We were there for the pub quiz. The team was super friendly and despite the full house we received fantastic service. We'd love to come back for dinner 👍

Our wedding at Hotte Hü – simply unforgettable We discovered the Hotte Hü in Düsseldorf Hellerhof while taking a walk - a real coincidence that turned out to be a real hit. After an initial conversation with the owner Kevin, it was clear to us: This is our location. The good feeling he gave us made us decide that same evening - we want to celebrate here. As we continued planning, we got to know Kevin as a passionate host who not only fulfills wishes, but also thinks, empathizes and helps shape things. Many of his ideas ultimately found their place at our wedding - and made the day even more special. At another appointment we also met the chef Viktor - an equally likeable professional who, together with Kevin, promised a lot, but in the end delivered much more. How is it possible to satisfy the tastes of 47 guests? I have no idea – but the Hotte Hü did it. We would also like to send a very special thank you to Mel, Kevin's wife. She took care of the decoration with so much love and dedication. She stylishly integrated our own decorations - the whole store was decorated with so much passion and feeling that we immediately felt like we had arrived. Her loving handwriting could be felt in every detail. The service team? Simply great. Our guests came to us again and again throughout the evening and raved about the great service from the three employees. A perfect mix of professionalism, relaxedness and charm – exactly how we wanted it. And the little guests were not forgotten either – lovingly looked after and warmly cared for. But we would like to make one small “criticism” – the day simply went by far too quickly. Dear Mel, dear Kevin, dear Viktor – you promised us that we wouldn’t have to worry. And you understated it. You exceeded expectations, won hearts – and lots of fans too. Thank you for everything!

I celebrated my 60th birthday with 65 people at the Hotte Hü and everyone was thrilled. Location is super nice and Mel & Kevin are just great 😄 A great, rich buffet, something for every guest...super fast and courteous service. All in all, a very nice evening. Delicious food with always extremely friendly service

All in one a beautiful restaurant with great food and service. We were warmly welcomed and served. There were two adults and ONE teenager. Every meal wish was fulfilled and even the little extra, the direct view of the horses, was fulfilled. We were here for the first time, but definitely not the last! We are really looking forward to our next visit! Word of mouth is inevitable :-)

People!!!! GO!!!!!!...I've been there a few times before at the end of the dog round, but always only for a champagne, cake, coffee...today my plan finally came true: everything and whoever was INCREDIBLY delicious I myself know how much good salmon, truffles, saffron, pomegranates etc. cost to buy...not to mention the rest. Kevin, Mel, Rolf and Co give their all. Even our dog didn't die of thirst.

Went to Hotte Hü for the first time today and certainly not the last time. We realized why the restaurant was called that when the light next door suddenly came on and a rider trotted through the hall on a horse. It was a real surprise, something special. Basically five stars for everything. The food is super fresh and super tasty, I even found something vegetarian. And really hot food, fresh from the kitchen to the table. We were also greeted very friendly and served very warmly, it didn't feel like we were there for the first time. Everything went quickly and we always asked directly if we would like anything else. So, we'll definitely be back, a great discovery

The food and service are very good, the ambience inside is, like many things, purely a matter of taste. And personally I liked it, but something was missing in some corners. But the beer garden is always very cozy

We have been there several times and always enjoy the evening. The menu isn't overly large, but the dishes are always delicious with a decent price-performance ratio. In summer we also like to enjoy the outdoor terrace. We'd love to come back.

Full marks, credit where credit is due!! Great location, very friendly and attentive staff including the boss. The meals were very good and tasty. Price and performance are right here. There were 5 of us there in the evening, we were able to choose a suitable table inside and enjoy a lovely evening. The exceptional asparagus dishes are currently recommended. Update: I just say: Northern storm!! We had an excellent meal again and were served equally well by the boss! Finally there was the northern storm. Incomparable! Gladly more!

We were there today with our children and the food was very, very tasty and the children's portion was enough for me. The boss, like the service, is very friendly and understands fun. And very child friendly. The salad was very tasty even though I don't really like pomegranate. We were very satisfied. It was full and you should take your time and make a reservation Gladly again!!

We celebrated my brother's 60th birthday. It was cozy and the service was great and quick. The food all came at the same time and you could start eating together. The steaks were great and exactly medium rare. All other dishes were very rich and also very tasty. It was a lovely evening with a great atmosphere. A big compliment to the kitchen staff and the service, we will be back

Everything is right, from the friendly boss to the service to the delicious food and drink. Yes, the Altbier is tasty, but there is also Pils! We were all happy with 8 people. Reservation recommended!

A nice restaurant with a nice outdoor terrace and the equipment is fresh and up to date. We were there for the first time. Can only recommend it. Get up, get dressed and get there. Have a nice time. The food is great and the menu is just right for you to choose from. Something for everyone to find. Thanks to all the employees from the good feeling place in Hellerhof. The trip from Monheim is a must.

I cycle a lot in the region. Now I have found another very good service station. An absolute, you have to have been here

We looked for a quiet, child-friendly, idyllic restaurant/beer garden between Cologne and Düsseldorf and found it! Great atmosphere and location, delicious dishes, lots to see for children (horse hall with glass wall), nice to sit outside, no parking problems. Highly recommended.

Two days ago I celebrated my birthday at Hottehü with 18 guests. My guests and I were thrilled. A super relaxed atmosphere, absolutely competent, relaxed service, very, very tasty food. A small cultural performance as a surprise for me was made possible without any problems. An Aperol Sprizz as a birthday greeting for me from the house. We always enjoy being guests at the Hottehü. A nice restaurant with a small menu but with top quality. Very comfortably furnished and the beer garden is a real highlight in summer.

A restaurant at a riding arena - a "view" of horse training is possibly possible, but unfortunately in the summer there are a lot of flies - that was very annoying. The food is good and the service is quick and attentive. The landlord is a “Düsseldorf original” and he could also be in the brewery. So it creates a nice atmosphere if you like the sound. You can also sit outside, which is recommended when the weather is good. There are also “daily offers”, so there is always variety.

Very nice concept, located directly at a horse stable. Good food and drinks. You definitely have to try red hotte. You can also sit outside very well. In addition to the normal menu, there is always a monthly menu with seasonal offers.

For me, Hotte Hü is the best restaurant in the area. It's not the cheapest, but it's worth it: a changing menu with a large selection of dishes from schnitzel to salad to burgers (also vegan!). Seasonal offerings such as asparagus and chanterelles and great homemade drinks. The portions are large, as a veggie you always get your money's worth. In summer you can sit outside on the terrace, inside you can watch the riders in the hall, there is always something to see. Kevin is a wonderful and friendly host, dogs are very welcome, the atmosphere is always familiar, you immediately feel like you belong. Gladly again and again :)

The food, service and ambience were excellent. I chose the schnitzel with fried egg and fried potatoes, and it was delicious. The portion was very large so I had a hard time finishing it. The service was excellent. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and humorous. I have to say that the waiter reminded me of Ralf Schmitz. The ambience is very appealing and modern with a view of a riding arena.

The journey is really worth it. An outstanding restaurant by Düsseldorf standards. Idyllically located at a riding stable and just a 7-minute walk from the Hellerhof S-Bahn. Small but well thought out menu with many specials. Good beer on tap and a great wine list that is second to none. There is a very cozy outdoor terrace and really quick and competent service. Big shout out to Chef Kevin and his crew! You should have eaten here!!!

Wir waren heute zum zweiten mal im Hotte Hü und ganz bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal.Das Essen war soooo lecker, reichlich und zudem noch zu einem absulut angemessenem Preis. Der Inhaber ist ein super netter, lustiger, lockerer Typ und außerdem noch mega aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es zu 1000% weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ambiente Super Küche Super Service

Wir waren mal wieder im Hotte Hü, aber das 1. Mal zum Gänseessen, von 9 Personen haben 7 Brust oder Keule gegessen und *ALLE* waren happy, auch der Preis stimmte hier!!! (Mein Tomahawk-Kotelett war aber auch einsame Spitze). Dazu gibts noch ein lecker frisch gezapftes Füchschen und für die 'Gänse' den passenden Wein. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher und sind jedes Mal äußerst zufrieden > und satt ;-) Diese Lokalität ist etwas besonderes, der Service ist sehr locker, aber stets auf den Gast orientiert.

Wir ( 8 Personen ) waren heute zum ersten Mal zum Abendessen hier. Es war ein schöner Abend, die unterschiedlich bestellten Gerichte waren allesamt sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder Viele Grüße Andreas aus Hilden

Waren gestern mit einer größeren Gruppe zum Gänseessen im Hotte Hü gewesen. Wie immer ein gelungener Abend mit einem leckeren Gänsemenü und tollem Service. Man kann zwischen Brust und Keule auswählen. Schöne Präsentation auf dem Teller und geschmacklich top. Wir sind alle hoch zufrieden und satt heim. :-) Gerne wieder!
