It was delicious but waited 70 minutes for an order. Don't order if you are really hungry.

Very poor service, I waited almost 2 hours for a delivery, when I called to ask about my delivery to the restaurant they told me that the delivery guy didn't follow my instructions and that it wasn't their fault. When the order finally arrived, it arrived incomplete and I had already paid. I called the restaurant and they told me that they would send it to me again but it would be delayed because they had to get another delivery person; I waited an hour ago and no one came, when I called the restaurant they told me that they had already closed it and they didn't send me anything

I bought a voucher from Groupon, however my experience was extremely disappointing and terrible, and I believe the offer was misleading based on the following issues: 1.) Misrepresentation of the Offer: The voucher stated that I could choose from any warm dish at the restaurant. However, upon arrival, I was told that I could only have a single option: rice with vegetables. There was no opportunity to select a dish with meat or tofu, as advertised. This was the most unacceptable part of my experience, as it completely misrepresented the deal. 2.) Food Quality: The dish I was served was cold, far from being a warm meal as promised. I even suspect it may have been leftover from the previous day. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. 3.) Incorrect Service: I requested to dine in the restaurant, but the staff prepared the meal as a takeaway without my consent. And the waitress was very impolite and mean, she just wanted to saved resources and squeezed you as much as she could. I highly not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered from Uber eats Nudels with chicken. The taste of chicken was sooooo bad that I wanted to vomit. The order was on 22.11 from ohlauer Straße

I ordered there today and the stated arrival time was extended by 40-50 minutes. In terms of taste, the curry was rather sweet and refined with few aromas. The portion was very small even for 7.50.

I ordered a menu home and was very disappointed. The sushi pieces were tiny, chopsticks were missing, and the cocktail sauce was only a third full. Savings were also made on ginger. Overall disappointing – never again!!

I can't complain about the delivery service or the food. Everything tasted delicious and the delivery came within 40 minutes as stated. I will definitely order more often.

Order not in stock and waited another 90 minutes and there was no real compensation either. Never again!!!!!!

Very disappointed. My husband and I had ordered sushi, it said it would be delivered at 8:46 p.m. and at 9 p.m. there was still no one there. When we called the restaurant, we were greeted but not in German. The wasabi wasn't spicy enough I'm disappointed and so is my husband 😩

We reserved a table via an app. However, SushiMoto is not a restaurant but a snack bar and pick-up station for love services. The food is mediocre to bad, the soup was lukewarm and the side salad was partly wilted. When it came to the bill, the discount agreed in the fork app suddenly applied to all dishes, except for what we had ordered, even though it clearly says à la carte. Disgrace!!!

Order via Lieferando at 10:50 p.m. Called after 40 minutes and asked where the food was. Assurance in 10 minutes it would be delivered. At 12:16 a.m. there was still no delivery of the food that had already been paid for. 12:18 a.m. Order has arrived. 88 minutes after receipt of order with estimated delivery time of 50 minutes. Unacceptable

Ordered food to my hotel via uber eats. Food arrived after 100 minuites+. I called and a rude man answered. Told my that they left the food in the lobby. No phonecall, no notice in the uber app. Tha rude man told me that they can not call me and that i should have been in the lobby? How would i know when to go down when they dont notice me. Food was disgusting, to be honest the sushi you eat at a buffet is better. The sushi did not hold its shape either. Will not eat here again.

Food came way too late and cold. It should come between 7:10 p.m. and 7:38 p.m. After calling several times, it finally arrived at 8:30 p.m. Salmon bowl tasted musty. Unfortunately, the pasta dish with chicken was cold and tasted inferior.

I'm really disappointed! The taste of the sushi is mediocre to bad. Too much rice, not enough salmon/avocado see picture. The taste is not balanced. Anyone who finds the sushi here enjoyable has never eaten good sushi. I recommend paying a visit to Mikoto, also in Kreuzberg. The sushi melts in your mouth.

The food is great and the prices are affordable

never again, red curry tasted like it had cow's milk in it, sweet, few vegetables. The egg rice without egg, dry, unseasoned, rice not cooked through properly, the same with the suschi, rice was still grainy. The spring rolls are best made from 99% dough, unfortunately not tasty all in all.

Very disappointing order received! It's a disgrace to give the wrong ingredients and then replace them with cheap ones from a can just to fill the bowl. No masago, no shitake and no oshingo. But there are chickpeas and canned corn. One thing is certain, we won't be ordering here anymore

Habe über 2 Stunden auf Essen gewartet auf mehrfache Anrufe bekam ich nur die Antwort das es Sonntag ist und das der Fahrer bald da sein soll und dann wurde mit einem sehr unhöflichen Ton das Gespräch beendet, nah ca 2,5h kam das Essen kalt an und nicht mal ein sorry oder tut mir leid kam . Das Essen war wie gesagt kalt und wabbelig Reis war nicht mal fest und Hähnchen Fleisch schmeckte alt und ecklig . Nicht mal 1 Stern wert ! Nie wieder !!! Bestellt lieber wo anderes ihr bekommt selbst im Supermarkt besseres Sushi .

Das essen ging garnicht gut Lieferung 2 1/2 stunden nach Bestellungen bekommen unfreundlich am Telefon da bestelle ich nicht mehr essen wahr kalt danke aber nein danke.

Gutes Sushi, schnelle Lieferung

Essen war eine 10/10 optisch und geschmacklich einfach super. Wir haben es zum Liefern bestellt und es ging super schnell. Meine Freundin wollte ein MioMio Mate trinken leider gab es das nicht im Lokal aber der Betreiber hat uns am Telefon angeboten das der Lieferant eins auf dem Weg kauft und es uns mit dem Essen vorbeibringt. Lieferant und der Herr am Telefon waren super freundlich, das nenne ich klasse Service … 10/10!!!!

Ich habe mir heute zum Mittagessen die Lachs Bowl bestellt. Nach dem ich nach meiner bestätigten Lieferung die Rezensionen hier gelesen habe, war ich skeptisch. Aber ich muss sagen, Lieferung ging wie angegeben schnell und die Bowl war super lecker! Der Lachs war frisch und genießbar 😋

Die Lieferung dauerte über 2 Stunden, Bestellung war offenbar vergessen worden. Essen war ok. Lieber wo anders bestellen. Edit: Und Achtung, das Restaurant versucht negative Bewertungen von Google löschen zu lassen. Ich musste nachweisen, dass ich Kunde des Restaurants war, sonst wird der Kommentar gelöscht. Frechheit!

Wouldt give this to my dog. Lettuce is brown and old. Shouldn't be in there at all, but guess it was a replacement for the seaweed which was not there. Avocado is missing from the bowl, tofu was dripping in fat. Just uneatable. Oh... and we had to wait 2 hours for delivery. Avoid this place at all cost.

After waiting 2 hours for my order and calling several times I received my food. I didn't get to eat it because the food was absolute poor quality. Salad was brown. Seaweed and avocado was missing in the poke bowl. The tofu was greasy. Absurdly greasy. This was inedible. I had to wait 2 hours for my food. I couldn't leave the door because the restaurant insisted that they would arrive in 5 minutes. The salmon did not taste good. I haven't touched the food again. In short, food was of absolute poor quality and the waiting time was too long.

Keine Probleme gehabt zwei Mal hintereinander. Ich wurde Angerufen und gefragt ob das Essen auch etwas früher kommen kann und das ist es auch. Eine wunder schönen Platte haben wir bekommen und super lecker. Sehr freundlich. Es wurde uns bis zum Zimmer geliefert in einem Hotel da der Lieferant es für schwer Empfand und auf Nummer sicher gehen wollte das es sicher ankommr. Sowas nenne ich Service. Danke euch

Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden wenn ich bei Sushi Moto bestelle. Das Sushi sowie die Suppen schmecken sehr gut. Die Lieferung ist ebenso gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Sehr enttäuschend! Ich esse weder Fisch noch Fleisch oder Meeresfrüchte und das war meine Order die ich OHNE Fischroggen bestellt habe. Habe angerufen und mir wurde gesagt da kann man nichts machen. Außerdem wird Sushi auch mit Sesam (!!) zubereitet ohne dass es dabei stand! Am Ende konnten wir nur die Misosuppe essen, wegen der Sesamallergie.

Essen kalt, Portionen klein, kam 1 h zu spät. Geschmack OK aber nichts besonderes. Über wolt bestellt,aber kein GPS tracking.

Es hat echt lecker geschmeckt vor allem die Lachs Bowl. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Von der Qualität und Menge her nicht schlecht! Wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings sind die Inside Out Rollen wirklich viel zu riesig und es viel zu viel Reis dran. Wenn die Maki etwas feiner gerollt wären, dann wäre das Sushi wirklich sehr gut.

Honestly, this is the best sushi delivery in the area. I’ve ordered it twice already, and the quality is incredible compared to the other options. The big maki sushi they have is actually very large, and the avocado is really nice. I tried the chicken this time, and although it tasted nice, I don’t think I’m used to the taste of chicken in sushi. The Moto rolls always come in a different container and are really lovely. They’re sometimes hard to handle because of how large they are, but they’re still good. For a new restaurant, they’re consistently hitting a pretty high quality, which I find very impressive.
