Everything is right, from the friendly boss to the service to the delicious food and drink. Yes, the Altbier is tasty, but there is also Pils! We were all happy with 8 people. Reservation recommended!

The trip from Monheim is a must.

We looked for a quiet, child-friendly, idyllic restaurant/beer garden between Cologne and Düsseldorf and found it! Great atmosphere and location, delicious dishes, lots to see for children (horse hall with glass wall), nice to sit outside, no parking problems. Highly recommended.

Two days ago I celebrated my birthday at Hottehü with 18 guests. My guests and I were thrilled. A super relaxed atmosphere, absolutely competent, relaxed service, very, very tasty food. A small cultural performance as a surprise for me was made possible without any problems. An Aperol Sprizz as a birthday greeting for me from the house. We always enjoy being guests at the Hottehü. A restaurant at a riding arena - a "view" of horse training is possibly possible, but unfortunately in the summer there are a lot of flies - that was very annoying. The food is good and the service is quick and attentive. The landlord is a “Düsseldorf original” and he could also be in the brewery. So it creates a nice atmosphere if you like the sound. You can also sit outside, which is recommended when the weather is good. There are also “daily offers”, so there is always variety.

We were there in the evening with 5 people, were able to choose a suitable table inside and enjoyed a lovely evening. The exceptional asparagus dishes are currently recommended.

Very nice concept, located directly at a horse stable. Good food and drinks. You definitely have to try red hotte. You can also sit outside very well. In addition to the normal menu, there is always a monthly menu with seasonal offers.

For me, Hotte Hü is the best restaurant in the area. It's not the cheapest, but it's worth it: a changing menu with a large selection of dishes from schnitzel to salad to burgers (also vegan!). Seasonal offerings such as asparagus and chanterelles and great homemade drinks. The portions are large, as a veggie you always get your money's worth. In summer you can sit outside on the terrace, inside you can watch the riders in the hall, there is always something to see. Kevin is a wonderful and friendly host, dogs are very welcome, the atmosphere is always familiar, you immediately feel like you belong. Gladly again and again :)

The food, service and ambience were excellent. I chose the schnitzel with fried egg and fried potatoes, and it was delicious. The portion was very large so I had a hard time finishing it. The service was excellent. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and humorous. I have to say that the waiter reminded me of Ralf Schmitz. The ambience is very appealing and modern with a view of a riding arena.

It is a cozy restaurant here in Hellerhof that serves delicious German cuisine. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is friendly. I can definitely recommend it!

The journey is really worth it. An outstanding restaurant by Düsseldorf standards. Idyllically located at a riding stable and just a 7-minute walk from the Hellerhof S-Bahn. Small but well thought out menu with many specials. Good beer on tap and a great wine list that is second to none. There is a very cozy outdoor terrace and really quick and competent service. Big shout out to Chef Kevin and his crew! You should have eaten here!!!

Wir waren heute zum zweiten mal im Hotte Hü und ganz bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal.Das Essen war soooo lecker, reichlich und zudem noch zu einem absulut angemessenem Preis. Der Inhaber ist ein super netter, lustiger, lockerer Typ und außerdem noch mega aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können es zu 1000% weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ambiente Super Küche Super Service

Wir waren mal wieder im Hotte Hü, aber das 1. Mal zum Gänseessen, von 9 Personen haben 7 Brust oder Keule gegessen und *ALLE* waren happy, auch der Preis stimmte hier!!! (Mein Tomahawk-Kotelett war aber auch einsame Spitze). Dazu gibts noch ein lecker frisch gezapftes Füchschen und für die 'Gänse' den passenden Wein. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher und sind jedes Mal äußerst zufrieden > und satt ;-) Diese Lokalität ist etwas besonderes, der Service ist sehr locker, aber stets auf den Gast orientiert.

Wir ( 8 Personen ) waren heute zum ersten Mal zum Abendessen hier. Es war ein schöner Abend, die unterschiedlich bestellten Gerichte waren allesamt sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder Viele Grüße Andreas aus Hilden

Waren gestern mit einer größeren Gruppe zum Gänseessen im Hotte Hü gewesen. Wie immer ein gelungener Abend mit einem leckeren Gänsemenü und tollem Service. Man kann zwischen Brust und Keule auswählen. Schöne Präsentation auf dem Teller und geschmacklich top. Wir sind alle hoch zufrieden und satt heim. :-) Gerne wieder!

Wir haben mit 18 Gästen einen runden Geburtstag auf der Terrasse gefeiert. Alles war super vorbereitet, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, schönes Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen. Von allen Gästen nur positive Rückmeldungen! Das Hotte-Hü können wir echt empfehlen.

Мы уже полтора года живём в Дюссельдорфе. Побывали во многих заведениях. Есть с чем сравнить. Но это место просто супер. Очень - очень вкусно. Заказал стойки с картофелем минимальной прожарки. Его подали со сливочным маслом с зеленью. Также заказали салат и креветки . К детям было особое внимание, им сразу предложили порисовать. Одним словом мы остались олочень довольны. И ещё один момент. Мы немного опоздали . Но хозяин ресторана всеравно нашел нам место и без проблем посадил за столик. При следующем визите обязательно сделаю хорошие фото с их едой.

Wegen einer Unverträglichkeit konnte ich nichts von der Karte essen, der Koch hat aber nach meinen Wünschen ein superleckeres Essen gezaubert. Hut ab, vor soviel Service.

Heute spontan einen Tisch für 10 Personen trotz einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft am Abend bekommen. Das Essen ist gut, Service ist super nett und aufgeschlossen. Speziell für Pferdeliebhaber geeignet!

Sehr gemütlich, gute Speisekarte und Service. Beim Essen habe ich nur einen Stern abgezogen, weil meine Bratkartoffeln waren lauwarm, alles andere war perfekt.

Das vielleicht beste Restaurant in der Nähe. Super freundliches Personal, egal ob Chef, Barkeeper oder Servicepersonal. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, immer wieder neue Gerichte und sehr abwechslungsreich. So stellen wir uns Gastronomie vor und fühlen uns schon fast heimisch wenn wir da sind. Macht bitte weiter so, wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Besuche.

Wir waren zu ersten Mal hier und gleich wie Stammgäste behandelt, freundlich und liebenswert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen mit Freude wieder.

Kleiner aber feines Restaurant direkt am Reiterhof. Die Terrasse ist super und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Pferde und Reitanlagen. Im Herbst durch clevere Lösungen gegen Regen und Wind geschützt. Faire Portionen zu fairen Preisen und sehr schmackhaft! Personal typisch rheinländische Frohnaturen und immer einen lockere Spruch auf Lager. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man in der südlichen Ecke von Düsseldorf unterwegs ist.

Ich bin sehr begeistert von diesem Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr lecker und der Service ist freundlich. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und auch das WC ist für ein solches Restaurant überaus gepflegt und sauber. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir!

Nach einer Wanderung über 12 km waren wir kurz in dem Café. Gutes Essen, angenehme Atmosphäre, Kinder habe auch die Pferdedressur angeschaut. Es war ruhig, wir haben aber vor den Stoßzeiten da gewesen. Wir kommen wieder.

Food was amazing! Heard that it's hard to get a seating so make sure you call ahead of time! Reached just before they last order so we quickly ordered and the service was just impeccable. This place seems to be part of the stable and gives a rustic type of vibe. Quite a romantic place to bring your date to.

Wir haben vorletzte Woche die Kinderkommunion meines Sohnes im Hotte Hü gefeiert und hatten einen phantastischen Tag! Bereits die Absprachen im Vorfeld mit Kevin waren unkompliziert und immer total nett. Er hatte gute Ideen und Empfehlungen, das Fest umzusetzen. Wir waren rund 30 Personen und hatten einen Bereich auf der schönen Terrasse. Auch für die Kinder war es perfekt, weil sie Platz zum Spielen hatten und der Spielplatz direkt um die Ecke lag. Es gab sogar einen speziellen Kinder Cocktail. Das Essen war super, alle Gäste waren super happy! Getränke und Service auch klasse, sogar spontane Wünsche wurden noch umgesetzt. Toll war auch die Möglichkeit, unsere Torte mitzubringen. Danke an das gesamte Team für einen wunderschönen, perfekten Tag! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stets wird überlegt, welche Neuerungen und Specials angeboten werden können. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Das Essen ist gut bürgerlich und lecker. Wenn etwas nicht passt, wird nachgebessert. Rundum guter und aufmerksamer Service. Von der Art her geht es in Richtung Brauhaus. Mein Stammlokal und -restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen!
