Good beer but disgusting service!! The beer selection at this place was impressive, with 40 taps and a lot of bottled options. However, the quality of service we experienced was simply very bad. After ordering a beer and a dessert (biermisu) while laughing and playing, my pregnant wife and I were abruptly told to leave our table within 20 minutes of sitting down. One of the staff members approached us, rudely informing my wife that she HAD TO order a drink, or we couldn’t stay. We fully understood that space might be limited, so I tried to offer to move to the bar to free up the table. Shockingly, they wouldn’t even listen to us. My attempt to express my discomfort and suggest a compromise was interrupted with a short of justification and a curt command to “pay, leave, and do not bother me more.” It was clear that their priority was to maximize profit, not customer experience. But there are far more polite and considerate ways to manage these situations, especially when dealing with paying customers. This behavior was disrespectful, out of line, and left us feeling totally unwelcome. First time that this happened to us. Disgusting and totally nonsense.

A very nice selection of craft beers. The food is good and very reasonably priced for Munich. There's a bit of a problem with the service. It's best to go to the bar yourself if you want a new beer.

There is plenty of carft beer. Around 40 taps where about 15 are Gamba. Imported craft beer in the store and the staff are ready to help.

If you're a beer lover in Munich, The Tap House is an absolute must-visit, even you go to Oktoberfest. After reading glowing online reviews, we decided to check it out—and we weren't disappointed. The atmosphere is lively yet cosy, making it the perfect spot for a night out. David, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through their extensive drink menu, ensuring we found the perfect beer to suit our taste. The other patrons were equally friendly, adding to the welcoming vibe. All in all, a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return! (Note, we didn't tasted any food here, just a beerspitality 😉).

Good variety of beers. Bartender was a young local that was very friendly and conversational. We arrived late at night and we're the last to leave. They did close doors a bit earlier than advertised because of Oktoberfest opening weekend had drawn business away.

There were 42 beers on tap. Pretty confusing. Most of the beers we tried were good. The food menu was ok and what we had was good. It was not crowded when we went and the overall service was good. Seems to be college kids doing the service, so please do tip them. The ambience is not really exceptional. But definitely worth a visit for the sheer amount of beers they have.

Heaven for every (craft) beer enthusiast. More than 30 exquisite varieties in tap. The focus here is on the brew - there is only a small selection of snacks. The chili con carne was large and good. Nice and competent service.

We can only warmly recommend this place to every beer lover!!! Forty beers on tap, all pipes are professionally cleaned weekly, knowledgeable and extremely friendly staff, a comfortable atmosphere and the food is supposedly okay, but I can't judge, there were more important things to do 🍺🤣 As promised, we would like to come back, then with a larger delegation from Carinthia and more time! Thank you for your hospitality and we wish you continued success from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

I always enjoy coming here as a beer fan and connoisseur. The tap house always has around 40 beers on tap. There are also a number of bottled beers. The selection of food is small, but the food is even better.

If you enjoy beer and would like to be served something different than the usual Munich beers, Tap Haus is the right place for you! :) Really large selection, lots of varieties on tap or on tap ;) and great advice if you can't decide. We were there spontaneously last Thursday in the late afternoon, tried IPAs and strong dark beers and also ordered the chili and the cheese fondue (snack size). And a really great team in the Tap House: The two “behind the counter” were in a great mood and really fast! A successful spontaneous visit, definitely back soon.

Several beer types, i could only try 3 of them. My experience is good. Did not try the food.

Apart from the fact that there should be more service staff, it's perfect: the food is always tasty, many of the employees are master brewers or apprentices and know a lot about barley juice, the seats are comfortable and I think the audience is cool.

Best beer bar near the Ostbanhoff

We were at the Tap House about 2 weeks ago because a good friend gave me this tip. The selection of beer is really overwhelming, I can only recommend having a beer connoisseur with you! Otherwise, it's time to just give it a try. The prices are okay, totally ok for Munich! The beer tastes excellent and the atmosphere is simple but inviting! Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food. We will definitely come back, just to drink a more exotic beer every now and then!

Excellent bar / pub in walking distance from Ostbahnhof. Not sure if I would go there for their food but their beer selection is super impressive. It was even more impressive before the pandemic but it’s still a lot of choices both from Germany and from other parts of the world. I did not check but I believe they have beer from all brewing continents. So if beer is your preferred drink, this is the place to go

Service was outstanding, thank you girls! The beers mostly come from a brewery, but are delicious. Overall, a large, good selection of all kinds of high-quality beers. The price of beer is a tough number, depending on whether you drink something or enjoy something. Unfortunately the chili with the meal was a disappointment, totally tasteless, canned food? The sandwich is supposedly quite good. I liked the ambience. High tables and chairs, but not uncomfortable. I'll stop by again when I'm settled over at the hotel.

To my knowledge, this is the place with the largest selection of craft beer in all of Munich. In addition to countless beers from the bottle, there is a changing selection on tap, which is also impressive. The selection of food is small and there are only a few vegetarian dishes. But you don't really come here for the food. ;-)

It was quite busy even during the week. The mood was so good, and the served food was also nice:) Servers frequently look around every table so that meeting the viaitora needs.

Tap-House has a wide selection stouts, IPAs and Trapiste that is rare to find in Münich. Beers are strong, heavy, and delicious. If you want a weiß or Helles, they got you covered as well, but if you want more, this is the place to go. Educating the personnel a bit on the flavors of the menu would be good though, so they can assist more!

Sind für einen "Absacker" eingekehrt - wer kann bei so vielen Bieren "on tap" schon widerstehen? Camba macht eh sehr gute Sachen, und die Auswahl wird durch viele andere Sorten abgerundet. Preise sind ordentlich, teilweise deutlich über 7€ für ein 0,33l. Bei DER Beratung zahle ich das aber gern! Danke für die gewidmete Zeit, mein junger Padawan. Hätte stundenlang weiter über Biererfahrungen, Aromen, Hopfen- und Malzkombinationen plaudern können! Atmosphäre ist sehr passend: Brauparaphernalien überall, viel Holz und Mauerwerk. Wünsche mir eine Online-Übersicht der aktuellen Auswahl! (Wahrscheinlich wechseln manche Sorten sehr häufig und es macht zu viel Aufwand das ständig upzudaten.) Insgesamt: Me likey...a lot!

Great beer pub, does a great job of offering local breweries that are innovating beyond the traditional Munich/Bavaria beer styles. Easy to get to via U-bahn subway.

Unsere Bedienung kannte sich aus und konnte super empfehlen. Sie und ihre Koleginnen kamen auch oft um zu fragen, ob wir noch etwas möchten. Ambiente war angenehm, unterhaltsam, nicht zu laut und nicht zu leise. Top Stimmung. Die Pinsa war auch super, nur der Teig könnte noch etwas länger gehen.

Lohnt sich immer, stetig wechselnde Bierauswahl, für jeden (Bier-) Geschmack ist was dabei. Leider war beim letzten Mal kein Cider mehr auf der Karte für Menschen die kein Bier mögen.

Es gibt leider immer weniger außergewöhnliche Biere und das traurigste ist, daß die Bedienungen keine Ahnung mehr haben und nicht mehr vernünftig beraten können, welches Bier hopfig ist, welches sauer, welches fruchtig etc. Schade...

Die größte Auswahl an Craft Bier in der Stadt. Gemütlich und gute Beratung. Wer kein Bier mag, hat hier einen schweren Stand. Das Essen schmeckt, hat aber klar keine Prio hier. Die Auswahl könnte trotzdem etwas größer sein

Eine tolle Bier Bar mit ca. 40 Bieren on Tap. Im Tap-House ist der Name Programm. Neben der riesigen Auswahl vom Fass gibt es auch noch viele Flaschenbiere. Zusätzlich gibt es ein kleines Angebot an Speisen und Snacks. Schöne große Theke zum Sitzen, natürlich hat es auch Tische und Nischen.

Super Stimmung, super Bier, gute Preise, nettes Personal. Speisen: solide und schmecken (Brisket sandwich, bieramisu, Käsefondue), seit 10 Jahren nahezu unverändert
