People with allergies should avoid this store... All side dishes were served, which had been deliberately canceled for my health's benefit due to severe allergies. After a complaint, the so-called “side dishes” were only roughly removed from the plate and again reported to me as “freshly prepared”. When, after some time, I was allowed to eat the meal that was just overdue, I was confronted with such immense allergic reactions. Unfortunately, I was able to see the remains of the tomatoes again with my eyes. We will of course have to respectfully avoid this “restaurant” and (according to the receipt) waitress “Valentina”. I had promised myself more.....the pizzas were far from meeting our expectations.... Update....in retrospect, I and my wife are very sure that the pizzas must have been pre-baked frozen pizzas.. ...ala Dr. Oetker. Vapiano will go bankrupt in the next 2-3 years anyway. We definitely won't come back and will remain loyal to Losteria, whose pizzas are worlds better.

Vapiano’s used to be good as I remember. But apparently they are sticking to their Covid protocol even 2 years later. NO SERVICE! You have to order everything via phone-app and then foodrunners bring it out. Except you can’t pay your bill through the app, for that you have to run down a human. The ordering process is cumbersome and then they bring appetizers and main dishes all at once. My pasta has “rested” under a warming lamp for sometime and looks tired by the time it’s served. The drinks came after the food! This is NO GOOD. If they don’t change their service, they won’t be around for long.

Nice large terrace, not with a nice view, but still comfortable. The ordering system works via a QR code, so you can simply sit down and order from your mobile phone. The food is then brought to the table. So you don't have to announce how many people you want to eat with in order to be assigned a seat. However, this makes it very distant as the staff just brings the order to the table and then disappears. There is no customer contact, which makes tipping difficult since the longest time the staff is at the table is when paying. The food was still good: the pasta was nice and al dente and was prepared relatively quickly.

The food was good. What was particularly positive was that the starter and main course were served very quickly. However, the pasta in my carbonara had a somewhat mushy consistency that wasn't entirely convincing. But that could also be due to the type of pasta. The ordering system via the website is excellent. It provides a clear overview of current costs and makes the ordering process very user-friendly. Another plus point is the super friendly service, which makes the visit pleasant. Overall, a good experience with small compromises in the consistency of the noodles. Recommended for a quick and uncomplicated visit to a restaurant.

We have been guests at various Vapianos for many years, but this is our first time. The food was good, as you know it at Vapiano. Unfortunately the service was catastrophic, very slow and unmotivated. There was only one waiter who worked really well and quickly, everyone else behind the counter in the café and restaurant area was very, very slow. We waited an incredibly long time for our food and then for dessert. Don't come again. We hope that all employees are better trained, because it is a shame that such a beautiful atmosphere loses customers due to poor service. (1 star deducted for the ambience, as the tables were unfortunately not clean and sticky including spices on the table)

In general, I like the location and premises of this Vapiano. Nice seating options inside and outside, whether you want to eat or just have something warm to drink. I've been here a few times over the last few years and have always been happy with the food. During this time I experienced the service very differently, from super nice and courteous to distant and inattentive. But as is often the case and in so many companies, the leadership style and the general conditions are always transferred to the entire behavior in the team, so you should take a comprehensive look at what is going well/badly. All in all, I've always been satisfied so far.

The two of us were at Vapiano in Golzheim on a Saturday For technical reasons, paying and ordering did not work as usual The waitress took the order with a smartphone. Waiters were overwhelmed and understaffed. We waited for the food for almost 1.15 hours while many other guests received their food. After asking several times and wanting to cancel the order, they brought the food The salad was so bad and not fresh, there were mini chickens in it, as if they were leftovers from the pan The noodles came out of the order without any contents Conclusion: never again Vapiano in Golzheim

I sat for almost 15 minutes and there was no service. Tried to order online at the table but it didn't work. The man behind the counter then told me and someone would come to take my order. Then a couple came and wanted to sit down, but were told that this part of the restaurant wasn't open. Then I implemented myself. After another 10 minutes my order was finally taken. Food came after another 45 minutes. Food itself was tasty and good for a chain restaurant. But the waiting time or not being served was annoying. Sitting in the restaurant for 1 hour and 15 minutes until you get a pasta dish is not possible

Very horrible! No welcome, no hello, no eye contact, as if you weren't even there. When the food was brought it was simply put down. Again no hello nothing! Once and never again, cellars prefer to talk to each other instead of saying hello to the customers or smiling at all, because you don't leave a cent tip, tip to vapiano it's best to fire all the waiters, young and old!

There were three of us at Vapiano and we wanted to eat pasta. The QR codes didn't work that evening and so the order was taken by an overwhelmed gentleman. He clearly had problems entering the children's menu. The end of the song was that we got pasta twice and our son came away empty-handed. We then asked for a quick delivery. But this was not prepared according to the order and was only brought to the table when we had already finished. Service was completely overwhelmed that evening. The quality of the food was OK, but nothing more! Unfortunately. We will not visit this Vapiano again… a shame

First of all, I would like to say that I come from the catering industry myself and I know that it's not always easy and not everything always goes smoothly, but... I was at this Vapiano location for the second time today and unfortunately I was treated unpleasantly for the second time. Last time I waited forever for my food (my friends had long since eaten). Then I didn't get any cutlery for minutes and at some point my food was cold. However, we then had to go to the next lecture and I asked if it could be packed up, then a can was thrown in front of my nose and I was told to do it yourself. So unfortunately all in all pretty unfriendly. Unfortunately it was pretty ugly today too. The waitress who brought us drinks was very nice. The rest is unfortunately unpleasant. We were sitting at the table with friends and chatting when the waiter came to clear our table completely (it wasn't close to closing, nor had we been sitting there for hours). If my friend hadn't said anything, I almost wouldn't have noticed. that the waiter simply took my drink (still partially filled) away from me. When I asked if I could please have my drink back so I could finish it, he just looked at me puzzled and put it back down. We weren't about to leave, but sat comfortably at the table and were deep in conversation with the food still in front of us. At some point I wanted to pay, but unfortunately the app hadn't loaded and I asked if I could pay that way. I was then told in a very rude tone that I could pay at the counter. I know gastro can be very stressful, but to experience such unfriendly service for the second time, at lunchtime at a very quiet time, I find it a shame and, especially given the high prices, very cheeky. I definitely won't eat there again.

Really good shop in terms of food and service. It was comfortable too. We ate there with the children (10 months & 8 years). There was something for everyone. The children's plate for the older one was sufficient and tasty and the little one got something too. Atmosphere was great and everything was clean. However, I found the requirement to order everything digitally quite stupid. And I say that as an IT person. You scan a QR code then you MUST give your table a name otherwise it won't go any further 🙈 After we faithfully named our table IT-Ler "Test" we still couldn't go any further. I then asked for an old school card that wasn't available anywhere. There I was able to see what was available, as usual and nicely arranged, instead of scrolling through confusing menus. But the devil is in the details. I ended up having to order it online. A very friendly employee then offered to help me and even he took a while to get in 😅 Together we fought our way through the ordering portal and typed in our wishes. Afterwards there was a really delicious meal, which was delivered to the table in no time. Payment was also made online (but can also be done on site), which I thought was great, including a tip. Conclusion: Great store but please don't completely get rid of the staff who take the orders. That might make sense if the store is full, but not if it's as empty as ours was. On top of that, it is sometimes much easier for the customer to read a large, clear menu and communicate the order to an employee than to browse websites with a smartphone. Still 5 stars because there won't be any problems next time and the staff was just super friendly. Thank you very much

I enjoyed the food. The concept of ordering everything with an app takes some getting used to and I would have liked alternatives. But this way you could customize the order well. Unfortunately, this was not put into practice. Instead of a bit of garlic and very spicy, my pinsa was with a lot of garlic and normally spicy. This can definitely be done better. Since we don't eat out that often, we would like to try a different restaurant next time.

Visited the Vapiano again after a long time. What has changed positively is the lunch menu. I went for a cheese cake in the afternoon. What was negative was that the attention of the staff clearly decreased. It took forever until you were “allowed” to pay. This is why friends are loved.

The order was placed via an app that immediately crashed. The waiter was then willing to use his own cell phone to place the order. However, a court was not appointed. The quality of the food was not good. The beef in the risotto had a bad aftertaste and was tough. Overall, the risotto wasn't seasoned well either. Valpiano was significantly better when you could still watch the employees and intervene if things went wrong. Unfortunately the requested dessert was sold out.

Food was tasty, service was ok. When it comes to cleanliness, there is still a lot of room for improvement here. Some of the tables and floors are really dirty, the toilets are a disaster. Since Vapiano is not a fast food restaurant and you really pay around €15 per meal, cleanliness should have a higher priority.

Mind you, the whole thing was around 4 p.m., when only about 70% of the tables were occupied: Organization is a complete disaster. The starter came about 1 minute before the main course, which is why the main course was already cold while the starter was being eaten. After speaking to the waiter, they offered to throw away the pasta, make new ones and then bring them on time, but in such a reproachful tone, as if it had been our fault. It was really only about 1 minute between the starter and main course being brought over. We didn't get involved in that and just let it be. There wasn't anything more than a simple apology, we could have at least shown our gratitude in the form of a dessert or something similar that we decided not to cook again and ate the pasta lukewarm and cold. The noodles are still ok-good. You can eat other food in my opinion. not recommend in good conscience. For dessert we ordered a tiramisu, which really just wasn't good.

I ordered penne arabiata with beef as an extra side dish and ciabata bread. The. Pasta sticks to your teeth and the meat was an imposition. After two pieces I left the rest because I was afraid of getting sick. The bread (two thin slices) was stale and soft like toast. Ordering via the QR code is quick and easy. The food was average and OK, which is what I expect from a salad for just under 20 euros. The drinks were also solid, a good standard offer. However, with a tea for €4.20 I would expect a little more hot water (see photo). The service was miserable. All the employees threw the drinks at the table rather than serving them. We couldn't smile. Basically, we had the feeling that we were perceived as being a nuisance. When we wanted to get up to leave, the waitress couldn't Didn't expect to clear our table and so did it "between" us when we threw our jackets on. Questions like “You certainly don’t want any more coffee, so let’s clean the machine now?” suggested to us what answer was expected from us. I won't visit the restaurant again.

We used to love going to Vapiano... Plot twist: That's over! Of the three dishes we ordered, one was completely wrong and one was missing ingredients. Instead of the cherry tomatoes ordered for an additional €1.80, 2 cold mini tomatoes were slapped onto the pinsa. As I'm writing this, the kitchen is somehow on fire. It smells very burnt. All around us, guests have been waiting for their food for over an hour. A guest across the street from us just sent his food back. Dante's Ninth Circle of Hell is a walk in the park. Speaking of hell: The service was tried but subpar. And while we waited for food, I almost starved.

Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen. Das Essen ist super lecker und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit wenn es zu Problemen kommt. Das bestellen über den QR-Code am Tisch ist auch sehr einfach und bequem, man muss nicht mehr wie früher getrennt a den Stationen bestellen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen und werde definitiv wieder kommen!

Good evening, the kitchen forgot to cook my lasagne, I ordered a delivery and they reported it to the delivery person! We had to figure it out on the spot! The restaurant is terrible, after I called the restaurant the kitchen staff answered me rudely. We also ordered two portions of salads "Caesar", when they were delivered there is no meat in the salads! Nice place We were here for the away game of our beloved FC Sankt Pauli and we really enjoyed it. I can't say anything about the food because my son and I only had a drink, but our friends enjoyed the food. I am thrilled with the new ordering system via smartphone. The service was also good and nice and I would therefore come back if it wasn't so far away.

It has become very impersonal. You scan your table and the menu using the QR code. This is then also used to order. It wasn't until the order was brought that we were greeted. A special kind of restaurant experience, sterile and anonymous. We didn't eat after all.

First of all, kudos to the waiter and the service. BUT, unfortunately I miss the old Vapiano with the old system and the old atmosphere. Unfortunately, nothing remains nearly the same. Ordering can only be done via Qr code and everything is so impersonal. In the past, you could watch the dish being prepared and place the order in person.

Pizzeria with ordering of dishes via an app. This can be scanned using a QR CODE. So far so good. Then the chaos begins. We were there with nine people. We had to get our own chairs. The service wasn't the best. Even after repeated warnings, no court came. When we all ate and paid, the dish arrived. A no-go for me. So far it has felt like the worst local I have experienced. I had been looking forward to the reopening for a long time and was very curious. Overall, I was unfortunately disappointed with my visit to the “new” Vapiano. I think it's good that you no longer have to queue and there is a waitress instead. This is much more relaxed. Unfortunately, our waiter was very inexperienced and inattentive. It took a long time for our order to be taken even though the restaurant was empty. The waiter was extremely slow and rude. Unfortunately, that made a really bad impression and after just a few minutes we were annoyed. And not just us, but also other guests. We really expected more. The ambience is nice and the food, as before, really good! Fresh and delicious. BUT staff=poor!!! Since this plays a big role for me in making me feel comfortable in a restaurant, I only give it two stars. With appropriate, professional staff, I think it would look completely different. Overall, the staff made a very sleepy impression. Motivation was zero. A pity. The staff should concentrate on the guests and not on conversations with each other. As soon as more emphasis is placed on proper staff, I'll be happy to come back because I think the food is really good. Update…. We were here again last week and gave it another chance since our last visit had been a while ago. Unfortunately I have to say that nothing has really changed since our last visit and we were even more disappointed than before. The prices are clearly too high, considering that you hardly see the waiters and order yourself using the QR code. Our plates were only cleared away after over half an hour (there were a total of 4 empty plates - 2 from the starter and 2 from the main course). And this despite the fact that the service was running back and forth and the restaurant was relatively empty. The food was O.K. but nothing special. I liked it better the last time I visited and I feel like the overall quality has gone down. Overall it was pretty cold in the restaurant, it was constantly drafty because of the large entrance door. At times I sat there in a jacket because I was so cold. Overall, it's a shame... it had potential but unfortunately nothing changes. I don't think we will come again.

You can only order food by the food app I had a problem with ordering via my phone and unfortunately it was the only way to do it , which ate up our evening trying to solve the technical issue and at the end I didn't want to order via one of my friends'phones. If you have your Mom or Dad or grandparents, you Will end up. Waking/suggesting what each one wants to eat ,taking the orders on your phone. You only see waiters when they deliver the food and when you need to pay if you will pay cash. Overall it was interesting experience

I didn't feel very comfortable. Ordering by cell phone was very tedious and worked slowly. However, the drinks came to the table quickly. The food went well at first (there were 9 of us), but there were very big question marks when it came to the pins. One guest in our group had to wait almost an hour for her Pinsa. Only after repeated complaints and speaking to the chef? the guest canceled the order.... When the guest then wanted to pay, the dish was brought to the table and not charged. However, everyone else was then cashed in, which we took as an expulsion. It was also very loud in the dining room and very crowded (Saturday 6/7 p.m.) I think that we will not visit this hospitable place again.

Total understaffed, almost 45 Minutes wait for one "Pinsa" and one Pasta Dish. The system used to be better, and the prices were according to the product you get. Now... You have a service that tries to be a normal restaurant but it takes too long to get you served, the quality standard meets no relationship with the price (my 15 Euros "Pinsa" was a piece of bread with some cheese on it)... Definitely not coming back...

Leider ein totaler Reinfall. Wenn ich eine Vorspeise bestelle und der Hauptgang 3 Minuten später daneben steht, hätte ich diesen am liebsten zurückgegeben, weil er dann zum Essen fast kalt war. Die Carbonara waren weit weg von dem Original und der american Cheescake kam eiskalt an den Tisch.

Wir haben, nach einem langen Messetag, Hunger und wollten im Vapiano essen. Keines unserer Handys war in der Lage, die Speisekarte anzuzeigen. Damit war ein Bestellvorgang nicht möglich. Von den Mitarbeitern bekamen wir als Antwort, dass sie das Bestellsystem selber nicht kennen. Wir haben dann das Lokal verlassen. Glücklicherweise gibt es in der Umgebung leckere Alternativen. Fazit: Eine Bestelloberfläche mit QR Code die nicht funktioniert und Servicemitarbeiter, die keine Ahnung haben. So verliert man Kunden. Wir werden uns den Weg ins Vapiano zukünftig sparen.

Lokal ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Die online Bestellung ist aufwendig, beim ersten Mal eine Herausforderung, da beispielsweise die Fotos falsch (grosses Weizen war mit 0,0 Alkohol abfotografiert) sind. Ein Stück Ciabatta oder ein Bisschen Parmesan zusätzlich bestellen müssen ist umständlich. Bedienung ungenügend. Die Apèrol Spritz sind gekommen, der Rotwein nicht. Mussten nachfragen und dann kam ein Glas anstatt eine Flasche. Wir mussten nachfragen und bis es kam war das Essen lauwarm. Die Bedienung sagte nie sorry, sondern immer „oh nein“. Der Parmesan ging dann auch vergessen. Die Teigwaren mit Rindsfilet waren zu lange gekocht. Einfach eine Empfehlung „meiden Sie dieses Restaurant, wenn Sie einen Service und ein gemütliches Erlebnis wollen.

Beim Besuch war ich vom neuen digitalen Bestellkonzept enttäuscht. Der Mangel an persönlichem Service und die Benutzerunfreundlichkeit trübten das Erlebnis. Der Tisch war bei Ankunft ungeräumt und wurde erst auf Nachfrage gesäubert. Zudem wurden die Speisen zeitlich unkoordiniert serviert, was zu einer unangenehmen Essenssituation führte. Früher für seine Gastfreundschaft und Organisation geschätzt, hat das Restaurant nun in diesen Bereichen nachgelassen. Ich hoffe auf eine Rückkehr zu den früheren Qualitätsstandards.
