolben außergewöhnlich sein. Aber er war so gut angeröstet, einfach super lecker. Meine Frau hatte Garnelen auf Grill Gemüse und war die ganze Zeit nur am Grinsen. Die Aioli, göttlich. Service war auch sehr nett. Wir haben wirklich schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Herausragende Küche! Die Zutaten waren frisch, die Gerichte kreativ angerichtet und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Ein Muss für jeden Feinschmecker gerade was Steaks und Burger angeht. Auch alle anderen Gerichte auf der gut sortierten Speisekarte sind sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service ist super, schnell und sehr freundlich. Auch wenn es sehr voll ist, werden alle Wünsche flott erfüllt.

Nettes Lokal und eines der wenigen die in Brinkum noch überlebt haben. Essen ist gut aber eher hochpreisig. Ich hatte einen Angus Burger für 17,90€. Portion eher durchschnittlich, Burger lecker aber halt keine "Offenbarung". Derzeit wirklich gut gemachter "Weihnachtsmarkt" hinter dem Haus.

Ich war ds erste mal dort und bin begeistert Ambiente ist sehr schön, Service klasse, Essen on top,Preisleistungsverhältnis gerechtfertigt. Einziges Manko sind die wenigen Parkplätze. Dennoch.komme ich wieder.Ps.selten soooo saftige Chickenwings gegessen.Danke an den Koch oder Köche

Wir waren mit 5 Personen zu Gast in eurem Haus. Das Essen war sensationell. Vom ziegenkäseburger bis zur BBC platte war alles auf den Punkt gebracht. Der Service schnell und freundlich und das Ambiente passend zum Namen. Wir waren nicht das erste und sicher auch nicht das letzte Mal bei euch zu gast. Danke 😊👍

Wir waren das erste Mal dort und waren begeistert! Das Essen war super (Qualität, Preis, Auswahl und Geschmack!) und der Service großartig! Sehr zu empfehlen war das Rib Eye T-Bone Steak -perfekt auf den Punkt gegrillt. Besonders schön war der Außenbereich mit kleinem Weihnachtsmarkt und gemütlichen Sitzecken! Wir gehen auf jeden Fall wieder hin!

Toller Abend im Roadhouse! Leckeres Essen & super Service Wir waren spontan im Roadhouse 6 zum Abendessen, nachdem wir telefonisch angefragt hatten und uns ehrlich mitgeteilt wurde, dass es aufgrund des hohen Andrangs etwas länger dauern könnte – was für uns aber kein Problem war. Atmosphäre und Service: Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gemütlich und im typischen Roadhouse-/Route 66-Stil gehalten. Wir bekamen einen schönen, geräumigen Tisch. Der Service war herausragend und total zuvorkommend. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam; es wurde regelmäßig geschaut, ob wir noch etwas trinken wollten. Wir wurden sogar zweimal gefragt, ob es uns gut geschmeckt hat, und ein netter Spruch zwischendurch sorgte für gute Stimmung. Die Getränke kamen schnell. Das Essen: Schon der Gruß aus der Küche (Weißbrot mit Aioli-Art und karamellisierten Zwiebeln) war eine sehr leckere Überraschung und ein toller Start! Als Vorspeise hatten wir Mozzarella Sticks mit Dip und die Bruschetta nach mexikanischer Art. Letztere war eine interessante, wohlschmeckende Abwandlung vom Klassiker. Als Hauptgang wählten wir beide den Pulled Pork Burger mit Steakhouse Fries. Der Burger war sehr mächtig – wir hatten nur mit Pulled Pork gerechnet, aber zusätzlich war noch ein großer Patty dabei. Ich habe ihn geschafft, meine Frau musste das Patty für den nächsten Tag einpacken! Die Steakhouse Fries waren ebenfalls lecker. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Mit insgesamt ca. 66 Euro für zwei Personen (Vorspeise, Hauptgang, je ein Getränk) ist es kein Schnäppchen, aber angesichts der Qualität der Speisen, der Portionsgröße und des exzellenten Services war der Preis aus unserer Sicht angemessen. Fazit: Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt und können uns definitiv vorstellen, wiederzukommen! Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man Lust auf gute, amerikanisch inspirierte Küche in gemütlichem Ambiente und mit super freundlichem Personal hat.

I'm thrilled. We've been there a few times this summer, and compared to today, the restaurant has improved dramatically. The ambiance is truly pleasant and fitting. A good, comfortable atmosphere. I have to say, the restaurant wasn't full, so I don't know what the noise level is like when all the tables are occupied. It was still very pleasant for me. The service is excellent! There's a "greeting from the kitchen," the waiter recommends daily specials, and they ask several times "if everything's okay." That's an absolute improvement. The staff is very friendly and humorous. It's really fun to eat there. The menu is completely adequate. If you want to eat delicious burgers in an "American" atmosphere and/or enjoy a nice evening with friends and cocktails, you have to go here. I highly recommend it!

We ate at your place today. The welcome was very friendly and warm. We were the first guests of the evening and immediately felt at home. The service was very attentive and on the ball, as well as very friendly 👍😁... We had a delicious meal here. Since the weather wasn't great, the live musicians played inside. If you want to chat, you should sit at the other end of the restaurant. You can do so there, despite the music.

There's live music on Thursdays. Today's band was amazing. The food is also really delicious. The whole atmosphere is just cool. The service is great, too. The perfect choice for a relaxing evening.

I've eaten here twice now and was thrilled! The service is super friendly, the atmosphere is very cozy, and the food is a real treat! You can immediately taste that everything is fresh and homemade. However, I wasn't satisfied with the beef fillet skewer last time. It was three very small pieces (tender as butter👌). I won't order it again. But the portions of the other dishes (shrimp pan, burger, schnitzel) are very satisfying. The cocktails are also delicious. 😋🍹🍹 Good value for money. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I also think it's great that they're now open for lunch on Sundays.🤗 I can 100% recommend the Roadhouse Route 6.👍🫶😍

We visited again on Wednesday. Because of the weather, we sat outside. The food was once again delicious. Friendly service. Definitely recommend it, we'll be back. Reservations are recommended.

We had an excellent meal at the Roadhouse yesterday. The waitresses were all very friendly and quick. The portions were large and delicious, the steaks, burgers, and sides were great. We started off with a welcome from the kitchen. There was also a singer who made the evening perfect. Many thanks to the whole team.

The quality of the food is above average, and the selection is impressive. The team is attentive and friendly, leaving nothing to be desired. On "Schnitzel Tuesday," dessert was even served upon request, even though it wasn't actually planned. Flexibility and guest-oriented at its best! Authentic ambience, friendly staff and delicious large portions

Yesterday, four of us ate there. We received a very friendly welcome and were given a very nice table. Although we were told it might take a while, we were still served very quickly, competently, and very friendly. We didn't have to wait long and were absolutely delighted with our meal. We shared a carpaccio and a fantastic appetizer platter with delicious homemade dips, chicken wings, squid rings, nuggets, and more. Absolutely delicious! There was nothing to complain about. The main courses were also very good. From the barbecue platter to the fillet platter, tagliatelle with strips of beef fillet, and the goat cheese burger... everyone was happy with their food! The cheesecake was also delicious! Conclusion: We will definitely be back; the service was really friendly, and the prices are also perfectly reasonable! Thank you for a truly lovely evening!

A recommendation for the Roadhouse! We had the “Bacon Bomb” burger and the “Pulled Pork” burger and we ordered fries with it. The burgers were very good and very tasty, the sauces went perfectly with them. The fries were super crispy. For dessert there was N.Y. Brownies...absolutely awesome! We'd love to come back!

Before Christmas, the beer garden here regularly hosts a "Winterzauber" (Winter Magic) event. Decorated with great love. A great atmosphere! If you're from South Bremen and the city center Christmas market is too far, you should definitely stop by. Update on September 20, 2020 - Even during the coronavirus pandemic, you have the opportunity to spend a lovely evening with a few friends. Social distancing rules, mandatory mask wearing - all no problem when you know what fantastically delicious burgers are waiting for you! So, a must-visit, summer and winter alike (not just for Werder Bremen fans)! Update June 2023 - We stopped by around 10:30 p.m. after a visit to the theater, even though the bar closes at 11 p.m. Nevertheless, we were still able to have a latte macchiato and a beer or two. For this exception, we're earning a 6th star! Update April 2025 - All-you-can-eat burgers - an all-around successful evening.

Very well-kept restaurant with rustic Quarakter. Super friendly and forthcoming staff. We always eat freshly prepared food. Received a little greeting from the kitchen to bridge the waiting time. We came here for the first time today based on a recommendation and we were thrilled. The team is great, the menu leaves nothing to be desired and the atmosphere is very stylish. Very nice atmosphere, friendly and very attentive staff. Extensive food and drink menu. Our food was flawless. All 4 dishes tasted excellent and were very nicely presented, after all, the eye eats with them. The quantity is also very good. The prices are reasonable. Clear recommendation!

The Roadhouse left an absolutely fantastic and lasting impression on everyone involved tonight. A super cozy atmosphere, stylishly furnished, super nice and not intrusive staff and the food was absolutely phenomenal! From the burger to the spare ribs, from the wine to the beer, everything was delicious, beautifully presented and prepared and served with care and skill. A great and very varied menu invites you to come back 100%. Conclusion: Absolutely recommended!

I discovered the Roadhouse on the way back from a business trip. The reviews looked good and the pictures that had already been uploaded were also very attractive. I ordered the Argentine fillet steak with additional potato wedges. The portion size was perfect. The steak was excellently cooked to medium rare, the wedges were crispy and deliciously seasoned, the side salad was fresh with a great dressing. There was also a crispy herb baguette as well as my selected sauces (sour cream & a BBQ tomato sauce). First of all, as a greeting from the kitchen, there were slices of baguette with a selection of caramelized onions and a kind of bruschetta topping. I really don't want to go into too much detail, but the food was absolutely amazing! Big praise to the chef and the service, you do a great job and provide the guest (me 😉) with a great all-round experience. I would love to come back and plan this again on the next trip 👍

It was our first time at the Roadhouse and the food, ambience and friendly service left a very positive impression. The wheel hasn't been reinvented here, but everything has harmonized well and fit so I think full marks are appropriate. Recommended restaurant. Definitely!

The aresturand seems rather inconspicuous from the outside. But appearances are deceiving, the food was excellent in quality and taste. The service couldn't be reflected in the stars here, I would give it a 10 out of 5. Starter, main course and dessert made us immediately want to go to the sofa. A perfect evening that ended with the shared decision to return!

Very great shop with good food and very friendly staff. Were there during Advent and there is a small Christmas village in the back of the garden with lots of different drinks for the cold season (including unusual drinks like cocoa with mint liqueur) and little things to eat.

...very attentive and friendly staff, super fresh and delicious food, table reservations are advisable, very competent assistance from the staff with questions regarding the types of steaks and preparations, fair prices. The two of us were here on a Friday evening around 6 p.m. and had 2 large drinks, a burger with homemade fries and a flank steak with salad and fried potatoes. The portions are well sized and you should therefore carefully consider whether you need an appetizer or starter... ☺️ Conclusion: Despite the reasonable final price of 70 euros, we would be happy to come back...❗️👍👍

The restaurant looks unremarkable from the outside. But when you enter you are pleasantly surprised. The summer garden is also pretty.
