Despite no prior reservation, fast, friendly and courteous service. The food tasted very good, only the tomato cream soup was a bit salty. We can only recommend the Greeks.

Very friendly, almost family-like staff. You feel welcome and are sometimes at the table for a little chat. The food is very good. Keep it up.

Friendly waiter One waitress was very pushy and over-friendly and would always start at you and smell you halfway in the face. But the food was super tasty and not too hot so you could eat straight away.

I really like going to this Greek restaurant. It always tastes delicious, the owners are incredibly nice and the atmosphere is really nice. The food is really the best Greek food you can get in Dresden.

As always, an "epicuous" experience, as always the best quality and good service, as always little chance without a reservation.

Completely thrilled! A little bumpy start at first, but that was quickly made up for with excellent service and wonderful food! Only recommended!

The reservation for a larger group (20+) worked without any problems. The atmosphere is cozy. The service seemed a bit hectic and could have been a bit friendlier. The garlic bread was definitely too thick and soft (similar to toast). The Gyros special was again very tasty, although the extra rice would not have been necessary for this dish. The parking situation is a bit difficult in this part of Dresden. Unfortunately, I didn't see any option that would make it possible for wheelchair users to visit the restaurant.

The service was friendly, the meat was juicy and tender, the side dishes were well prepared and tasty, the boss came to the table to chat. A great evening with the best food.

Large lunch menu. Food was delicious. Staff a bit abrupt, otherwise friendly. It would be nice if you could pay at the table with a card like elsewhere and not have to go to the counter from outside.

Food is ok, but nothing more. E.g. coleslaw with olives and pepperoni - 1 olive, 1 pepperoni. The fries are rather neutral, without any finesse. The steak is drowning in sauce... but maybe that's how it has to be...?

We were there for the first time and were impressed. Greek food as you imagine it without too much frills and still with a lot of taste. The atmosphere in the courtyard was fantastic, quiet and green. Wonderful. And the service was courteous and quick. There are definitely cheaper restaurants but for me it's worth every euro. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

Been back for a long time and definitely different, but not better. Portions have shrunk, but prices have increased considerably. It was probably the last time for now.

Even when we reserved our seats over the phone, things got hot: the time was negotiated like in a bazaar. Somehow we still managed to get a table outside. We were greeted warmly on site, which gave us hope. With summer temperatures on a Tuesday evening, the garden was already packed. Our culinary journey began with an appetizer. Unfortunately, the start was rather bumpy. What we were served could be described as bland, almost tasteless fried vegetables. Mushrooms, two lonely zucchini and eggplant as well as a piece of sheep's cheese, all of which were put through the deep fryer, plus a dollop of tzatziki (the only highlight on the plate) - not exactly a treat for the palate. Then came the main course: mixed grill platter. The liver was a real hit, very tender, the rest of the meat was okay. The service, on the other hand, scored again: we constantly asked whether everything was OK and whether we had any further requests. A real highlight was the outdoor area. It's really comfortable to sit here, the place exudes a feel-good atmosphere that somewhat makes up for the mixed food. All in all, the experience at Lukullus was rather mixed. The service and the ambience were convincing, but the food... well, let's say: so-so.

The three of us ended the evening here at short notice with a reservation. The service was good, but the request for drinks when receiving the card was a bit hasty. Food ordering was ok, we could either order a platter for 2 people or for 4 people. But there were three of us (3) well, we would have to order for 4 people (see photo). It's a shame because no reasonable solution was found despite asking about the possibilities. We then ordered and ate for four people. We found that the portion was enough for 3 people but would have been just enough for 4 people (with starter and dessert, it would be very sufficient). So stop complaining. We were still satisfied overall. Warm welcome, quick food and quick drinks delivery to the table, you can't complain about that. It was a nice evening. The men's locations were also clean which also says a lot. We can recommend Lukullus and will confirm our first impression.

We have been guests here again and again for 13 years. It's simply delicious, filling and the prices are perfect. The entire team is top notch. Keep it up and we will remain loyal to you. Unfortunately, when things are busy, service falls by the wayside. Like on July 2, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Both gardens and the restaurant occupied with 4 men serving. We only received the first round of drinks after 20 minutes. Then they wanted to give us food that we hadn't ordered and later the same thing with the drinks. This resulted in billing errors. Of course that was corrected, but it's a shame for the good reputation.

Well, I've eaten at a lot of Greek places but that was really bad. Prices completely overpriced for what was on the plates. Gyros didn't taste good at all, salad was bland with no flavor or dressing on it and the service felt like a check-in. In my opinion, the tables are too small for more than 4 people to sit there. There were six of us and we almost pushed each other off the two benches and there wasn't an extra chair because everything was full. Sry but never again.

We were here for lunch. We were disappointed after all. We had previously received the menu as advertising. When we were in the restaurant we noticed the price was significantly higher. The portions were really, really small. This is completely out of character for a Greek restaurant. One dish had no side salad at all, the other dishes had very little salad - just a tiny bit of white cabbage salad. Unfortunately, you also saved money with sauces and tzatziki. The quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. We should order the side salad separately. But that wasn't stated on the menu and wasn't justified anyway given the high prices. We would rather forego the schnapps before and after. Some places are extremely uncomfortable without a view of a window. Because they are in some kind of room behind the bar that has no windows. The toilets are in the basement. Access is very difficult,

Always very good food, great service and the place is packed. Small but nice!

We were here for the first time today and found it quite okay. We liked the little touches from the house and that the children also got a little “schnapps” (orange juice in a shot glass) on the house. The service was average, friendly but not particularly fast and not every dish was brought straight away. So many of us were already eating and others had to watch because the waiter had apparently forgotten them. We sat m.M. after too long in front of empty glasses. The prices are relatively high, the portions still have room for improvement, especially when it comes to side dishes. The spices could be used a little more boldly. The atmosphere is that of a normal economy. The restaurant is quite large, the toilets can be reached via a fairly long, steep staircase. It would be a bit difficult for people with walking difficulties to get there. The restaurant was busy on a Friday evening and that certainly speaks for itself.

We have been going here off and on for about 8 years. The 3/5 rating refers to the development during this time: It is understandable that the prices have to “adjust” to the times. However, the fact that the dishes become more expensive and at the same time the performance is lower (side salad is left out) is less nice. I agree with one of the previous speakers, even if that's not why I give it 1/5. I think it's important to give feedback personally and I did this today while visiting a restaurant. I couldn't fully understand the owner's "reasoning". I think the argument “You can still order the side salad (in addition to the increased prices) for €2.50” is wrong because this option doesn’t appear at all in the new menu. Apparently the guests were consulted before this development. But the quality of the food is still excellent!

Prices of the dishes rose again by an average of 2 euros. Salad was immediately rationalized away. You can also pay for the dollop of tzatziki, which is usual for every Greek, so that you can get the dry mountain of food down. The few crumbs of coleslaw are rather homeopathic. But apparently overwhelmed by the need to take orders from hungry and thirsty guests in a timely manner. This can also scare away customers. Too bad. But there are still enough people who don't know it any better.

Our wedding day. Since we still had a voucher to redeem for the Lukullus, we thought it would be nice to celebrate at our favorite Greek restaurant. Service was great, food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Pre-ordering is advisable (but not a requirement) as the restaurant is very busy.

Food very good. We always complain too much. The service is still very attentive, praiseworthy (often something to complain about elsewhere) not this time. Ambience very nice. Will go there again. I'm going to change the table choice too narrow, but there are other options.

The quality of the food has deteriorated extremely. There is no longer a small mixed salad with the main course order. Good starters would simply be taken off the menu. Prices rose sharply. Even for cheap products like lamb shank. We're really sorry. But that's not how it works. Everyone has to fight. Not just our Greek friends.

Unfortunately disappointed with the food! Unfortunately very carelessly done. A leaf of lettuce with a dollop of tzatziki would have given the meal an appealing colorful touch (pictures in other reviews show what I mean). As is well known, the eye also eats. The taste of the plate looked the same - not a highlight. A metaxa sauce, which is more of a tomato sauce diluted with water. Changing side dishes with an extra surcharge... not nice either. Overall, it's a shame because the ambience and service are fine. However, we won't be coming back; You can eat better Greek in Dresden!

In the city center it's definitely well scrutinized and decorated in Greek style, and it's full on Saturday evenings. The appetizer of pepperoni with Suzuki was tasty, but the three lamb steaks with rice were unfortunately a bit dark and bitter. I can only give a final assessment after follow-up visits.

Reservation makes sense. I always call and ask if there is a table available for two or three people. You're on the safe side. The service staff is super fast and very friendly. We have always felt very comfortable so far. And there's no need to talk about the food. Otherwise this restaurant wouldn't be constantly fully booked. Our tip: Grilled bifteki with tomato rice. Before that, a warm starter dish - also works for two - then you are always well served. A dessert and an ouzo also fits in your tummy.

I had the Athens grill plate and have to say that it was a large portion and tasted very good. The waiter was able to help me with my questions about the napkin and the Greek pronunciation it contained. The only thing I was missing was the sauces that are usually served with it and the only alternative was Tabasco, which I thought was a bit of a shame, but is still acceptable. All in all, it's a good place to go for anyone who likes Greek food.

Last night we picked up 2 dishes. Instead of €15.90 per dish we paid €18.90, the salad was completely missing and the portions were very small, which is a shame.

Without a doubt one of the best Greek restaurants in Dresden. I recommend making a reservation in advance, as people stream in as soon as the store opens. We had reserved for 5:30 p.m. on the weekend and the dining room was already full. Service was friendly and quick despite the large number of guests. We didn't have to wait long for drinks and food and everyone enjoyed it very much.

The first time in the new year. Stuffed loin for 25 euros. Plate cheerless with a small blob of coleslaw but not even tzatziki on the plate. There are no salad plates in front of it anymore. Price performance doesn't fit. That's it.

Sehr freundlich, gutes Essen und Atmosphäre....wenn noch ein Klecks Tsatsiki und etwas Knoblauchbrot inklusive gewesen wäre ( war mal Standard bei jedem griechischen Restaurant) hätte es auch 5 Sterne fürs Essen gegeben...so wäre es ein wenig trocken gewesen ohne Extrabestellung.

Eine sehr gute Gelegenheit mal griechisch zu essen... die Speisen sind gut angerichtet und auf den Punkt gegart. Alles ergibt ein schönes Bild und ist mit dem Ambiente gut abgerundet. Klischees sind vorhanden, aber die Küche bügelt diese Fehler gut aus. Wer keinen knoblauch oder zu viel Öl mag, der bekommt dennoch viel von der karte geboten! Vegetarisch wird einem gut geholfen. Für Veganer gibt es ein verständnisvolles Personal. Es bleibt ein tolles Erlebnis für jeden und die Desserts sind eine regionale Erfahrung! Gut umgesetzt!!!

Diese Griechische Gaststätte ist sehr zu empfehlen Wir hatten 3 Plätze bestellt und wurden sehr nett empfangen und zu unserem Tisch geleitet. Sehr nette Kellner und alles schnell serviert und alles super lecker. Die Gaststätte war im Nu fast voll besetzt. Wir wurden so nett betreut. Jederzeit wieder einmal. Jamas!!

Leider war der Lammteller kalt ,das Fleisch zähe hart ausgelaugt und die Portionen sehr klein ,in vergleichbaren Gaststätten ein Seniorenteller.Die Optik vom Lammteller fehlte.

Nicht gut. Man bekommt kein Besteck und muss mit der Hand essen. Essen war ok aber Kellner können nicht so gut deutsch.

We dropped by spontaneously for dinner and got immediately seated. The waiter taking our orders was very friendly but the server who brought the food out was the complete opposite. The food was nothing to rave about - it did not remind me of all the amazing original Greek food we've enjoyed while actually in Greece. The bread served as a side was the most disappointing - dry and store bought. Our conclusion - the good reviews seem to really be based on the welcome and goodbye drinks 😅 Try Olympos, a Greek restaurant at the Alt-Leuben bus stop.

Guter Grieche, sehr guter Service. Leckeres Essen. Die Pfannengerichte könnten für meinen Geschmack etwas größer ausfallen (Portion)

Das Essen war lecker, aber die Garnelen sollten geschält serviert werden (besonders, wenn sie paniert zubereitet sind!). Ich würde mich auch mehr freuen, wenn ich anstatt des Salatdressings mit Senf und Mayonnaise ein griechisches mit Olivenöl bekomme. Bedienung wirkt nicht so besonders interessiert und höflich, das sollte man verbessern.

Schöne Terrasse, rustikale Einrichtung. Essen war gut - nur bei den Garnelen fand ich es nicht so ideal, dass sie mit Kopf, Schwanzschale und Beinen paniert serviert wurden (aus meiner Sicht wäre einfach gegrillt besser gewesen). Bedienung nicht übermässig freundlich, aber es wurde Ouzo zur Begrüßung serviert und Kirschschnaps mit der Rechnung. Preise normal. Trinkgeld geht nur in bar (nicht zusätzlich auf Karte)
