Grill Platte in Düsseldorf

I've been waiting for hours for something that never arrives. I find it outrageous, and they should completely remove them from Lieferando and Google. The number doesn't match, I don't know what kind of restaurant you are. No wonder, reading the comments.

Zero stars if I could give this place the biggest dump in town. I ordered €20 worth of food through Lieferando, my order was accepted but never arrived. I called them and their employee said he couldn't do anything because he didn't have a driver. His excuse for not refunding my money was that he didn't have access to the Lieferando app, even though he accepted my order through it. Pure rip-off and outrageous!

Food was very bad, you feel cheated

I've rarely eaten such good food at 3 a.m., and especially the rice that was delivered tasted good and wasn't bone dry. Stay strong.

I ordered there late in the evening. The Styrofoam container was generously filled, but there was no real sauce, so it was very dry. A few days later, a friend and I got stomach problems/food poisoning.

I ordered shawarma for the first time today. It came with a bowl of hummus (bread wasn't specifically listed, but it came with it and was delicious). I was absolutely thrilled! The food arrived super quickly and warm. The fries were great, and the meat wasn't dry. The hummus was very creamy and delicious. 5 stars completely deserved. It's great to have found a good new restaurant!

Sorry, I thought I'd give it a try, but it really tastes... like everyone says, never again, carelessly made, burnt and far too oily.

Ordered for delivery. The spicy mixed frying dish for €17 came in a Styrofoam tray that wasn't even half full, see photo/video. It wasn't spicy. You're definitely still hungry afterward, even though I'm not an overeater. It wasn't topped with sauce, like in the pictures, but simply overcooked and dry. The meat was a small, shredded meatball and 5.5 small pieces of chicken, comparable in size to half chicken nuggets. Only the small sausage was tasty. The second dish I ordered (a chicken plate) was also dry, extremely small, and tasted like Uncle Benz's minute rice. In short, not tasty and more than a joke for the price. A double portion would have earned it a 3-star rating, but at €32 for two half-empty trays, that's unfortunately not enough. At least the delivery was quick. But definitely not again, sorry.
