This time a successful birthday dinner. Particularly noteworthy were the vegetarian dishes (fried onions), which were delicious. The regular onion roast was also very good. Only the pumpkin soup was too bland for us, a little more oomph didn't hurt. Kaiserschmarrn was a dream. Nice service. The time limit of 2 hours was enough, but it only hurts the comfort because you always have to keep an eye on the clock.

Although the portions are not particularly large, the quality and taste of the food more than make up for it. This is definitely about quality over quantity, and Bräustüberl absolutely delivers in this regard. Roast pork dry and mainly just fatty. Käsespätzle was a disgusting mess and lukewarm. Toilets totally dirty and pissy. No toilet paper and no towels. Apparently no one washes their hands here. The shop should be closed! It's a disgrace that such a shop still exists.

Came to the Bräustüberl by chance because everything around was closed on Saturday lunchtime. But it was a real stroke of luck! Everything from straw pigs, organic products from the Andechs dairy and the prices for Munich and the quality of the products are moderate. On top of that, it was delicious. The electric car charging spaces behind the house are also practical. Beer garden shady and cool. Happy to come back!

Service top - food underground After starting school we were guests with 8 people. The service was great, nice and personal - 5 stars! 3 people had the vegetarian mountain dumplings. The dumplings musty, the vegetables bitter. Unfortunately almost inedible. Roast pork was average at best. The Kässpatzen - for at least 17 euros - unfortunately tasteless. The sausage salad was ok. When the mountain dumplings were served with a full plate, there was no question about satisfaction - I assume they are aware of the kitchen's performance and let it happen. Overall very disappointing and our last visit. It's a shame - we used to love staying here and were always satisfied.

Vordergründig sah das Essen gut aus, allerdings noch selten so schlecht gegessen, ein nicht näher definierbares Gewürz schmeckte stark vor, ich hatte anschließend den ganzen Abend Durchfall, meiner Partnerin war es den ganzen Abend übel, das Essen lag uns beiden am nächsten Tag noch schwer im Magen. Nie wieder.

Original: I visited this restaurant with a few colleagues on 04/06 and at the end of a lovely evening, the waitress did not understand the payment information being processed and asked for another payment. I ended up paying for the meal twice and the next day I asked them to refund the additional charge that was made. I sent an email the very next day asking for a refund. In the last 15 days after that I haven't heard a single word and I'm dealing with my banks about €31. It's certainly not a big amount, but the feeling of being cheated is really unpleasant.

The Giesinger Bräustüberl tempts with illustrious beer names and is establishing itself on the Munich beer market. However, the cuisine doesn't score at all: the prices are too high and the quality is subpar. How can you go wrong with a traditional southern German dish like Käsespätzle? Just the presentation in a soup bowl, without onions and with a mush that was neither cheese nor anything else, is an imposition. Another dish, a vegetarian schnitzel, only had fatal effects some time after eating. Maybe you can drink beer, but not food. A big drawback and an impertinence for every palate and stomach.

Das Giesinger Bräustüberl verlockt mit klangvollen Biernamen und etabliert sich an dem Münchner Biermarkt. Allerdings punktet die Küche überhaupt nicht: Die Preise sind zu hoch und die Qualität unterirdisch. Wie kann man nur an einem süddeutschen Traditionsgericht wie Käsespätzle alles falsch machen? Allein die Darbietung in einem Suppenteller, ohne Zwiebeln und mit einer Pampe, die weder Käse noch etwas anderes war, ist eine Zumutung. Ein weiteres Gericht, ein vegetarisches Geschnetzteltes, zeigte erst einige Zeit nach dem Essen die fatale Wirkung. Vielleicht könnt Ihr Bier, aber kein Essen. Ein großes Manko und eine Zumutung für jeden Gaumen und Magen.
