Yeah well… it’s okay. 😅 It's a bit like how you used to feel at McD. You can eat it, but it's certainly not a culinary revelation. In addition, the price/performance ratio is really very poor. They're all fun portions. There's no way you'll get enough of one, so you always have to order several things. And then I find that you quickly get to 20€/person. Inside it had the charm of a waiting hall.

We used to enjoy eating at Taco Ranch and also ordering for pickup. Everything worked quite well so far. However, last time we waited 15 minutes for something pre-ordered. This was already ready, but the employees didn't take care of us. When asked it was said “one minute” which quickly turned into 10. To be clear, we ordered the food at 6:00 p.m. for 7:00 p.m. and were in the store until 7:23 p.m. It would have been a matter of “a minute” to put our orders in a bag and hand them over. I have already worked in the catering industry myself, but after such a wait for food that was already ready, my restaurant gave me a refund or the order was fresh again. As already said, we have rarely had such problems before and would be happy if it worked like it did before.

Waited in line for 20 minutes even though only three people showed up. Then waited another 30 minutes for a short time. Staff is hardworking and very hard working. But the system is not well structured. Unfortunately, the fries are fried in animal fat. Too bad

Today I ate at a taco shop and really loved it. I had the “Big Ranch Chicken” which was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfectly seasoned and the combination with the other ingredients was just right. The portion size was also good – definitely filling. I would particularly like to highlight the service: The staff was very friendly and attentive without seeming intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. All in all, a great visit – I’ll definitely be back!

The taco really didn't taste good, it was somehow completely dry and tasteless. But the fries were very tasty. The employee at the checkout was also very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, there will most likely not be a second visit for me.

While the food is usually good yesterday we got our food delivered cold and the big ranch wasn’t closed properly so everything got dispersed everywhere. Considering that for 2 people we paid 44 euros that is unacceptable. Unfortunate as this place used to be awesome

The Triple Taco menu in the variants Crunchy Green, Crunchy Deep Green and Crunchy Double Green was expressly ordered gluten-free. The kitchen still included wheat flatbreads in the menu. After a complaint, there was no improvement but a casual note that Double Green always had a wheat flatbread and I should just put it aside. Unfortunately the food had no taste and the portion was very small. The ambience is typical of a fast food restaurant. Therefore only 2* Then get really tasty tacos from a competitor on the next street.

Looks better from the outside than from the inside. Just cheap American flair. But eat really well. Pottions good, food super tasty and something different. For the burrito, I could also choose tomato salad instead of the normal fries or nachos, which was super flavorful and refreshing. The cooled highlight is that you can choose drinks from other countries such as America, Japan and China at a small additional charge. Unfortunately it took quite some time for the food to be ready, but it was fresh and tasty. Gladly again.

My girlfriend and I were very happy to eat Nuttella taco and in the end it was almost not filled! The tacos were super small and had very little filling!

We were last at Taco Ranch in 2018, when the store had just opened, and were often almost the only guests. There was so much going on during our visit today that it seems as if the shop has become something of a hotspot - and rightly so, because the food is simply great, as is the service. The only thing the store is missing: felt pads under the chairs, because the back is extremely annoying. Unfortunately, the branch in Cologne that was promised in 2018 does not yet exist. 😉

Unfortunately it doesn't taste good

We ordered the food through Uber Eats. The food was lukewarm to cold. The burrito had chicken nuggets in it and the dough was pre-heated dough. The food was not tasty, very bad to barely seasoned. The quesadilla cheese tasted like cheap slices of cheese. Just catastrophic! A burrito menu, a burrito, a 3x taco menu and cheese-chicken quessadillas for €50 plus €8 delivery, you'd expect a lot more. The quantities did not correspond at all to the prices. Absolutely not recommended!

The Resturant Taco Ranch offers Mexican food, I took a menu. This menu consisted of a burrito 🌯 with minced meat and bean paste, a crunchy taco with chicken, a pesi and a fries with ketchup. The portion was large and it really fills you up. The food was delicious. They are currently also offering seafood tacos. The toilets were clean and they even have a disabled toilet. The restaurant is on the ground floor. If you like Mexican food, this is the place for you.

Picked up something to take away here. The store looks cozy and the menu is clear so that everyone can find something here. The fries were really good, especially for sharing. Another fast food chain. Small menus that you are somewhat forced on ordering extras. With the total I could visit a real Mexican restaurant that would sell real food and not this factory produced stuff. In addition to the way overpriced food the service is horrifyingly bad. Employees who show with all of their heart that they don’t want to be there, also rude. In addition, the clientele is „Ghetto“, hence NOT suitable for a relaxing date. Conclusion: The 30-50€ spent here are better spent at authentic Mexican restaurants. You will get the same if not more food with higher quality.

My absolute favorite “fast food restaurant”! The Big Ranch is the absolute best performer and in general almost every dish is recommended. The variation that is often introduced is also absolutely remarkable. Apart from the fact that you could slowly change the winter offer, there is absolutely nothing to criticize here!

I ordered Big Ranch with Beef and Chipotle. The burrito was delicious. The Big Ranch with beef was delicious. It was really juicy. I will order it again next time. The portion of the coleslaw could be larger. The service was nice and gave us satisfactory advice.

Very unusual and tasty, recommended as a visitor in the start

We placed a pre-order with our practice via Wolt for the next day and everything worked out great. The team responded to our wishes and also dealt with our order meticulously afterwards. Very friendly staff, great service and the food for around 20 people was completely fresh, warm and tasty. No dish, no request was forgotten and we even got a few churros on the house. This shop ends up on our standing order list and is therefore always highly recommended for business customers. :)

Tasty and actually better than Taco Bell.

Not particularly tasty: (pulled beef ranch big) approx. 10% meat, 10% cheese, 10% onions, 30% coleslaw and 40% dough. In my opinion, the menu price makes little sense because you don't save anything: Basic price pulled ranch: €10.99 Menu price ranch: 13.00€ Surcharge for “pulled beef”: €1.49 (added to the menu price) Price drink (not included in the menu price): 1.50€ Rice/fries/side dish: €0.00 (covered by the menu price) =approx. 16€ So you pay €5 more for a drink and a small cup of rice. Wouldn't go there again...

Personally, I have been to the restaurant several times and have always been very impressed by the service and the food. Edit: Taco Ranch now also offers many plant-based options in addition to its meat options, which is why it is now even more worthwhile for vegetarians or vegans to pay a visit to Taco Ranch.

I can't understand the good rating at all. We weren't allowed to eat in the store because we arrived at 9:15 p.m. and the store closes at 10 p.m. The employees are unfriendly and the food is prepared according to your mood and the price is far too expensive. In addition, the tacos look unappetizing and taste nothing particularly recommendable.

Vegan options available, but bland and not particularly attractively presented. Not even a vegan cheese substitute available. There was a lack of kick, some acidity and spiciness in the burrito, e.g. jalapeños or lime. Overall, significantly worse than, for example, Casita Mexicana. Just fast food. At least full.

It was delicious. The menu offered on the screens takes a lot of getting used to. The moment you decide on something, your view changes and you look again for what you wanted to eat. It wasn't very comfortable either.

I ordered here for the first time and wanted to have it delivered via Lieferando. When after an hour it said it would take another hour, I called Taco Ranch. They offered to call Lieferando and get in touch again afterwards. There were personnel difficulties at Lieferando. That's why I picked it up. When I arrived they were still super friendly. To compensate, he also gave me a dessert, even though it wasn't their fault. The food was super delicious. Become a regular customer there now! Thanks again:)

The food is not Mexican, it is Tex-Mex. If they have something similar to Mexican food, they should call it Mexican style tacos or something like that.
