Delicious food in a nice atmosphere at fair prices

Maybe we were just unlucky. The gyro didn't seem to be cooked properly, or was just warmed up (convenience food?). The fries were soggy and the rice didn't taste like anything, or reminded me of rice that had been cooked for too long. Didn't convince me, would have liked to leave a better review.

Highly recommended. Everything was perfect from the service, the ambience, the food. Tip top. This is perfect Greek food. Meat to the point. Starters top. Mediterranean flair.

I want to rate fairly and all impressions are my opinion. We arrived a bit damaged because I had fallen at the tram stop. I was kindly offered the toilet despite the fact that I had dirty clothes from the fall. We took a seat and were hospitably offered a salad and a small schnapps. There was enough time to choose the food and drinks and they were brought to the table quickly. The food is lovingly prepared, unfortunately I couldn't eat everything, which I'm sorry about, my thanks to the artists and experts in the kitchen. I am rarely satisfied, therefore my full appreciation. The service anticipated all of my wishes and made me completely satisfied. The ambience is modern but not to my taste but that would be a complaint on a high level. Finally, I would like to say that I am a guest here and will be returning again looking forward to more delights from this house. Thank you for the pleasant stay as a guest. A clear recommendation, keep it up.

The service was nice. The food wasn't nearly as fresh and authentic as in Greece, but it was quite good by German standards.

We had based on the 4.6 on Google Maps, but unfortunately that 4.6 is far too high a rating for what we were presented with. The grilled meat was tough and tasteless. Did it come pre-cooked from the freezer? The moussaka was also not good. The moussaka I make myself is much tastier.

We were here for breakfast. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired! We shared breakfast for two and didn't have to eat anything else all day because it was so much and delicious. Next time I'm in Dresden I'll come back for dinner!

The breakfast is highly recommended, you are greeted in a friendly manner and the food is freshly prepared. In addition, the price-performance ratio is more than balanced. The service is very helpful without being intrusive.

With Kaliméra we were warmly welcomed for breakfast at Sweet Greece and the atmosphere in the restaurant was also warm, almost family-like. The breakfast was very rich...unfortunately the 4 of us didn't make it. I recommend the restaurant without reservation and can recommend the breakfast to anyone who wants to treat their taste buds to something new. We had vouchers through Groupon, which we had a problem understanding, but even that was solved by the extremely friendly Greeks. We'd love to come back.

There is delicious food and quick cuisine here. The service is fast, almost too fast, and is happy to clear away plates even though there are still small things on them and you are still eating. Prices are okay, there was a round of ouzo at the start, but no more after that.

Very attentive and friendly service. The food is really tasty & there is also a good vegetarian selection :) Dogs are also allowed here & he was also given water straight away. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. Only one star deducted because I don't think the portions are that big, but it's enough :) You won't be so full when you eat. The location is quite far from the historical city centre, but on the other hand there have never been crowds of tourists there and the main train station is quite close.

Unfortunately very disappointed The feta was not baked properly in the oven, the liver was cubes with a few onions and peppers was nothing special for the price you actually expected something better despite complaining to the service there wasn't even a free coffee or espresso in it give the restaurant 4 out 10 points.

Today the two of us ate at sweet Greece for the first time. The kitchen works quickly and conscientiously and we didn't really have any complaints about the food or drink. I can highly recommend the chicken pan, the cassis sauce was a dream and the garlic bread was a really good accompaniment. A small point deduction for the service because, despite a nice and courteous demeanor, the service was a bit hesitant and a drink order was therefore forgotten. We were served at least once by virtually every service employee, which seemed a bit confusing to me. All in all, very good food, nice hospitality, clean atmosphere and a great evening with my pretty girlfriend. We will be back.

Their pan fried salmon is a must try. Friendly staff, will provide a welcome drink. Nice interior, clean, and a good place for an afternoon/evening hangout. Good vegetarian options.

A very pleasant place. Good food, nice and professional service. In addition, the waiting time for the meal is relatively short. The restaurant has three menus - one with traditional Greek dishes, the second for vegans and the third with drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The food was very tasty and, in my opinion, at reasonable prices. Plus a free glass of cold ouzo :-)

I came here because of the good reviews and was unfortunately very quickly disappointed. We quickly got a seat, as well as the obligatory ouzo (unfortunately warm with the outside temperature at 32 degrees). Unfortunately the staff was constantly annoyed and quite unfriendly. The food was very tough. The taste was very sober, peppermint dominated - unfortunately not ours. But just not appropriate for this price. The fries just weren't good either. We asked for the bill and no one came. I wouldn't come back on my next vacation.

It was fantastic, we will come back soon. Fish was so fresh like at see side. And traditional plate even better.

Nice Greek restaurant. There is a lunch menu and a normal menu with a good selection. At the beginning there was an ouzo or a non-alcoholic alternative. The food came quickly and was delicious. The waiter was friendly.

The interior is themed, the staff is friendly. They brought a welcome drink, Greek Ouza, 0.2 each. After ordering food and drinks, they brought us a free small salad with croutons. A tasty appetizer while the main meal is being prepared. We took assorted dishes from the grill. I liked all the meats. The smell and taste of fire, grill, barbecue. The meat is soft, juicy and tasty. The portions are large. We were left satisfied and very full. And this day there was no lunch.

Very affordable greek restaurant near our hotel. I was suprised on how big the servings are. I ordered the octopus and i never imagined it be 2 tentacles. On top of that, they also gave us an alcoholic drink + salad at the start.

Everything here is really great: the food, the service, the staff and the ambience! We immediately felt at home here. The service was very attentive and friendly! We enjoyed the food here extremely well (both the meat and the shrimp were grilled to perfection)! Even the simple side dishes like fries and garlic bread were particularly delicious! The food was delicious but the service/attention was the worst: one of their waiters was harsh and rude to my friend who can not speak German, I don't know if it was because he was from another country, but he was rude, snatched his card when paying and threw it back at him and the way he treated him and all of us in general, which was clearly different from the way he treated the others. I would have liked to visit the restaurant again, but with that service never.

We were guests last night. All I can say is: simply perfect! The service, the food and the furnishings, modern, tasteful and not at all as dusty as you sometimes get from other Greeks. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. Everything happened super fast. And the food: awesome, and we go out to eat often. I had a beef fillet steak. Extremely delicious, my wife's calamari and souvlaki, the calamari was very tender and very tasty and the meat was not so dry. And the desserts🤪 That's how it should be when you go out to eat. This is really worth five stars to me. We will DEFINITELY come back! Oh, and the price is absolutely right🤟🏻

We chose this restaurant on the last evening of our city trip because it is halfway between the main train station and our hotel. We had not planned for the rush of visitors to the Andreas Gabalier concert on the Dresden gastronomy. The restaurant mastered this with confidence. Within less than 5 minutes we got a nice table without a reservation, the service was quick and friendly, the food was on the table after a short time and the quality was also excellent. Respect for this achievement! If there is a gastro stress test, Sweet Greece passed it with flying colors tonight.

Going for breakfast on Sunday can be a bit tricky in Dresden because many cafes and restaurants can be very busy - luckily not here. Curious about Greek breakfasts, I ordered a breakfast platter for two. Feta, sheep's cheese, sausage, olives and vegetables for the soft yeast rolls, a portion of Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts and baked egg slices with ham and cheese. Such a breakfast is not figure-friendly, but it is incredibly tasty and rich. The service is friendly and helpful and the store itself looks clean and well maintained. Price-performance ratio very good, especially if you consider the location directly on Prager Straße

Nice atmosphere, service was professional and courteous. I had imagined the food to be a little more creative and special (considering the extraordinary ambience for a Greek restaurant). The salad as a starter was still ok. I hardly tasted any of the dressing. The main courses were also ok. That's what I get at all other Greek restaurants too.

Bright, airy restaurant, rural modern furnishings, very large restaurant. Everything very clean. Service friendly, young people. Service was very quick, but it was also not very busy on Sundays at 4 p.m. We started with an ouzo as a welcome, then tzatziki with wonderful Greek bread, then musaka braised in a pot. The salad served with it was fresh, crunchy and dressed sparingly. Everything was great. Their Pilsner is Feldschlösschen on tap. As a North German, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices; I got by with €20. Big recommendation for sweet GREECE! Edit: Yesterday we waited a long time until we could order, then another 15 minutes until the beer came, the food was first brought wrong and without a salad, after the complaint 2 salads took so long that they came as dessert, all without one Word of regret. The chicken fillet was good, the mousaka was dry and crumbly. All of that wouldn't be a reason to go back.

Oh yes... Dresden is beautiful. The Greek place we ate at is just as nice. The ambience is very nice. The service was very good, attentive, professional and not intrusive, which is very important to me as a guest. As a starter we had the grilled pepperoni with garlic dip and tzatziki. It was really tasty. Afterwards I ate Gyros Special with lamb. Here too, the various types of meat were very well cooked and juicy and then came dessert. Dear people... Do yourself a favor and order the Greek Style Cheesecake. It's been a long time since I've eaten such a fantastic cake, even though I also eat cake for breakfast. So all in all it was a 5 star experience for me.

The restaurant was recommended to me by the hotel opposite - and rightly so. I was there on a Sunday evening around nine, everything went very quickly and friendly, and it was tasty too. The food and space are modern rather than rustic in a pleasant way, which I really liked. Even guests who arrived significantly later could still order food, which is not a given on Sunday (oh, now the operator will secretly curse :D) In ​​any case, I'll be happy to come back, thank you very much!

A really good Greek for a long time. Meat was perfect and not too fatty. Tsatziki like in Greece! Not so that you have an exaggerated garlic taste the next day. Service top! Vegetarian dishes are also offered, which is really unusual for Greek restaurants. We would love to come back.

I had dinner there this evening with my family, including a toddler. The food was super tasty and there is nothing to complain about. I highly recommend the Bifteki and the toddler was also very well looked after and it was free of charge, which I think is a great service. The only thing that could be criticized is that everything happened super quickly and you had the feeling that you were being processed quickly. But keep it up just give yourself a little more time
