SV Group Messe Catering Event in Düsseldorf

I used to enjoy eating at Vapiano. However, the quality has declined drastically over the years, while the prices have steadily increased. The pizzas used to be truly delicious – the current menu is very limited, and the pizzas are only mediocre. The salads are still good, but the price/performance ratio is completely off. You can get a salad for almost €20 at a really good restaurant – with good service and a pleasant atmosphere. Vapiano, on the other hand, has more of a fast-food feel and is staffed by temporary employees, some of whom barely speak German, making communication difficult. Today I picked up pizza rolls with aioli, which were tasty, but they were also the smallest I've ever had anywhere – and they cost €6!! (with a product value of probably around 50 cents). With such a poor price/performance ratio, it's no wonder the place is practically deserted these days… what a shame!

Broiche with scrambled eggs, mayo, and cheese... Let's just say: it has a lot of potential for improvement. Unfortunately, by far one of the worst things I've ever eaten for over €9... The hot chocolate and latte macchiato were good. The service was good too.

The customer service is so bad. I ordered food for my girlfriend but forgot to include the door name, and the delivery person started acting angrily towards her, even though she did nothing wrong—it wasn’t her fault. When I called them, they hung up on me. I called again to explain the situation and told them that the service was very poor and that they shouldn't yell or act angrily at customers; they should just speak kindly. The person on the phone then started yelling at me and hung up again. You're lucky I'm not close by, or things would have ended very differently. Unbelievable. The customer service is so bad. I ordered food for my friend but forgot to mention the name of the building and the delivery person started acting angrily at my friend even though she couldn't help it, it wasn't her fault. When I called them, they just hung up, and when I called a second time and explained the situation, I told them the service was so bad and that you shouldn't yell at customers or get angry, but rather say things politely. At that point, the employee started talking to me angrily and then hung up again. You're lucky I wasn't around, otherwise it would have been a completely different story.

Today was our first time at the Maritim, and we're staying one night. Tomorrow we fly off on holiday, but before that, we ate here 👍🏽 It was absolutely amazing, everything was perfect!!! I had the pumpkin ravioli, my husband had the entrecôte, and we both had homemade tiramisu for dessert ❤️ Simply perfect 👌🏽 Thank you so much for the great service 🥰

Absolutely ridiculous prices, and we were brought the wrong drinks three times, and the ice in the drinks also strangely distorted the taste. They didn't even pour them briefly at the beginning, and the bottles were sealed. With a glass of water costing €5.20 and a Fuze ice tea for €6.20, that's just what you can expect. Never again.
